Come here for breakfast often, love the food here. Bit pricy but it’s always enjoyable.

Paid £11.40 for a cold jacket potato with tuna mayo and cheese!!

Overpriced and underwhelming. Staff lack emotional intelligence. Tasty food, but portion size was insulting.

We whent for breakfast today it cist 10 pounds for a very small poor breakfast very bad food the Egg was not.cook very well slap on the plat without care no presentation me and wife will.be going to weatherspoons as it better all around

My recent visit left much to be desired. I stopped by for a quick coffee but the lack of customer service, or lack of noticing customers was very poor. There were three staff members diligently working away and unfortunately, I found myself standing at the counter unnoticed for a good 3 to 4 minutes. While I understand that they may be occupied with tasks, a simple acknowledgment would have made a significant difference. I appreciate the importance of staff being focused on their work, but customer service includes recognising the presence of paying customers. I decided to wait a little longer and see if they would acknowledge me, but unfortunately, that never happened. I did feel like a bit of a lemon in the end. Consequently, I decided to venture to another coffee shop and opted for a more customer-centric experience, where I was promptly acknowledged and served within a few minutes. 😊

Before I had a chance to peruse the menu I was barked at for my order. We ordered a vegetarian breakfast and a full English at £9.95 each. I had to pay an extra 40p just to have oatmilk in my tea, NOT a latte, just a splash of oat milk in my tea. The food was cold, the portions were small I had about 10 slices of mushroom, 2 thin slices of Halloumi and two rock hard poached eggs. There was some boiled green mush on the side as well. My husbands was burnt and cold but he had more items than mine. We spent £25.90 for two cold substandard breakfasts and two teas, and quite rude service. And if I wanted ketchup, I had to take my plate to a large pump dispenser similar to McDonalds. This was our first trip to Crawkey and what an awful start. I will avoid this place in future.

Ordered scrambled eggs with salmon and sausage sandwich. When served my order was wrong, two fried eggs on toast with the salmon on the side. When I told the server they just cast their eyes at the chef, in a what can you do expression. My parter said the bread was dry and the sauce is at the other end of the diner, rather than sachets or pots on tables. Very disappointing and over priced.

Visited County shopping centre in Crawley and came here for coffee and cake. Shopping centre website advertises that Cafe Giardino accepts blue light card. However they declined, despite me showing the cashier the Web page. Her excuse was 'don't blame me'. Coffee and cake was OK, nothing special but pleasant enough.

Decent panini made fresh and good coffee.

Popped in for a quick bite while waiting for my MoT. The bacon butty was well filled, and the tea came in a pot with a separate milk jug.

Awful! I ordered a "Full English". This basically was a sea of watery beans with the remaining ingredients thrown on top. All food was pre-cooked and re-heated on griddle & microwave very quickly. None of the food had any taste, totally bland and needed sauce and salt to even be palatable. This suggests the very cheapest ingredients were used. The reheated scrambled egg was hard and horrid. The mushrooms, swimming amongst the beans were tasteless and probably from a tin. The single rasher of bacon was not nice from being reheated. Even the toast was horrid: I expect to butter my own toast with real butter. The toast was placed on top of the beans and had been slathered in something not butter, probably margarine without being asked. The hash brown was swimming in oil and dumped in the beans and was not nice. I left half of this overpriced breakfast, a total waste of £9.99 and would advise against eating there. This is not my first poor experience there, a few years ago I had a similar experience. I hoped they had improved, but obviously not.

Nice sunshine day. I took a break as I work in the County mall. Came here and food was served quick, fresh and hot. Very large portions. Food a little oily. Overall good service.

First time going here, I had the chicken, bacon and sweetcorn panini with a strawberry milkshake and slice of chocolate cake. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! My partner had tuna melt panini with a strawberry smoothly which she thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are very friendly and it’s a very nice place to eat at

Had a latte, which was nice. My mum ordered some toast. It was just sliced white bread, nothing fancy. Would be nicer with some decent fresh bread. Perhaps she should have chosen a Pastry as they looked nice

Two of us came in to have a quick lunch. It took half an hour to bring us two egg sandwiches. Very disorganised, people who came in after us and also ordered sandwiches got there order first. The sandwich was ok, nice sandwich with a leaf of lettuce on the side. Why bother???? Nice seating area outside the old Debenhams. There’s nothing more to say, I’d only come here again if there were no other options.

The food is fresh and really good, the service is quick under 5 min. A large selection. I think you get your money's worth.

There is is a good choice of food on the menu for both children and adults, service is good with good coffee, there is always plenty of tables to sit and enjoy.

Staff untrained properly. I've asked for Veggie breakfast and Latte and I've received Meat breakfast and Americano. Not salt or pepper on table, you have to run around to get this things.

Food was delicious. Coffee was, as well. Only down side was the lack of space for my son's pushchair (he doesn't sit in a highchair yet) and he new starter who was still learning to make coffees, so the queue moved really slowly. The food was done before the drinks were and my mum-in-law was still paying when they were brought to the table

We were all set to visit the noodle bar when we decided to see what this place offered ..it's certainly not a cheap alternative but so nice not to have to order burgers and fries and such. The staff were so friendly and polite,helpful too .coffee was good and strong salads were delicious, we had jacket potatoes,panini's,salads,kids pack.it will certainly be where we eat next time we are in crawley

Although visually the food looks good. Bacon pianni wasn't great fat wasn't cooked. Not much flavour. Bit of a conveyor belt. Shame. Friendly staff.

