McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

Food was not good. It was cold and tasted of chemicals. Not going back. Service was ok although they didn't seem to know who was doing what.

Food is ok as long as the staff get my order correct.

Absolutely shocking. Was away for the weekend needed something to eat. Unfortunately it was 10 mins before breakfast mkmuffins finished ok I get that but the service at the Intercom was absolutely not on. Not serving till breakfast done then silence. I said ok back at 11. I sat for 10 mins then came round again gave order then told changing till over hold on. Not a problem but people in other lane getting served no probs. I'm thinking ok maybe 2 different tills. Then after 5 mins with big que told although I had Quarter pounder ordered it was put through as a mac chicken sandwich but I would get Quarter pounder. Ok no probs still went to window girl went away from window for a couple of mins stared at me said nothing till I said do we pay for this here she then then said yeah wow too many brains are dangerous. Went to next window waited then waited then told the manager is trying to fix the milkshake machine no offer of a refund got smacked with cokes even though there cheaper I had people in car in my ear asking for the price difference but I really couldn't be bothered with the hassle i just wanted to get home. I was told by an ex McDonald's employer that guess what the milkshake machine is always done cause the concentrate costs more and there's less profit. I have personally had this problem in many McDonald's. Another person told me it's because one company has the contract for the machines that don't work. Work it out for yourselves they can serve milkshakes in the 1950s but they can't do it 2024. Anyways the service was one can call it absolutely s--t

Don’t use the app to order What’s the point in ordering breakfast food for collection, 5 mins before the breakfast cut off then get to the local store 10 mins later for the order to be cancelled and to be told the foods been binned Your app gives the impression of pre order and collect for yous just to cancel the order and bin the food Disgraceful

Went to this branch of McDonald's multiple times, very easy to park, very friendly staff and always gets the food ready in no time which is very handy when you are in a hurry.

Don’t know why i even bother ordering anymore as half the time the food is cold and half the items aren’t put in. Poor from McDonalds as half the time their apple pies are out of date as well.

Food is FREEZING yet again, MISSING ITEMS yet again, juice filled with loads of ice and not much cola totally rip off

I only got water from the things I ordered. I am very dissatisfied.

Fast service had problem with order but staff were amazing they sorted it fast and weee very friendly unlike some other places like this as in KFC whose chicken wasn't cooked keep up good work McDonald's love it 10/10

Way too many kids left to run riot around the place which unfortunately seems to be the norm these days, shop today seems too busy and there was really not enough space for people to queue, almost had folk sitting on my lap while having a bite to eat. Only here due to convenience of location, otherwise, food quality was as expected , and correct. Table delivery speed of service was spot on.

driver was odd gave me plastic water bottle asked for water first in drank it i thought it was for his car 😳

Absolute joke of a place !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!! took 3 hours to arrive and when it did it was instantly obvious it had been prepared 3 when order was first placed and left 3 hours in its bag waiting for driver to collect, DESPICABLE SERVICE

Delivered on time is the only positive about this order. Half the order was missing, it was cold & honestly disgusting. Will not be ordering from McDonald’s again.

I got a cheeseburger with my order and asked for extra pickles and didn’t get any pickles at all on it I also asked for 4 sweet curry sauces and only received 2 which was not enough for my order

Took ages to arrive - driver was waiting for two burgers in store for over half an hour... when it arrived, they'd decided to give me a completely different drink. They actually changed the receipt even though I could see my order on the app. Can't remember the last time something wasn't missing from or wrong with an order from this store. Used the wrong branch by accident, will be more careful in future.

Never received my McFlurrys and never received my sauces that a paid for also as usual it’s getting bad !!

The food wasn’t delivered until 23:29, the driver called for directions but didn’t speak any English and was getting very frustrated with us when trying to find the house, we never usually have this problem but this time was very bad, no sauce either

These guys work really hard, just had a couple minor things missing from our order today but guys were very helpful about it

My full order was freezing cold

Food arrived without the selected sauce. Just Eat wanted pictures of the missing sauce. Yeah, figure that one out! This has to be the worst place for food in Scotland.

Ordered 2 large mc chicken sandwich Big Macs … sent two small cheese burgers , now need to go through the whole process of trying to claim the money back from just eat …. You had one job !!!

I have just received an order and asked for no sauce on burger as I am allergic to mayonnaise, burger came with it on it and I cannot even eat half my meal now. This is not the first time this has happened and it needs to be sorted out ASAP. That’s so much money lost because of incompetent workers.

It must of been a practical joke day at Palace grounds mcdonald's today. We ordered nuggets a burger and a wrap. They gave us a wrap box with no wrap in it just the box. We then phoned and the lady said order a dip and they will swap it over and give us the wrap. When the 2nd order arrived it was just the dip they didn't swap it out. We then phoned again and the lady said we would need to come down to get it sorted. Absolutely shocking.

The order was put at the front door step. No communication about that. A neighbour spotted it. The order is stone cold. The delivery driver had to actually walk past the back door which is open, where my dad is sitting in the garden. Unacceptable!!

Soggy cold food waited over an hour, one chips missing kids chips cold and soggy. No heat in any of the food… please fully refund

Food was all cold. Asked for extra onions on the burger, label said extra onions, burger had no onions at all and cheese mostly on the box! Utter rubbish!

I just received my order which is freezing and my milk shake is completely runny and filled less than half of the cup. I used to work in McDonald's so know mistakes can happen but I have never had an order like this, not impressed.

Simple order of a triple cheese burger with some bacon ketchup and cheese with chips turned into a massive burger with everything on it and I am allergic to some of the things on it so this made me feel like I was going to throw up in frustration and now I need to find something else to eat since I’m absolutely starving

decent delivery time and what actually came tasted alright but almost every single time I've ordered from McDonald's, they have either sent the wrong thing, missed an item and/or sent something subpar. if you don't have what I want then mark it unavailable on the order thing! at this point I'm ready to boycott McDonald's entirely.

Missing the strawberry milkshake that was paid for!!! So friend got nothing. This should not happen. A replacement or refund is never given. Food was hot and fresh, but 2 stars due to missing milkshake.
