Delivery spot on! Wanted to leave a tip but app wouldn’t let me! Thanks deliverer! KFC, quality of burgers n pop, could do MUCH better. Kids so disappointed

On 24th July, we paid 25 pounds in the till to KFC manager, and the receipt to show we pay 24 pounds , the change is wrong. "A very disgusting behavior." If you want to get tips please ask!!!!!! "A very disgusting behavior." What an ugly person you are. I am ashamed of your behavior.

The only problem with the food was I got 2 mini fillets which there should have been 4

Wrong food delivered, ordered twenty hot wings, received 8 hot wings, and a combination of chicken legs and breasts, in the same bucket as the hot wings, the hot wings were on offer, 20 wings for £12, there's no reason anything other than hot wings should have been in the bucket. Food was not what I ordered. Food was not what I paid for.

Food ice cold on delivery, well over an hour late, inedible

it was all great apart from they didn't deliver my gravy tried ringing again n again and for the price of it it's quite annoying

Rock hard burger bap. Barely any lettuce salad and so so dry. Very disappointing and £17 no way worth it. :-(

Tried to contact this store 5 times to get help in cancelling a mistaken order via their app. No answer and their website offers no help at all. Will not be using again.

I was the last in the queue at 22:28 and they just walked up and shut the check out and self ordering points. They don’t close at 23:00. They close at 22:30. Poor. Very poor.

Spent £30 on a takeaway just to sit about waiting it and for it to be cold. Disappointed

The burger was truly dire. Bun edges were inedible and the chicken itself must have been on a diet and reduced water intake as it was as dry as the Sahara.

That was the worst KFC I’d ever had. The bread was hard and stale, the burgers were dry. Everything was freezing cold, the gravy didn’t taste anything like the normal KFC gravy, it tasted like a chip shop one and the chips were bland and tasted like they’d been reheated. The delivery guy was nice tho, he was very polite, despite the slow delivery time which may not have been his fault, that was the best bit about ordering online. I’m not happy at all and have requested a refund.

Delivery didn't happen. Had to go to the store after waiting over 2 hours and unable to contact the store to cancel. Kfc did make fresh for us as requested.

This kfc should shut down. Always have missing items 9times from 10. This time no coke no chicken popcorn. Should higher staff who can read and prepare food correctly

order never came to my house, I'm trying to call them and they aren't picking up it said it had been delivered at 21:37 which wasn't my adress it's currently 22:13, thinking it was an error on the app side, I'm currenlty waiting on a refund , this has never happened to me and I don't know why it has since this has never happened, absolutely shocked at the customer service side. I understand it is busy but after 6 calls it doesn't make sense to me.

Also we were missing a can of 7up and a lot of the chicken had fallen out of the boxes into the bag, we could still eat it and it was delish but a bit annoying for a big order with multiple people ordering specific items to then share out the chicken at the bottom of the bag lol

Popcorn chicken was underfilled, no BBQ sauce (it was the Dipping feast, the Dips are a key part of it!)

I got the wrong order and I’m not happy

I ordered the new bbq chicken burger and on the tv advert and the pictures on just eat, it is displayed being sold in a nice brioche bun however the one i received had seeds on just like the tower burger buns, i have an allergy to the seeds hence why i ordered the new burger, that to my knowledge doesn’t have seeds on however, mine did. I couldn’t eat it and it wasn’t what i expected and just eat are unable to compensate this. Very dissapointed

The food was done but we ordered a Family Bucket which should have included 2 corn on the cob. It came without the corn.

The quality of the food was abysmal for me.(the burger was really dry, chicken was hard) and the rest of the meal was really disappointing. The delivery was OK the time on the website kept being put backwards.