I went today with a friend we thought expensive. I wanted the tuna mayo jacket potato. Only had prawn. Boy did I regret it. It tasted a bit funny. 2 hours later abdo pain and on and off toilet constantly. Not eaten anything else. Never again.

Really nice restaurant lots of choice meal and snack options at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful and willing to explain what's in the meal and what you can have with it. The only downside on our visit was members of the cleaning staff having a conversation with there's radio on very loud while we was trying to eat. Not great !!!

The sitting area was amenable and clean and most of the staff helpful and friendly but my jacket potato and fillings were cold and not completely cooked.

On our recent visit to southern England we were at the County Mall centre in Crawley and had lunch at Cafe Giardino. The food is ok without being memorable. A good place for soup or a sanwich.

I was being picked up in Crawley town by my mother and daughter on Saturday lunchtime and we decided we would have a quick lunch, however we wanted to eat somewhere that wasn’t a fast food joint yet we weren’t looking for a full on restaurant. The Italian Kitchen had caught my daughter’s attention while shopping at the County Mall, prior to coming to get me and my mother suggested we tried it. We easily found a nice table in the back end of the restaurant and although it is a order pay then have food served at the table, kind of place, we were greeted by a waitress and told to sit anywhere we preferred. Drinks and food arrived quickly and the menu offers something for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian and vegan options available furthermore the yummy range of choices catering for most dietary requirements. Not just the standard veggie lasagna or macaroni cheese but a whole bunch of stuff that made it hard to decide what to try! I had a halloumi burger and chips, my daughter had pizza and asked for extra toppings which weren’t listed on the menu but the chef was happy to find for her and my mother had chicken with mushrooms sauce with salad and potatoes. All our dishes looked appetising and were served promptly with a smile. I am not saying this restaurant cooks haute cuisine however the food on offer is good quality, the location is easy to get to and park, staff are helpful and the place itself seemed clean and well presented. Price is reasonable and I would certainly eat there again if I am in Crawley. Much better than the usual fake Italian chains! A big YES ✔️ from me!

Stopped for lunch. Fat Jackets has closed so this is the only place we could find doing jackets. They sit stone cold in the display counter before being microwaved to lukewarm. The underside of the potatoes were all chewy and hard where they had been microwaved. The chilli topping was ok but not very warm. £1.25 for a sprinkling of cheese (no warning). An unimpressive selection of lettuce leaves is served on the side. Kid’s pasta £5.99. Scooped out of a vat in the counter. Microwaved again. Pasta was so overcooked it was basically slush, and went cold rapidly. Didn’t fancy dessert as the cakes looked like they had come out of a packet, and besides, somehow the lunch came to £23. Dreadful all round.

Very nice cafe, food very good and great service too. The pizzas are really nice and cooked to order , very tasty.

I visited with friends and had to que for a while to get my food, food was prepared quickly and placed on the counter, I ordered a jacket potatoe, however due to the queing time to pay my food was cold once I recieved it, once seated I then went up to a member of staff and asked for some mayonaise, I was told very rudely to wait, after standing there for a while looking like a lemon, she continued to wash up and just ignored me even though shed heard me, I then walked away after around 5 minutes as she clearly couldn't be bothered to help me, food was ok but cold and staff were very rude and unhelpful

Really bad taste to baguette not chicken breast but processed meat and not worth the money done this whilst in restaurant as so disappointed

My mum and I visited this Cafe whilst on a shopping trip in Crawley. The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was lovely, as was the coffee. Would definitely eat here again.

Excellent espresso. I ate poached egg on 1 toast with avocado. Would have liked my egg a little more runny but stil nice and a lovely pesto topping. Dish presented well

Ordering at the counter was a fiasco, asked several times for hot milk with coffee & not cold, got lemon muffins but ordered chocolate, three requests later stating want chocolate but she was too busy chatting to a colleague. The lady placed on & off plates by hand yet tongs there! The quality of the muffins were poor quality & too sweet to finish. I have been to other branches over the years & never impressed, first visit to this one & last not only to the Crawley branch but all of their branches.

Disgusting breakfast at County Mall in Crawley. - Overpriced - Not even given cutlery - Eggs tasted like vinegar - Eggs were advertised on the menu as "cooked to your liking". We asked for fried and were told its scrambled or poached only. - They forgot our hash browns which were an added price of £1.50 per portion. And by portion I mean 1 hash brown. It was vile and left a dirty taste in my mouth. It was honestly the most revolting thing I have ever eaten. They didn't even have a proper kitchen so I dread to think how they cooked this. Probably made in a factory last month and defrosted this morning.

Always fresh and tasty food made to order. Helpful staff who will deliver to your table. Reasonable prices

Had a jacket potato with chicken, sweetcorn and bacon mix on top with cheese at about 12:15pm today by 1:30pm I had tummy cramps and upset tummy which has happened 5 times since lunchtime (it’s now 6pm). That’s the only thing I’ve eaten today it could have been and I know I’ve not got a bug because feel fine in myself. Won’t be eating here again.

The lady didn’t speak very well English and when I said I didn’t want mushrooms and she made it up with them with pepper which was wrong of them to put on because of allergic issues if I did have any of them
