Food freezing Fanta spilt in the ice cream

Didn't appear. I've had this several occasions

2 hours to come, freezing cold.

Delivered late and Everything was cold .

U gave me wrong order and still not got back

Food was freezing chips were soggy

Large chips had no chips inside about 10 fries absolutely shocking! And no onions on the burger food was freezing not happy

I'm not receiving my orders and no one has contacted me also they did not provide the refund for the missing food! It's just ridiculous. You are either going to the wrong building no 3 and not my building which is no 2 or you're eating my food.

Never arrived!!!!!! Waited until 11.30 (ordered 9.30 ish!) with the order showing as being prepared the entire time. Was unable to cancel the order so contacted just eat and now I get a notification at 12.30 asking me to leave a review and the order was delivered at 10.30! Absolutely was not!!! Awaiting refund

The order has not arrived. The guy ordered it to a different building to someone else. I want a refund.

Food is freezing - not restaurants fault however will be the driver - The driver was also extremly rude, came to my door on facetime to someone laughing away, didn't acknowledge me, didn't ask for my code i had to shout it at him, he never spoke 1 word to me, leaned his bag in my front door shaking it!! Very rude!!

Delivery took 2 hours and food was cold

how can it take up to 2 hours for it to be seen an the it's sent out cold when it arrives so I ordered at 16.47pm an it arrived at 19.13pm when it says 30min to 45mins for delivery orders really not happy about this at all

Very poor. Kept adding time onto the delivery. Hash brown were greasy and inedible. only positive was the delivery guy.

Even if it's super busy and looks short-staffed it's a very well managed McDonald's. I think you guys should make the chilli cheese burgers a constant... cause this one is absolutely smashing!!

Delivery was great and food was hot - only thing wrong is we only got 19 chicken nuggets instead if 20. If they do that with every customer they will be saving loads of money

I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with other items in my order and I didn’t get the happy meal or any straw or sauces I had asked for so I had to re order the happy meal and sauces and pay a second delivery charge I checked the app to see what I ordered and the happy meal was the first thing on the list Michelle Muirhead

Wrong order sent one juice leaking all over the place

Never arrived no one came to my door and asked for code, phoned up said the driver left at door but nothing there!!

An ok store although senior staff did not adhere to sign advertising 2 for £2.00 on Heinz flavour beans. Might not be much but the principle that they were advertising and did not respond appropriately

I ordered a happy meal for my son it come cold like the rest of the food chips were soggy and plus my didn't get a toy with his happy meal

cups juice not in holders properly so lost half the contents over other food parts..missing sauces (paid for) no straws..food not so warm either

waited almost 3 hours for it to “prepare” and the delivery time just kept going up and up, it now says it’s been delivered but it has not (delivered time was 6:10pm but it’s only 5:15pm) my order was £30 and i do not appreciate waiting this length of time for nothing to come.

Terrible. Delivery time kept pushing back, when it went to an eta of more than two hours after the order was placed I finally found an online chat for just-eat, argued and eventually got a refund. Went to McDonald’s ourselves and got a hot meal, then after we finished that the delivery arrived- stone cold. Terrible service and although it was mainly just-eat’s fault, the restaurant allowed them to take the food out for delivery 2 hours after they’d prepared it.

Shocking mcdonald's. While 8 customers were waiting staff including the manager were just chatting and joking.All the while peoples food was just sitting ready to be handed over. I asked for coke zero got orange and zero. My wife asked for a chocolate milkshake and got some unknown flavour. An employee walked right through the food prep area wearing his own clothes no care and the staff didn't care either. ZERO hygiene at this place mcdonald's should be ashamed of this place.
