Noodles or rice with a choice of extras, curry, chicken, spring rolls etc. Great tasting food at reasonable prices. Sorry no pix, I was hungry!

Went for lunch. 3 sizes of carton to choose from. Choice of 2 bases, either noodles or rice, then 12 different toppers to choose from which change daily, and an option of spring rolls as a side. Cost between £6 for small to £8 for large, £2.50 for extra toppings. Good size portions and some great flavours to choose from. Service is great and quick, you don't queue for long because the turn around is so quick. Highly recommend if you want a filling lunch at a very reasonable price. My wife had a small, rice and 2 toppings, I had a large, noodles and 3 toppings, portion of spring rolls (6 rolls), and a drink each for just under £20.

Shame about the zero warmth from the person serving. Customer Service is not hard. A smile can help but to be disinterested is off-putting.

I am discussed by this place first it was dry bland and I know it should not be like that I have eaten here loads over the years it's been here and there was a hair in my meal now I have short hair not long brown hair the girls behind the counter handling food no hair nets on like why not that's wrong you guys need to look in to this location it's gone down hill will not eat here again !!

The worst outlet. I ordered for a medium box with only chicken and no rice or noodles. The quantity of the chicken given was 8 pieces. When asked the manager why it’s less he said if your not satisfied I’ll give you a refund. What a set of cheap steak people left to handle customers. The worst customer service. Does this look like a large noodles to you? Ripping off customers now are we? The noodles lack flavour and are bland too £8 for small noodles is a joke especially when large was ordered

I asked for two toppings in my box. The lady behind the counter refused to add the extra topping and insisted I pay extra £2.50 when it clearly says box comes with two toppings. Refused to give her name and was very rude. Appalling customer service.

The food was great l had the caramel chicken and sour chips, they were lovely it's fast as well no need to wait in long lines

Ate food from here on 02/08/2023 and can honestly say it was very nice. Partner had a medium box of noodles, salt and pepper potatoes and sweet and sour chicken, I had rice with oyster, sweet chilli and salt and pepper chicken. What seemed a bit expensive at first suddenly changed when the member of staff filled our boxes completely, food tasted really nice and will definitely choose to go back again.

Used to be nice. Food is disgusting now and isn’t cooked properly (chicken is sometimes pink or burnt never a good quality. Rice is never cooked properly either) and you can see that the chef never wears gloves when cooking as he walks out sometimes or you see him through the staff door. Absolutely horrifying front counter service. New girl that works there is disgustingly rude and spoke to non-English speaking customers like they were children and got very impatient because she had to repeat something once. Was also rude to me when I showed my student card as they do student discount. Told me it was invalid because there was no expiry date (Near to no universities or colleges do this on their cards ) then proceeded to ask me if I had UNiDAYS which in no way is a verified source as you can use someone else’s email etc. Used to have friendly staff and be a nice place to grab some quick food and now has nothing going for it tbh.

This used to be an absolutely phenomenal place to grab some quick food that was out of the normal spectrum of fast food. The chiken was delicious. The past few months it has been a completely different experience. The chiken has been horribly squishy and chewy. The sauces have been off specially the caramel which last time had a strange grainy feel to it with a almost gone fruit taste. The real last nail in the coffin for us was seeing the supposed "chef" with his usaly grumpy face on manhandling all the food with no gloves on. I'm sorry but no one wants to see the noodles they are about to eat wrapped around your sausage fingers while you stare out the door looking like you want to knock everyone out.

We have had chopstix for many years. We’re happy to find one in Crawley. But on all three occasions that we had it from Crawley, the server has always been just peppering around the chicken topping on the huge portion of rice or noodles. It’s like they are saving it to last all day and don’t want to give you a portion that is the right proportion to the rice or noodles. Noodles are tasteless. The other high street favourite kokoro has such amazing portions. When they are filling your tub they are literally stuffing it. So, it’s safe to say we’ll be going there from now on instead of wasting money on chopstix Crawley.

