Literally just in burgerking here and came out to the car and it's not even right..I have three kids so ordered three chips and a sharebox of nuggets paid £12.60 only received two chips and nuggets dripping in grease won't be back.

DISAPPOINTED - WON'T EVER EAT HERE AGAIN - We called in to Burger King, Castlebawn yesterday, we were both hungry. Hubby ordered one of their advertised special Gormet BBQ Bacon Stacker Burger Meals which looked like a yummy spicy Burger, unfortunately he was highly disappointed as it was more like a 'child size' burger ( photo attached ) we could not believe the food he received. The staff were very sad looking and had a lackadaisical attitude while serving us. My Hubby had to use the Disabled Toilet and immediately reported how bad the state of it was ( it was in a disgusting state - too horrible to write about here) and the fella said he would report it to someone, instead of him immediately going and reporting it he continued to serve. I did see the Manager go in 10 minutes later then come out and no-one was sent in to clean it while we were sitting there for about a further 20 minutes - Health Hazard Waiting To Happen! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED COUPLE WHO SPENT NEARLY £20 ON THIS VISIT 😒 😕 😑 🙄 😪

Called in here after shopping for a quick bite, had the offer menu which consisted of a chicken burger/fries & chicken cheese dorito figures, unusual but very tasty

Went in tonight. Ordered 2 meals. Fries cold and had to be replaced. Burgers had to be microwaved. Took 25 mins to serve our food even though place was empty. No apology from zombie like staff. Food was vile and expensive. Won't be back

Get a new mop, the restaurant was smelt like toilets and the floor was sticky..

Anytime I have bought from this place recently the food is made wrong with items missing even with the simplest instructions for example add cheese ,remove lettuce, tomatoes & mustard and they take the items out of an entirely different burger and don't add cheese to the one required. Food comes ice cold, some items look like they where put together by a blind gorilla, so you better have a decent microwave if your ordering takeout or getting a delivery from these people. I used to love burger King but the current staff employed are as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Really wouldn't recommend them at all.

The food was great but as soon as you walked into the place you were hit up the face with the most horrible smell of pee it was disgusting.

Food was quick but I could do with a clean, some tray with rubbish on them left about but staff were nice

We were freezing cold as the A/C was on and no matter where we sat it was cold. Food cooled down very quickly. The person whom served us was very pleasant.

Had lunch with grandchildren and despite the kids changing their minds several times and asking for added sauce and salt etc. The staff were friendly and good humoured. Well done Burger King.

Never planned to leave a review of this place but no joke, everytime I've visited this burger king the staff look like they wanna end it all, no smiles, no welcoming, no standard of customer service.

Was in lunch time 25/04/23 Had a small issue with my meal which was rectified immediately, if I could give more stars for service I would, staff were excellent.

Found it hard to sit anywhere as no clean tables. The "new" Chicken burger was cold. I've had thicker and better mini fillet burgers from KFC but customer service was good tho. Very understanding, drive through was busy but wouldn't recommend sit in at all. Maybe drive through is better. Definitely my worst burger King yet. Wont be back

Veggie burger is usually good, but today it was microwaved away to a disgusting hard lump. Very poor when someone is looking forward to a nice meal, especially the price charged for something inedible.

In today for Lunch with the Wife.. Food Is Rotten, overcooked and not worth the money.

It's a take away I was there last week with Grandkids enjoyed it. This week the food was poor , not sure if it was due to 5pm service.

Friendly staff food was nice and warm and tasty.

Terrible service. Sitting at drive through for 5minutes without any service. All staff could be seen through the window joking and laughing but not working and just letting drive through traffic build up. Bk in Newtownards is a joke.

Absolute dump! Food was rotten. It was cold, chips were green and just over all disgusting. If I could rate it 0 I would. Save your money and go across the road and get a sandwich form Tesco.

Better than McDonalds. Little bit more pricey than McDonalds but the food is way more substantial.

Absolute shambles. Get new staff. Order has never been correct when getting a delivery, went in the other day with the kids, had to go up to counter 3 times for stuff missing, plus they all looked half asleep. Tonight was the last time I ever order, ordered a simple meal for myself, recieved someone else's 31 quid order. Delivery man had no idea what I was on about and the shop won't answer the phone EVER. So I'm eating it, sorry Lucie whoever you are.

Best staffed burger king around.

The food is always cold when you receive it. Start cooking the food to the right temperature before serving.

If you want top service, Ask for Joe. I left my bag and next time I was in, he remembered and I was SO impressed. Burger King is lucky to have such an observant employee. Should be promoted. Management material and an asset in customer service. Have to write this as other reviews are woeful and Joe shouldn't be lumped in with them.

Fast service, good burger for the child but the katsu royal was dissapointing, no real flavor, not enough sauce. My own cheeseburger was very dry, no sauce, no gherkin. OK, but could be better.

Shambles! Took my two boys tonight and it was a disaster from start to finish. I know it’s a fast food restaurant but these lot are shocking. All staff running around like headless chickens, customers getting forgotten about, shouting across the restaurant to a customer that their card was declined and the list goes on. Absolutely s**t show…

Poor service when you ask the difference between an Argentinian burger and an Angus and the answer is one's Argentinian and the other is Angus? No napkins and have to ask for your drinks. They Angus burger was my favourite but its changed to cheap looking hamburger meat and not as tasty as previously. Very disappointed 😞

Customer service was decent through the drive thru, ordered a vegan burger & was provided with a chicken and bacon royale. By the time I got home they were closed.

Service is quick in the post covid months BUT this outlet seems to sell a lot of fish products as the burgers can taste of fish.

Watched them cleaning after pulling up to go in . People got up and left the tablets and left the shop . The staff need to clean all parts not just part of the table and chairs wet and dry patches give the game away.

I will not be back here again I had ordered the chicken royale with only chesse but was given with full salad and mayo all so I ordered a burger with salad and was given no salad brought it back and was given burger with out salad for a second time and never received my bottle of water either.

We don't go here as often as other fast food places but the food has always been good. Served hot and very quickly each time.

It's a burger king. You get what you get at every one. Includong the best burger of all time - the whopper!

I arrived at approximately 7pm on Sat 5 October. When I arrived there were three people in the queue in front of me. It took approx 10 minutes before I was served by a very pleasant young female on the till. It took approx 15 minutes before I got my order. It was then that I realised there were only three staff on to cover a very busy period. The girl was serving people in the shop, a young lad was serving people in the drive through and another lad was doing the cooking. So basically there were three staff to cover this very busy period. The lad on the drive through had no head set, so he had to wait until the customer arrived at the window before he could take any orders. When I sat down with my family to eat our meal I was disgusted as the chips were cold, I immediately took them back for fresh ones which the young girl readily replaced. I feel sorry for the three staff members who were doing their absolute best in the circumstances. Certainly will not be back here.

Just two words for it, 'loved it" great place for a quick snack or a quick meal.

Havnt had any major problems. On the one occasion that food was served slightly below temp I was given a free meal and reimbursed the price.

Great service in this branch by friendly helpful staff. Tables and floor was spotless even though they were busy. Plenty of free parking. Kids loved it!
