Disha and the staff were amazing they were closing but still managed to served us had 8 kids with me lol but guys

Came especially for the waffles. Struggled to chose as everything on the menu sounded amazing. My partner and I ended up getting the cookie dough and chocolate obsession. Both were really good, the chocolate obsession is a must for any chocolate fanatic. The servers and cleaners are very friendly and helpful ❤️. Prices are worth it as well :)

I have tried this place 3 times hoping it was just a bad day . Unfortunately it turned out just bad service .If I could give zero ….. On the plus side the paper bag it arrived in was really nice . Avoid this place it’s a rip off with tiny baby portions ,they don’t pick up the phone so you cant even complain. I have been to other franchises. Not sure if the boss who runs this one knows how the place is run . Shame as it has the potential to make money being in Crawley it doesn’t have competition . Maybe that’s why ??

The service was really not understandable I told them I want a strawberry waffle with milk chocolate and they answered me saying white chocolate yes but they were very nice the ice cream did leak out the waffles came as ordered but when I ordered it the other day then brought me the wrong ice cream. Although, the misunderstanding it was very nice.

Staff struggled to take order as they did not know their own menue, had to repeat several times before they got it right...

We visited Creams in 2022 and again now in March twice and only went there since my daughter loves going there and yes, the ice cream is good but the service is very poor and the attitude of the employees not a pleasant one. If the music would be turn down a bit then the employees might hear what the customer is ordering. We got both times wrong information and therefore not quite we had ordered. Also the pictures in the window show all these nice desserts but then they are smaller in reality. A new management, better employees and not such a loud music would help to raise the bar and the experience for the customers. Funny but also in 2022 the children´s area was locked but my daughter both now and in late 2022 wanted go there. This is a strange ice cream parlor with such a poor service yet such nice tasting ice cream...............

Value for money, and so delicious

After not visiting for a couple of years I must say a massive improvement has taken place. The servers, the hygiene of the whole place including the loos. Very clean. No smell. Tidy. All the staff were very polite and keeping active on the floor making sure the floor is tidy and ready for new customers (Last time was a disaster). The ambience noises behind the counter also an improvement. Lots of smiles to complement the experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that there is food displayed in photos on the menu that can be bought but is not present on the menu nor priced(head office should look into this as for sure the staff get asked alot like they were by us). Must say I'm impressed and will return soon and recommend again. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. There was a dark coloured fat Indian woman who was super rude and didn't take out order correctly. When I told her to fix my order, she was super rude.

Its our 1st time in creams crawley in Gatwick and its so amzingingly tasty we loved our crepes,Hot chocolate and Ice cream…we loved it…Thank you guys

Long waiting time to order despite many staff wondering around. Only one person at the till - took about thirty five mins to place order. After the two served in front of me the woman walked off and started to do other jobs. Loads of workers could see me (and people behind me) waiting at the till to be served. In the end I had to call someone! The place has nice desserts but is overrated and pricey for what u get. Place is really noisy due to the kids play area. The poor slow service and over priced menu is what let’s this place down...

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Went there with my husband, asked for a large 3 scoop ice cream cup and a banana and strawberry waffle. They bought 3 scoops of ice cream in a small cup with ice cream dripping from the bar area to our table. Got to our table and my husband got drenched in ice cream I asked for a bigger cup. They then forgot my crepe and when I asked the man he went back to his colleague then I see them talking mocking us and looking with disgust. I made a DELIVEROO order today and I must say what a disgrace. Ordered at 21:28 our estimated time was at 22:05-22:35 our food arrived home at 00:02. My crepe was cold, the banana tasted spoiled and it was like it was just tossed out a window and delivered to us. Creams is done for me. What a waste os space and money.

Lovely food! The waffle 🧇 was very yummy. 6 yr old had the bubblegum kids sundae and said “it is really good and has a lot of blue at the bottom 😁”

I recently visited a delightful dessert place CREAMS CRAWLEY that left my taste buds in awe. The ambiance was cozy, and the menu boasted a tempting array of sweet treats. I tried their Waffle with vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with white chocolate sauce. It was a heavenly experience – moist, rich, and perfectly balanced. The staff (Aanchal)was friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyable visit. I highly recommend this spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

My Fiancée (Nathalie) and I (Simon) went here today after an emotional day, the service has always been lovely from our experience. I had a Strawberry & Banana Waffle, with extra Banoffee Gelato, Nat had the same flavour Crepe, with Cookie Dough Gelato. I was very pleasantly surprised by how standout in his service that Muhammad was, covering the tables, helping a neighboring table take their photo, offering extra serviettes and a general good way that was warming and gave a nice atmosphere for our delicious desert. The staff behind the counter were also great, making sure our order was bang on. We always enjoy going to this Creams and the staff certainly make that experience a great one for us.

