Pizza Hut in Crawley

Great service! Table for 11 booked and the staff did really well with our service and orders. All friendly staff. Good food. Nice environment. Pleased! Thanks Pizza Hut.

We had tickets for the cinema. So we got to Pizza hut hour and half before the film. We ordered a sharing deal. The main food and drinks came quite quickly. We finished the main and they asked us if we wanted out dessert. After 30 mins, despite asking two members of staff who said it was on it way, it still hadn't turned up. We ended up having to leave without having it as the cinema was about to start. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. We didn't even get an apology!

Haven't had a Pizza Hut pizza for years, usually use Papa John's but decided to give it a try again as they give Blue Light discount. Paid for a large meat feast, discount wasn't taken. Asked why, had to wait for the Manager, only to be told, nothing he could do about it, Contact customer services! Got home, opened the box and found a 'medium' pizza (being generous here) with a crust like a rock and toppings that were either dry as a bone or non existent. £21 down the drain. Only ordered it after a 14hr shift, should have had a microwave meal and saved a fortune.

It was a passing by visit and decided to quick eat at the place. Normal uncomplicated choices of food but enjoyed a glass of wine too (great red wine I believe from Spain).A sweet guy called Bryan served me and he was very helpful and friendly. Nice to have that in any level of restaurant and he should be recognized for his efforts.

Went today to take the Mrs out. Ordered the bottomless drinks with the pizza. But all the drinks were all watered down. So they all tasted like water. The ice cream was just all ice

We came here last night after quite a few years away. We couldn't believe the price of a pizza for two. We did half and half, a pepperoni and goats cheese stuffed crust. The pepperoni we could count as it was very sparse, no flavour , the stuffed crust had no flavour either and the thin crust was very thin and tough. The goats cheese half was pretty good in flavour. All in all it wasn't the best pizza we've had for £25!! £5 for 3 pieces garlic bread with cheese!! The kids menu is pretty good value so we're happy with that. Couldn't fault the service. I don't think we will be coming back for another few years! Very poor quality in taste.

Upon waiting 15 minutes outside in the cold to enter into a half empty restaurant (not surprisingly), we were sat at a sticky, uncleaned, impractical booth. We placed our food order through the app which is beneficial as you don't have to look at the outdated interior design. We order a sharing platter and helped ourselves to the unlimited salad bar, which consisted of some rancid potato salad so our party decided to stay clear of the rest. We sat down again and waited another 30 minutes for the pizzas to turn up which were bang average surprising given the name is Pizza Hut, my advice... change the name to 'The Hut'. The sides then arrived to some stuck together garlic breads and watery chicken balls. The pizzas were then cleared 20 minutes after we finished. Given the wait we expected deserts to arrive soon after, how wrong we were. Another 15 minutes pass and still no desserts we were ready to up and leave. We asked the waiter where they were and they were brought over instantly. We ate the stick of butter disguised as cookie dough. After this meal I think me and my party would have preferred to have stopped in the corner shop and got some frozen pizzas to have at home.

Just lovely staff, and given the circumstances of restrictions - the outside dining was lovely. A perfect sun trap. I even ordered something incorrectly and they fixed it for free. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks for a lovely lunch 😊

Our visit was uneventful, although we did go on a weekday during the afternoon. Restaurant was clean, waitress was friendly and food came out quickly.

