Got served slimey out of date strawberries. Nearly made my sick. And barley any chocolate on my waffle Terrible.

Limit options, crepes and waffle hard, all cold and missing the ice creams

Had a brilliant time at creams I thought it was great value and the desserts were absolutely delicious Will definitely come again Shame some of the seats are ripped in the restaurant on the benches need to be repaired Very friendly staff

Bad chocolate cake I wish I could post a picture of it,it looks really bad,dry ,cake was separate with melt Chocolate sauce all over the box

I usually get chocolate cake and custard, the quality of the food is amazing and service is good. However, the portions are getting smaller and smaller :( this review was posted 2 years ago where i rated them 2 starts. It has now changed to 1 star due to plastic being in my apple crumble this evening 🤮

Our dessert was ok, my partners was good as it was ice cream however my cookie waffle was cold and a bit stale.

my cookie dough was very small and tasted burnt it was not the usual portion size and for the money i payed i expected more and i am not happy

The cookie dough is a tiny portion, i paid £17 overall for less than 3 bites, its also cold, and the milkshake spilt in the bag

Food was late and cold. It wasn’t fresh at all as of it has been cooked hours ago. It tastes stale and the milkshake tasted sour. Disappointing. Will not be ordering again

Cold burnt waffle and the most minimal sauce possible. If I was eating in it would have gone straight back.

driver didn't where he was going needs to go back and read a map he stopped outside then drove off again I had to go on it and get my order which is unacceptable customer service and he asked me to type the code in myself which he is meant to do as part of he's job unacceptable customer service

Staff not always attentive and service can be slow. Otherwise ice-cream and other desserts are very tasty, would definitely recommend.

I tried coconut 🥥 chocolate 🍫 and pistachio ice cream scoops , there coconut was the worst one i have ever tried others were fine

A great member of staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We went here on Thursday 8th of August, and we have no complaints, if you want desserts and ice cream this is the place to go!

This order was late due to delivery driver walking around the wrong street even though I put on the order notes that to call my Moblie if any issues but didn’t call and so one was still warm and the other was stone cold

The restaurant missed the ice creams that go with the waffle, this happened last time too and when I call the restaurant they do not pick up the phone

Food good. Atmosphere and service awful. 1 menu between 3 of us, no eye contact or engagement from staff. Had to ask for cutlery. Toilets unaccessable unless staff follow u with a code, bit intimidating. Place looks tired.

The order time was already 50 mins and it took longer than that.

the chocolate cake seemed almost burnt and stale. the one scoop gelato I got was tiny but cost almost £4.

Took our 3 year old granddaughter as a treat, the ice cream was fine, but when I took her to the toilet I was appalled. The toilet seat was hanging off the pan, the metal fixing on the broken part was still there poking out, totally unsafe and unusable. I showed this to a member of staff who told me the manager was aware and was just waiting for maintenance!!! I pointed out the the toilet was totally unsafe and shouldn't be available to the public. She opened the door to the disabled toilet next door and I saw the large paper bin was sitting on top of the toilet, any disabled person would have had to lift it off onto the floor, I was told the cleaners had put it there yesterday!!!!Apart from the disgusting toilets, much of the seating was severely torn, some parts taped over, other parts foam poking through, VERY HYGIENIC. I have contacted Crawley Environmental Health with these serious concerns.

Kids loved it, adults were not overly impressed. No spoons so had to use wooden ones which never work that well. Expected more as looks great from the outside

Typical chain dessert place. Tasted fine. Presentation was ok. Place is weathered, clearly customers have abused the place. Waiter really tried bless him. However, desserts brought out one by one. Not told we needed to get own cutlery so sat there while the ice cream melted.

Order was 45 minutes late, waffles were all cold, I ordered two milkshakes but got just one, other one was just two scoops of ice cream.

I found a bit of metal in the Sunday it was taken back to the store but they said I need to contact just eat as well as they are doing a investigation now

Unfortunately wasn't a good experience. Very dirty place! Table and the menu were very sticky and dirty. I went to the toilet and I had to turn back. ( was disgusting 😌) They really need to focus on hygiene and cleaning!!!

Terrible frappes. All ice no flavor. Might as well go to my freezer and eat the ice from that, would be the same and cheaper

The red velvet cake was very disappointing and disgusting, took one bite and that went straight to the bin.

I just received my order done a deal of waffle n milkshake and I just got a waffle asked the delivery guy he seems to have no clue about the order tried to call them and the placed was closed so disappointed definitely not ordering here again

Waffles upside down and sauces all over the boxes ... apple pie looked like it was thrown in the box from a height ... not happy at all and won't be ordering again

Creams orders have always been good but the latest delivery I had was horrible. The crepes were hard, the slushies have melted and the bag was leaking! I don't know if it was end of day batch or what, but the quality was really poor compared to previous deliveries. I really hope the quality doesn't go down based on time of order!

Every time I come in it's a very nice place. They really care about the presentation of not just their food but of the overall cafe. It always looks fun, colourful, and clean. In the picture I have sent, I already drank half of the milkshake-sorry it was good quality stuff. The customer service assistant filled my milkshake right to the brim, when she gave it with a smile. How cute of her. It was very good.

