I didn't have a great deal to eat here just a shake shack burger , which was delicious. Ordering was easy , there were screens which indicated when your order was ready however it wasn't working, instead staff were shouting out the orders probably not the best way to do things. Still I enjoyed the burger and will return.

It was my first time trying a Shake Shack and I really enjoyed it. The taste of the burger was soft with plenty of flavour. I wasn't overly fond of the cheesy chips I got with it. The milkshake also isn't the best I have had. But it all satiated the craving I had for fast food. Having mobility issues, the staff were also very helpful and pleasant. I was surprised at how quiet it was when I was sitting inside enjoying my meal. There is a seating area outside so I guess there are those who prefer to do that. Overall, I'd go back but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. If I happen to be in the area where a Shake Shack is then I would consider it again.

After Street Burger massively disappointed me I was hoping that Shake Shack would be an improvement. And, well, it sort of was. Kind of. Let me begin with the service. It was fantastic. Being a person with mobility issues the staff were great in helping me out. I cannot fault them at all. They were friendly and helpful. The food? As the title says, it was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered a Shack Burger. It was lovely. The bun was soft and the lettuce tasted really fresh. There was a lot of taste to the burger. The Shake Shack sauce was good, too. I ordered cheesy chips with it. Those were a disappointment! The cheese tasted like it was going off and the chips themselves didn't have much taste to them. The milkshake, however, was very nice! I would rate that almost as good as the shakes from Five Guys! I would say that my first time eating at Shake Shack was a good experience. But I don't think I'd be ordering their cheesy chips again. And with my nearest branch being a fair distance away from where I live I wouldn't go out of my way just to eat there. Maybe if I happen to be in the area, I might.

We compared shake shack to five guys as these were the primary fast food we had on the go , of course other than McDonald’s. While the fries may not be as good as five guys , the burger seems to be better: loved the way the cheese melted off the edges of the bun , very delicious!

Decided to try shakeshack on recommendation, very disappointing. It wasn't busy yet the chips were cold and the burger lukewarm at best. Ordered sauce on the side which didn't come with the meal. The restaurant was dirty, thick dust on the sides. Wasn't overly impressed to see they allowed dogs either to be honest. All in all very expensive and definitely not worth the money.

I never finish eating a whole hamburger, but I finished the shackburger - twice. The fries are also very good. We were not impressed with the vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate shakes. The vanilla was far too milky. One in our party loved the cookies and creal shake, though. All-in-all, a good place to stop in for a quick meal. The staff was grest. Be warned! This establishment does not accept cash!

So I love shake shack never had any trouble ever so definitely not happy with the experience! So my boyfriend brought me home a take away last night and as I got the burger out there was literally mould on the bun! Like who ever made it and who ever packaged it how you could not see it is vile! Like it was right on the top! FILTH

Tables were not cleared or clean. Absolutely filthy, photo shows the dirt still on the table after we wiped it three times

Double cheeseburger, chips, a milkshake and chicken bites. £32. The double cheeseburger managed to be a unique combination of burnt and pink. The chips were floppy and largely tasteless. The milkshake was about half the size of its competitors and about double the price. The chicken bites were perfect. Service was poor. Nobody taking orders at the counter, so no ability to ask questions about the food. Food took approximately 20 minutes to be prepared at a time when the business was very quiet. Lots of people behind the counter looking as if they were doing very little. Very, very poor experience.

Food was not hot and looked like it was cooked some time ago. Burger was on a soggy wet bun and all falling apart so difficult to actually eat. Chips were quite cold by the time I'd eaten half of them. Service was not interested in what they were doing. It took a long time to get the food which might explain why it wasn't hot. And it cost a lot. The restaurant is nicely done and in a good location for Westfield and the Stratford Olympic Park. It was very nearly empty at 7pm.

I would say the place is overpriced for what you get , we ordered 4 burgers and chips and they were ok but not worth coming back .

Was in the area and saw there was a shake shack so had to try it out. We go to America a lot, and I love burgers and shake shack if one of my favourites. However the UK version was very disappointing. Firstly, the wait for food was really really long. No one explained when I ordered and paid that it was going to be that long to serve 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes (otherwise we might have not bothered) For the price, the burgers are nowhere near big enough. And considering how thin the patties are they really should have been softer and juicier (which is what I was expecting based on many visits to shake shack in the US) The milkshakes were good, but again just so expensive. Overall a disappointing visit and I won't be bothering with shake shack in the UK again.

