Order was missing all 3 dips and one large drinks. Disappointing.

The delivery guy was awful, instead of ringing the flat he just called to say he was outside but he could barely put two words together so I couldn't understand at all, and then all the drinks were spilled and when I pointed out he didn't even care

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I have had food poisoning twice this year after eating at this establishment. The most recent incident was particularly severe—I was bedridden for an entire week. I believe this place is extremely hazardous to health! I strongly advise everyone to avoid coming here. I hope my situation catches the attention of Food Standards Scotland (FSS). It is crucial that this establishment undergoes a thorough inspection, particularly concerning hygiene and sanitary standards. The health of customers should be a priority, and incidents like this must not go unnoticed !!!

The fries were cold and tasted like cooking oil and the burgers were just hot. Not the best McDonald's.

I wanted to eat fries, so I waited until breakfast was over, and when I finally placed my order after 11 o'clock and sat down to eat, a staff member came and forced me to participate in some kind of restaurant or staff evaluation survey. It was annoying because they asked me to write my name, and they asked me so many questions that the fries got cold and I felt really tired.

Nothing that the McDonald's did wrong themselves but I am appalled with how rude the security was this evening (08/01/25) at about 9:25pm I came over to ask if you guys had toilets and as there was on the sign saying you were closing I asked the guard at the door. He did it in fact tell me that you guys had one and were closed Which I could understand as it was close to closing time. However, as I was trying to explain that my disabled mother needed to go toilet and has an access card for this, he decided instead to try and close the door in my face rather than listening to what I had to say. So I tried asked what the closest toilet were and he tried sending us up the tall flights of stairs which if he had listened to me he would have known my mother can not do due to her disability. Accessibility needs major improvements with the security

Error in order and my daughter was left without eating. More attention.

Delivery driver was sat on a street opposite end of town to my building for a long time with my order. Food was stone cold and drinks spilt so there was only 1/4 left. Food inedible. This is normally the better or the McDonalds to get delivered. Driver was ignorant talking on the phone while passing me the order, wish I never tipped

No thanks! It was dirty, got my order wrong. It was super busy so I couldn’t even get to the counter to ask them to fix my order. I know the workers are doing their best. But still go somewhere else.

Avoid ordering from here if possible. The delivery cyclist sat outside for a further 10 mins (we didn’t know it was 100% our food as we live in a multi storey building and people ordering food all the time)but cycled away and said it was delivered!!

I have selected 'Late' and 'over an hour' because there isn't a 'did not arrive' option or a 'delivered to wrong delivery address'. The kids are distraught and hungry. I wonder why we are given delivery confirmation numbers. someone is eating a free meal because of an incapable delivery driver.

Ordered through just eat, 1 hour and a half .... Shocking, not far as well ...

The food delivered very cold as it probably was just left. You can prove this by checking when they starting “preparing the order” and when it actually delivered. I want my money back

10 minute wait for two flatbreads and a coffee. Wasn’t very busy, and flatbreads take 45 seconds to cook. Manager on front didn’t have a smile in her soul and I was late for work. No apology for the wait. West end McDonald’s is far better than any other store near town

Revolting. I found an insect in my drink so immediately got in touch with Just Eat customer service. Despite me explaining the food hygiene issue, they abruptly closed down the chat and refused to give any sort of refund. Appalling customer service

Ordered a standard cheeseburger off the saver menu; in other mcdonalds it's pretty fast to get that. This Mcdonalds left me waiting 15mins and I had to go get my train without it. Staff were just messing around giggling at each other.

The banana milk shake was watery and mushy. The mc chicken sandwich was disgusting the mayo on it didn’t even taste like mayo. I would no recommend this McDonald’s

The delivery driver completely ignored me. Made no eye contact and was downright miserable. I wished Wished I hadn’t tipped. Drivers don’t need to be beaming with joy but basic civility and eye contact is expected. Unprofessional , miserable, grump.

You’d expect a fast food restaurant at a train station to be fast enough to make a single wrap within 10minutes. Staff doing nothing and prioritising their own meals over customers, clearly a large management issue here.

Ordered without gherkin ? Yeah correct it came with gherkin ? Little wait for food to be redone, staff a little bemused and argumentative that the ticket didn’t say ? 3 times I asked for no gherkin when ordering at the till ? They wasn’t happy when I asked for fresh fries as they was left in the bag on the counter while they redone the burger ? and the big double mac is not as big as shown ? About the size they use to be years ago ?

Unfortunately juice was not packaged correctly therefore spilled into back leaving very little juice and into the mcflurries destroying the quality.

the food is good but the burgers are smushed especially smaller burgers like the cheeseburger, hamburger, mayo chicken etc. the fries are also sometimes unseasoned but would recommend.

I ordered via the machine but it did not print a receipt. Fortunately, I found help from a friendly lady who helped me find my number and so I still received my order.

Was attacked in the bar and hit in the face, glasses were broken! This place is apparently a meeting place for marginalized people and hooligans. I didn't get any support from the local and had to call the police to find my missing watch. Very sad experience!

portion of chips was distasstisfying for a standard/ normal portion of chips. I thought it is a small portion they gave me when I ordered a standard.

The Indian male employee cleaning up the trash is really humble and kind. I can feel the goodness in your eyes. A service that is like a ray of light in Edinburgh, where racism is rampant. People like this should become managers, really.

Experimenté calambres estomacales / diarrea 12 horas después de comer con un toque de intoxicación alimentaria que nunca he experimentado. Just, want to express our gratitude to the team, especially to Sojan and Syed Bilal, who helped as with the spiled food and made our experience unforgetable and we left with happy smiles. Thank you. Its always nice to meet good people.

Was all cold the driver spilt a juice in the stair and I had to mop up all the stair and since he spit the juice there was a juice short

Edit- JOSH can’t pack a bag of food even if his life depended on it. Food was cold when I received it and customisation instructions weren’t followed. Kiosk didn’t print receipt and was very laggy. Blonde haired manager was more interested talking to her friend rather than help her struggling team who were on pending orders in kitchen and on the front of house. Place was engulfed with Delivery drivers lingering around the area where the employees need to exit to do Table Service causing a blockage. Store toilets are disgusting despite you needing to use a pin-code to enter them. Customer Hosts are lovely and try to be attentive. However as soon as I had finished I had my rubbish taken away instantly and that felt like my queue to leave.

Good food, great service, comfortable sit in. We were helped by the manager which was nice. Went around 8:20 am, and it wasn't super busy and loud. All around great time for breakfast.

Food was good as is normally, service is quick. Atmosphere is about as much as you get from a fast food restaurant.

Place is busy af and one of there own staff tried to take my phone THERE OEN STAFF!!! luckily my friend said something as I was ordering my stuff. There is also no toilets in the McDonalds you need to pay 50p just to go!!!

The order arrived on time. However, our large cola split all over the paper bag to the point where it was only half full. We ordered a double cheeseburger and received a normal cheeseburger instead. Lastly, the dips we ordered weren’t in the bag. Glad for the fast delivery but very disappointed in the mistakes in our order and how carelessly it was packaged.

The driver couldn't find the flat despite giving details in the notes section of my order and also when he messaged me about it

Order a BBQ crispy rap with chips and it came cold the only thing I enjoyed was the juice, rude people and rude customers too not the best place to go my chips look like they were cooked over a over again no happy

Ordered drinks with my order and the delivery guy didn’t have them in his just eat bag and couldn’t run down my stairs in my flat fast enough. I asked him to come back to my address with my 2 drinks, whither he will come back is a big fat chance! If he’s a decent egg.
