Excellent meal, Wudeh has fantastic service!

I went to TGI a couple of weeks ago (didn’t take any picture as I was very disappointed) We order some cockatails (piña colada) the way it looks in adverts or in their menu it has nothing to do with the reality it supposed to come with the pineapple in the glass and also a little umbrella, instead we just got a plain glass and for that price… then I got some nachos with guacamole, the guacamole tasted old, then I got a burger with cheese and bacon fries and my partner ribs and the same fries as me, the fries tasted disgusting we tried but didn’t finish, one of my daughters had the chicken burger that was 2 chicken tenders in a bun and she couldn’t even eat it properly as the chicken was coming out, we each had the voucher for free kids meal, we do that in different TGI and they always accepts both because we have an app each of us for our two kids, but the lady that attended us said is not valid so she only took one, I told her about our complaints but she just didn’t care and seemed very unhappy while I was very friendly with her even though the food was bad, but she was very rude and didn’t care about the service, she took the nachos out the bill and that’s it, I don’t know what happened I used to go before and it was everything 5/5 but now is 1/5…

Lovely atmosphere and decor, gives an american vibe. Ordered a burger meal, £20.99 it had a lot of ingredients inside but tasted amazing. The fries were also really tasty. Also ordered the chocolate cake with ice cream which was so good, carel and chocolate sauce .. absolutely loved it. We got two cocktails for £16, very delicious aswell. Highly recommend. The only downside was the waiting time for the food and paying the bill. The place is veryyy big.

Definitely not a place for families with small kids. Had to wait AGES for the food to arrive. The meat of a burger was overcooked/burned. Had to ask three times for cutlery. An overpriced place for the quality of food and service provided.

Can't fault the food but the service wasn't great. Sticky table top, starter plates not cleared before mains arrived, mains arrived over several minutes, main plates never cleared before we left.

The food was lovely, the service was excellent. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday so food came in 10mins. Cocktails and milkshakes were really nice. Definitely be going back

Long wait to make an order also there was a confusion and at the end I got charged for a burger that was not the one that in was expecting.. Definitely not coming back.

I've given it a 4, would've given 3, but because one of my pet hates are sticky floors and chairs and sticky menus. I get not everything can stay clean at all times in a busy restaurant but that's my thing and therefore it smells due to using the same dirty cloths. Service was good, the guy serving us was very nice and cleaned the seat when I said its dirty. But the deserts were all we wanted, took so long to come out. We ordered chocolate fudge fixation (which could have been a little warmer), smores ice cream? and oreo triple layer pancakes. Was all very delicious once they arrived. Really delicious. I only took a picture of my desert!! Should've taken more but really love chocolate fudge cake...and this was exceptionally good!

Food is great, but the lady that greeted us wasn't very welcoming. Looked like she didn't want to serve or seat us. However we had a very good table assistant who was smiling and joyful

My experience here was great. Jay was our server and greeted us respectfully and was really helpful. He ensured I was comfortable and fine with everything. The food was great and the wait wasn’t too long. Jay done a good job and I hope that he gets rewarded for his efforts. I’d come back here.

The Mac and cheese was terrible it was more pasta with cheese on the top, but the food other items and the wings were excellent. Service was slow this is because there was only one staff member serving nevertheless she did a good job managing her cover.

We had travelled from Essex into London as off to see a show. We decided to stop at Stratford for a bite to eat, greeted and seated by a lovely lady then our server came over. He was a delight, happy smiling and very polite. One problem though the hot drink machine wasn't working and I needed my tea after our journey. To the rescue came Craig.B my hero of the day. He is truly an asset,thank you x

Waited quite a while to be served. Ordered water for the table alongside our wine but it never arrived. My burger was OK but my wife had a chicken burger and the chicken only fulled half the roll. Not what you'd expect for the price paid. Overall a very disappointing experience. We used to go to this restaurant regularly but will not be returning after this.

Great menu choice and deals on specific days. Lovely staff but piped music can be too loud and unable to talk. They turn it down but creeps back up! So we have our cocktails elsewhere after finishing our meal!

