KFC in York

Food was cold, had to warm it up and then it tasted rubbery. The food was that poor I didn’t eat it all.

Gave me complete wrong order even though insisted I showed an order code before giving me an order about 50% value I ordered.

All food has arrived cold have had to reheat it all

Food hot and fresh. Fast service. However NB no longer offers dine in option!

despite a Message attatched to the order it has not been adheard to making it unedible for me to eat!

our order never arrived. the driver rang but was at the wrong location. we tried to explain where we are but they hung up and didn't deliver our food.

Food was pretty much cold tracked the driver went to another restaurant out of my direction got the food and had to reheat it

absolutely shocking still not got my delivery but been charged. tried contacting several times to be told by each person they cannot deal with my refund or chase the order! DO NOT USE JUST EAT

My order was well over an hour past its estimated delivery time. According to just eat, this was due to a lack of available drivers. If this was the case, then why was an initial delivery time of 15-20 minutes given? This service is completely unacceptable, I have been left immensely dissatisfied as a result and require additional action to be taken to correct this.

Food is cold and took ages to reply

ordered boneless because no one here likes bones or skin. got bones and skin. not nice when expecting something delicious.

horrible mess swimming in grease to a point that the paper bag split from being saturated, none of the original chicken had crispy breading and the skins just slid off when you picked it up but then when you do pick it up you drip oil all over the place and I would never eat there again given this isnt the first time this has happened but I previously gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off but sadly not

my 2 extra chips were missing. this has happened twice recently, not good enough

Food overcooked/burned wings. Chicken skin chewy and gluey and then the legs were not cooked through. Bread dry. Chips greasy limp

Driver got lost in my area and instead of calling he just walked around in circles for like 5 minutes

Food freezing cold extra wings missing chicken looked dry wouldn’t know as I didn’t eat anything, I peace of chicken looked like it had been chewed up and put back in the box clearly these don’t have any standards or care what they are serving people this is the last order I will have from here

The food isn’t hot and there was no drink delivered. The driver dropped the drink and didn’t find our address.

Disgusting KFC cold, oily old, refried pieces of chicken. Absolutely inedible, went straight to the bin. Couldn't sent the order back as there is no option for that on your site, and we paid money without actually eating the food. KFC how can you sell food like this? I would've sent it straight back if I was on your premises. I want the refund for this order as it is not cheap and not prepared to lose money for such a bad service and food!!!!

Very poor....ordered via Just Eat and the chicken arrived cold, oily and old pieces of chicken that were refried so many times. No option to send the order back or my money back. The food was inedible and went straight to the bin. Not cheap, and paid for something that we could not eat. That state of food should have never been served at all

delivery driver was great with instructions & food was packaged great and we received everything warm

Wrong food delivered, ordered twenty hot wings, received 8 hot wings, and a combination of chicken legs and breasts, in the same bucket as the hot wings, the hot wings were on offer, 20 wings for £12, there's no reason anything other than hot wings should have been in the bucket. Food was not what I ordered. Food was not what I paid for.

The only problem with the food was I got 2 mini fillets which there should have been 4

Rubbish delivery service. Always something missing/wrong. This time we got someone else's order instead of ours.

I was the last in the queue at 22:28 and they just walked up and shut the check out and self ordering points. They don’t close at 23:00. They close at 22:30. Poor. Very poor.

The burger was truly dire. Bun edges were inedible and the chicken itself must have been on a diet and reduced water intake as it was as dry as the Sahara.

That was the worst KFC I’d ever had. The bread was hard and stale, the burgers were dry. Everything was freezing cold, the gravy didn’t taste anything like the normal KFC gravy, it tasted like a chip shop one and the chips were bland and tasted like they’d been reheated. The delivery guy was nice tho, he was very polite, despite the slow delivery time which may not have been his fault, that was the best bit about ordering online. I’m not happy at all and have requested a refund.
