Starbucks in South Lanarkshire

I needed some decent ground coffee this morning due to a last minute change of plans and was a bit at a loss with the lack of options in EK shopping centre at pre 9am. I popped in here when I saw they had bags of beans on sale, when I asked at the counter about other coffee I was greeted by the two loveliest baristas! Cheery, chatty and helpful, they ground the beans for me and we also had a nice chinwag too. Such a nice start to my day, I really appreciated their happy and friendly service on what was a pretty tough day. A bit of kindness goes a long way, these ladies are a credit to Starbucks. p.s if you visit please remember to pull the door closed when you enter/leave!

Coffee had spilled over the bag as lid was not on cup correctly

Order arrived spilt, bit dissapointed. No fruit in the dragon fruit refresher.

Ordered 2 drinks only got one. Didn't contact me to say they didn't have my drink I paid for and just eat can't always give refunds (shop should be doing) if you've had to report missing item before which happens quite often with places. Wasteofmoney

Put in delivery notes our specific location, business name, where we were next too and delivery driver didn’t know. Phoned us to ask and then said he couldn’t find us. Also ordered iced drink and ended up with a hot drink.

Starbucks forgot to include part of my order!

Order was only 3 items two coffees and a pastry one of the coffees was missing despite the bag being clearly labelled two coffees. Poor from Starbucks

ordered a coffee and a sandwich from this COFFEE shop, waited nearly an hour for the delivery, just for the order to show up with a cold, already opened sandwich and the coffee missing.

No idea how long this coffee took to get here I pretty much forgot I’d ordered it when it turned up cold absolutely terrible probably not the fault of the shop tbh really needed this today lol

Went in for a small coffee. The younger staff member was cleaning jugs and kindly directed us to the staff member at the till. The staff member named Lorraine was talking to her friend the full time then she snippet at the younger staff member to serve us instea, disregarding us. Quite rude and should be a better role model to the younger staff members.

Terrible customer service ordered 2 coffees over 4 hours ago still not delivered phoned them supervisors rude and cheeky refused to help me asked to speak to a manager did not pass me on said he wasn’t doing anything to help me feel like iv been scammed out of £20!!

First the shop appeared very bare. Then noticed a very small selection of foods. Two members of staff seemed a bit flat. I ordered a large latte and roll and sausage While waiting I noticed the number of tables needing cleaned and food material on the floor. It wasn’t busy around 3.30pm but I was struggling to fine a clean area to sit The roll and sausage was look warm obviously not give enough time in the oven My guess I’m next couple of months it will be closed like so many outlets. The location is killing it compared with Costa

Was ok coffee and cake 🎂 rather expensive

The most delicious pumpkin spice latte around, don't even need sugar to add, just a bit pricey but very worth it ❤️

My order was Delivered to the wrong address and i had to go out in my street and collect it and get the delivery driver to go to the door and get my order , this is a disgrace

They completely left out my chocolate twist, I asked for coconut milk in my iced matcha latte and they put in semi skimmed milk, and they didn’t fill the cup.. very disappointed

Order missing brownie I ordered, this is a regular problem.. I work in a shop with just eat ice you DO NOT have the item refund it.. better still update your tablet by going to items in stock and taking off what you don’t have. I was looking forward to my cake :(

Place is in desperate need of a clean and WiFi never works.

They're never covering both holes on the cup so my drink arrives half spilled

Twice I've ordered and the coffee is weak compared to other Starbucks. Additionally, when ordering for delivery they are putting a sticker over only one hole on the lid so the coffee is still spilling out of the other hole en route. There's no way to contact to ask them specifically to make sure to do this as they're simply not answering the phone. Even after a refund I'm still down the service charge and delivery fee

Hiya earlier on we had placed an order for some drinks and cake pops. When delivered, one of the lid wasn’t on properly which resulted in a spilt drink. It was daughter and she wasn’t happy. At the moment my husband is away to Starbucks getting another drink for her. I’m not happy with the service which caused us a lot of bother

Limited drinks available, my daughter ordered a peach ice tea but they didnt have all the ingredients plus i ordered a vanilla latte, even though the sticker said 4 x vanilla there was nothing vanilla about the latte other than the print in the sticker.

Not Starbucks fault but the delivery drivers. Thinking he's Lewis Hamilton, and by the time he got to me, my iced coffee was just a cup of ice with a little cream. Hot coffee was also half empty. Both spilt all over his bag. "Oh, sorry," and shrugs off the shoulders, is what I got with my cup of ice.

Went for a coffee, waited 20 minutes, had to go and remind staff what i ordered, the staff were too busy with the drive through to serve the customers inside Starbucks, i won't be visiting for a long time it put me off.

The drinks and food were all cold and understand the order was ready at the restaurant on time but nobody available to pick up for delivery

When my order arrived the coffee was half empty spilt over my baked goods. Now I ordered a vegan muffin as my nephew is allergic to dairy - needless to say having an iced latte with semi skimmed milk spilt over this item serves two issues. 1) the latte is half missing. 2) the baked good is no longer suitable for him to eat as it has been soaked in milk.

The staff were excellent, but the place was empty and cold. It didn't feel cosy and inviting. And prices were shocking! £5 for a coffee. I won't be returning.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had £15 on drinks and they all taste of water

Every time I bring in my own cup, which perfectly fits the medium size drink, they always leave like 3 inches of space at the top. So I'm paying for a medium but consistently get a small :(

No straws for frappes. Hot chocolate was poor and cold. Frappes more like ice cream which without a straw was 10x worse.

Ordered a cold brew with a splash of milk and it came without milk. Also ordered a ham and cheese croissant which came completely dried up as if its been sitting for a long time. Could barely crush it, it was that hard. Not that far of a drive from my house so should not be that bad. Have ordered from the further away starbucks before and it came in better condition. Do not order from this starbucks, kingsway is way better.

The best thing about Starbucks is that it is what it is and you can depend on it to be what you expect. Like a favourite wine, sure the connoisseur set will knock it, but you know its going to hit the spot.

Good experience. It was the weekend and the town centre was really busy. So, the coffee shop was well staffed. The place was fairly busy but our order was taken quickly and we received our coffees soon after. We managed to get seated but before we did. A member of staff cleaned the area again. It was a hot day so the cool air conditioning was very nice.

Friendly staff, good coffee with a continual flow of customers but the decor and seating lacked colour, no art work on the walls, just bland

Fully happy with courier and delivery service. Starbucks did not have any bacon rolls left so I opted to just take the coffee and the chocolate twist. Starbucks advised to contact you regarding refund of the cost of rolls. No issue or problem with courier.
