Poor today at there were no burgers available. Just called King today 🙂

Was here today with my grandkids. Must say I was so disappointed rolls felt and looked a week old everything was stone cold.The toilet was absolutely disgusting. If I went to the toilet first I certainly would have not eaten here.??

Absolutely depressing place to get food. The servers looked like they would rather be somewhere else than in this gloomy place. The burgers we got looked like they had been thrown together from the other side of the room. There was far too much sauce applied and this made them very sloppy and unpleasant to eat. There was only one other customer in the entire place, so that's a good indication that there is something seriously wrong with this establishment. (And this was on a weekend). If I were the manager, I would sack myself for allowing it to get to this stage. Fast food is not cheap and cheerfull anymore. People want value for money, and unfortunately, you won't get quality here.

If you're happy to wait ages, while everyone who uses the drive thru gets served first, only to be served luke warm food, and have the pleasure of some of the worst customer service you'll ever experience, then this Burger King is for you! Honestly, go to McDonald's down the road, they're quicker, more pleasant and serve better food, and I'm usually a big Burger King fan! Disappointed!!

Absolutely terrible experience eating here. Issues with the app, drive through staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Items missing from order, wrong items given to us. Two trips into the restaurant later we finally had the right order but the food we already had was cold. Won’t be returning here.

Was driving from Inverness to Newcastle and stopped by for a quick bite. I was served by a wonderfully kind gentleman called Gus. Food was just as delicious, will certainly be back.

Dirty. Although the restaurant was almost empty. Got our order wrong by not giving us the extra large fries we ordered. The lady said she forgot. A young guy then tried to give me small fries but when prompted by myself with the receipt in my hand he gave me the large fries. Meanwhile my meal was getting cold . The king box meal is a pure con ! Nothing like the picture.. I had a junior whopper meal and the bun that was with the king box was the same size. The king box burgers looked like they had been sliced through the middle to make 2 ! Also the bacon was missing. Sorely disappointed and won’t be back. I have photos to back up my statement.

Aristotle says virtue is the extent to which an object fulfills its function, which makes this Burger King as virtuous as it gets. Stopped in on our walk from Edinburgh to St Andrews and it did exactly what it needed to. Keep it up, king.

Friday 21st 6pm. Nice polite server called poppy, really friendly, Meal made very quickly, freshly made. Fresh hot chips Restaurant was very busy, and only 4 staff on but still was fast

I went through the drive thru. Never really busy but staff struggling to hear the orders. Got the window reconfirmed my order and had to wait in the car park. Order 1/3rds right and 2/3rds wrong and stone cold. 2/3rds in the bin as non edible. The last 3 orders have been wrong and cold. Store could also do with an upgrade as it seems very run down.

Bread was very, very dry. I couldn't eat my burger. Very dissatisfied. Service was also bad. The cashier was not smiling. Not happy at all.

Came here for holidays with my wife and my 4 kids. We had a very rough flight experience due to delays of ryanair....... and we arrived late, so the burger king from south queensferry was our only chance to eat something decent. Fortunately we met manager Matheo that receive us with so much kindness and such a big smile, our hearts immediately melt. He served us the best burger king we have eaten in our lifes, the whole experience was just CRAZY. Never tought I could feel like this in a "fast food" restaurant. Amazing experience, i wish Manager Matheo all the best and great sucess in life, will for sure come back just to be greeted by him again! Thank you so much.

Very pleasant experience, the food was good and the staff was very friendly expecially this employee with the tag Crewmate Matheo was super friendly and polite. The only reason i cant give it a 5 star is because they didnt take cash(shocked to my core btw) and ice cream machine was broken but i suspose i was just unlucky i guess that day. UPDATE, came back after 2 years place got even better and once again this time actually MANAGER Matheo was a delight to be served by, and the food was even better.

5 whole stars go to the wonderful Charles (King Charles) he was so helpful, friendly and charismatic. We were gutted the soft play was closed but Charles saved the day with his amazing patter my oldest kid says he deserves the Employee of the month… every month !!! Thanks again Charles couldn’t have done the menu with out you !!

The burgers were too basic for the price and small, the service was normal but the environment was not good, dirty tables and no proper things to eat inside.

Went while out a drive . On arrival to the restaurant we were greeted by the pungent smell. I would have left but my husband was hungry. We ordered a meal for takeaway as we couldn’t sit in with the smell. We waited for 20 mins for meal and when we went to car food was luke warm. What a waste of £22 pound

Closed twenty mins early. Advertised as open until 8 but not true. They have on their Google open until 8, when I arrived I was rudely told they were closed.

