Sorry, terrible food. Burnt and when I complaint the staff denied it.

Had a nice lunch with my wife in Prezzo. Very lovely friendly staff whom were very attentive. All tables were busy in the restaurant. Had a nice pizza and was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

Went for mother's day with my partner and 4 year old little boy. Food was amazing. Shout out to Molly who was fabulous with my son, and even got multiple hugs and an 'I love you' from him!

We went for New Years Eve as a Couple. The customer service was excellent. Our table was well served and looked after. Pizza was our favourite and we would highly recommend Prezzo to anyone who would like to dine in for pizza and some wine.

Correct restaurant, I lived in Crawley for 3 years and I have to say that it is a key place to have lunch or dinner. Both the kitchen staff and the waiters are very friendly and correct. 100x100 recommended.

We arrived about 8.40 without realising they close at 9pm for orders, but we were seated and were able to order food and drinks. The aracini and crab and lobster ravioli were delicious, my only criticism is what you get for the price. If I didn't use my taste card for a discount £17 for a very small plate of pasta would be very overpriced. The service was great too. There was a brief hiccup with the taste card discount, but the gentleman serving our table was brilliant and dealt with the issue very professionally. I do think they need to deal with the damp stains or water marks on the ceiling.

Beautiful restaurant aesthetically Olives were gorgeous but small portion for 6 people. Should have suggested 2 portions to us. Garlic bread very nice but slightly undercooked and we weren’t given side plates, she expected 6 people to all eat from 1 plate with a dish clearly meant to be shared. And she nearly put it down right in front of my 1 year old. I had to say is that plate hot?? She replied yes and I had to take it from her and put it down away from him before he burnt himself!! Crab and lobster ravioli was supposed to be generously filled , it wasn’t and it didn’t even taste of crab and lobster and I eat it all the time. And covered in oil for some odd reason. Lasagne had the flavour but was swimming in oil and the kids pizzas was glorified bread which was mainly crust! If it claimed to be a calzone I could have let that slide but was on the menu as pizza No one came and asked how the food was and we had to go find someone to order 2nd round of drinks as no one came to see us once. Has to ask for Parmesan, that should be offered as soon as your meals are served if you claim to be an Italian restaurant! Manager seemed annoyed we complained at first (which again we had to get up and find him to do) but came back and apologised and was helpful after we complained and even agreed that he didnt want the lasagne sent out but chef insisted!! He rightly so gave a discount but honestly it made little difference by then as it was my nieces 10th birthday and we were all disappointed and the ones who did eat their meal ate it out of pure hunger. We Went to creams after to help save the afternoon with a decent pudding We were also the only table there on arrival and only 1 of 3 by the time we left so no excuse for bad food or bad service.

Four of us had booked a table for dinner. Could not fault the food, service and atmosphere and we were very well looked after.

Popped in on off chance of a table. Fitted us in no problem. Quickly served and food came quickly. Was hot and tasty. Good value and great service. Great before a trip to the Hawth theatre.

Such a lovely experience. It is so hard to get good service these days. Our waiter was so nice and efficient. Food arrived in good timing The chocolate cake wasn't great. Named 'Prezzos Best Ever Chocolate Cake'. It was more like a chocolate torte! We ordered 2 which was a waste as we didn't enjoy it I'll give 5* for everything else

We went for a lovely meal this afternoon at Prezzo to complete a wonderful weekend of celebrations for my sons birthday as well as Father's Day. We had remembered to organise enough Tesco club points to pay towards the meal but unfortunately they were not valid due to it being Fathers Day which put a bit of a dampener on our visit. The service and food was good and my husband was kindly offered a free Fathers day drink however, it's nowhere near the equivalent to £70 in Clubcard vouchers. Very disappointing especially during the cost of living crisis.

Have to say the manager at Prezzo is amazing, switched on, very friendly and approachable… professionalism at its best. Food was great so was the service. This place exceeded our expectations…. Our only complaint… about time they painted the ceiling where they had a leek!

My family and I visited here for desserts. We orders the strawberry dessert which comes with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, we asked if one could be substituted with chocolate ice cream but they said no! 👀 We saw our dessert’s sitting on the counter for over 10 mins before we got it ( maybe they were thawing them out) But IMO if we looked different we have been treated better like the people who sat next to us.

Were treated to lunch. Not normally one to eat or go to Italian restaurant so this was different for me. Ordered drink and food and chatted while we waited for food to arrive. Food was lovely and enĵoyable. Only downside was the horrible stain on the ceiling. It looked like they may have had a flood. Didn't ruin the taste of the food. It was just unsightly.

Prezzo is still our favourite eating place in Crawley. The staff are lovely and never had any complaints about the food. Tried the beef in Chianti this evening and that was excellent.

The lunch menu during the week is great. It features a main and two sides. Their freshly baked pizzas are very delicious. It goes well with fried calamari.

Went to lunch with friends on New Year day. Surprisingly not very busy so atmosphere a little lacking but service very good. Food also good.