Really nice food ! Our host Dillon was excellent. Very welcoming and did a really nice birthday surprise.

Came for post theatre dinner. Seated relatively quickly and served within 15 mins of being seated. Food arrived about 20 mins after, hot and well seasoned. No cutlery, no offer of sauces and it was difficult to find a staff member as they were not very visible. It has definitely fallen in standards and menu is not as varied.

Visited here today after shopping. Empty 10 people max in here, and where are the staff? Standing there doing nothing, guy who took our order I think was on a different planet and the manager is on drugs I think. Waited for 30 mins for a drink and food around an hour it’s awful in here I would never recommend this place. Worst TGI I’ve ever been too!

It took awhile for me to be served today with my daughter. It took almost half a hour to get served. I ordered my food but when receiving it looked good but the taste wasn't there for me. Felt it was cooked but with no taste whatsoever which made my stomach very upset. I was throwing up as soon as I got home as I live in the vicinity of stratford. I quickly bagged my things for me to go and couldn't even scan my receipt code to get my points on the tgi app even though redeeming my free kids meal. We also ordered some mocktail passionfruit sunrise it didn't taste like it had much passionfruit inside and was very sour instead of sweet. I wasn't happy whatsoever.

The service was so good! Wudeh T was lovely and recommended the cheese doughnuts and they are so good!!!

It was really hard to find in Stratford shopping centre, right at the top, it wasn't busy as had just opened at dinner time. I had a Wowcher to use, which the waitress said we could. I didn't know that the menu was on my phone. So we took time choosing so the waitress kept coming back and she kept tutting as we took our time. A fork was dirty so we asked to change it, she took it away and never brought it back, so I took one off another table. We had 2 Sex on the beach cocktails which were very nice. We chose Corn Dogs to start which were a bit overdone and very hard to eat. The main course came out halfway through eating our starter, so that got cold before we could eat them. As it was very cold in there, we kept our coats on. The main was ok burger and fries but we weren't asked if we wanted any ketchup so I went and got some off another table. I think because we had a Wowcher we were treated differently as we didn't have to pay, as we already had. There was only one waitress on, so she sat everyone in a little corner so that she didn't have to walk far then a colleague came and joined her about 1pm, both looked like they didn't want to be there. Everything was to much effort. I think they just wanted to get rid of us. We definitely won't be back and won't recommend it to anyone. We had previously been to the one in Leicester Square and we had a lovely experience, lovely food and lovely staff, we only came here as that one had closed down.

I hate leaving a negative review and I hope this will be seen as positive criticism by management. First up the service was fantastic, I can't fault that in anyway. I didn't get her name but our server was so lovely from start to finish. However the food quality was quite poor. Nothing special at all but I wouldn't put this down to the chef but the menu itself. It's really boring and seems like a poor imitation of HRC. It doesn't make us want to visit the TGI brand again. I get TGI is struggling at the moment but this is where things need to step up in order to compete and survive. Really hope it will do so as this was a great place to eat out years ago. Really do wish this company luck and would love to see it bounce back stronger.

Very bad drinks took like 25 minutes food took bout half hour and staff where playing and drinking the whole time we had to serve ourself and apparently the bartender left before 10pm very shocking and also only 1 waiter this is very shocking never again!!

We visited here as a small group of 3. We ordered 2 cocktails which meant you get 4, a soft drink, nachos , chicken strips, steak, pasta and ribs. The drinks came out and Expresso Martini was flat, no foam head and 2/3 of a glass in each and the taste was not great. I reported this to the waiter who said he would tell management , I asked if it was out of a machine but he said it was freshly made. I'm a transgender woman, so what followed was upsetting when the waiter referred to me as sir , and when I corrected him, then did it a second time when we paid, I was very upset and asked him why as I had a face full of makeup and a dress on he felt sir was the correct choice. He didn't answer and didn't apologise. The restaurant has emailed me apologising, however I still feel upset and annoyed that this could happen in a large chain of restaurants. The nachos was good, my steak. Was cooked to how I asked, the pepper sauce was thick and tasted like someone had poured a pot of pepper into it. Not very nice at all. And I couldn't understand why the tomatoes on the plate were raw? Would I visit here again, probably not. Would I recommend this place to others, maybe if your a family. 1 star overall for the reasons I listed above.