Firstly we arrived to a nice welcome and told to sanitise and collect our own cutlery and menus, we were then shown to our table and told we needed to order through the app. After scanning the code and loading the correct ordering page and spending 10 mins, going through all the options for four people, pizzas, sides, salads, drinks etc etc i proceeded to check out and attempted to use a gift card that my wife recieved for her birthday. Unfortunately this didnt work on the app/web page and after trying to get someones attention i finally managed to get someone to come over. I explained the situation and the waitress huffed, shrugged her shoulders and said she would need to do it manually and walked away. Another waitress then came and proceeded to take our order. After having to go through everything again with waitress our order was finally placed(at this point we'd been in the restaurant 40mins) I was asked to pay before even getting a drink which i do not agree with and when handed the card machine, displayed was whether i wanted to tip the waitress!!! The food arrived quite quickly and was all correct except the salad dressings and additional sauces and dips for sides etc. Puddings were a disaster, our table was half cleared and we then sat for another 20mins with no sign of afters (already paid for!) and all the staff were out of sight. The meal deals they have are not bad price wise but drinks are ridiculous! £5 for a bottle of Bud or cider (330ml & 400ml) and they now do not do refill soft drinks?? I have been to lots of restaurants over the covid period and unfortunately Pizza Hut are handling it is by far the worst.Addition: as we left a table of approx 10 (3 adults 7 children were being seated) Total meal time 1hr40min a generous 5/10Setup - 2/5Service - 1/5Food Quality - 4/5Prices 2/5

Was greeted and told that we had to book the food on the company app and pay before we could eat. Not good with these systems on phone. Tried repeatedley to get the order done, but everytime we went to pay a advert was over the checkout button and there was no way you could get to it unless you logged onto their system app and gave away information we did not want to give. We had already checked in using the government check and trace app. After about 20 mins we left. Apparently, many other may have done the same as us, felt sorry for the manager and staff as Pizza Hut seems too keen on collecting personal data. Not going there again .

We had really good time here. Our waiter JoshC was super kind and professional, he gave us very good service. Buffet was ok, but would be great if you place ingredients information next to food. (Lactose etc.)

They can do it all, cater for family, large groups and hard to find dietary requirements!! Shame Gf pizza same price, if not more and get a much smaller pizza..

Came here before the cinema, this would have been the first time I have been to this pizza hut restaurant in years. The last time was probably around 2013/2014 and it has improved SO much. I was very impressed. My boyfriend was a complete first timer and having had bad delivery pizza hut experiences in the past he was slightly hesitant about this but even he was really happy and impressed with the service and quality of food we received. We ordered the 3 starters, garlic bread with cheese, cheese triangles and the chicken nuggets. With obviously 2 cocktails on the side. Which were also as delicious as the starters. Our waitress was very nice, friendly and accommodating. First time meeting her I did think she was quite abrupt with me but then I came to realise she was only doing us a favour by pointing us away from accidentally ordering a vegan starter option. She was very attentive, she would always come to our table and make sure everything was OK and when we asked her for another drink or anything else she made us her first priority. She was very quick and helpful. Unfortunately I never got her name but she was great. The service was quick our food and drinks got to us very fast but maybe that was because we got there before the very busy peak time on a Saturday evening. We arrived at about 5pm and when we were leaving around 6:30(ish) there were customers queuing outside the door. People were walking away because of a long wait for a table. So be warned it does get extremely busy.We shared a pizza, cant fault that either. Very tasty, came out piping hot and the portion was just right.We were also impressed by the pricing, for 2 cocktails each, starters and a main plus a bowl of ice cream factory that we shared (you can't come to pizza hut and not have ice cream factory!) it was very reasonably priced so we definitely will be returning.The only thing that I didn't understand is why they don't have happy hour on the cocktails on a Saturday night. It's only Sunday-Thursday. Also, please bring back the pasta salad on the help yourself salad bar!.. Not too sure why you don't serve that anymore and that was also slightly disappointing but none the less.. we had a great meal and it was definitely worth the visit. Thank you.

Having never entered a Pizza Hut before I was pleasantly surprised. We had a table for 7 and ordered a mixture of melts/pizza/mac and cheese. Have to say the Mac and cheese was really tasty and nicely presented. The waiting staff were really personable and the environment clean. We did not find it too expensive as with 2 bottles of wine and 6 beers the bill came to £25 per head with tip. The salad bar was OK if uninspiring. Would go again if I was in the area and very convenient for the cinema and bowling. Plenty of parking on site too.

