Kfc in Ards

Called in for a takeaway, but decided to sit in and enjoy our food while it was hot, service from the young fella at the counter was superb 🙌

Place can not get an order right to save their lives. On every occasion we’ve place an order it has come missing items. I just can’t wrap my head around being unable to read a docket correctly. Ive never left a review in my life but it has happened now so frequently I’m just furious.

Food very hot wish was great as I've been before a couple of years ago and chicken was Luke warm.

For a ricebox I struggled to actually find the rice! This is the second time I’ve ordered a ricebox and got a salad box instead! Not happy!

Delivery driver would not give me my order until I gave the code which was no longer on my phone , o had confirmed my name order and address. Still would not give the order making it more late than it already was

you have changed the savory coated fries,they were now plain and disgusting,the seagulls got them,the wraps were only half full of filling n sauce disgusting,pulled the chicken out and seagulls got the rest,please bring back the savory fries

I over anhour on my delivery the time was changed a few times and the bap of the burger was dry and the gravy had no taste and the consistency of water. very disappointing

Staff friendly, however the food was not filling. One child received one small portion of chicken. The milk shake ( mint aero) was pure flavoured ice. The frozen chips were salty. At a price tag at over £22.00p I will never be back again.

Pretty poor this evening. didn't receive 25% of order had to pick up item firstly as no delivery driver available/proceeded to open bag to other items of order missing. Pretty disappointed, what the business did to rectify was appreciated, but first impressions always count.

Drive-thru. Just wanted 6 pieces of original chicken and a 4 chicken strip meal. The guy took ages to understand the 6 pieces of chicken order. Cost a fortune - £9 -odds for the chicken strip meal and nearly £15 for the chicken wben I got home the 6 pieces turned out to be 4 drumsticks and 2 wings! Ridiculous! Tried to ring but you can't. Won't be back!

Every time you order or go to the store, they miss something this time the bottle of Pepsi !!! Would look past it but your are spending over 20 pound on this item you should have your drink

This meal was amazing! It was delivered hot ,as I had requested, which was great. Had ordered a Mac donalds months ago and was freezing!! Never again. KFC you are amazing - the whole meal was superb!

There is a reason why the word 'fillet' has been removed from the description of their burger... My first one was barely 5mm thick dried out and chewy. I complained and asked for a second which they quickly supplied to their credit but sadly it was exactly the same.

Tried to say they delivered but the food never came and because I ordered threw justeat my local kfc weren't willing to help. Kids were complaining and everything, Safe to say they've lost a repeat customer

Didn’t get everything on my order

my meal was missing from the order. a mistake I believe by kfc as the bag delivered was completely sealed and could not have been opened by the driver. I phoned kfc and was told by them to request a refund for the missing 2pc meal from just eat. I am very unhappy with the way they have dealt with this issue but have requested the said refund and received an email from just eat to say that I would be contacted by customer service in due course. I await this contact.

Very terrible service. Them staff need trained properly they don’t gave clue what there doing. They get panicked with 2 order. No wonder that’s why there not busy. Get proper manner staff who knows how to deal with manners. Blody rude service

Order never came, had to contact justeat (who were awful to try and get a hold of) to issue a full refund. Order was stuck on preparing at restaurant.

bill was £20+, literally got 10 chips, 6 bits of popcorn chicken, no mayo dip. warm Pepsi. normally very tasty but poor this time

I personally like their food except for their chips. They're always really soggy and definitely not enough in them to be a large chip. The place is always like a ghost town when I'm passing it, and I go to Newtownards on a daily basis. I'm assuming it's because of the rise of price they charge you for their food. I completely understand because I haven't gone back since their prices skyrocketed, we would rather just go to Comber and get Herrons Country Fried Chicken. It works out way cheaper, and their food is just as great (if not better) than KFC for the price. The staff often get orders wrong and have a bad attitude, and like I said, the prices for even a single small meal is ridiculous.

Give me beans instead of mash paid £30 quid for everything

Party bucket was all legs and wings....KFC is going to the dogs..

First KFC in a long time. Went for the Party bucket. This guaranteed that everyone got something that they liked. Chips could have been better, all chicken pieces were excellent.

Wrong order delivered & taken away by delivery driver lack of customer service from store manager Glesieli passed me onto a training manager. Was told incorrect information and asked to call back 5 minutes later then to be told more wrong information when called back. Customer service from the Ards branch was shocking. Staff did not want to help in any way possible. When asked for KFC head office number they advised the could not give to me this problem was a store mistake and could have been sorted very easily.

Best KFC in Northern Ireland - staff are professional and helpful, and the food is outstanding. Lots of deals too, so your lunch can be affordable and within any budget

Worst kfc in country, there’s a really odd taste to ther chicken, it’s like ther using the wrong frying oil or something., it’s just wrong and doesn’t represent kfc taste at all , especially considering how expensive it is .🤮

Was here today for lunch & the food was lovely but i was given the new season chips with my meal but i didn't want them as i had them before but i prefer the old standard chips & the girl at the counter got them changed for me to the old standard chips & cooked lovely too.

Basic English test for the people on the till would be handy. Slowest service i can remember

I thought all KFCs were the same, perhaps its just my preference but this branch seems kaking in personality. Also not do keen on the chips with the new coating.