It was in Crawley county mall store around 12:45. Horrible food and super horrible service. I ordered medium rice with Kastu chicken and sweet-and-sour chicken. I paid £7.50 which was a rip off compared to the food i got.. they gave me so little Katsu sauce and other portion of chicken that I had to eat half of my rice dry without any sauce. The service was horrible. The girls on the counter had the most pathetic impression on their face as they were forced to work. No thanks , no excuse me , no smile. The way they were serving as if they were giving the food as a charity, paying from their own pockets. The only reason I choose to each there because the chickens were halal, but I learned my lesson, Never again.

I got a large box with rice and noodle the noodles were dry and no flavour, the rice was not seasoned the 3 chicken toppings I got sweet and sour, salt and pepper chicken and bbq chicken and they were all dry to salty I would not recommend people to eat here

I've been coming here for many years and have introduced many people to this place. I've come here today and I am appaulled at the service I was provided. I purchased a Large portion with 3 toppings and received the smallest large, looked like a medium. Won't be coming here again!!

Orderd A large Noodle box and shared it with 3 people , got caramel chicken , oyster chicken and sweet chilli chicken please dont go there this is a warning you will get a stomach ache within 10 minutes of eating it. i currently have a stomach ache right know and its very painful Their should be a bright clear poster “Come and eat at chopsticks if you want a stomach ache” It should be a health hazard , dont know how its still opened , clearly should be closed down.

Great food, you can choose from small to large and the portions great.

So I visited this place this afternoon, treating my sister to lunch , but came away very disappointed with the whole shebang…. The assistant who served us wasn’t very helpful we felt very rushed as was busy !!! Not to mention the stingy portions of the toppings provided 😡not excelling themselves at all. Won’t be rushing back there in a hurry !!!

Noodles were flavourless and overcooked. Chicken was cooked well but severely lacking flavour, and for £5 the portion of meat was very small.

Do not go to this restaurant, the chicken is really mushy and the noodles are dry. Its hardly Chinese! I had a belly ache after eating from here. Was not worth the money.

You can’t be fussy when you buy food from a food court. These eateries generally fulfill one purpose; to refuel your tired body so that you regain enough stamina to continue to brandish your credit card throughout the various stores that sit within the walls of the shopping centre. Upon entering the food court, I decided to go to the restaurant that looked most interesting, which happened to be Chopstix. I saw they served a 'large’ box of rice and chicken for £6, which seemed reasonable for these types of places. So being happy with the price, I placed my order. However, upon receiving this £6 reasonably priced large rice and chicken meal, I became struck with shock and froze momentarily. The portion size was ridiculous. I mean honestly ridiculous. For me, this was brilliant, as I have a somewhat healthy appetite, so I was ready to devour. I sadly could not finish the whole meal, as I became full prematurely, but I was very close to the end! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for somewhere that serves big portions for little prices. The flavors were pretty good also. If I’m ever in the neighborhood again, I will definitely return here to eat.

Went here today to have some lunch with my partner and newborn baby. We were going to order some food, but decided the feed the baby first as she was screaming. Upon arrival we asked for some hot water to heat the bottle for her which they kindly gave us.!.. I began sorting the bottle out while my partner consoled the baby and began taking her coat off so we could feed her. Within a couple of minutes a guy came out from behind the counter pointing his finger in my face and shouting at me telling me I could not do It there. I had to get food first.. to which I replied I was going to sort the baby and then order food. He continued shouting at me telling me I couldn't do it. This quickly escalated into an argument where he was shouting at us and continuing to try and antagonise us as andhe obviously wanted an argument with somebody or was having a bad day and chose to take it out on us. He would not leave it and just kept coming back over to us shouting and screaming, not diffusing the situation at all. He then he began threatening to try and get us kicked out of the centre which I apparentlylater learnt he can't actually do. I don't understand how ordering food first was more important than feeding my newborn when we were going to order anyway as soon as the baby was settled.🤣He even tried to get security to tell us to take the baby to the toilet to feed her a bottle.?!. He then lied to the security guy telling them we were trying to change the babies nappy on the table. Who in their right mind would change their baby on a dinner table in the middle of a busy shopping centre.??!!!. That was clearly what he said just to try and justify his behaviour which was clearly diagusting. He turned out the be the apparent manager of the place. What kind Hisof manager even does that. He didn't even try and talk to us before coming in my face while we had the baby with us.! His customer service skills were diabolical and I Definately do not recommend you go here, especially if you have children and want to feed them before you order food. He was rude, agresaive and arrogant and a liar. Absolutely disgusting. Won't ever go there again or recommend to anyone I know. We even got approached by another customer that recorded him saying about how disgusted she even was about it as she had children herself and she wouldn't be going back. Just a heads up people.