Went in here for a quick bite to eat before the cinema , order a chicken supreme pizza and 2 Diet Pepsi’s and the bill come to £30 , very expensive for the quality of the pizza , probably won’t be rushing back here any time soon , service was quick and easy but food very standard .

Just wanted to write this review because the service received was outstanding. Unfortunately the booking was confused but the staff did everything they could to resolve with no hesitation. The waitress service was also excellent. The waitress was polite and friendly. There were no delays and the food was great. Thank you all so much :)

I felt I had to write as the service we received was excellent, our waiter was Brian, he was so friendly and attentive. The food was great and out quickly no waiting at all, it was a Friday night so busy! We couldn’t fault a thing and had a really lovely evening, thank you.

I came here for dinner with a friend, the service was slow, but the waitress was lovely. We ordered a individual pizza and a sharing pizza - the restaurant wasn’t busy and the pizza took a while to come, but it was very tasty, although the waitress didn’t apologise for the delay. The salad bar is always good, although I do miss the cold pasta you used to have - bring this back!!! The toilets though are disgusting, they don’t seem to be checked ever! Toilet paper all over the floor, a horrible smell, sticky wet patches all over the floor. We then ordered the sharing cookie dough- I don’t like ice cream and asked for no ice cream on the cookie dough - due to a disability I don’t like hot and freezing food touching, they still brought it out with ice cream. When I complained nothing was done.

Immediately greeted and shown to our seat. Staff were all extremely pleasanrt and helpful. Service was prompt and you were made to feel valued.

We took 6 girls here for a 10th birthday party meal. Booking process was easy, invites and menu sheet provided ahead of the visit (via download and print).When we arrived all was in order, we had a great table and they even let us sit on a table for 2 next to them so the girls could be left to enjoy the time just them.Our waiter (Aiden) was brilliant, he was great with the girls, friendly and smiley and very efficient with sorting everything out.The food was excellent as was the self-service unlimited drinks.Unfortunately one of the girls was not very well but one of the staff, a lady whose name I didn't get was very helpful in making sure we were ok.It was really a great experience. The one downside I could highlight is that the male toilets were not very clean and in need to refurbishment but that was it, everything else was very good.

I know that reviewing restaurant based on its toilet is not the normal way but I was really disappointed in the cleanliness. It was clear that aside from people having the misfortune to need to use it no one had checked in several hours that day. It wouldn’t have taken long to sort, I’m glad I had finished eating and was on my way home.

Just left the restaurant and will not return after trying the buffet. The ledge in the divider next to our booth had a thick layer of dust , tissues and crumbs .. felt very uncomfortable eating there. Other areas were also filthy and covered in dirt . Managers response was yes I agree it was last cleaned a week ago ! It should be cleaned daily !!! Offered a voucher but declined . Food poor pizzas had little topping, the meat pizza was tiny bits of chicken a tin of sweet corn and smothered in bbq sauce.the pepperoni was not exinstant and pizzas

Slow service and very slow considering we waiting 25 minuets.The sides were a bit desappointing.Pizza was tasty actually.

Poor service and when questioning the manager and said your loosing revenue she said not mine either. don’t come here run by kids who treat you like pizza in the floor very disappointed won’t be spending my money here ever again.

We went in at 7pm Frid. The lights were verry low and we could not read the menu. We asked the womann who came to take our order if she could turn the lights up, she said she could not because they are automatically controlled. We further complained. The staff then turned up the lights and we were at last able to read the menu. That waitress was very short and abrupt with us. When we sent a complaint to the head office, they said they could not deal with it until we provided the receipt number, the date, exact time and credit card number that was used to pay the bill. We have not revceived any response to our complaint, no apology, nothing. I can't understand why they are so indifferent to good customers, our bill came to £85.

