You really get a shock when you order your food and they tell you the price! Its definitely one of those places you're afraid to go near again because of the ptsd of spending a fortune on a sandwich and coffee 😂 I wouldn't mind if the food was good but its so basic I've had far better for half the price plus the coffee was freezing

Worst coffee I have ever had anywhere after returning to counter I was served with another coffee just as bad My advise is avoid My husband had a cha latte it was as bad Don't waste your money go elsewhere

Disappointed in the panini I got, chicken wasn't great tbh. Got wedges too which weren't cooked but to be fair the girl just refunded the money for those. Chocolate cake was nice and staff friendly enough. Probably wouldn't recommend coz I expect food to be cooked through.

Sorry very disappointed took a visitor in for a coffee , firstly the seating is awful you have to negotiate your way passed people and move chairs , no wonder the poor waitress spilled the milk all over him . Thank goodness it wasn’t hot tea .. When ordering my coffee I wasn’t asked small /regular or large we were given the largest dearest one and the sausage rolls were just a mess . Only thing I can say is the girls working there were lovely ...🙄

We went to Cafe Barista this morning and ordered 2 small Ulster fries. They were the worst we have ever had. They cost over £15 with coffees. Cold plates, soda and potato bread were like concrete, uncooked tomato, over cooked fried egg etc. Never been so disappointed with quality and we aren't hard to please.

Quick service with friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price rather than paying through the nose for a cup of over-priced coffee as you do in the big chains!

Ordered the American breakfast for this place... And it was no more American that I am .. two white toast, two hash browns, two bacon, egg and two really cheap and nasty sausages... Now I wouldn't of minded so much but it cost £6 for this and was very disappointing. If your gonna charge that, all least you could use slight better quality products.. needless to say I will not be eating there again.

Called in with my son and daughter and grandchild, I ordered a plain ham sandwich, a plain chicken for my grandchild and my son ordered a fry and my daughter a sausage sandwich. My ham sandwich had one thing slice of ham which didn't meet the corners, the ham was wet and out of a budget packet. My sons fry was uncooked, mushrooms raw, potato bread and soda bread uncooked and the sausage was mush. I had paid a total of £21.50 for all and we couldn't eat it. I decided to go up to the counter and ask for the manager who turned out to be the guy who served me. When I complained about the food his reply was we are not equipped to cook Fry's so I asked why were they on the menu, he replied and said I've no time for this I have customers to serve just leave and he turned his back on me.i have never come across a person in a cafe so rude I was fuming at his attitude. He totally ignored me and I had to leave so angry. Avoid this place I would rather go hungry than ever be served such crap food and still can't get over this manager's attitude. He is not fit to own a business and would need to take one hard look at his business and attitude absolutely disgusting food and management.had to give this review one star only because I couldn't bypass not entering something otherwise I would have given it a minus 10.

I came here with my mum, brother and a 2 year old. Ordered a toastie, a sandwich, a child’s ham sandwich, and a fry.. it was very expensive!! The fry was very undercooked and the sandwiches were not fresh. Very poor quality food along with a dirty table. The service was terrible and my mum asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude to her and told her he was too busy to deal with her while being very arrogant and unprofessional. To speak to my 60 year old mother the way he did I was very angry! Will never be back, unfriendly atmosphere !!

Two coffees were tasteless, a stale dry scone a tray bake fell apart for£9.30, utter rubbish and dissapointing to say the least won't be back or recommend to anyone 😬😬😬

1st cup of tea returned as floatys were in it, waited ages for 2 toasties ended up they lost the order fella couldnt work till to give me a refund on my card. No sign of the word sorry offered and no care given awful customer service one fella even told another customer he will be quitting his job as he hates it. Staff didnt even pick up that we hadnt got our food

Went in this afternoon to get a cuppa and a toastie for me and my daughter, after getting the first cup of tea returned as there was things floating in it we sat for a bit waiting on food. After a couple got their fry who came in after us, i asked how long our toasties would be all 3 staff just looked at each other, they hadnt got my order even tho they had brought my tea from the order. The response was ' aw mate we need 2 toasties' there was no im sorry about this or anything. When i asked for a refund, it was given in cash as the fella didnt know how to refund it back to my card. Its more annoying that tbe girl took the order didnt even think to herself oh they still have no food and didnt question it. I think a hell of alot of customer service is needed. Tho according to one of the fellas he will be quitting his job as he hates it he told another customer.

Me and my husband we wnet for cafe break and we decided to try put this place. Service very poor by guy who served us, I asked for bed of all defrrents cakes and I got that feeling that I asked for too much. Caffe was nice as my lovely chocolate, Orange cake.I asked for regular size of Americano and I got hughe cup of cafe, I thought i would never finished My husband had trybake and cappuccino. Average place Good for cafe stop break.

Ordered a toasted bacon buttie here. When it was served I thought the toast looked quite burnt but when I looked in the inside of my buttie... It was obvious that whoever made that buttie up for me knew the bread was burnt but was hoping I'd not notice the worst of it. Should not have been served in the first place. When I returned it I got quite the look but even she could not argue that the toast was burnt...it was black. Waited ages for it in the first place and then again for the replacement. Plus, the bacon was moved from one sandwich to the other, so the bacon was cold when it was served up to me again. That might just me being picky though. Would go here again for tea and a bun maybe, but not for hot food.

We were here today and ordered a fry! absolutely disgusting! 30 minute wait for food. fry was dry and food had no taste! also very over priced!!!!

Having eaten sandwiches, paninis and cake here before decided to give the all day breakfast a go... to be frank it was not the best - plenty of food on it but cooking could have been much better. Cold eggs and bacon did not help :(

It is not the cheapest place to eat but we were in the shopping centre on Friday and thought oh what the heck... Sandwiches are freshly prepared - coleslaw is gorgeous and the coffee is by far the best I have tasted in a long while. And as for their cakes - truly scrumptious! I would say £18 well spent!

If you miss breakfast at the weekend and you've shopping to do then treat yourself to a nice fry up in the Cafe Barista. It's not greasy - it's crisp, fresh and clean. The only hassle you are likely to get is from a blue rinser with a trolley - otherwise the staff are friendly and helpful. Not too many seats in the place but hey look at some some shops and come back in 15 mins.

Had lunch at this restaurant three times in the one week food lovely and freshly prepared for each customer. Tables very clean and quickly cleared after each customer. All hot drinks and dishes are carried to tables by staff. All in all a lovely experience to enhance my week in Ireland.

This is our favourite little cafe in the shopping centre. The food is lovely and ther is a good selection to choose from. The staff are fairly regular now and are so so friendly. Many disabled people come in and the staff treat them with great care and respect, even getting their orders at the table. Love this place so much!!

On business and looking for somewhere to eat, gone 2pm and we found ourselves here. Good choice of menu, v good and pleasant service. The food and coffee was pretty good but the table could have been cleaned, bits of food and crumbs left behind. Saying that the food was v nice, good service from their team. Doesn't take Amex just as a note.

We couldn't actually eat here, we sat down to a smelly table that had been wiped with a disgusting cloth, the whole place was grubby and needs a good clean! We left within 2 minutes.

Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated by a young girl this afternoon, at 16.50pm we went in for a bite to eat and we're quite abruptly told " hot food is finished as we close at 5.30"? Yet she proceeded to serve a guy soup and wheaten? Now excuse me if I'm wrong but soup is hot food.. We usually call in while shopping but will not be back after the way she spoke! Maybe she should do a bit of retraining in her people skills
