Order was a portion of fries missing.

food was missing and restaurant did nothing to help

No gravy but apart from that it was fine

Ended up with much more food than we ordered , food was warm and delivered on time

no gravy mega box on kfc app. also showing TWO different prices on different phones!!!!

Delivery driver was super quick and lovely and good quality was nice

Loved the food, but we were missing the one piece of original chicken, and the app didn’t show the piece of chicken that was missing on the order, but it was on the receipt. Made it difficult to tell someone they missed it from the order.

I could only eat the wrap & chips the rest the chicken was over cooked and tasted burnt

Forgot the sauce for the meal. Child was upset

Went through the drive-in and ordered three meals totalling over £35. Had to wait in the carpark for food order to be ready. When we got home it was totally the wrong order. Had to drive back , explain what happened. Told to wait in The car park again. Other customers behind us were being served and after the fifth car passing, my partner had to go to the counter and ask about our order. Again when we got home they had left out the sides. Will not be back

Order arrived on time but it was cold, and the size of the portions of fries was disgraceful.

This place has certainly gone downhill. The chicken just doesn't taste the same and the Xmas Tower Burger that I had seemed to be thrown into the box so I had to assemble it myself. Lots of other establishments do much better fries also. Very disappointing.

Staff were efficient but not very hospitable. Food was OK, but still a bit greasy, and the fries were soggy. Believe it or not, I like KFC, but as we were all told in school, " could try harder ".

Usually we wouldn’t write a bad review on just eat as I usually have a positive experience. We live a new build area which is well know to just eat and is on google maps as we use it regularly. I was greeted at the door by a cheeky delivery driver with severely broken English. The food was cold and we were missing a dip. For an order over £30 I would’ve expected better service and quality of food. Extremely disappointed.

I haven't been to KFC Ards in a very long time because of multiple poor customer service visits. Sunday 8th August was a completely different experience. The drive through clerk spoke very clearly into the mic, took our order down correctly and was very professional throughout. Order was correct and very quick. Based on this most recent experience I will return more often.

I was in KFC Newtownards tonight at 4:10 collecting my order 6014 and the way the supervisor or manger of the store spoke to one of the staff member was horrible I really feel for the girl it was awful and will be highly recommending that girl find a better place of work absolutely attrosious

Just had a horrible experience at a KFC in belfast where noone spoke English and ended up getting a refund... Came to ards on way home and they sorted me out immediately and without hassle 👌

It’s not quite the same as it once was. Today seems to be a bit sluggish, with delays in service all around.

Called in for a takeaway, but decided to sit in and enjoy our food while it was hot, service from the young fella at the counter was superb 🙌

Good food but bad service and equally bad atmosphere

Place can not get an order right to save their lives. On every occasion we’ve place an order it has come missing items. I just can’t wrap my head around being unable to read a docket correctly. Ive never left a review in my life but it has happened now so frequently I’m just furious.

For a ricebox I struggled to actually find the rice! This is the second time I’ve ordered a ricebox and got a salad box instead! Not happy!

Delivery driver would not give me my order until I gave the code which was no longer on my phone , o had confirmed my name order and address. Still would not give the order making it more late than it already was

you have changed the savory coated fries,they were now plain and disgusting,the seagulls got them,the wraps were only half full of filling n sauce disgusting,pulled the chicken out and seagulls got the rest,please bring back the savory fries

I over anhour on my delivery the time was changed a few times and the bap of the burger was dry and the gravy had no taste and the consistency of water. very disappointing

Staff friendly, however the food was not filling. One child received one small portion of chicken. The milk shake ( mint aero) was pure flavoured ice. The frozen chips were salty. At a price tag at over £22.00p I will never be back again.

Drive-thru. Just wanted 6 pieces of original chicken and a 4 chicken strip meal. The guy took ages to understand the 6 pieces of chicken order. Cost a fortune - £9 -odds for the chicken strip meal and nearly £15 for the chicken wben I got home the 6 pieces turned out to be 4 drumsticks and 2 wings! Ridiculous! Tried to ring but you can't. Won't be back!

Every time you order or go to the store, they miss something this time the bottle of Pepsi !!! Would look past it but your are spending over 20 pound on this item you should have your drink

This meal was amazing! It was delivered hot ,as I had requested, which was great. Had ordered a Mac donalds months ago and was freezing!! Never again. KFC you are amazing - the whole meal was superb!

There is a reason why the word 'fillet' has been removed from the description of their burger... My first one was barely 5mm thick dried out and chewy. I complained and asked for a second which they quickly supplied to their credit but sadly it was exactly the same.