We booked a table for 12.45 and arrived to find an enormous queue of people we struggled to the front as we had booked and didn’t really appreciate the comments and tuts from the people in the queue. Once in we were given our table. A lovely waitress called Jordan came along and took our order which arrived quickly which was surprising as the restaurant was extremely busy. The food was delicious and Jordan was attentive to our needs. Would advise anybody wanting to visit especially in the half term holidays to always book to save having to queue

Our daughters birthday so her choice of venue, have to say it's not a problem for me as I love pizza, husband not keen. Nice warm welcome, not kept waiting for a table, very polite server, drinks sorted, starter and mains ordered, was not disappointed with any part of the meal, if I had my way would visit more often.

We came here for my daughters birthday, we were seated by a friendly young man, who explained “frankie” would be our waitress today. We ordered our drinks and food, service was very slow considering how quiet it was. We ordered a kids pizza and the sharing dish for the 3 adults. The sides were a bit disappointing and if I was to buy them on there own I’d more then likely complain. Pizza was tasty though- although it was missing the caramelised onions! But trying to find someone to tell was hard. Once are plates had been cleared we waiting 20 minuets for pudding!!!!!!

We received excellent service, and the toilets were clean. The pizzas were replenished very quickly and was warm and tasteful.

We had the charming Jordan looking after us and she was the very essence of great customer service. We popped in after the cinema. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, the pizzas were delicious and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Well done Pizza Hut. We salute you.

Can't remember the name of the amazingly friendly and professional ladies who served us, all I know is she had a very soothing voice and beautiful arm tattoos.

I went here last night with my friend and my pizza was ok,the service was brilliant but iv been sick all night, my pizza was very greasy and I felt unwell once I’d eaten it so I don’t think il be back anytime soon!

I ordered the pan hawaiin pizza with friends. When it turned up I almost thought it was a joke. The 6 abnormally tiny slices were shockingly small. The photo shows the size of every slice, compared to my little finger, that's how small they were. My friends all ordered a sharer pizza by themselves which was the 'traditional' sized pizza, for twice the cost of mine. I was appalled by the size of my pizza and will not be returning due to this terrible standard of food. £9.79 I will never get back.

The grandchildren told me "the Mac Cheese" is lovely Nanny! That was all the recommendation I needed. Off we went yesterday, and yes, they were right - I was surprised - it was REALLY good. Great value for the kids £7.99 including garlic bread a waffle and ice cream plus unlimited salad and drink! In fact, I would have liked their size of Mac Cheese - maybe they can extend the deal to "Under 12's and pensioners"!

We ordered pizza on a Saturday evening I was very impressed how quickly the delivery came. I would order again, and thought it was very good value for money. Happy family thank you pizza hut😁.

We were caught up in the French air traffic controllers strike and missed our flight home. No hotel accommodation available at all in Gatwick so we ended up in Crawley.

Stopped off here after watching a film. Fast service, good staff, pretty good value Not been to a pizza hut for a while. Pleasantly surprised

You can’t beet the all you can eat buffet. The best ever. Love this place and will always go back again.

It was the day I was taking my daughter to the airport to return home after an Easter visit which went all too quickly. We had decided to hit the shops and break for a lunch. There was so much choice but as it had been a bit of an expensive 5 days we went to Pizza Hut. I had not been for at least 30 years though I remember eating take away at work. On Wednesdays the 'Eat as much as you like deal' is only £7.50 which we went for. I could not believe how much we ate. I think I ate 7 pieces all different which would have been about a large pizza but different flavours. My daughter managed a further two. The salad bar was also included and brought back many memories for me though in a different chain establishment. We both had sparkling water and the bill was as expected under £20.00. Smiling helpful staff and great food but at a different end of the market from say Pizza Express but the value for money was superb. Would I go again yes definitely but it maybe some time or maybe the next trip to Gatwick.

I was with my friends to eat something before movie start .( end of february) ... the food was amazing , service was good but when we ask for the bill... our waitress do something strange.. ( maybe just for me ) ... i attached the bill here. I don t know if is normal to bold " service not included " or name of waitress.