Where are the milk shakes???? Serviettes or condiments not on show and not been offered. I had to ask for each thing individually. In general poor service. Alot of room for improvement. Dirty. Eine der schlimmsten Burger King Filialen, die ich je besucht habe. Hof und Restaurant sind ungepflegt und unsauber. Die Eingangstür ist mit Fingerabdrücke übersät. Stühle, Tische und Fußboden sind dreckig und klebrig. Ein Großteil der Sitzplätze des Restaurants wurde hilfsbedürftig mit Stühlen abgesperrt. Dieser Bereich war aber auch nicht sauberer. Hier hat schon lange niemand mehr richtig sauber gemacht. Die Speisen waren kalt.

Would not recommend a visit here. Place looks run down since last time we were there a few years ago. On entry there was an unpleasant odour and the lighting was very poor. The kids play area was closed off and looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned for a while. There was a queue in which some families had been waiting 40mins for their order. While waiting, three customers complained about time taken and had their orders refunded. One other customer had been waiting almost an hour for an order! While the manageress dealt with refunds, there were potential customers standing waiting to be served who didn't even get acknowledged or asked if they minded waiting. We got our order after about 20mins, probably only because others before us had walked out in disgust and becauae of the cancelled orders although when we went to get a drink, the machines had very little options and needed refilling. When we eventually found a table that looked clean enough to sit at, having a look around, there was food on the floor at a few tables so it was obvious that the staff didn't clean the floor very often. My partner visited the toilet before we left as well and said they weren't clean. She also slipped on the floor on exiting as the floor was greasy. No apology or assistance was offered by any member of staff. Needless to say, we shall not be back and I wouldn't adviae anyone else visiting. There is one near the retail park over the bridge in Halbeath near Dunfermline which is much better.

Was appalled at how dirty this entire place is. Ate outside to get away from the dirty cloth smell! There are not enough staff in situ to be able to keep customers happy at all. Needs completely gutted and then work on customer service. Food was also under par due to short staffing. Service was extremely slow and not enough staff on to give good customer service. Shame as it used to be a great place to eat.

This place is filthy!!! Tables not clean, floor absolutely disgusting and the smell could not be described other than rank!! Do yourself a favour and stay away!!

First person to arrive at 11am- tables and chairs were dirty and not cleaned- glass on doors were covered in hand prints - this should be spotless before service. Person who served as no clue - didn't offer sauce etc and it was like pulling teeth. Burger was horrible - the bacon wasn't crispy and the rocket had seen better days. Wont be back - expensive rubbish food

Service is absolutely atrocious. They get 1 or 2 customers and the place comes to a standstill. What a joke.

Stood at till for over 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged, tables were disgusting floors even worse! Food was warm at best, had to return to ask for straws and lids for cups. Also after spending £40 on meals you now need to pay for sauce. Place should be closed, possible the King of grime but certainly not the King of burgers.

The worst BK ever! Staff in this branch are horrible, nasty and arrogant attitude. An empty place and make you wait for more than 10 min to take your order. Food is terrible so pointless even the wait.

I went here yesterday and the restaurant was like the Mary celeste I think I counted 5 customers 3 being in the group I was in and it was still slow service no kids play area still think it's been closed for a long time now also when getting food the drinks didn't come with tops only the tea but not the fizzy drinks everything else was okay those.

Arrived 1 hour before closing time. Door was locked although there was customers still eating inside the restaurant and we were ignored by two separate staff members. Very poor customer service!

Shocking customer service from a well established brand. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this is not a rare occurrence. The vetting process for staff in this establishment appears to be extremely poor. Went to a better burger shop a mile away. AVOID

Excellent! Had a quadruple Whopper extra bacon & cheese. Diet coke as i was concious that the "diet starts tomorrow". My old friend Kenneth was sadly not in attendance as he was still recovering from last sundays all day pool party. Suffice to say tasks remain undone to this day. Will be back soon for something a little fuller next time.

Went here tonight after work for some fast food. This is my closest Burger King and to me always has a nice atmosphere. Tonight was no different. I had a bit of trouble ordering and the staff including manager went above and beyond. I’d had a very long day at work and this service made me smile. The food was good too! Keep up the good work!

A quiet Saturday but was what was needed. Food hot and tasted great

Service is glacial. If you order something in drive thru you often have to wait in parking lot for a long time. Store is almost empty. It happens so frequently it's really getting unacceptable. Excellent vegan options. The freestyle beverage machines inside are often out of flavors and have been seen to be out of service. Ice is slow coming too.

This burger king can be a hit or a miss, my last visit was fresh and warm. The only thing that bugs me is the drink machine doesn't have as many flavours as it used to
