Very poor service today. Long wait. Staff off duty just walk ahead of you in queue. Didn't get the order I asked for. It isn't usually like this. I passed 3 other McDonaldsMto come here. Shame really.

Popped in today early lunchtime after a long overnight stint travelling home from abroad. Ordered and paid for a whopper, fries and coffee via the app; very disappointed to learn at the counter that no hot drinks are on offer ( do any coffees machines ever work in a BK?). Was offered “alternative” of a coke or water; which is like going somewhere for bacon and eggs, but you’re offered ice cream instead; which is fine if you’re six years old, but not quite so for a grown adult. Anyway, I agreed to a water, which wasn’t exactly equitable for the price of the coffee, with no offer of refunding the difference, or sweetening the deal with some compensatory item; any low value item would have been nice to make good a situation of their own making. Too tired to converse with a team that is as unlikely to concede the point. All in all, Whopper was just about ok, fries below average. Interiors is dingy and felt a bit unclean; generally tired surroundings in need of urgent refresh; should have taken photos, but again n, why bother? Won’t be coming back. Kind regards

Was missing half my order, waited 50 minutes for it to be re delivered only for it to be cold and greasy.. ending up in the bin. When I called for a Partial refund, I was constantly fobbed off to eventually be told… if I got them from the bin and took them back I would get a £2 refund that’s all he would offer me along with a lot of abuse with it. No customer skills what so ever. This is not the first problem I’ve encountered. Over priced, poor food, poor customer service. AVOID!! AVOID!!

Appalling service ordered with the McDonald app an used table service but the guy at the counter decided was was just going to call out the table numbers instead of actually bringing to the table. Not like it’s a busy time

food took the piss getting to us said they were busy but only about 5 people in had to serve my mate myself on the till bc you can't get the staff

Great experience. The place is very neat and staff are very professional. I also like the open view.

Just bought a bucket of chicken - 8 pieces and got home - they’d only put 7 in 😡 very annoying. Always check they’ve put in what you’ve paid for before you head home!

This was and is the worst burger I've ever been to ! The peppercorn chicken burgers came out like farm food fillet chicken in bread crumbs and was disgusting for 10 pounds , all in all I spent around 45 pounds on the full family which nobody ate . Chips tasted like re heated left overs , drinks machine didn't work so no Ice or free top ups available to cool you down from the run down premises which the air conditioning didn't work in 18 degrees heat ! All in all this has put me off Burger King for life !!!! ROTTEN

Order was a portion of fries missing.