Went to Pizza Hut for a really quick lunch. Had a barbecue Americano Pizza & the unlimited salad bar to share.Yeah, it was tasty not bad, good speedy service and friendly waitress. Not blow your socks off amazing food but did the job.Great if you want something quick before the Cinema or have kids with you.

My daughter and I had the most lovely evening last night. We were sat down straight away in a comfortable booth. Our waitress came over within 2 to 3 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. We wasn’t but she gave us 5 minutes and then was straight back. I think the little heroes meal is really good value for money. My daughter enjoyed her margarita pizza and ice cream factory. There was lots of toppings to choose from so she was in her element. My pizza was really nice. We had unlimited drinks which was good. The salad bar has stopped doing breadsticks which is a shame because my children like these. Our waitress asked if everything was ok with our food and checked on us regularly and was really lovely to my daughter. There was no colouring but she brought us a piece of plain paper with crayons and some stickers which made my little girl very happy. I keep saying our waitress I wish I remembered her name because she was lovely. She is pregnant and brunette with a very happy and friendly face. Please thank her from us and I hope she serves us next time. This has made me decide to book a table for my daughters birthday in a few months time as the food is lovely and staff are great.

Went here as we fancied a pizza, the both of us so thought let's go to pizza hut.

We were off to the cinema and thought we'd try Pizza Hut for a quick lunch beforehand. We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table and were advised that pasta was not available as they did not have any! We chose our pizzas, a thin crust margarita and a fancy named pizza with chicken on the top. They duly arrived in a suitable time but the margarita was over-cooked and tasted as though it had fallen in the salt seller, the chicken on the other pizza was dry, old and had a revolting taste. How you can ruin a pizza is beyond me but we won't be going back to any Pizza Hut, anywhere. The only reason this doesn't get a terrible is because the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful.

8pm, half empty restaurant, most of the children had already left. Sat for 10 minutes, not even acknowledged, let alone able to order drinks. The staff were milling around a half speed, totally disinterested. Sloppy, lazy, hopeless.

Service was alright but couldn’t really understand the foreign geeza obviously he couldn’t help it but it’s a bit annoying when I cannot understand what he’s saying, apart from that the pizza was outstanding and cans quickly however it was pretty empty so no excuse.

I hadn't visited a Pizza Hut in years however as all the other restaurants were so busy me and my friend decided to have dinner here. The wait was around 10 minutes but being a Friday night that was to be expected. I was surprised by the great service and the quality of the food.

Me and my wife took our 9 year old son here for lunch after going to the cinema on a Sunday.

Walked into Pizza Hut got seated after 4 mins..V.slow on getting our order. We had to get a member of staff to take our order as they took a while to even acknowledge we where there. Food was ok. Cookie dough was lovely. Staff friendly.

Ok lady walking round sprayin tables and my daughter got sprayed on back of her neck just horrid. She was really rude wen we told her. Then our pizza came 45 mins after we got our drinks. We come here alot but we might nit again. Askwd to speak to manager who was busy and we had cinima tickets ended up payin cash walkin out. When we askwd fir bill we waited another 25 min my hubby had to get up and ask the whoke night terrible

Food was very good, but what really made our visit was our server, she was so helpful even though she was very busy. She had a table beside us who were very ignorant with her and she coped really well and she was very friendly with them. Very impressed

I can't fault the waitress. She was lovely and very accommodating. The food was great. My only issue is that a refurb has led to the tables being too small. Hubby and I shared a pizza which was propped up on stand that created a rather claustrophobic feel to the meal with little room for our own plates. I think they've tried to cram in as many tables as possible. I don't think we'll go back as we felt rather penned in

We have been to many Pizza Hut chain restaurants in the past and have had a mixture of experiences! This one is fairly small in size compared to some, but had a nice atmosphere with lots of booth seating. Although it seemed a little understaffed, our waitress was very efficient and friendly- although towards the end a little inattentive due to being overworked. When ordering we were told that they had run out of individual pan bases (which was disappointing as this is our favourite base), so we were forced to order large pizzas. We were also told there was no ice, and when ordering desert she had to check that they had it available. We went at around 7:15 on a Tuesday evening - so I don't know whether the restaurant is better stocked at the weekend, but be warned that they obviously run out of popular items. The food quality was great, classic salad bar which was stocked well, great pizzas which arrived in good time, and my brother ordered a starter and dessert which didn't touch the sides! We were also able to get 2 for 1 on our pizzas using a smart card, which made the meal good value for money. Overall I would visit again as we had a good meal and experience, but I would be wary of timings due to the missing food and service.

