Terrible. Delivery time kept pushing back, when it went to an eta of more than two hours after the order was placed I finally found an online chat for just-eat, argued and eventually got a refund. Went to McDonald’s ourselves and got a hot meal, then after we finished that the delivery arrived- stone cold. Terrible service and although it was mainly just-eat’s fault, the restaurant allowed them to take the food out for delivery 2 hours after they’d prepared it.

Food well cooked, and still hot when delivered.

Shocking mcdonald's. While 8 customers were waiting staff including the manager were just chatting and joking.All the while peoples food was just sitting ready to be handed over. I asked for coke zero got orange and zero. My wife asked for a chocolate milkshake and got some unknown flavour. An employee walked right through the food prep area wearing his own clothes no care and the staff didn't care either. ZERO hygiene at this place mcdonald's should be ashamed of this place.

Driver took the longest possible route for delivery, a 5 minute drive turned into 20 minutes and everything was cold by the time it arrived. Not impressed.

No update on the app about deliver. Wrong items received too. Those packing orders need to pay attention! Reported this via the app but it’s frustrating to get the wrong items again!

they got my drink mixup I order sprite but got Oasis zero instead those kids that work in McDonald's need to get the Orders right.

staff are so so rude! we came in to get a sit in order (just a single burger) so we could feed our hungry baby and we heard and seen staff laughing about the fact we had ordered a sit in order just before they stopped serving my burger was then brought and they put a ridiculous amount of ketchup on burger, we then spoke to a manager about the way the staff acted and she then said they did not and she just leaves them to it while continuously pushing into my pram even after saying sorry overall staff are very very rude and there manager (anusha) has no authority over her staff whatsoever so how on earth can she do a manager job

Delivery driver left the restaurant according to the app, the tracker then froze and I watched the delivery time change in 1 minute intervals from 1952 until 2003 when the food arrived cold and the McFlurrys were melted. The same thing happened the last time I ordered from this restaurant. Drivers should not be allowed to collect multiple orders at once. £21 worth of cold food and melted ice cream. FIX the issue with delivery personnel.

Delivery time from restaurant was good, but the est. time got pushed back around 30 minutes. The whole point of the order was because it said originally delivery 15-30 mins when it took nearly 45/50. Food was nice and it was all there which was surprising

Delivery driver got to within 100m of my house couldn’t be bothered to find it. Then confirms the order being delivered after me trying to talk to him on the phone, where he rudely hung up on me. raging. Now I’m hungry.

This McDonald’s is very poor quality and twice in a row now my order has had something missing or prepared wrong. Food also cold and so poorly prepared. Good job just eat refunds are simple.