Avoid this place for its rude, untrained, unprofessional customer service. The rude female staff who served table number 10 on October 8 just kept the tray and left without a basic "here's your order"!

Visited once, sign saying wait to be seated. About 5+ staff chatting to each other, completely ignoring me. I went up to them and asked if I should just seat myself. They said "Haha yes anywhere you want" , so I did. Waited about 10 minutes, no one came to take my order so I just got up and left.

02.10.23 UPDATED REVIEW So this was my first visit back after a good couple of years and first impressions were bad, since there was a roof leak inside the cafe and it was constant. Anyway, it seems like there is a new team of staff running the cafe now which is great news - they were all very helpful, polite and attentive. The desserts looked brilliant and tasted great - the waiting time was very reasonable given that they were somewhat busy at the time of my visit. Sadly, the play area was shut off with no explanation? All in all, good visit, 3 stars - would’ve been 5 but the leaking roof and closed off play area spoiled the visit. 14.10.21 Thought we'd go for a quick late night dessert - shop states that it closes at 11:00pm. We got there at 10:40pm and the staff told us it was closed...? There was another 20 mins left before you actually close yet the staff refused to serve us. We tried to come to a comprise and asked if we could have a take away, but they point blank refused! What's the point in advertising that you're open until 11:00pm if you're going to close early and refuse to serve customers...!!?? I may as well get in touch with trading standards. Such a disappointment.

A place to visit just for desserts and treats, what a great idea!!! I took my children there earlier on today, just to see what it is like. We were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a menu. I didn't fancy anything sweet so I just had coffee, my kids enjoyed their slushie and chocolate gelato. Staff were very friendly and polite. Tables were promptly cleared after each customer. An excellent service all round. We will definitely be visiting again.

Went there today 23/09/2023 left after 20 minutes because we sat down nobody welcomed us or gave us menus when they did with everyone else and my friend got told her nearly one year old couldn’t eat her lunch when I saw others feeding their toddlers lunch in there, the man was so rude. You need to teach your staff better customer service skills and on how to speak to people. Won’t be coming back!!!!!

Went there today 23/09/2023 and left because my friend was giving her nearly 1 year old her lunch and was told she weren’t allowed, the man was rude didn’t even welcome us and they welcomed others who had come into the restaurant sat there waiting 20 mins without getting a menu while they handed menus out to everyone else who had come in! Bad bad customer service & wrong that my friends yearly 1 year old couldn’t eat her lunch when we would’ve been ordering anyway. Your staff need training on customer service and how to speak to people. Don’t go here wouldn’t recommend it.

First impressions make a massive difference when visiting somewhere new. We popped into creams one afternoon with some friends from out of town wanting something cold, we went into creams 4 adults and one 1 year old child. Now we had popped to McDonald's for the sake of little one and grabbed a Happy Meal as there is no way she would eat anything that the restaurant would have to offer. We entered sat down and as there was nothing on the tables, waited for service. We were slowly giving our 1 year old chips from her food to keep her happy while we were to have our food. We were approached by an Employee who; without introduction, abruptly told us we couldn't eat food from outside the restaurant. Now I would normally agree however I tried to reason with them on the terms that this is for our 1 year old and we were here to order food. He abruptly replied "Don't care, that's our policy" before walking away, outside to have a cigarette. Now this made me angry with their tone and upset our child as she was hungry. Not once when we entered the restaurant were we welcomed, not once we're we offered a menu, not once we're we told where to get a menu from. We were however left sitting at the table with a crying child for the entirety of 10 minutes. At that point we walked out passing the rude Employee who gave us a very lovely and sarcastic "Thank You" before a smirk and a drag on thier cigarette. Never have I been so imbarresed infront of my non-local friends over a local restaurant. Won't be returning and looking on "Just Eat" at their prices I think I won't be getting a delivery neither.

I was doing delivery. The customer service guy an indian (might be) was too rude to the delivery person. They are making food and talking each other. When i was told bro it’s ten minutes i arrived. He said, food making takes 20 minutes long. Why you’re talking to me. Just keep sit. Time is 20:10. Authorities should check the cameras and the manager should be aware of that.

