got my order wrong, service is terrible. had to wait 10 minutes for a pepsi, 20 minutes for food. not good.

In the tour of N.I to rate every KFC restaurant. This one was good and super quick service

Well, I had placed order in advance for my son's 17th birthday (Yes, I know, but he has ADHD and didn't want to go out), He had ordered his particular box meal, and his siblings and my partner ordered ours. We had checked in to drive through about 2 or 3 mins before arriving, then sat another 5 minutes before getting to kiosk where we were told we had not placed an order. After a few minutes the guy came back and said they were preparing it. After several more mins he produced us with drinks and a dismal bag. We asked if there was more to come. He replied "it's all there". 6 miles to home to give my son his birthday dinner he asked for,,,,,,it wasn't there! Nor was a chicken fillet burger meal!. I rang Coleraine spoke to assistant manager who made me out to be a liar! Why? Why would I spoil my child's birthday with that crap!? I asked to speak to manager. She said she was assistant manager in charge. I said I would email her manager. Then suddenly manager was there. Kat, the manager, was actually very good, and knew I was being honest, apologised and said she would make missing order up for us. Thing is, my son's birthday was completely ruined as we never got to all sit and have dinner together as this process was over an hour and we have drove from Belfast to make sure he had a good birthday dinner. If KFC have any respect towards us they should refund us as it was a complete shambles and very upsetting for my son. RJ Bailey

I ordered a kfc of Uber eats yesterday. I had complained to Uber that my chicken was pink and thought nothing else of it. I woke up today feeling awful, I went to work and couldn’t even stay for long as I was too ill and felt like I was on the verge of vomiting.

Best food in awhile only pity the staff dont no how to speak to the public

Just had first KFC in a year, it has come along way. Service was excellent, we done drive through. Very polite and helpful. Food was really good love the new fries.

Definitely one of the better KFC franchises food wise. Pity it's getting so expensive though.

Got food half hour after I arrived. The chicken shin was hard and tasteless. No apologie for late service .

Will never buy anything from them again. My wife and my stepson and myself all had a bucket of chicken my wife was blessed she only had one piece. I ate three pieces my stepson ate three. Both my stepson and myself were very sick. The food and the chips were disgusting, greasy and tasted like the oil had not been changed. My advice is do not use this place. Not recommended.

Tables were dirty from previous users and order prep took almost an hour and children were getting anxious and restless

Very poor service 😞. Talk about lazy... Got a family bucket, with beans, corn, large bottle of drink. No napkins, no salt, no spoons so that was a messy finger job, no cups so we just had to take a swig and pass the bottle. The sauce dips fell of the tray unto the floor and was just put back on with my food. If is wasn't for view of a tyre depot straight out the window it would have been a really poor experience overall.

Hi there I went to kfc last night and girl who helped me she was so helpful and went out of her way to advise me on the best deal to buy and such a pleasant manor which is very rare these days thanks again

Better options elsewhere in the town! Staff at counter need alot more customer training as they are just ignorant, slow/lazy and really don’t look like they wanted to be there. Didn’t eat here in over a year as it wasn’t the best but the food now has got slightly better since last time but still overpriced for the quality and especially service! Spend your money at a Restaurant or somewhere else! 4/10

Every time I go orders always wrong and staff is so cheeky and ignorant

As usual, pretty decent. In the main dining area away from the counter, a few customers hadn't cleared up after themselves and possibly staff hadn't noticed. A few customers took a quick look for tables and were put off by what they saw. Just an observation.

Walked in with my pet fish and was told he couldnt be with me, so he was taken off me and taken to the kitchen. i then ordered CHICKEN wings but after i took a bite it tasted abit fishy, i then realised i just had ate jerold my pet fish. RIP jerold, ill miss u. Also jerold was my grannies firsh, my granny heard the news and took a stroke, the fish was names after my grannies late husband. Overall bad experience xx i want compensation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have paypal

Ordered food off under eats order was wrong for both and did not receive drink! Got in contact with them and the lday Called angle was so kind,camewent down and was able to get the rest of my order, unhappy about not able to get a refund off the uber app! Other than that I'm satisfied with the great service.

Disgusting food and staff not pleasant at all 😠😠😠

This is one of the older franchises which really needed to be upgraded or relocated a number of years ago. Much more staff training wouldn't be remiss either. The inclusion of the self-ordering digital boards is a good move, however it's very unprofessional NOT to keep them fully updated with ALL the offers being promoted on the radio or television to remind customers on site to make their experience more satisfying.

