Came cold and no straw Chips soggy not good service at all

The delivery person took our order

Delivery time from restaurant was good, but the est. time got pushed back around 30 minutes. The whole point of the order was because it said originally delivery 15-30 mins when it took nearly 45/50. Food was nice and it was all there which was surprising

Delivery driver got to within 100m of my house couldn’t be bothered to find it. Then confirms the order being delivered after me trying to talk to him on the phone, where he rudely hung up on me. raging. Now I’m hungry.

No quarter pounder yet again another item missing

Less than half the order arrived.Burgers, chips, a drink and dips were missing and it arrived late.I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone.Not enough food arrived I had to make a meal last minute and request a refund.Disappointed

This delivery took far too long. I also never got my free item (chicken mayo) - I would have ordered this and paid for it as I wanted this item!

An utter disgrace. I followed my order all around Edinburgh, then it arrives and the driver doesn’t have a clue. He hands me 4 diet cokes instead of my order. Shambles

the order didn’t even show up, it said on the map it was due to be delivered at 1:20 i was trying until half past 2 to get it, absolute joke

The food had been lying in a bag waiting atleast 15 minutes before the driver got to the restaurant then another 10 minuets to deliver my food = stone cold food because thats what i like to waste my money on living with no cooking facilities

my location is so wrong for courier on just eat maps but he used his phone top driver well done 👏

This McDonald’s is very poor quality and twice in a row now my order has had something missing or prepared wrong. Food also cold and so poorly prepared. Good job just eat refunds are simple.

No straws or dips dissappoining

Food was stone cold when it arrived, it’s a 5 minute journey so no idea why it was so cold. Only a partial refund d from just eat.

Paid for my large drink for it to me completely empty and spilled and the courier didn’t seem bothered at all. Hopefully can get a refund issued.

I’ve been given the wrong order and now can’t get in touch with anyone about it I have phoned and the woman wasn’t much help she gave me a number which is no good and told me to email through just eat which I have not heard back from aswell

The fanta was orange, food was not in the hot hold bags that delivery drivers should put in and ice cream melted. Just not happy with order

No grimace shake, I want my grimace shake I will keep leaving bad reviews from new accounts until a single worker answers me and gets me a grimace shake

Drinks need to stay upright! Every time I order drinks they come tipped over and the bag is soaking. Even with double lids! Drivers need to be told this as it is really annoying. Made a comment today about the bag being wet and just got a shrug.

Shocking. Ordered cheese burger with EXTRA pickles, got a whole 2 slices on the entire burger. Large fries that were half full and some felt stale. Delivery driver couldn’t find the location, went to a different door number and juice split in the bag

Missing a ketchup dip & the Irn Brub& ice was filled to the 50cl mark - that may be the correct standard but is usually fuller.

8 chicken nuggets instead of 9! I am not happy I am sad how can I enjoy my 8 nugs when I know there should be 9, please send me one nugget thank you guys love you xx

food was good, driver was on time and delivered around 2.30am. see when you deliver at that time, do all your drivers have to slam the car door? guy woke up about 5 dogs and at least one neighbour.

Double Big Mac Missing from Order?

big order and all the food items arrived. bit cold when arrived but still some warmth to it

both meals were cold, and the chicken in the mc crispy was stringy, and the coating was brick hard at the edges, disgrace.

Delicious hot breakfast roll, good amount of fillings, bacon, egg, sausage pattie and cheese, fast delivery service and polite and courteous delivery driver.