Our experience here left us thoroughly disappointed. Their utter lack of manners and penchant for yelling made it a regrettable experience that I feel compelled to share. In conclusion, I would advise potential customers to approach Creams Cafe Crawley with caution.

Food was basic at best small portions not like in the menus. The children’s Play area was closed as broken, seems it’s been like this for a while now. Been before and was much better.

This place is an absolute disappointment. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I took my friend today to try this place and while we were waiting in the queue. A team member waved to me for order while i was telling her my order a blonde hair lady with glasses named Vanessa came and asked her to serve another customer infront of me and the girl walked off whilst i was in the middle of my order which was very disrespectful. I waited there for good 10 mins but none of the staff paid attention that i was waiting to order. The lady Vanessa could clearly see that i was waiting to order but didn't even bother to take order instead was standing behind making horrendous face expressions. I left the place straightaway without buying anything and never going back as its such a shame to see such a big chain with staff who has got no training in customer service and even lack basic ethics. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!

Service was rubbish, argued about was ordered when they got it wrong ... even when the receipt was presented to them showing their mistake. Every adult who parked in the car park and logged their details in the app subsequently got a parking notice. Admittedly they sorted this out when receipt and proof of being there was presented, but felt rather like a scam was being run where they just hope that people don't argue with the ticket and pay it ... which one of our group almost did !!!

Ice creams & waffles were good but we went here with friends you had small children wanting to play in the soft play, nothing advises its now closed. All the play equipment is still there and kids are not allowed to use it which is really unfair, if its no longer available remove it and make it clear its closed. When we asked staff why, the reply was we don't know.

The best thing in this place is tap water. If you want to die from sugar OD that is the best place to do so. Only thing to recommend here not being too sweet is slushy

Great selection and good quality gelato. The only letdown was when I asked for some ice in a glass of water (it was a hot/humid day), the staff member bluntly said they didn't have ice. I found this quite odd, considering it was an ice cream parlour 🤣 However, I recognise they could have run out.

OH Dear lord. That's sugar kingdom. Creams should pay NHS employees for extra work. But shop is nice staff are nice too, food looks great on the plate. Price is sky high.

Amazing ,always quick service and lovely staff

A nice place to take the kids but disappointed to see that the soft play area was closed which caused a huge issue for our 5yr old. We stayed and ordered a few items and overall it was good but needs new menus and a bit of upkeep to remain as one of the hotspots in Crawley. The location is good, at the end of the high street and is under the hotel, so great for residents there. I will know for next time not to pay for parking at the old Morrisons as customers can use the iPads style machine in Creams to get free parking.

I usually get chocolate cake and custard, the quality of the food is amazing and service is good. However, the portions are getting smaller and smaller :(

The service is very slow despite the staffing level appears too many in none busy hour when I visited. My dessert arrived half an hour later after ordering and surprised when it was handed to me, it was not my order so have to wait for another 15 mins. Poor service. Thankfully the dessert is good.

Absolutely appalling service! Went for a quick dessert and we got refused seating and got forced to order a take away. Customers after us ordered and were able to eat in. This has happened on multiple occasions. Previously we got there at 9:20 and got told they were closed even though they advertise at 10? The waiter told us that the owner needs everyone out at 10? On top of all this my friend got given the wrong order. Gentleman at the counter walked away whilst I was talking to him, and started continuing another conversation. I’d rather drive to Kaspers now! Had enough of this place!

Best Waffle in the town 🧇 If you like chocolate then Royale Waffle is the one you need to order. I'd also recommend Strawberry and Banana.

BBQ popcorn chicken bites You are very lucky if you get 5 pieces of chicken in the waffle. The maker said he put more than you could find. I guess the popcorn chicken must be sitting somewhere on the waffle maker.

Great place to go to treat yourself. Crawley isn't short of places to go with friends, with its many bars, coffee shops and restaurants, but when you feel like something a little different this is a good place to go.

Arrived and told to go and get the menus now would Understand if busy they were empty. Food came waffle dry and burnt. Awful white hot chocolate how it was luxurious only a crystal Ball Would know

Good food and great service. People are usually very friendly. 3 stars due to hot and good deserts, but now no longer offer blue light or emergency service discount. Not sure if this is franchise wide, but they were very resistant to any NHS ID or Blue light card. They always used to but for some reason they don't. Disappointing.

This is our go to place whenever we’re craving desserts. The quality of gelato is really good and the staff are super pleasant and always happy to help. Must visit!!!
