chicken was not cooked properly

I was not sent what I had paid for, this is fraudulent. and when I put in a request for my money back for the item, I was told no! so you took my money but I didn't get anything and you refused to give me my money back.....yep froud

Well I cant understand why driver delivering food to back garden door????🤣🤣🤣Get very anpplasant with me when he call me and try to play im wrong. Every human been have front door🤣and driver shoudnt go 😡with that.

Entré en este kfc y fui directo al mostrador a pedir, fue allí donde me di cuenta de que ni siquiera podía pedir aquí, así que tuve que usar las pantallas de autoservicio. La pareja que había entrado después de mí había saltado directamente en ambas pantallas disponibles, por separado, mala suerte! 3 miembros del personal se quedaron sin hacer nada, yo sabía lo que quería, pero no podía ordenar con ellos, no su culpa. La forma en que se establece este sistema es ridícula. Me fui sin comprar nada que sospecho que hará mucho.

Food was good as always and delivered in a good time. Was just missing the zinger burger from the order. Tried ringing shop but noone answered phone, so went through just eat for a refund for the missing item.

The food wasn’t delivered and the website changed to say delivered despite nothing arriving.

Order never arrived delivery driver could not locate address even after speaking to us on the phone and being given verbal directions to our locations. He cancelled the order himself

We order at 12 piece meal and extra pop corn chicken , we didn’t get the extra pop corn chicken and only got a 8 piece meal , also food was cold .

The food me and my wife ordered was somehow covered in gravy even though the gravy tub had no leaks whatsoever, the chips might as well not have been put in those little chip bags as the whole lot was just thrown into the larger bag. If you want KFC don't go here unless your getting it delivered, at least then you know it's going to arrive in shitty condition.

Ordered food at 6.20 was given a time of delivery 6.50-7.15, the time then kept moving back eventually stopping on 8.09. Food cold and missing drinks. Hate leaving bad reviews but really not happy.

Was supposed to be deliver at around half 5. I chose to eat at kfc because I had a train to catch and it was the quickest delivery. But I didn’t end up getting the food until half 6 when I had to leave for the train so I had to v quickly eat. Cold

I’ve just paid almost £20 for my order and it’s not come the delivery driver was sat outside my house and then drove past after waiting he then messaged me to come outside but he was nowhere near my house , he then said the order had been deliverd when it has not been. I want my money back.

Delivery was fairly quick . When we received the order part of it was missing . It was one of the main items as well .

The food is good, would definitely enjoy the meal more if the lady loves her job more rather playing phone videos really loud and no service at all. The man serviced me later was absolutely lovely:)

It was delivered to the wrong address and couldn’t get in touch with the kfc blossom street shop to change house number so my 85 yr old mother had no lunch until 3pm !!!!!

Completely wrong order arrived and was handed back to the driver. Called KFC a number of times with no answer. A meal that was very much being looked forward to from two excited children was ruined!!

KFC has made it a point to pack wrong items as means to do business in York.

Not usually one to leave a review. That said. Feedback is important when quality is so poor. Extremely late delivery, was estimated 25- 35mins. Arrived after 1 hour. Cold chicken, small bag of fried half empty and no dips. Won’t be using here again unfortunately.

The delivery guy was really good he came with food on time and very polite too

Cold, stale chips. No dips in the boneless dipping feast, which completely defeats the object of the sharing box meal. Dry, stale boneless fillets. Overall, disappointed.

The chicken was cold, dry, tough. There was WAY too much barbecue sauce on the nuggets. The whole thing was practically incredible. I've gotten this same order several times without issue, so I don't know what the heck was going on today.

disgraceful, when the driver was questioned my my order had leaked all over the place, he blamed the restaurant and claimed they placed it in the bag already leaking. Which begs the question why he accepted it in the first place. I haven't ordered off here in a while, and now I remember why. Absolutely disgraceful.

Items missing/wrong again though

Broma absoluta para pedir en línea, esperar una hora la comida era un no show, tenía que pedir de nuevo y ese pedido tampoco consiguió procesos! Cobraron por ambos pedidos y nunca llegó comida. Traté de llamar a ninguna respuesta en absoluto, probé comida uber y dijeron que no hay pedidos en el sistema a pesar del dinero que sale de mi cuenta. KFC no ayuda en absoluto, así que tengo que esperar a que el banco lo resuelva, nunca te usará de nuevo, impactante.