Not happy with the lady walkinh roubd with spray bottle cleaning tables spray went on my arm and we where not on the one she was cleaning. The pizza was fab as always but salad needed filling and the cue was dangerous and blocking the door. Also the cutlery was dirty so afew things need looking at. But pizza always gd

We waited in a queue while there were clearly available tables. The waitress had difficulty explaining what we should do to use the buffet. She had no idea how to get the drinks we wanted. The staff that I came in contact with had no idea how to 'serve' people. If you want to waste 30 mins before a film, this could be your ideal place.

Visited twice in recent weeks. First time was for the lunch buffet. Unfortunately, I think we were unlucky and there was only a few slices of pizza left to choose from. It did get replenished but by the time you get back up, it's all gone again! Pasta options are so basic, I'm not sure why Pizza Hut bother with them. Visited again and had Californian pizza. Very tasty and your waitress, Megan, was great. Thank you

Went for lunch with friends after a long while.. The food was good and the service excellent. Value for money

It was a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was busy with some sort of special promotion.We were seated and taken good care of by Beatrix. We chose a half and half which was enough for us. We both agreed that the quality did not compare favourably with the Pizza Hut home deliveries we are accustomed to. There was a good varied salad bar.With a beer and a glass of red wine (£6.25!!) the total was close to thirty pounds.We were confused by the parking in this leisure park which was very busy. Signs everywhere about fines but it turned out to be free. We couldn't find a ticket machine so confirmed this at Pizza Hut.

Got the toppings I specifically said I didn't want & the ones I did want were missing... stick to dominos

I think my title says it all. We attended for the lunch time buffet today. For the value I thought the pizza was bland and boring. I know there's so many choices but it just lacked taste.I think next time I may just order a normal pizza and enjoy that as it is.

Okay for kids birthday dinner after cinema. Service initially slow but improved. Nice fresh salad bar. Pizza as expected. No reason to grumble, just didn't feel particularly healthy afterwards.

While pizza hutt isn't ever anything to write home about this place is a lifesaver for late night gluten free dinner! Staff were very accommodating with the late night pick up - thoroughly appreciated!

I'll be brief, visited it for a birthday treat prior to the cinema (in the same complex), all three of us had dodgy tummys that evening and for most of the night and subsequent day! The only dish we all had was the salad bar (which is a help yourself affair). Wrote to customer service who said they would pass the concern onto the manager at the restaurant- nothing happened! Wrote again to customer service who said (...the same) and again, nothing! Not sure what I'm more angry about, false customer service practice, poor restaurant management or myself for actually giving a damn!? Suffice to say when next we visit that cinema and fancy a bite to eat we won't be frequenting this joint!

Pizza Hut have introduced so-called "flatbreads" as a lower calorie option. I chose one on a recent visit and was surprised it still seemed to have as much cheese and other toppings as a smallish pizza - but was still very good.An advantage of Pizza Hut is the all you can eat salad bar included in the price of the meal - the selection at the Crawley branch was good and kept well filled. This branch also has draft beer (well, lager) which is a better option than the usual over-priced bottled beers (and half a pint costs less than a cup of tea or unlimited soft drink!)Service was friendly and reasonably prompt - I had earlier stood at the nearby Harvester waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes with no-one acknowledging my existence, so decided to abandon them and come to Pizza hut instead.

