Thanks for delivering McDonalds at 1am!

We ordered happy meals and they sent only the chips and drinks. This is the 2nd time this has happened in a week and super frustrating given they are for children who we needed to have a quick meal and in the end this didn't happen. It can't be hard to get 2 happy meals correct can it?

Absolutely tremendous double quarter pounder was epic! Chips a bit dry. Driver lovely

Various missing items from order. chips were thrown in bag none left in pack, just all over the bag. The main bag was split at bottom so lost chips out of it and food was therefore cold. Photos taken if needed.

Absolute joke! My partner ordered a mc chicken sandwich meal and 6 chicken nuggets.. they gave us a mc crispy for some strange reason, a flat warm coke and stale chicken nuggets! How difficult is it to get an order correct and actually give customers fresh products! Complete rip off

The delivery estimate got delayed multiple times and pushed back an hour as the courier came by bike, the food was cold and we had to warm it up in the microwave, the drink was spilled in the bag and multiple items were missing.

I had a terrible experience with McDonald’s Click and Serve today. I ordered 3 Wrap of the Day meals and a Double Cheeseburger, but when I got back to work, I realized they missed out a Wrap, the Double Cheeseburger, and some fries! I tried calling multiple times throughout the day to get this sorted, but no one answered the phone at any point. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service. It’s hard to trust an order when you can’t even get in touch with anyone for help. Would not recommend this location.

What else do you expect a mcd's to be!!

Left out our mcplant burger from delivery meaning my vegetarian daughter had to make do with fries.

Would not order again as 3rd time in row been cold so never again so account credit to make up for it no good to me with be let others know as unaccceptable

every part of my order was wrong with one exception...they got my drink correct!!!

Food atrocious .asked for extra onions on cheeseburger, looked like they opened the wrapper, threw in the onions and re wrapped it but the wrapper was inside out and the burger was swimming in sauce. The mccrispy burger was partially burnt food Cold

One of the better visits today, fresh chips everything hot, quick service. How McDs how it should be 👍🏻

Sloppiest Big Mac I've ever had , had far too much Big ,Mac sauce which was sickly , Cheese burger also had too much sauce which made it super salty and sickly, Fries were nicely salted and hot and was the best thing I bought. Table, bins and coffee/sauce station filthy.

Very weird atmosphere in there today. Service was extremely slow and wasn't particularly busy in store. Food was typical mediocre McDonald's!😂

All food stone cold, over an hour wait. Very disappointed

terrible. ordered 430 arrived just before 6pm. said 20mins delivery time when ordering. food all cold and kids starving. I am considering dropping this app.

food cold by the time delivery got to us, convinced it was just sat at branch as courier was showing at resteraunt for over 40 mins. burger missing topping also.

Missing dips and coke and order was delivered 30 mins late. Very unhappy and won’t be ordering again.

Order was pre ordered for 6:15pm arrived over an hour and a half late and items missing

Not one clean area to eat. Had to clean a space ourselves. Never seen such a mess!

Absolutely disgusting. Hair in food. Actually thick long black hair in the middle of my wrap. When politely showing staff and asking why no staff have hair nets on I was told they don’t need them unless preparing food. I pointed out a man with long hair doing chips who’s hair was dangling and a girl with long dark hair making burger who’s hair was loose. Along with all other staff. I was told they’ve just started and will get them to put a net on. Staff became rude and stood staring at us. Avoid at all cost.

Its a McDonalds - plastic grub, but I still I like it. Lots of beeps from annoying machines, warm (rather than hot) grub and staff are friendly.

No sauces, no chilli burger and all cold.

Stayed for both breakfast and dinner ( killing time before hospital appointment) and food was hot and fresh. Chips weren't very salty and not the best by a long chalk. Everything else was good. Toilets ok except a bit muddy and it was quiet and manager could have cleaned up the clods going from the toilets to the entrance. But it was ok

Really poor experience. Completely uninterested staff, no sense of organisation. Went to ask about my drink order and 5 members of staff literally hid rather than speak to me. Had to find a manager who was sat on a break to help. Probably the worst McDonald's in York.

Missing a burger from the order, seems as I only ordered a burger for myself it meant I ended up not having anything to eat. It also happened the last time. so I won’t be ordering for delivery again. Food was delivered on time but it was cold.

Missed half the order value of chicken selects but some how managed to remember the dips for it, didn’t realise till I got home, shocking service as always, don’t understand why you can’t read a label and put the food in the bag not hard is it? Embarrassing

Yet again, McDonald's seem unable to look at a receipt and put the items in a bag accordingly. How you can read a list of items, forget half of them and then send it off is beyond me.

