McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

All chips missing a Big Mac also and all the dips I paid for absolutely terrible this app needs sorted for McDonald’s I even tried to call

Never came. I have ordered from just eat twice and both times it hasn’t came. im not happy! give me my food now!

there is always things missing from a delivery order from Hamilton Palace Grounds. There is always shell in the eggs

Had to order 3 times, first time the food didn’t arrive and second time the order was missing items so had to re order those items. Very low expectations when ordering after midnight on a Saturday night but that was shambolic.

I ordered what i wanted to eat and only 3 apple pies arrived i was then told for me to contact you over 3 large strawberry milkshakes 1apple pie and 4 muffins mksskng from my order really bad joke i want a refund please

I ordered 2 meals with milkshakes and 2 extra cheese burgers. all that came is 1 small bag the 2 large milkshakes missing and 2 large fries and wrong burgers that was meant to be meals only thing right is 2 cheese burgers I paid £23 for this

The food was actually still warm because the delivery man still had it in the thermal bag when he arrived at the door.

No sauces missing items chips were freezing yet again

Hello, 21.1.25. Order number 80.I normally use the drive through for my breakfast meal which is sausage and egg mc muffin meal with a coke (no ice) and another sausage and egg on its own which is always spot on, staff friendly, brilliant and excellent at their job. On the above date I got two hash brown instead of my sausage and egg mc muffin which I phoned the shop and the person dealt with me very professional with excellent customer service,(we're all only human after all) I later went back and got a main meal for the mix up, the experience I got was extremely satisfactory from the girl at the counter to the guy doing table service. Well done everyone a BIG THUMBS UP FROM ME. I'm still a very happy customer and prefer Mc Donald's to KFC/PIZZA HUT. Thanks once again. Colin Cambuslang.

Food arrived cold with missing items.

This is a joke of an establishment. Never receive sauce, salt or straws even when put in notes. Phoned the manager and he was so rude and unhelpful. Told me it wasn’t their fault. Then who’s is it? Food cold. And they’ve lost a family of customers.

Unfortunately food was stone cold and presented like a dogs dinner in a regular customer and always come back due to great everything I hope this is my first and last bad experience including customer service providing my requested refund hopefully. Thank you

We orders a large strawberry milkshake and a large oasis and receive a small Diet Coke and a large Diet Coke in place of them I am not happy about this

Absolutely shocking, chips always come freezing. Food always comes missing items. £30 paid and it’s came missing quarter pound er cheese burger and share box of mozzarella sticks with 3 salsa dips. Hamilton McDonald’s is a shambles.

Always busy. More often than not milkshake machine not working. Missing items or wrong item. Wait time for food high, especially at drive through. If you do have a problem they are quick to rectify if you go inside.

All food is freezing we are allergic to strawberries and whe have to strawberry milk shakes instead of chocolate and vanilla now we can’t even eat the McFlurry cause it was with the milk shakes waste of money never ordering again

Order came in great time. The delivery driver was very polite and thanked me and wished me a very happy new year but when he handed me my order and ran back to his car I realised he gave me someone else’s order too. I feel terrible knowing that his mistake means that he may have to pay for the lost order. I waited for him to come back incase he realised but he did not. So now I feel awful that someone else didn’t get their meal and I feel bad for the delivery driver as it was an honest mistake.

Ordered as normal… what I recieved was someone else’s order & not even a full one. Ridiculous.

ordered a grimace shake, medium by the way.. tell me why i’ve been given 2 coffees?! horrendus service, didn’t even answer the phone when i tried to receive the grimace shake. ABYSMAL.. SORT IT OUT!!!

I ordered the meal for 4 for £14.99. The only food we got was one chicken mayo and 2 fries? We were very disappointed and left hungry.

Great atmosphere. Welcomed by Amanda. Extremely polite, helpful member of staff. She was really lovely. All the facilities were clean. We had egg and bacon muffins with harsh browns which were really nice. Delivery of food was fairly quick. Overall experience was great and would certainly go back there. Well done to all the team!

Food is fine it's more the ability to get your order correct is the problem. Everytime there always something wrong or missing. It's more rare to get your order correct than how frequent they get it wrong. I even got a chicken and bacon mayo once and there was no chicken in it. Cmon get it sorted!!

Absolutely useless. Medium fries sent in place of large fries for all meals and missing a hamburger. One job to do and that is to pick the items off the list. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this McDonald’s. Please go back to school because you clearly need to!!!!