Staff very welcoming, no rush, apologies given as the Pepsi machine didn't have it's full compliment of drinks, waitress took our order and prompted us to the salad bar - salad items were fresh and plentiful.Food came out as per order and was hot and tasty.Happy to recommend this branch, staff were very busy cleaning up after small children that perhaps should have been better looked after at their tables by their parents.Overall a good visit that will see us return, perhaps for the big sharer again !

they didn't seem to have the pizza i've had in the past and it was the only reason i decided to go there, so won't be coming again for that reason. starter was very good, the ice cream machine looked vile, and the bill took a long time to come. my friends pizza was pure grease and oil tho, didn't look nice

We are here late after the gym as a cheat meal...even though we went in late it was very nice. Staff were friendly and there was a great selection from the salad bar :)

my son visted this place on sunday and wanted the cookie dough and ice cream but wanted to change the vanilla ice cream to strawberry, like he has had one at other pizza hut but they wouldn't do anything, so he walked out not good

I went to pizza hut with my girlfriend and my 2 girls we ordered our starter and there kids meals as you do then went got our drinks and salad from the cart we the food arrived i was ready to dig in to my starter but our mains turned up so said what happened to the starter 5 mins later I get my starter also they made the wrong pizza for one of my girls so had that remade took 10 mins any way we all got our food was hot and nice would eat here again but they need to sort there kitchen staff out I felt sorry for the waiter having to apologise for the kitchens mistakes he kindly didn't charge for the pizza that was wrong so in all was a good night out with the kids but had to struggle to get the meals right but as I said nice food maybe it was just a off day for the kitchen or maybe short staffed but will find that out when we next visit.

My husband & myself were in the area & fancied Pizza Hut buffet for lunch. We were greated by a very friendly hostess who asked us if we needed any explanation of how the buffet deal worked. We said we were fine and had a very tasty pizza ,salad & drink lunch. We were also served by Laurah who was also very friendly & professional. Delicious food, great service. Would definitely return & recommend.

We have been several times to this Pizza Hut and having had very poor experiences at other branches in the past, this one is usually a breath of fresh air. However tonight just wasn't the best I have to say. We arrived early in the evening and we're seated promptly however it then took almost 20 minutes for our order to be taken and as such for us to even be able to get a drink or use salad bar. Even then we had to ask a table service staff to go and get our waitress so we could order.The food on arrival was fine though the pizza definitely not as good as normal and quite dry. The garlic bread, for which we paid extra for cheese, seemed to have had only the briefest dusting of such....thus making us feel what was the point in paying the extra for the cheese at all. The ice cream factory was the next disappointment as the ice cream was more cold water than ice cream and then the chocolate sauce to go on top was more like watery diarrhea than something that should grace your food...not making it an appetising experience. All in all not a great evening. Let's hope if we come again it's a better one and back to standard.

Visited this Pizza Hut Sunday afternoon after the cinema. Very busy with kids parties and tables full. Managed to get a table for three, but very cramped. Waited a while for our order to be taken. Staff looked stressed under the pressure although friendly and helpful. Food didn't take too long to arrive but not the best pizza I have eaten and chips came 10 mins after we had started eating. The salad bar was poor, with some containers empty. Fortunately, we had a voucher so the food was cheaper, wouldn't be happy to pay full price. I remember Pizza Hut being the best a few years ago, not anymore.

Went there today for lunch before the cinema. I ordered Triple Pepperoni with stuffed crust. I really tried to finish it as I was paying for it but couldn't bring myself to. It was drenched in oil, greasy to the touch. Not nice at all. The oil completely took away the taste and made it very bland. I didn't leave a tip despite the service I got because I didn't want the kitchen staff to receive a share of it. Just look at the picture to see how much oil was left.

Pizza was under cooked and the Nachos were burnt with minimal cheese, they were inedible and had to be thrown away.

Visited for an early evening meal, the staff were very friendly but the food was somewhat lacklustre. The salad bar really needed freshening and tidying up. The pizzas were ok but quite greasy and salty. I know pizza hut should be the same wherever you go but obviously they have their differences, you get what you pay for but not the best by a long shot.