The service was quite slow and the food was missing the finishing touches. The wings came without the dip, food lacked garnishes and cocktails came in regular glasses.

Josiah gave us amazing cocktails at the bar this afternoon. He recommended us some InstaFamous 241 cocktails based on a cocktails, and they beautiful in appearance and taste 🤩🤩🤩. If we had more time my partner and I would’ve definitely stayed for another round of drinks!!!

ZERO Star for me. First, the food came in so late. We have waited 39-45mins before they serve us the main menu. The food is terrible. Steak is hard, uncooked on the inside but totally burned on the outside. Fries is from frozen food and not well deep fry. The oil used from cooking smells bad. Probably from constant used oils. The vegetable is rotten and the onion ring doesn’t even have onion inside - It is just full of flour. Totally waste of time coming here to eat.

i came here cause of the deal which is 15 for unlimited bottomless wings and we constantly ask for them to bring out are food before the time ran out as they were taking time as we order the first we only managed to get 3 plates out of 1 hour and 30 mins . i saw one table with 28 plates

came to the desk no one served us for a good 5 mins. i came here to do the unlimited chicken it was £15 for 90 minutes i saw others with more that 6 plates and i only got 3 and i asked if more is coming out because how is that fair?The also took a good 25 for each plate to come out and he last 20 something minutes i had to ask if another plate is going to come out this was disappointing. the tables was sticky and customer service was unwelcoming

After waiting over 5 minutes at the entrance for someone to offer us a table, a member of staff finally came over to us. I asked for a table for 3. He said there weren't any available and we'd have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for one to be cleaned! I could see at least 10 tables that were empty and not reserved. He said they needed cleaning. How long does it take to clean a table? One minute? He could have done it himself - initially there was no one behind us waiting to come in, so he had time. We walked away, he obviously didn't want our custom - I think he was waiting for his mates to arrive. Weird behaviour for a chain restaurant in a shopping centre!

Even though we had to wait half an hour for someone to get our order, we were lucky enough to have Ramon as our waiter. His service was more than great, he was really nice and made sure that we were having all the drinks and food that we could have for the bottomless brunch. He made sure the drinks kept coming and we left the place rethinking our life choices, specially about how much alcohol we should have had

I am not a person that finds it easy to complain and normally can find something to be positive about when eating at a restaurant. However the experience that I just had at TGI Fridays in Westfield was the worst experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. From start to finish it was awful. The customer service being atrocious, the waiting time long and I don’t even know how to describe the quality of the food! The fact that the experience has compelled me to write a complaint which has wasted more of my time shows how bad the experience was. Please avoid wasting your time and money and sanity on this restaurant! Doesn’t even feel like that it deserves a one star review.

Ramone A was the only person that acknowledged and served us after we were waiting for someone else for so long, he was very attentive

Dylan deserves a promotion and payrise. Best waiter I have ever come across. Friendly, smart, great with kids and hard working. Management ain't great as I couldn't change my order and understaffed but Dylan made up for it.

Awful! Reserved a table for 5:30pm, once seated it took 1hr15 mins before our children’s meals was served & drinks (meals cold). My son has an egg allergy & the waiter said ‘I guess he will be fine’ when ordering a certain item!!!! WHAT!?!? Our mains came cold, we did complain & was given cake for our kids although again EGG ALLERGY not taken into account. The changing facility was appalling, urine all over the floor along with a nice size hole. Yep, I had to stand in that to change my child’s nappy. Service was awful, 3hrs we was there just for dinner. I tried to contact the store but no luck!!! Feel free to contact me TGI

