Order never arrived contacted just eat. Who have refunded but these drivers need investigating utter disgrace of a service

Missing a ketchup dip & the Irn Brub& ice was filled to the 50cl mark - that may be the correct standard but is usually fuller.

food was good, driver was on time and delivered around 2.30am. see when you deliver at that time, do all your drivers have to slam the car door? guy woke up about 5 dogs and at least one neighbour.

Double Big Mac Missing from Order?

absolutely rubbish only got half the order .called the restaurant but they can't rectify the fault couldn't help in anyway..total rubbish

Closed at 10:45 pm despite opening hours until 11 pm.

Delicious hot breakfast roll, good amount of fillings, bacon, egg, sausage pattie and cheese, fast delivery service and polite and courteous delivery driver.

would have been a better rating but they didnt send one of the big macs. It was the one without onions. Because they do not hire drivers they could not send another out so i had to get a refund through here and reorder my burger. so got the credit for my burger and was going to order my burger again but for the burger alone was nearly £10 once all the charges went on. so no i didn't reorder thats just ridiculous

Driver phoned from street for me to open door!! he meant gate he managed himself, but said it was locked, have 2 gates glad I open/prop one open, baffling! also wrong Mcflurry

Will not be back in staff are rude and care more about there just eat drivers than they do there customers as for food hygiene I don't think staff wearing head scarfs that are not tucked in should be working in a kitchen a blanket should not be flapping around your food.

McDonald’s - if someone orders something and you don’t have it in your store, cancel the order, do not just send out an order with missing items. This happens every single time.

Missing both of the fries from the order and the coco-cola had been spilt in the bag over the McFlurry and milkshake.

You keep forgetting the straws! Fizzy drink fine but the milkshake! Third time this has happened.

The bag with my drink in it was soaking wet with my juice. Point I realised it was soaking it was all over my floor with sticky juice. Diver could had told me it was dipping but just decided to hand it over without telling me. Now just have half my juice and need to clean up mess before I eat too not happy with the service.