This chopsticks has 3 sized available, small w/ 1 topping £4.50 , medium w/ 2 toppings £5.50 & large w/ 3 toppings £6.50. You get a choose of rice or egg noodles & then you add toppings depending on what size you’ve chosen. You can add an extra toppings if you want but you’ll have to pay extra. They also offer 10% off to students.

Heavily breaded chicken bland flavours. Portions are large but I ended up throwing most of it out.

£5.50 for medium portion, price it’s not bad . I don’t want to complain to much about it. One thing, I have noticed some people get served more on a Meat menu and some less. It’s better if you make it more fair for everyone, have a number of portions to be served, because when people are hungry and don’t get same portions, that sounds disappointing and all that extra food in the trays just gets wasted and customer satisfaction, you will lose it all...

Amazing value for money with 3 portion sizes with a single £1 to seperate small from large, all the chicken and meat is soooooo good. The option for noodles or rice is nice too. Definitely recommended for anyone, personally I would recommend to try any of these chickens whenever you can... With noodles: caramel, sweet and sour, oyster and BBQ. My personal favioutes n1 caramel chicken

I would normally not write about a quick fast food stall but when I went to County Mall this was an option for a quick meal to cure a hunger! It was actually really nice! The Salt and Pepper Chicken was pretty nice!

Well, my first time eating in this place and definitely not for the last time! Very good prices for portions you get. Noodle or rice box in 3 varying sizes with many different meat options. Good service, food served fast. Had 'just' medium sized box and still feeling full. Really happy.

Wow. The food is so amazing, and it is really tasty. I remember I ordered a small box, but there was so much in it that me and my mum got so full after it, despite the fact that I'm a big eater. So the portions are really good, the food it really tasty, and the prices are reasonable too. I would highly recommend this place.

We go to Chopstix a fair bit , but could not help notice the lady who served us clearly did not want to be there . Very sour face and not a smile to be seen , looking at there ratings here in Crawley ,at this tried and tested brand . I can’t be the food surely ? Maybe staff that want to be here in the first place might be a great starter . Food was ok .

In the food mall not impressed food lukewarm and not that tasty there are better outlets close by but if you fancy Chinese then you are stuck with Chopstix

Usually tasty but vegetarian selection runs to a grand total of two options. Chicken good but always a bit soggy – would be lovely to see them work out how to make crispy coatings, the textural variance would be welcome.

Used to love their food. Always ordered oyster chicken, as it was not spicy. Last 2 times was spicy as well, despite asking for last time if still spicy and receipt has changed...sad but i wont dine there anymore

You know when you order something from somewhere you've never been and as it's being given to you a whiff of awful cheap meat and watery sauce assaults you...and you think l should probably just throw this away.

Como llegué pedí a la señora qué opciones veganas, ella no tiene que no sabía qué era, así que ella llama vegana a su director, cuando le pedí de nuevo, señaló todo lo que contenía la carne y camarones. Cuando el pollo y camarones ya son vegetarianos, muy decepcionado. . . . .

Vinimos aquí para un almuerzo tarde y como Chopstix era el lugar más tranquilo decidió hacer uso de ellos. 5 libras por pequeño pot era de buena calidad y de un tamaño decente, sin embargo, hay sólo una opción de fideos y una opción de arroz, lo que lo hace un poco limitado. Enjoyed this Asian style food whilst out shopping, not too unhealthy and made our experience better. I have to say that something else that made me smile was finding a fantastically cheap nearby car park on The Boulevard, RH10 1UX ideal for the shopping centre!

If your out in Crawley shopping, you should give this place a go. Had the salt and pepper chicken with rice . Very tasty, and good value for a fiver. There were about 8 dishes to choose from and you could have rice or noodles. All the food looked fresh.