Cold coffee and food was bland, very little sauce on the fillet of fish. Waste of money

On pulling up I was able to select drive thru on the app to collect my order, when we got to the window we were told that we couldn't use the drive thru I'd have to go in. This is the second time this has happened now, it's annoying but worse is that the app is so terrible that my order couldn't be cancelled and I had to order again. It used to be worth while for decent food at a good price but prices are outrageous for what's offered now and the service is terrible

Our food was very late!we rang to the Mac Donald's we ordered from said was out of there hands! When it finally came I asked why was so late when the shop said was picked up 45 mins ago! Delivery driver came and he kicked my door in cut all my arm

1st time here staff were rude and arguing with each other. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as everyone had bad days, visited again paid £1.80 extra for a specific drink on the meal, order number was duplicated on the screen so when my number was called and there was no drink I assumed it was the other order with the same number. Eventually number was said again so i went and told them that it's my number but I don't think it's mine as there's no drink. Girl said they had "run out" so I couldn't have a drink. After explaining to her several times that I have paid for a meal which includes a drink and paid a surcharge for a drink I was infact entitled to a drink. Eventually she went to get a more senior staff member. Basic training needed that if an item is out of stock to tell the customer before the rest of the order is ready rather than thinking its OK to take their money and not give any indication. Wonder how many people go though the drive through and find items missing???

Consistently get our order wrong. By all means go but be prepared to go back again afterwards.

Good time of day to go, quiet and peaceful. Car parking a little tight but loads of space across the way. Easy access and everything worked and full menu so milkshakes all round!

The service is too slow , been waiting for 35-40 mins for our food ( eating in) , no communication. Not going back as we both are very disappointed

Had a sausage and egg muffin. Egg was grey (from being sat around too long) and muffin fell apart as it was so dry. Then thing that concerned me most was that the ketchup dispenser had about 10 flies on it , some on the bit where the ketchup comes out. I informed one of the staff who was not bothered at all and did nothing about it

Our order never arrived, and there was no way to contact the driver to check what happened. Not impressed really.

Didn't receive dip, the food was Luke warm.

Really disappointing order today. The Chicken Seects were fine, but the fries were hard and overcooked and the Cheeseburgers tasted like a pot of salt had been tipped onto them, making them inedible. Had to throw most of the order in the bin

food was dripping in grease which had seeped through the box and had turned the bread very soggy

A few items didn’t show up like half of a meal!!! Received a refund for the missing items only.

the chips with all 3 order were cold and rubbery. mozzarella dippers were cold rubbery and no dip no straws with drinks. 1 burger came cold.

The difference between being Hot or Cold Sandwich/hash browns luke warm.

As usual they forgot something, this time it was the golden syrup for my porridge. The rest of the food was nice though. Must do better

Typical Mcd's, relatively fast service. Bins are not empty, and a creepy guy on the fries was staring all the time with a creepy smile. Food was as expected

Arrived 10.10 and ordered 2 meals whick took 20 minutes to arrive. The egg was cold and the hash browns barely warm. No serviettes provided or in the dumb waiter. Which incidentally was filthy with spilt ketchup. Miserable looking staff and I didn't see anyone wearing gloves when touching the food directly.

i never recieved the order. i watched the driver on the map and then as they got close to my house it said it got delivered but it never came

Forgot my chips sent wrong drink

The delivery wanted my order number. He said it’s a new thing and I couldn’t find it, if I’d known I would have written the number down. He waited until he said he’d have the last 4 digits of my mobile. Meanwhile my meal was cold even the coffee was barely warm. You should put it on your app you need the order number. £12.05 for a pile of rubbish. Bacon cold and fatty. Hash brown cold too. I won’t be rushing to have breakfast with you again. I could have had a hot breakfast at Brunches

Do not order from here, especiallyfrom McDonalds app. Always missing items. Last 4 times has multiple items missing and rest is cold.

Order was wrong when we got the food back home. Missing one large portion of fries and the 5 piece chicken strips only had 4 in the box. No point going all the way back to say anything. Was not very clean inside.

Unfortunately visited the drive through, (knew I should have gone to Burger King) drink was warmer than the food. Asked for ice, “no, machine isn't working” was the reply. Called up and Manager said there is ice.!! Went back round drive through to change the drinks, by the time I had, the food may as well have come out of a fridge. Don’t bother going here you will be disappointed. Waste of money and time.

2 stars for purely getting the order right although it did take 15 minutes. Don’t know if I went in on a bad day as I’m out of area but this was the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The rubbish was spilling out of every bin, piled up on every table, and on the floor. When my number was called, there was no “sorry for the wait”… actually there was nothing. Just put the bag on the top and walked off. The food was lukewarm at best and the McFlurry had been sat there for 10 minutes so had almost completely melted by the time I received it. Honestly, wouldn’t bother trying. Just go around the corner to Burger King or KFC