5 of us went to Prezzo, very disappointed, we haven't been there for a while and the menu is not as good as it used to be. The starters are mainly all bread and tomato based, No mushroom starters, risotto has been removed from the menu altogether. I had the lobster ravioli which consusted of 4 pieces, as a result I'd finished within minutes and everyone else was still eating. Absolutely a ridiculous size, more like a kids meal. Definitely won't be going back again

Slow and spasmodic food and soft drinks service

Delicious food, good service, only loses a star because the prices are quite high and both my son and I left still feeling hungry.... And he's only little and had a 3 course kids meal! I had the new seafood pasta dish, and it was divine. 😋

Visited this restaurant many times over the years, today was the best by far👍👍 the new dish of Pork and Fennel ragu Al Forno was SUPERB!! Please keep this dish on the menu!!!!! My girlfriend's Spag Bol, small size with salad was also very good. The FOH team today is the best to have ever worked here!! Please don't encourage them to leave especially Bryam, a very well spoken young man. Great service today

An air conditioned haven for our late lunch of traditional lasagne and gourmet burger. Smart surroundings with good lighting. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Definitely one for a repeat visit.

Came after work, wanted to enjoy my evening with a friend to have a drink and a snack. Ordered 2 drinks and we didn't get a straws, I kindly ask for 2 of them, we have been told that they do not have any. In 2 minutes table next to us, got their drinks with straws, I asked again them, same answers, we don't have. In 5 min there is another table served the drinks with straws... Anyone would like to explain that discrimination that we had???? Or because we are foreign thats the way that we must be treated here....

My partner and I first visited Prezzo (Crawley) some time ago - and we were looked after by a wonderful lady called Michaela. She was so helpful and wonderfully smiley and friendly ! Every time we visit, we are looked after by Michaela - and we receive the same amazing service from her and this is the reason why we keep coming back. We love the food at Prezzo and we love the opportunity to sit outside (when the weather allows it ! ) - but it is Michaela who makes our visit so special. She is a real asset to Prezzo and I cannot praise her enough.

Never been into a prezzo before,we had a 3 course meal deal,the price outside was diffrent to the one inside. Apart from that,the food was really,really good,all 3 courses were worth it,really nice flavours,reminded me of a few italian restaurants ive been to in the past. Good service,& fast paced.

Our waiter was new to job so he was a bit nervous but he was actually awesome at his job and very attentive to our needs too. Food was nice but nothing to write home about. We had a bottle of house white wine and just that came to 32 pounds WTAF!!!

It’s a nice little place but originally we got sat on a table directly next to the stairs and instantly wanted to be moved because it wasn’t somewhere you wanted to be eating. Once we got moved it was good, food was nice and the cocktails were aswell. Staff were lovely aswell

After hearing a lot about this Italian restaurant chain, I took my wife here on her birthday. We ordered a mushroom cheese pizza. Initially I was a little sceptical about the taste. Believe me, the taste is unique and different from the regular available Pizzas. Especially, the mascarpone cheese added much needed extra flavour to the pizza. Ambience is pretty much decent with two floor seating arrangement. Also it had an outdoor table service. I felt the staff here are simply amazing, they are so polite and kind. Overall,we had a great experience and great food!

Had the king prawns to start (I’ll let you in on a secret, there was nothing king about them) My partner had the deep fried mozzarella which was nice. Mains came. Pasta and meatballs for my partner. Meatballs not homemade ( store bought) which is a bit disappointing along with hardly any sauce. I got the carbonara. Pancetta wasn’t cooked enough and hardly any seasoning. Applied my own salt and pepper.

Went for catch up meal with friends, group of 6. Drinks took a long time to arrive, food was over cooked, dry , lacking a reasonable amount of key ingredients and had obviously sat on food pass for too long. Very disappointed. Restaurant was very busy, clearly a shortage of staff ( fall out from Covid... not something to blame) however, staff were friendly and as attentive as time allowed, doing their best😊.

We really enjoy coming here as a family of 7 as there's something on the menu for everyone including the fussier children. On a week day we can use our tastecard for 2 for 1 on main meals without a limited menu which is great. Service is always efficient and staff welcoming and attentive at the Crawley branch!

Great atmosphere, great food at great temperatures. We visited today "mother's day" expecting a 25% Blue Light Card discount which they said they were not doing today. Highly disappointing end to the whole experience.

Wonderful experience. The food was beautiful and our waitress Nneka was amazing, super friendly and welcoming, she made the dining experience even better than it already was. Great service from all staff. Will definitely return!

Very nice in here. I visited around 1430 on a Friday and it was pretty empty. Always have pizza when at Prezzo and it was yummy. They cater for your requests i. e., I changed and added toppings.

Food was nice, but waited 1 and a half hours for main course, even with 20% off was just under £70 for 3 courses for 3 people, 2 soft drinks 1 alcoholic drink

Amazing service from Michaela this evening, she was truly a great host. We never had to worry about getting her attention as she was always willing to help, and went above and beyond in terms of ensuring the food was okay with relevant allergen issues. Would recommend a meal here to anyone, as the menu is very diverse, with just as good of a drinks menu accompanying it. If you have the pleasure of being served by Michaela, you will definitely enjoy your visit.

There was not everything available on the menu including new items on the starter menu as well as the simpler every day starters The main meals were dry, tasteless and very disappointing especially as two of the meals ordered were again from the new meals added to the menu, I’ve never seen my two boys struggle to swallow there food as I did today We definitely will not be returning