45min I had to wait to get my burger and arrived without the bread. I complained and got a second burger and again arrived with no bread. Mt mate had the same issue and waited for almost an hour to get lunch done when the restaurant was almost empty. The food itself is not even good. Trap for tourist, awful experience!!!!

yum yums, definitely my go to place for comfort food. Fair prices for a meal, cheese fries are amazing, so are the milkshakes. I always come across nice staff here! so Thank you Laura for super quick order, and your hospitality as I was super hungry and you recommended ShackMeister that I really needed in my life :)

First time at a Shake Shack and all I can say is "what a disappointment" 👎 Chicken Burger and Chicken bites tasted burnt (or the Cooking Oil needed changing??) Cheesy Chips were Chips with a little tub of Cheese Sauce, the Sauce tasted 'gritty' like it was mixed from powder, only poorly mixed 🤢 The takeaway food is a joke, the packaging isn't enclosed, it's just like they use for eat-in so the food doesn't retain its heat ❄️👎 To top it all, whilst waiting in excess of 20 mins to get my food, I watched a Staff Member change the food bin on the customer side. On the floor in front of the bin were 5 (clean) serviettes, he picked up 3 of them, and just left the other two! Makes me wonder if they can't be bothered to clean up in a public facing location, what can't they be bothered cleaning in the Kitchen..?? I won't be going back here again 👎

What’s not to love about a place that uses wood recycled bowling lanes from Brooklyn for their dining tables? Great burgers, fries, shakes (don’t forget the whipped cream - so many places make shakes without whipped cream - sacrilege!) My only gripe is that the USA Shake Shacks have a ‘C line’ so you can just order your cold food and get out fast but here, if you just want shakes-to-go, you need to stand behind everyone ordering everything. Yes, I know, first world problem but it would make my friends’ lives and mine easier if we could get our shakes and leave!

Paid an extra £1 for cheese on my burger only to be given this PATHETIC amount. To add even more insult, half of the chicken in this burger tasted absolutely disgusting. In the picture you can see the clear difference in texture, and this is exactly how it tasted. On top of that, when I’ve been here with a friend I’ve had the taller South Asian staff member (who does nothing but walk around the store pretending to clean) comment on us being there for 2 hours (so what?!) it is almost as though staff here do not want people eating at this branch. I cannot say that I’ll never have shake shack, but I certainly won’t be returning to this store until they bring in staff who are actually competent.As well as having a terrible experience in store, I have ordered from this branch before on deliveroo and was not given the cheese that was supposed to come with my burger and chips, which rendered the whole meal pointless for me.Funnily enough, the only time you receive a sufficient amount of cheese is when you do takeaway in store. Only then will they hand you over a full pot of cheese. On deliveroo they send you half a pot.... and in store... well, you can refer to the picture attached..

Siempre quise probarlo por primera vez en un viaje a Nueva York. Teníamos las hamburguesas de champiñones y pollo, deliciosas, acompañadas con chips de corte arrugado. Fresco y muy sabroso, de buen tamaño, no demasiado grande ni demasiado pequeño. Ayúdate de mayonesa, mostaza o ketchup todo bien. Regado con limonada turbia y un té helado 50/50 y limonada. Se las arregló para tener también el concreto de mantequilla de maní que era helado de chocolate con trozos de toffee, chocolate, muy rico. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente, el servicio era bueno y la gente que nos atendió fue amable. Volvería

Dropped by today visiting the area before the London Series. Food was fine, shakes were good, limited service was pleasant. Prices I bit high. Portions good. Wife’s strawberry shake needed more strawberry flavor; kinda light on taste. An OK spot for a burger and shake, easy in out. Not terrific.

Been here a few times and the service we get is always good and the staff are so friendly. We got a chick n shack with chips and shake shacker and both were lovely and the chips are my fav as they are krinkle. Also I left money at the counter which I never remembered and one of the staff came over with it which was so nice

Food quality is a little inconsistent. On separate visits I had fries pretty soggy. Burgers were really tasty but for once I had the chicken burger with the patty really dry. Shakes are good. One downside is that prices are really MORE expensive for a fast food joint as compared to KFC and McDonalds. Doesn’t hurt to try once but not that often if you are feeling rich.

I attended Shake Shack Westfield Stratford today I ordered Shack Burger medium fries and a 50/50 half Lemonade half iced tea. Which I found to be rather tasty and they cooked the burger to my licking medium rare I will be going back.

Though the burgers are way overpriced for what you get, this branch deserves a high rating for its staff alone. Friendly, chatty, helpful and quick. Even the cleaning team had smiles on their face and asked if you were enjoying your meal. I've been to a couple of Shake Shacks now. I wouldn't make a point of going there other than for a quick bite. The Westfield Stratford one was however great to visit after seeing Foo Fighters at the London Stadium.

Went to grab a quick bite with the family. Ordered couple of hot dogs and a cheeseburger. The burger was for some reason squished into a tiny bag of the size of McDonald’s small fries. The burger bun was literally squished. Crinkle cut Fries were of good quality. Hot dogs are absolutely tiny for the price of 5.50!!!

Received mixed reviews from two friends about Shake Shack - one loved it, the other one was indifferent. I am somewhere in between. Not a huge choice on the menu, but I did like the crinkle cut chips. Burger looked and tasted American diner style plus you can order ice tea with it too. All-in-all I give it six-and-a-half out of ten.

Vengo a veces (probablemente 2 veces a la semana al menos) pero me di cuenta de que mi batido tenía un sabor diferente. La última vez que pensé que era un batido fue el viernes pasado y por eso les dije a mis amigos "vamos a ir a sacudirnos la choza y tomar algunos batidos, son realmente buenos", pero después de que probamos los batidos, terminé como un "mentiroso" en frente a mis amigos, y todos nosotros no somos realmente buenos de nuestros estómagos.