Went for a meal on Saturday evening fairly busy, waited 5-10 mins for a table so nothing too long! ordered the food it came in very reasonable time nice and warm. Waitress very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely too, overall a very pleasant evening at pizza hut.

Myself and my husband visit regularly with my 2 young children as a 'treat' on his days off. Always found the food fresh, clean restaurant and toilets , friendly staff. Maria one of the waitresses is absolutely lovely, understanding with our rather messy 18 month old and very family friendly.

Lovely place to eat ... kids drinks can refill as much as the like ... also salad bar hep yourself as much as you want ..... kids ice creams eat as much as they want with all the toppings ... reasonably priced all around ... staff very friendly and helpful 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had gone to Pizza Hut back in August with a close friend of my seeing as we were both getting a little peckish , the second we came in we had a warm and wonderful welcome from the front of house , she had told us that we could wait at the bar and order drinks while waiting and that a table would get cleaned for us , she told us about 5 minutes but within that we were seated , she had given us menus and explained to us everything we needed to know , overall the pizza was wonderful , the drinks were fantastic !! The only downside was that the food took over 30 minutes to come , but didn't mind seeing as we were not in a rush , definitely recommend it if you are looking for an inexpensive restaurant with good food :)

We decided to pop in for early supper before the movies so the place was pretty empty but still the kitchen staff had to shout out to the chap who welcomes you to see us because though he had clocked us he had decided clearing a table was more important.He almost silently takes two menus, mumbles something about two and then walks off, naturally we follow luckily. When I ask if we can sit in the light airy area he tells us that is not opened however the very next people who come in (maybe 5 mins later) are seated there. I know it's a staffing thing but slightly frustrating.The lass who served was polite and capable although slow to make herself known to us as she was catching up with work colleagues.What has happened to Pizza Hut? It used to be fizzing with the buzz, the staff were once funky and enthusiastic and the food great. It's all gone a bit flat, dull and take-it-or-leave-it. Come on guys inject some ummmmph into proceedings. Also when tables are broken replace them don't just move the complaining diner, make sure everything and I mean everything is spick and span right from the entrance all the way to the loos. Greasy finger marks on the door glass are not inviting.Food was ok but had ok from the supermarket for a third the price so it needs to be more than the food. I will not be rushing back.

I eat at Pizza Hut on a regular basis with friends, with my partner and have never thought to review it. All my meals have been fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful and seem very approachable. The seating is very comfy and you can enjoy your meal. The prices are reasonable for the food you receive. If you have a sweet tooth i would highly recommend the chocolate cookie dough!

We ate here with friends on an overnight stay in Gatwick. The service here is possibly the best I have ever had at a Pizza Hut restaurant. Great food and cocktails!! Thank you to our waitress who I think was called Beatrix!! She was brilliant!!

We didn't eat in but we ordered in the restaurant and then took the food out as a take away the service was a little slow as we waited longer that we were told but the food was worth it and if you find any deals makes the pizza a whole lot nicer

Great buffet at lunch time. A nice place to eat out with family and friends. I loved the Lasagne. A relaxing restaurant in the middle of a leisure park.

We went to have dinner at this place, food was ok, but the waitress was rushing us. Soon as we finished, she took our plates, didn't ask if we wanted deserts or more drinks ( we were thinking of having deserts), but she brought the bill, so could pay and go.... It just ruined everything... Anyway, we don't come here very often, but it was always good. We just didn't like her attitude.

It's one of our favourite places to visit after watching a movie. Staff as always very nice and professional. The only downside is cleanliness of the cutlery and glasses. On our latest visit there was no fizzy drinks but only water was coming down from the machine.

I visited on the Monday (29th) in the evening just for a family outing. The girl who greeted us was absolutely lovely and helped us with food options. Our server was so nice also, we had a problem with our food but she was really great at getting us our food instantly. Overall Pizza Hut Crawley is amazing and I love going there, thank you!