Passing through Westfield so popped in for a quick cocktail and some small plates. Cocktails were great although a little expensive. Food was exceptional though. A good choice for a pit stop

Having visited many TGIs with my teenage kids I knew there would be something here they would like. From the moment we arrived the visit was not up to the usual standards. We prebooked but had to wait for our table yet groups of staff stood chatting while tables remained uncleared. Once seated we waited a long time with no sign of our order being taken. When it was finally was, I specifically asked for no toppings on daughters fajitas and was assured this was the case. Husband and my food arrived with no silverware to eat it. Daughter’s fajita meal arrived with wraps and topping but no chicken or silverware. We asked server for silverware and he vanished to get some - in the end my husband went to get some as our food was going cold. Daughters chicken finally arrived covered in sauces etc as I specifically had been told it wouldn’t be! The food was good but the whole restaurant was full of unhappy customers and staff who stood chatting or were on phones behind the bar. Not a venue we will return to

We booked a table for 2 and was told they were short staffed however we waited 40mins and our orders still were not taken, we saw two tables come in after us and were waited on before us., The staff ignored us, talking amongst themselves, walking past our table multiple times, to the point where the table for 2 that came after us and were served before us talked to their waitress saying we had not been served, she was not apologetic and didn’t even address us directly. e waited a further 10-15 mins. I’ve never experience this kind of service before or should I say lack of. Terrible, I can’t even rate the food because nobody took our order, we left after 40-45 mins of waiting. The Istaff talked among themselves and walked past our table multiple times. Never again.

Waited over half an HR to have our order taken where there was an abundance of staff working, jus stood doing nothing. Food was standard for the prices they charge

The long island 2 cocktails were nice being 2 for 16£. Service quite slow but polite. The mozerella dippers were nice , burger and chips were however quite cold.

Worst experience ever.Dirty table, chairs, menus. While sitting bench fell deeper in. Table full of crumbs and salt. Asked for plain chips as have children with Sen who eats very bland food- first chips fine, next round- with some pepper on. Specifically asked for plain. Chicken- more burnt skin and glaze. Pork ribs, inc chips and slaw and corn- tasteless. Ordered mohito- water with lime juice and mint. I mean shop bought mohito in a can is 100 times better. It was an embarrassment for me. It was my son’s 18th birthday. And it was the worst experience. After spending £117 left hungry and upset with kids and family.

I ordered the sesame chicken strips, a TGIs classic. Very tasty but could do with something else to compliment the plate, for £20 odd you’d expect a bit more than what you get. But TGIs are known to be expensive so can’t expect much more. The service was OK, the waitresses were lovely but quite slow on the beers. The food came out quite quickly. The music in there was really loud though not a great atmosphere

Such a great bottomless brunch experience for valentines evening with my girlfriend. Jay was our waiter and he made the evening amazing. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and we never waited for our next drink! Would highly recommend

We both got the sirloin steak medium well done and we got two different steaks, one looking amazing and the other one all smashed and well done cooked, no pink inside at all, the only said that they are sorry and didn't offer any help or recompensation! Worst first time experience ever, the whole food was bland, had high hopes first but I am utterly dissappointed. Don't recommend anyone!!!

Ordered the American grill it was absolutely disgusting.food took so long to arrive. Plate was very unappealing as was overcrowded and tasted disgusting.

Food arrived hot and on time, great flavour and packaging.

They were brilliant when it came specific dietary and allergy requirements. My daughter is newly diagnosed with coeliac disease and has to eat a gluten free diet, when I notified them the staff made sure to take it very seriously and are very aware of cross contamination. The manager even offered my daughter extra fries as she ordered the chicken wrap and when it came realised it wasn’t actually a wrap. Was pleasantly surprised by my visit and will definitely eat there again as my daughter didn’t feel left out and still has plenty menu options to choose from. All the staff were really accommodating and lovely.

We went there for birthday lunch, no cutlery on the table , we had to ask after the food arrived, bad service, not fresh burgers, overcooked...no free kids meal even if we spend on 3 large meals and cocktails...so scam advert with free kids meal...won't recommend this place ! It used to be amazing but now food quality dropped and bad service for the price ....

