The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Service seemed a bit disorganised. My order was left on the side until I prompted the staff to hand it to me. But staff member that served me was polite.

FANTASTIC place to visit for a show. Staff polite, cast good, Leye funny.... Have been to wath a show for a few years now, never fails to put on a good show

I reviewed KH three years ago and couldn't give more that 3 stars but I came back to spend mothers day lunch there and i have to say it exceeded all my expectations. food amazing and attentive staff on a busy day!

Really disappointed with my visit this time, been here before and the service was great but this time it took a bit of time for someone to seat us despite there being only 1 other person in the diner. Then there were no staff at all, pressed buzzer on table and no one came out. Just ended up leaving in the end, emailed to complain but no answer after 2 attempts from the diner.

Chelsea is was amazing as always. She's always brilliant. Can't wait to come back. Been here few times and she's always perfect

Most vile food i have ever tasted... Horrible pretentious service, and horrendously overpriced... I could have dined on dog turds and would have tasted better and been free.

On Saturday 10th we took our daughter out as a celebration of the hard work she has put in at school leading up to her A levels. We'd already been to the cinema and decided that a trip to F&B's would be nice for her as she likes the ribs that are on the menu. The restaurant was pretty dead when we arrived ( us and another 4 tables ) so we thought that service wouldn't be an issue which it was on our last visit. Unfortunately service was still slow but the food was also an issue. My daughter's ribs were not very appealing when they came to the table, my wife's burger was the same and my microscopic pepperoni pizza was very bland even though I had asked for chillis to be put on it. The lady serving us didn't seem overly interested in our feedback about the food and made no attempt to explain or apologise for the food quality. Needless to say I am glad my wife has a blue card so we didn't have to pay full price for the meal as I definitely wouldn't have. We will think long and hard about a return visit which is a shame as F&B's used to be such a fun place to eat.

Fui aquí con mi pareja el sábado y no me impresionó en absoluto. El queso que utilizan es la versión falsa americana y las patatas fritas de queso eran literalmente solo una plancha de queso (por £ 5 ). Mi otra queja es que no tienen cubiertos aparte de un tenedor de madera, un cuchillo hubiera estado bien cuando me metí en un lío justo tratando de comer mi hamburguesa sin bollo. Mis compañeros Raspberry Cheesecake batido era bastante agradable, pero eso es realmente todo. No volveré a comer aquí. Mi pareja probablemente lo hará porque le encanta la comida 😂

Great place, good food, friendly service and warm atmosphere

Fue ridículo que llegamos allí y nos dijeron que no nos servirían en su cocina está cerrada a pesar de que fuimos por los tiempos en línea y que había dicho que era medianoche. Esto fue terrible, ya que mi amigo ha viajado fuera de la ciudad que nos rechazaron.

Booked a table of ten for a fourth birthday party. Children weren’t given colouring and quickly got bored. Everyone ordered from the table. Half of us got food relatively promptly, the kids on the other half had to wait fifty minutes for their pizza. It took four chasers and one of us ended up having to carry the food from the kitchen ourselves. After all this, the puddings we’d preordered weren’t ever offered or our table ever cleared. We gave up and left in the certain knowledge that getting desserts would be just as difficult as getting the pizzas. The selection of food at the buffet was very limited, the pasta essentially mush, and the salad bar poorly stocked and a mess. We complained and someone took details but never offered us any explanation on what they were going to do to help us. We were ignored when we left. Nobody expects much from Pizza Hut. But this was the absolute pits. Just go to Pizza Express which is a few minutes away and no more expensive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Never heard of this place before. Service fine. But the food. My god the food. As soon as it's handed to you, you might smell a weird sort of almost dirty oil smell. Whatever it is, you know it's not good. My burger was supposed to have a maple syrup taste. It tasted like cardboard surrounding a very average smashed patty. The loaded fries were supposed to have some sort of beef on it, but instead it seemed like someone had scraped the bits off a fried chicken drumstick onto the chips. Overall incredibly disappointed in the food, I'll be impressed if this place is open in two years time.

Got what I wanted, not too busy

El restaurante tiene un ambiente agradable, personal amable y muy buenos cócteles. Sin embargo, la comida fue decepcionante.
