McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

The buns were cold, and the fish had been overcooked and reheated rather than being made fresh when I ordered. Couldn’t eat it, had to be binned :(. Whoever prepared the burger, how they thought that was acceptable to serve to a customer is beyond me.

My order did not get delivered itnas delivered to someone but it was not me my grandson was very upset about this i would really appreciate a refund thank u

delivery driver was fantastic, food was here ASAP and hot. missing a double cheeseburger, no straw for the drink and 3/4's of my juice is a literal one block massive ice cube

all warm food was cold, mcflurrys were melted, the two sauces i paid for were missing and the latte was half empty. same thinge everytime i order at this one when other mcdonalds dont have the things im looking for, will be the last time

I am waiting on a delivery RIGHT NOW! This was ordered over 2 hours ago and the time of delivery has been changed 9 times since I ordered it at 12:35. This is ridiculous. Can’t cancel my order or do anything through the app because yous have changed it so many times already. Someone needs to contact me and deal with this. I expect a full refund and compensation for this disgrace of a service.

The driver “delivered” to the wrong house and left it on someone’s doorstep - after multiple calls with the driver over a period of 40 mins he collected it from the doorstep (we had looked around and it was nowhere close) and delivered to is - cold!

Driver took 30 mins to deliver an order from a restaurant that was less than a mile away, whilst I understand gps navigation can lead you to wrong destinations the postcode and the further comments added should’ve made this impossible. The order is wrong and doesn’t contain any of the extra sauces that were ordered and is stone cold freezing.

every single time, it doesn't matter if it's bellshill, Hamilton or Jamaica some of the main items are always missing, not as if its a little thing but how do you forget to put 20 chicken nuggets in the bag, that's the biggest item that's to go in there. also you forgot my 49 sauces I was meant to get. my household us now chicken nuggetless and the wains are greeting, as if my weekend didn't already get off to a bad start watching that rubbish Jake paul fight that u also give a zero star review

there was no syrup with the pancakes. The only thing that makes this breakfast so much better, we don't have syrup in the house so this ruined the order.

apparently they employ people who can’t read now. Because idiots have sent me the wrong burger whilst printing out a sticker with the correct burger on it and and putting that on the box and nobody from the build station to packing station was able to read the sticker and realise they’d given me the wrong burger. Ridiculous when you spend money for a delivery and can’t even get a replacement.
