yet again items missing from my order.

I love this store. I did ask for broon sauce but got ketchup but who cares eh. I've got broon sauce in the cupboard.

They never remember to give you straws from this McDonalds. Apart from that decent.

The delivery driver was very rude to my son, and swore, there is no need for this inappropriate behaviour. It's has Quarrybank Court on my appt for delivery, and the driver is saying he has Quarrybank. Thank you.

I've never before seen a Maccy Ds in an Asda, but, Wow. This place is staffed with staff that are bothered about their customers. They smile, and they ask you questions. Fantastic. The food is so much better than other MDs I've tried. The chocolate milkshake is available every time I've asked. 🥰 and it looks and tastes like chocolate shake. I could rave all day about this place. Fantastic. 💫👍👍👍👍👍

ordered the burger but it took over 45 mins later than it said it would. it was stuck on 14 mins for delivery for about 30 mins and obviously turned up stone cold at 4am. not satisfied at all. really poor service

Good food as always but please when getting drinks orders sent out can you maybe double lid or put something over so it’s not leaking everywhere by time comes to my door as all went out a large cola and all over mcFlurry. But apart from that all food tastes amazing thank you

I’m absolutely furious about my order. I ordered what is listed and I got a strawberry milkshake , a burger and chips! I spent the last of my money!!! My son’s food was there!! Absolutely ridiculous yous call yourself a business

I paid 21£ for burger meal and a chicken selection meal, I got delivered only the burger meal. While making the order they also offer some free stuff which is missing as well. I really hope you guys improve at your job while giving me a refund. Shame

Bought a milkshake and got some random coffee drink and got a note on a napkin to say they replaced the milkshake, didn’t get the burger I ordered

Today my experience at McDonalds New Market Road EH14 1RJ was not great. I ordered 1Sausage + Egg Muffin for my son today. I drive for 4 miles and opened the pack at home. It was a burnt one, not edible to eat and was trashed. Ref Order #049 date 13th March

when I got my order food was smashed juice was spilled all in the bag so lost most of my drink.

Didn’t get delivered so somebody got a free meal I thought you used the codes for this problem

The delivery was on time, however all the food was cold and drink damaged and spilt in bag. No tomato sauce even although requested and asked for in delivery note. I give up. It’s just not worth it to order a delivery. Never again. If I ever want a McDonald’s ever again it’ll be next time in the US because it’s absolute garbage service here in UK. Start respecting your customers or you’ll soon find you have none.

Hot food was freezing cold. McFlurry was melted and there was no straw for my milkshake.

I asked for 8pm got a ETA for 815-835, it arrived 821. Your driver was nice and polite and very thankful for his tip too. My only issue was i got 2 milkshakes but no straws arrived which is not the JE drivers fault but luckily i had some already

I accidentally got my address wrong and I messaged my courier to tell them it was wrong but they simply chose to ignore it and said it was delivered when it wasn’t.

Sent vanilla instead of choc milkshake. Donut missing.

My food is freezing and the ice cream is melted. The Oreo pieces or mixed in and soggy. So disappointed. It honestly feels like I have been given someone’s old unwanted meal.

My food has come absolutely stone feckin cold, even my coffee is STONE COLD!!!! This is unaccaeptable. This has been prepared well before its meant to have and now me and my child will need to order from somewhere else absolute joke

Order was originally supposed to be here at 00:15 it did not arrive until 01:00, the food was freezing. The big Mac came with no bun at all, just patty, sauce and veg? How they could mess that up I’ll never know.

They forgot all my dips and sauces and the fries were a bit stale, both things that could have been done better. The chicken was fantastic, and the burger was ok. The dips missing is a recurring issue but they are otherwise good.

What's the deal with freezing cold chips, like warm burger and freezing cold coffees?? Clearly the drinks and chips were packed long before the burgers and just left. Such a consistently bad service from this resteraunt and they aren't even bothered!

Ok but the juices was mostly spilt.

Not a bad McDonald’s but don’t know who’s trained the night time staff…. EVERY time I order my burger with ‘ONLY lettuce, ONLY onions and ONLY sauce’ it comes with cheese also …… if I wanted cheese, it would say that. Never happens during the day. If a hamburger stated ‘ONLY onion, ONLY pickle’ you wouldn’t chuck a cheese slice on so stop doing it to my burger.

Chips stone cold, burgers lukewarm and an ice cream warmer than the chips. Another standard delivery from McDonalds. Try taking less orders online so you have enough drivers to take the food while it’s hot.

We ordered a delivery, code was checked as being the right one tonight 13/2/25. They sent the wrong order, contacted store no help whatsoever I would need to re order and pay again! No offer of okay we will now send the correct order considering it’s their mistake. They wouldn’t even take the order back driver refused, only the drinks had been opened as 1 was meant to be a coffee and milkshake for my granddaughter, food had not been opened. Disgraceful service and Just Eat were just as unhelpful.

no attempt was made to keep my food hot. My strawberry milk shake had spilt. Yes I did heat it up but microwave heating ruins the taste. I had never had cause to complain before.

I'm not receiving my orders and no one has contacted me also they did not provide the refund for the missing food! It's just ridiculous. You are either going to the wrong building no 3 and not my building which is no 2 or you're eating my food.

Never arrived!!!!!! Waited until 11.30 (ordered 9.30 ish!) with the order showing as being prepared the entire time. Was unable to cancel the order so contacted just eat and now I get a notification at 12.30 asking me to leave a review and the order was delivered at 10.30! Absolutely was not!!! Awaiting refund