**Update** 29/04/23 They have definitely improved drastically since my last review. Updated store, new, friendlier staff. And most importantly, the food always seems to be spot on! Can't really fault them now, if delivery was available it would be 5 stars! It's just ok, can be a little hit and miss regarding the quality! Sometimes it's perfect, crispy skin, moist meat....others times (more often than not), it's greasy and bland! I suppose it depends on the staff working that day! I was actually having a family party a while ago and ordered 2 buckets, only to be told there wasn't enough chicken....in Kentucky Fried 'CHICKEN'! Lol The staff are generally good, some of the younger ones could do with smiling a bit, I know you're at work, but it's not the customers fault. They can often be far from the smiling, "Have a nice day!" attitude I believe KFC and most US companies promote. Still, it's the only one here, Portrush KFC used to be awesome though! Bring back Buttermilk Muffins! 😁

Dunno how chicken can be dry and greasy in one go, but they managed it, then I felt I'll for the rest of the day.

Ordered a gravy bucket 6 chicken peices, 6 mini fillets, 8 hot wings, 4 chips, 3 gravies and 1 popcorn chicken, We got 2 chips, 2 gravy(thank god) brown hot water. 3 mini fillets, bottles became cans, 6 hot wings, and I remember kentucky famed for its flavour just tasted like burnt breadcrumb, thought I would give it a chance with its chequered past, BUT! Will never be back.

Came here with my dog and he ate a single piece of popcorn chicken then had massive diarrhea on the floor then a worker threated to attack me so I throw a piece of chicken at her then ran away never again

my brother took myself and my grandaughter to kfc coleraine on thursday 13.1022 he purchased 2x zinger meals 18 Pounds the food was unedible the burger cold chicken cold gravy cold chips cold and they looked like and tasted like something you reheated 3 days ago my dog wouldnt eat it needless to say we wont be back overpriced uneatable meals kfc should be ashamed of themselves

This KFC is actually shocking, I don’t know how they are open. They are so cheeky. I stood at the till and this woman fully ignored me and all the other staff just looked at me while she spoke to others after me in the queue and blanked me. They have no ketchup at all and no salt. Got ordered on the machine and doesn’t it print out a receipt and they forgot my drink. All the workers are so rude

This place is a disaster sone I ordered my 3 piece verity meal and it came 20 minutes later with I piece of bone no brest and it was cold My wife ordered a wrap meal an for side ordered sweet corn and got beans when we asked about it they said we are out of stock but we give you these charges and they will provide you with a supplement This place is run by a bunch of jokers who don't have a clue.

It was awful 2 kids with food poison I left hungry as it wasn't worth looking at nevermind eating thankfully I didn't kids threw up outside staff was useless

Had to stand almost 10 minutes at counter before anyone even took my order, and the young man who took the order never once seemed engaged in his job. Almost every item I ordered was told that some part of it was unavailable. I then had to wait for over half an hour for my order to be ready. Ordered a fillet burger, was charged for a fillet burger but received a mini fillet burger, which had mayo on it when I'd specifically told them NO MAYO. The boneless chicken was brilliant but the gravy was almost water-like. Popcorn snackbox had about 5 bits of popcorn chicken in it. £35 for a meal that after driving 15 minutes home to the family wasn't even correct is absolutely disgraceful. This place doesn't even deserve 1 start for its customer satisfaction. I will definitely not be back and will be telling others to avoid KFC Coleraine like the plague.

This KFC has gotten alot better in the recent years than when I first came here, the food used to be 50/50 but now its always 100%, I'd definitely recommend this establishment now. I'd say I come here atleast once a week now.

Don’t even deserve a star, fast food is a joke sat 45 minutes to be told at the window they only had zingers and popcorn. Baring in mind there was only two cars Infront of me. Zingers where disgusting like rubber, hot wings were as dry as could be and chips where freezing and not half cooked, the nicest thing was the gravy as it tasted like water. Won’t be returning again should be shut down as it’s a joke.

Sat for half an hour in the drive through waiting to be served only to be told “We are closed”. Three cars behind me also waiting to be served. It was 7pm Monday. Awful customer service. Website said it was open. 👎

Says on there website that is opened until 8 o'clock but when I went there at 7.15 it was shut. Waste of my time and petrol to travel for nothing. Disgraceful.

Worst food to date- order given completely wrong spent £39 came all the way from ballymena to wait over 30 mins for food to be wrong, forgotten almost half the order and staff is so ignorant! Sat and argued with me about my order being correct when I know what I ordered. Thrown in anything to make up for not having what I asked for. Worst KFC I have ever been to. This hasn’t been the first time this has happened. The place is a shambles will never be back, not even worth 1 star.

The drive in section of this KFC is ridiculous. Everyone we go through the drive through they always forget to put something into your order. This happens repeatedly. And to top it off, sat outside the drive through 4 cars in total, all waiting, no-one answered the speaker, so I went to the window and they said they're closed. Do they not realise the cost of fuel these days to be sat outside waiting for them to say they're shut. They should be shut, PERMANENTLY

I went to the drive thru bought a bargain bucket with diet sugar free club orange charged an extra 50 p for sugar levy I questioned the operator no answer bit a sugar levy on a sugar free drink. KFC consists of 3 parts chicken and chips the chips were totally inedible a disgusting composition of potato. To add insult to injury I was requested to park round the corner as I stated to the young man this was a drive through and I would treat accordingly. In essence this is a franchise that needs to be properly managed and worked won't be back.