Ordered a double smoked burger. It was so greasy, the wrapping paper was completely soaked through on service. The the build of the burger wasn't nice at all, it looked like the chef had put it in his pocket and taken a walk around the shop. Any other hamburger joint does it nicer.

I love this branch of shake shack. The decor is so modern. The staff are nice when I asked if there was a gluten free bun I was told I could have the burger served on lettuce without the bun. The cheese fries are worth every penny!

I always visit this Shake Shake when I visit Westfield Shopping Centre. As much as I love the original location in Madison Square Park, it’s just a bit too out of my way to visit regularly. I feel compelled the write a 5 star review to combat the needless negative reviews. Yes, it’s pricey but the prices are all laid out before you order and are consistent across every location and are in line with every other competitor. Personally, I think it is worth every penny.

£9.75 for just the burger was too expensive especially when you have to queue as if you were in McDonald’s. All served on a plastic tray!!!

What can I say. Been several times before and it’s getting worse each time so this will be the last visit and review . Service is miserable , and really expensive , you wouldn’t mind if quality was matching,food was not if quality. Chips were cold chewy and tasted of cooking oil. Burger not great either. Roll was soggy . Drinks refillable but smartly they use small cups so you only go back once and have the same you would in one sitting somewhere else you just pay a premium for it . No ambience . Avoid as lots of better eateries at Stratford

Not particularly busy and it took 20mins for our burgers to arrive. Burger was not how I remember in NYC or Covent Garden. Burger was not good and will not be going back I am afraid.

Went to the Stratford one after hearing so much about it. Wasn’t impressed. It is a fast food joint, but felt more like a tidier version of Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Had a lovely bbq chicken burger. It was a whole piece of crispy chicken deep fried in a lovely bun with some bbq sauce added to give it the bbq flavor

I stopped off here for a light dinner after attending an event in London and I thought the price was too expensive and that my food wasn't going to be very nice but it was one of the best burgers i had ever had! All lovely and homemade (even the crinkly fries) and my meal was very well-presented too. The question was short and the staff were very nice and friendly. Also the way you pick your food up is very very efficient. But I would've loved to have tried a milkshake..!

I think I'm rather a connoisseur of milk shakes having had a few in my time and if you like thick, creamy milkshake then you should try out the Shake Shack at the Westfield Shopping centre (in the outside street with the restaurants). Lovely!

Yo tenía el almuerzo aquí recientemente. El menú es carne-pesado. . . No inesperado en una hamburguesa. Perritos calientes son carne también. Yo opté por una hamburguesa de pollo. Las patatas son extra y costo casi 3 libras. Sólo la hamburguesa con una botella de agua a 8 libras +. La hamburguesa estaba bien. Me gusta que puedes conseguir un poco de salsa de chili pot desde el bar condimentos - Me encanta esta en la cima de la mayonesa. Era como un poco de categoría Zinger burger! Es caro aquí para el almuerzo (yo creo que nada más que un fiver es excesivo para un almuerzo solo! Me), así que no estoy seguro de a de nuevo. La comida era agradable sin embargo.

Seriously needs a shake up as service is poor got the order wrong , burger not cooked as asked, bun was soggy and fries were lukewarm. Go and see how they do it in New York. Second visit here and I won’t be going back.

Patatas fritas de queso eran excelentes y mantequilla de maní CrunchCrete flan congelado fue lo más destacado. La hamburguesa estaba bien. . Era algo decepcionados por lo que se paga. Mi familia y yo estuvimos en el centro comercial Westfield de Stratford y nos undicided dónde comer. Finalmente fuimos a Shake Shack y estoy muy contento que no vayas a ningún otro sitio. Pedimos tan pronto como entramos; era muy servicial que el menú estaba allí tan pronto nos encontramos en el interior. Porque era un jueves por la noche no estaba muy ocupado, así que nuestra comida llegó rápidamente como esperaba. El servicio era increíble y el nombre de la camarera que nos ayudó era D (este no es su nombre verdadero, pero ella nos dijo de llamarla por eso! Las hamburguesas estaban deliciosos) y el ambiente era eléctrico y divertido. En general, fue una experiencia increíble y yo lo recomiendo para familias que quieren una buena hamburguesa en la zona.

The shak burger was bloody brilliant. Loved the shake too. Cheesy fries is a must too. However, the price is rather steep for a burger joint. Anything above 15 pounds for a standard meal is a bit much for fast food. Nevertheless, food cannot be faulted.

Frequently visit the restaurant and you are guaranteed some of the best burgers in the UK for sure. Fries are also amazing especially with cheese sauce. All staff are always extremely helpful

Nice milkshakes. Service is a little slow. Very good menu though....would go again and try other things.

El personal era excelente, chico sirve la comida era amable. La comida fue decepcionante. Burger seco y bastante insípida, tuve la hakemeister"- no iba a conseguir de nuevo. Casi ningún salsa, hard burger. Ale era buena. Pero en general 14 libras por una hamburguesa, patatas fritas y media ale era caro. Quería que me gustara tanto como a mí el en América. No regresa debido a muchos sitios para comer en la zona.
