Delivery staff rude & unprofessional, mozzarella dippers could tan a window they were that solid & a Macintosh microwave macaroni would put the shambles that appeared in the wrap to shame. Over all diabolical 👍🏽

Was there today for the opening, and it was delicious. The chilli loaded fries were fabulous 👌 Highly recommended and will definitely be back soon.

Kind of hard to find without looking at the pictures on here but lovely girls and tasty food. Big portions mind! They even let us bring the dog in too. Will be back definitely

Ordered from here twice, first time order was an hour late and food was wrong. Second time it's over an hour and a half late from original delivery time and I'm still waiting 😔

Absolutely ridiculous the staff are rude, Food still hadn't arrived within 2 hrs of waiting then I called they said it was getting packed up and delivery driver was waiting on it then an hour later I called as I put on just eat im missing my items which made the order cancel so I phoned to say I didn't want it cancelled only a refund for waiting 2hrs! but apparently my order recept had been binned because it was cancelled, um why? thought it was on its way because driver was waiting for it an hour ago? total lies! had to go to work without lunch! apparently hank marvin don't do Refunds out of curiosity and you either wait over 2hrs for your food and pay full price! or if you cancel then you get your refund, its shocking and staff members not letting you talk on the phone and talking over you when phoning to ask what's going on, the team member I spoke to even passed me onto someone else because she got so hyped up! wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

Ordered first time in a long while. Very disappointed. 2 main parts of our order were missing. Order was delivered significantly later than advised. Not happy as by the time order was delivered (over 2 hours after ordering) I was sooo hungry!!! Too late to order from somewhere else as its now almost 8 o' clock. Will definitely not order from here again. Have to say when I called to express my dissatisfaction, Laura was so lovely, very sympathetic and helpful. Excellent manager 😁.

Food was over an hour late. I ordered a veggie burger and got a disgusting, cold, soggy burger that was definitely made of meat. Cheesy fries had no cheese and were very cold. Even the cardboard box it was delivered in was falling apart cause it was so wet. Phoned over and over but got no answer.

Amazing food, despite having some strange names. The decoration on both floors is astonishing, created by a local artist. There is some street parking and easy wheelchair access.

3 hours & £40 later our cold soggy food arrived. Shocking service, never use them again

New Place recently opened, gave it a try, won't be back. Ordered a PC Plod Burger, Salt and Chilli Fries and Onion Rings. Food arrived late, wrapped in tinfoil and cold. The burger had been squashed flat into a cardboard container and was all over the place. The Fries were just standard fries with some fresh chopped chillis on the top (£2.50 extra). The 8 onion rings were small and limp and stone cold by the time they arrived. Over priced for what was delivered, poorly presented (like a dogs dinner). Won't be ordering from here again.

Great food and totally filling will be ordering again. My whole family really enjoyed every part of our food. Fast delivery

Waited 3 hours 35 mins for my order. I phoned multiples times and got no explanation other than it was very busy. Then when it finally did come the girl said there was no pulled pork left. They could have told me that during any 1 of 5 phonecalls. An absolute joke of a restaurant. Even the food that did come was average at best. Avoid at all costs!

Payed £45 and waited 3 hours for two cold meals and two melted milkshakes. Couldn't even manage to do there job and get the order correct and give me what I ordered 🤣 payed £9 for a plain COLD cheeseburger. HAPPY FRIDAY