Tasty food, very poor service. Family of 5 stood outside waiting for service whilst staff members just walked past us. Eventually shown to a window seat, in a very cold area, then a long wait for the waitress. Eventually a very young waitress came to take our order, and managed the whole process without a welcome or a smile. The 2 alcoholic drinks arrived first and then we waited 10 minutes more for the 3 soft drinks. When food arrived we noticed there was no cutlery, and had to wait a while longer whilst the waitress went around unattended tables to collect cutlery. She came over and dumped them in a heap in the middle of the table, and walked away. Our soft drinks were refillable, but again it was very hard to get anyone’s attention. We decided to give up on the idea of desserts. When we eventually asked for the bill, there was yet another long wait until it arrived. Very very poor service, and the place wasn’t even busy.

Terrible service! I raised a complaint on their website and never got a response. Nobody acknowledged me when we arrived to wait for our table. I had to ask for a staff member to which they pointed at our table, didn’t even seat us. No cutlery on the table, had to ask. Ordered porn star martini didn’t come in a proper glass and no processco shot, he said it will come seperate as they run out of glasses, waited another 20 minutes for this. Tasted awful and had to change the drink. Food turned up, was cold. Had a rewards code from app to which the staff member knew nothing about how to use this , absolutely shocking service!!

Came here as everywhere else was rammed. Food was fine, I quite enjoyed my burger, my one slight complaint… the couple behind us had their allergy listened too and filled out information for the kitchen. I was never asked this when we were seated- I thankfully carry an epi pen with me, but usually at TGI (lakeside/ Stevenage), that’s the first thing they ask -( if there is an allergy). I would say this is a major red flag. Also…. It was sooo loud like I couldn’t hear my husband whilst seated.

I have been here 3 times and all 3 times we have waited ages for someone to take our order and waited even longer for our food to arrive. When I said that we waited long I mean it, we waited for an hour before they came and said they forgot about our order. And today when I went back thinking they might of changed, I was faced with the same thing and got up after 15 minutes and walked out.

Came here with a friend and we were seated very quickly, waiter came and took our order. Food took quite a while and when it got to the table it was cold... so clearly had been sitting there a while, I ordered a refillable drink which was a complete waste considering it took me over 15minutes to manage to flag a waiter down for a refill... we were going to order dessert but after sitting with our dirty plates in front of us for over half an hour without a member of staff coming over to take them and offering us the dessert menu we decided to give it a miss, it also didn't help the resturant was absolutely freezing. Not a great experience and won't be returning... I actually had to approach the bar in order to get our bill because it seemed like staff completely forgot they had customers sitting there... from getting our main course we were completely ignored

The chicken in the fihata was literally undercooked and they refused to remove it from the bill. The sour cream they served was curd. Poor customer service and bad food

Absolutely disgusting was waiting a while no staff around had to go look then was finally seated wiped the table gave napkins nothing else then the staff walked away waited ages then ended up walking out to another restaurant never will go here again was the first and last time not the best start

The staff here all need to be fired. Disgraceful. All laid back and have 0 urgency. 20minutes to clean one table. All conversing and laughing amongst each other. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Went to Tgi and i was utterly displeased! Where do I begin ? The service? Slow. The staff? Rude. The only competent staff was the curly Afro haired boy ! He was lovely .

Tried the new Cheese Donuts but they were lacking in cheese. The cocktails weren't great but I had a voucher as it was my birthday so they were free so we didn't send them back. They didn't acknowledge it was my birthday either. Used to love TGI's but definitely wasn't like it used to be.

Colder 🥶 inside than out. Was told heating not turned on. Assume they saving money. My has the price gone up as well. Food was top notch staff from but not enough of them. Toilets obviously not checked see photos. As it was dry on the wall.