Avoided this place for years but heard ilthey got a new manager so gave it a go. Pleasantly surprised. Got a boneless banquet to go. Very clean inside. Place has had lots of work done to it. Clean and modern. Food was solid 10/10.will def be back.

Friendly staff and good clean restaurant with excellent on-site parking. Only issue is that recently it has been hard to know when the location is open as the regular opening hours have changed.

Ordered a popcorn snack box for my youngest, about 5 pieces of popcorn in it and soggy chips. Wanted 6 piece hot wing meal with a side of gravy again, had 5 pieces of chicken and no gravy. Yes, u don't expect too much from fast food but the least you expect is edible food and all the food you pay for. Tried phoning but nobody seems interested in picking up the phone

Ordered online through UberEats. After the order being delayed multiple times it was finally cancelled. We decided to go to the drive thru; waited 15 minutes to be told that there was 'no chicken left'. This has happened multiple times, I don't understand why they can't take their restaurant off of UberEats when it's busy and close the shop when there's no chicken left instead of having people waste their time. Absolutely baffling, will not be back. Rather take my service somewhere else.

Worst takeaway I've ever ate. £7.50 and I could count the number of soggy chips I got on one hand, the chicken was so dry you could use it for tinder, gravy was tasteless and the wings must have been off a budgie

So me and my partner fancied a KFC for dinner this evening, drove to Coleraine and seen a car at the drive through as we drove round to order our meals. We sat for ages waiting for someone to take our order, sat for about 7 minutes and no one came on the speaker system, so I walked around to the collection window only to see a sign saying that it was closed Monday to Wednesday, so went back and told the other cars in the drive through that's its closed. The website said it was open. Usually disappointed with KFC Coleraine and it was the same today. The whole place is terrible, so we went to another fast food restaurant which got our custom today.

Hammond sent us off to get food, at something called a KFC. It was a place which seemed to mostly be full of chicken, and what kind of nerd would find that interesting? Turns out my colleague, James does as when we arrived he went "WOW". They don't grow their own chickens on site, I know this as I didn't see any greenhouses as that is what you use to grow eggs and meat in. My colleague thinks that chicken is a vegetable for some reason, but anyways. Hammond was not impressed with us as we didn't get anything from his plans for lunch, he yelled out "CLARKSON" when he found this out, but I told him it was May's fault, which meant my genius became so large that it has its own atmosphere. But May then blamed it on Mr. Wilman and he then proceeded to say "You cannot even begin to comprehend the bounds of my forethcoming genius"

Other local takeaways get my business when I try go to KFC Coleraine. The reason you ask? KFC Coleraine never have any chicken on the bone. Like a good hour before closing and no chicken to serve. KFC Coleraine are a constant disappointment.

I’ve had problems with this kfc on multiple occasions, ordered a water and they never came with it. On another occasion i ordered and it took a full 25 minutes for it to come.

Its ok just ok depending if they give you the right order and that everything you order is in the bag, this has happened nearly every time we go

What a place this is , I thought the food would have been half warm . They have not mastered cooking in coleraine KFC. Food well below sub standard, chips burnt on the outside and raw inside 😳 chicken would have been warmer if they had left it in the sun for 10 mins . The drive thru was slower than a slow boat from China. This place need shut down or condemned.

Not worth a star very disappointed

Disastrous. The person taking orders struggled with English language. So a massive queue formed which made her even more nervous. I was third in the queue. It took 25 minutes and when I got to order she couldn't understand what I was ordering. The queue got bigger but they refused to open another till. I won't be back

Food was cold when arrived home 5 minutes away, forgot to put in sides and dips, not impressed

I’ve eaten here a few times now both in the restaurant and have had it delivered. The food was appalling. The chicken not cooked thoroughly, each time I’ve eaten from here, I’ve bitten into pink, fleshy, bloody chicken and absolutely soaked in oil. I feel that they are understaffed and very busy, hence why they do not allow the chicken to cook to its full time. They take the chicken out when it still has 4-8 mins left on the chicken fryer clock and serve it sooner. This is both disgusting and borderline against health and safety.

Has slightly improved the food,though only one food ordering booth works we had to stand and wait. So we went to order at counter instead to order. Slow service and lots of staff on. People ordered from the ordering booth on food that wanted table service had to go up to the counter. Not enough tables to sit on they had stacked the chairs ontop of tables. Said don't use this table.

Arrived in the restaurant at 8:00pm to be barked at 'we're closed" although I had been allowed to walk through the unlocked door and up to the counter before being refused service No mention of the drive through serving meals for a further 2 hours Customer service "Nil" My suggestion, avoid this place and spend ur money with people who appreciate your custom 1 star is 2 too many

Waited an hour and after all that the food was disgusting greasy breadcrumbs had all fallen off and staff do not have a good attitude plus those foreign boys that drive for ubber or whoever get served the minute they go in no waiting for them hateful people and so rude.
