Shite missed lodes on my order and won’t answer the phone

Was supposed to be deliver at around half 5. I chose to eat at kfc because I had a train to catch and it was the quickest delivery. But I didn’t end up getting the food until half 6 when I had to leave for the train so I had to v quickly eat. Cold

food was great but only received 1 portion of fries instead of 2

This place needs closing down due to food health and safety. The illness I have experienced from the food poisoning is unreal. The more shocking part is they refused to give me a refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Don’t order from here. Cold chicken and just eat do nothing about it. Needs shutting down

Cold and full meal missing, and someone else's chips missing.

Normally we love KFC but this time it was flat cold after the driver going the longest route I have ever seen then getting himself lost….please help people understand the importance of a SatNav if they don’t know how to get from blossom street to bootham

I’ve just paid almost £20 for my order and it’s not come the delivery driver was sat outside my house and then drove past after waiting he then messaged me to come outside but he was nowhere near my house , he then said the order had been deliverd when it has not been. I want my money back.

Delivery was fairly quick . When we received the order part of it was missing . It was one of the main items as well .

Kept pushing time back food was tepid as cold bottle of pop stored with the food

missing Rice, was told I would get a free popcorn chicken that would be taken off at payment stage bit actually got charged for.

The food is good, would definitely enjoy the meal more if the lady loves her job more rather playing phone videos really loud and no service at all. The man serviced me later was absolutely lovely:)

Driver kept driving around and got lost, he ended up keeping the drinks from our order instead of giving it to us.

It was delivered to the wrong address and couldn’t get in touch with the kfc blossom street shop to change house number so my 85 yr old mother had no lunch until 3pm !!!!!

we ordered 3 meals and two meals were missing. This is the second time we have tried to order, the first time just a small item missing but this time it was 2 burgers...

Completely wrong order arrived and was handed back to the driver. Called KFC a number of times with no answer. A meal that was very much being looked forward to from two excited children was ruined!!

When ordered 20/30mins changed to over an hour and when it came 2 items missing rest of food really cold ONE disappointed child

KFC has made it a point to pack wrong items as means to do business in York.

Not usually one to leave a review. That said. Feedback is important when quality is so poor. Extremely late delivery, was estimated 25- 35mins. Arrived after 1 hour. Cold chicken, small bag of fried half empty and no dips. Won’t be using here again unfortunately.

The delivery guy was really good he came with food on time and very polite too

Cold, stale chips. No dips in the boneless dipping feast, which completely defeats the object of the sharing box meal. Dry, stale boneless fillets. Overall, disappointed.

missing a burger. had to go out and get which missed the point entirely of a takeaway - arrive to find no-one serving, card up to say you use the machine, what a terrible service. I said it had been missed from a just eat order but didntspeak English

The food was cold, with it been chicken didn’t want to re heat. the chips were also cold. The only thing that was nice was the drinks

Food delivered in record speed at the expense of not bothering to so much as read the request made in the specific comments section! Would rather have waited 45 minutes or longer and got the food without the allergens I requested not to have.

Ordered at 5:30pm. Was told 30 minute wait, however didn't recieve food until 7pm.

Delivery was amazing, chicken was good but could have been more crispy batter was a little wet

The chicken was cold, dry, tough. There was WAY too much barbecue sauce on the nuggets. The whole thing was practically incredible. I've gotten this same order several times without issue, so I don't know what the heck was going on today.

disgraceful, when the driver was questioned my my order had leaked all over the place, he blamed the restaurant and claimed they placed it in the bag already leaking. Which begs the question why he accepted it in the first place. I haven't ordered off here in a while, and now I remember why. Absolutely disgraceful.

Broma absoluta para pedir en línea, esperar una hora la comida era un no show, tenía que pedir de nuevo y ese pedido tampoco consiguió procesos! Cobraron por ambos pedidos y nunca llegó comida. Traté de llamar a ninguna respuesta en absoluto, probé comida uber y dijeron que no hay pedidos en el sistema a pesar del dinero que sale de mi cuenta. KFC no ayuda en absoluto, así que tengo que esperar a que el banco lo resuelva, nunca te usará de nuevo, impactante.

My order was well over an hour past its estimated delivery time. According to just eat, this was due to a lack of available drivers. If this was the case, then why was an initial delivery time of 15-20 minutes given? This service is completely unacceptable, I have been left immensely dissatisfied as a result and require additional action to be taken to correct this.

Food was cold not sure if driver delivered my others as last and had something before because map haven’t showed him collect until he reached almost my street

ordered boneless because no one here likes bones or skin. got bones and skin. not nice when expecting something delicious.

horrible mess swimming in grease to a point that the paper bag split from being saturated, none of the original chicken had crispy breading and the skins just slid off when you picked it up but then when you do pick it up you drip oil all over the place and I would never eat there again given this isnt the first time this has happened but I previously gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off but sadly not

my 2 extra chips were missing. this has happened twice recently, not good enough

The food isn’t hot and there was no drink delivered. The driver dropped the drink and didn’t find our address.

Disgusting KFC cold, oily old, refried pieces of chicken. Absolutely inedible, went straight to the bin. Couldn't sent the order back as there is no option for that on your site, and we paid money without actually eating the food. KFC how can you sell food like this? I would've sent it straight back if I was on your premises. I want the refund for this order as it is not cheap and not prepared to lose money for such a bad service and food!!!!

Very poor....ordered via Just Eat and the chicken arrived cold, oily and old pieces of chicken that were refried so many times. No option to send the order back or my money back. The food was inedible and went straight to the bin. Not cheap, and paid for something that we could not eat. That state of food should have never been served at all

delivery driver was great with instructions & food was packaged great and we received everything warm