Vile. Dirty looking and the smell in the toilets was grim. Couldn't understand the guy who was serving us either. Manager was rude and gave my husband dirty looks. Soft play was closed too. Avoid at all costs. It was a mess

raised the order at 20:05 and didn't receive it until 21:33. shocking service when the estimated time started at 20:35 to 20:50. gone 21:00 I tried to cancel as it hadn't even left yet! bit was unable too.

The crepe was delicious and the ice cream was still frozen when it came, which was amazing! But I don’t know why I waited an hour to be delivered…

Came especially for the waffles. Struggled to chose as everything on the menu sounded amazing. My partner and I ended up getting the cookie dough and chocolate obsession. Both were really good, the chocolate obsession is a must for any chocolate fanatic. The servers and cleaners are very friendly and helpful ❤️. Prices are worth it as well :)

I have tried this place 3 times hoping it was just a bad day . Unfortunately it turned out just bad service .If I could give zero ….. On the plus side the paper bag it arrived in was really nice . Avoid this place it’s a rip off with tiny baby portions ,they don’t pick up the phone so you cant even complain. I have been to other franchises. Not sure if the boss who runs this one knows how the place is run . Shame as it has the potential to make money being in Crawley it doesn’t have competition . Maybe that’s why ??

The service was really not understandable I told them I want a strawberry waffle with milk chocolate and they answered me saying white chocolate yes but they were very nice the ice cream did leak out the waffles came as ordered but when I ordered it the other day then brought me the wrong ice cream. Although, the misunderstanding it was very nice.

The waffle went watery and soggy and I was give half pot of ice cream I ordered 2 waffles which should have come with a pot of vanilla and a pot of cookie dough ice cream. I got 1 pot. Tried to call the restaurant right away and no one was there to answer. For nearly £19 this was poor

Both were tiny the even though the chocolate cake was described as mammoth size and it’s tiny for child . The cookie dough was the same an absolute joke for just under £20 . Probably the size of a small buscuit both just overloaded with chocolate sauce to hide everything.Tried phoning so many times I gave up. Save your money this place is a rip off . Disgusting that they can’t even answer their phone too. Maybe because they are bored of hearing all the customers complaining.

Staff struggled to take order as they did not know their own menue, had to repeat several times before they got it right...

We visited Creams in 2022 and again now in March twice and only went there since my daughter loves going there and yes, the ice cream is good but the service is very poor and the attitude of the employees not a pleasant one. If the music would be turn down a bit then the employees might hear what the customer is ordering. We got both times wrong information and therefore not quite we had ordered. Also the pictures in the window show all these nice desserts but then they are smaller in reality. A new management, better employees and not such a loud music would help to raise the bar and the experience for the customers. Funny but also in 2022 the children´s area was locked but my daughter both now and in late 2022 wanted go there. This is a strange ice cream parlor with such a poor service yet such nice tasting ice cream...............

I bought the just eat “deal “ where you can get 2 desserts either. Waffle or crepe . I chose 2 crepes which were the Royal . Unfortunately there was nothing Royal about it and was more like a very poor cousin twice removed . The crepes were cold and dry and had literally a squirt of topping . After the delivery time kept changing and I tried calling the refrigerator but wasn’t able to get through I could even be bothered to complain . After not visiting for a couple of years I must say a massive improvement has taken place. The servers, the hygiene of the whole place including the loos. Very clean. No smell. Tidy. All the staff were very polite and keeping active on the floor making sure the floor is tidy and ready for new customers (Last time was a disaster). The ambience noises behind the counter also an improvement. Lots of smiles to complement the experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that there is food displayed in photos on the menu that can be bought but is not present on the menu nor priced(head office should look into this as for sure the staff get asked alot like they were by us). Must say I'm impressed and will return soon and recommend again. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼

Waffle was very dry. Ordered a banana strawberry waffle. All they delivered was a dry waffle with fruits on top. Very disappointed as I wanted a waffle for Saturday night

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. There was a dark coloured fat Indian woman who was super rude and didn't take out order correctly. When I told her to fix my order, she was super rude.

Usually happy with Creams delivery. But unfortunately not up to the usual standard today. The wrong dip sent with the chicken waffle which spoiled it for us as we love the BBQ sauce! and could I make a suggestion that boxes are NOT put it the bag sideways or upside down. All the sauces and toppings had fallen out of the boxes by the time it got to us.

Its our 1st time in creams crawley in Gatwick and its so amzingingly tasty we loved our crepes,Hot chocolate and Ice cream…we loved it…Thank you guys

Long waiting time to order despite many staff wondering around. Only one person at the till - took about thirty five mins to place order. After the two served in front of me the woman walked off and started to do other jobs. Loads of workers could see me (and people behind me) waiting at the till to be served. In the end I had to call someone! The place has nice desserts but is overrated and pricey for what u get. Place is really noisy due to the kids play area. The poor slow service and over priced menu is what let’s this place down...

I ordered at 8 and received my food at 10 the items that were meant to be hot were cold and the ice cream runny the delivery driver was very nice and said sorry and I know it wasn’t his fault as I had rang the shop and was meant with a not so helpful person