Seated by person who looked disappointed to have a customer. Waiter was much betters They didn’t have any beer on tap because they’d run out. Was offered bottled beer, I chose Peroni, when it came it was the gluten free Peroni. Waiter was apologetic and offered alternative. When food arrived 40 mins after ordering despite us being first customer there and seeing delivery drivers collect food before we were served good, slaw was missing. Was told they’d “run out”. Interest concept when it’s something that takes five mins to sort, and also why not tell me earlier so I can request a different side. Haven’t been to TGI in a long time, won’t be going again. Really overpriced for what it is - the salad is as tiny and clearly not fresh. Mac cheese was microwaved and solid. Felt sorry for the waiter who looked embarrassed by it all. Daughter didn’t get capri sun orange as they’d run out. “sorry,” he said, “it’s always like this after busy Saturday.” 😅 Daughter’s hot dog had stale Brioche bun which she could not eat Can’t speak for atmosphere as we ate in the concourse outside the main restaurant. Accessible toilet has a big hole in the floor.

I recently attended a friend's birthday dinner at the restaurant. The food was nice and the staff were amazing especially Dylan. He really went extra mile to make us comfortable. I will be recommending the place to friend's and family in future, fingers crossed they continue to maintain there standard.

Where is the zero star option. Absolutely horrified. I wasn't even this horrified after watching a horror film. Uncooked bacon. Shambolic service. I'm disturbed by how vile the food was. The service was even worse. Save yourselves and your money. Avoid at all cost.

Food is great, however I will no longer be sitting inside to eat, myself and my partner were there this evening 5/1/2025 and there was a couple next to us a few seats down, the lady jumped up and screamed saying she saw a mouse so I jumped up and ran to the other side of where I was sitting luckily myself and partner were already finished and getting ready to leave, as I was standing up a server came over and asked if everything was alright I told him that the lady said there was a mouse and his response was they are all over the shopping centre and in the tgi Friday restaurant EXCUSEEEEE MEEEE!!!!!! I got my things and left immediately after he said that, if I ever go back which won’t be anytime soon I will be booking a table outside, never have I ever been in any other restaurant in Westfield’s and seen mice roaming free that’s very concerning

Where are the staff?? We waited more than half an hour just to give our orders. And the staff are rude and not friendly at all. Poor customer service

Very disappointing experience, on a quiet early evening on NYE . Had to constantly ask for service despite there being lots of staff, food took ages and was poor quality, and when we gave feedback it wasn't a surprise to the manager that the whole thing was awful. She knew it was! Looked like a secret shopper was on a table by us and also saw how poor we were treated. She was equally treated badly. Check my other reviews, will barely complain as know some staff try their hardest, and I never ask for a discount but I considered walking out of here without paying before the meal arrived as it was so bad. I wish I did!! Had to go to the bar to pay so we didn't miss our train as no one came to take our payment ....still missed it! Will never go back here or to another TGI. Avoid at all costs!

After we got seated I took almost an hour for us to get our food. I ordered the house salad and it was horrid. Our food was very cold. Not once did the waiter checked on us. My partner had the burger and it was very cold.And the music is very loud you can't even hear yourself speaking.

Family of four, meal cost £70 including using a 1 kid eats free offer. Food was awful had to send back a burger because they served with raw bacon in it. All food was cold. Kids meals came up with the wrong sides so had to go back, their hot dogs came up in burger buns as they ran out. Won't be rushing back. Its a shame its massively gone downhill. Clearly can't handle busy periods especially in such a busy shopping centre with the football stadium next door. Also note to servers... taking a 4 person order without writing it down doesn't impress anyone especially when you get it wrong.

i ordered a BIG portion of jack daniels sesame seed chicken and i got served an appetiser, as ive been to tgi fridays many times i do know the difference between the two so i brought it up with one of the waitresses and they told me that they would bring it up with my waiter, he then told me that they no longer serve it in a bowl with lettuce and this is the size that it comes. a few minutes later a waitress comes over and serves a man behind us jack daniels sesame seed chicken with lettuce a large portion of chips in a bowl. This is unacceptable as i may as well have payed £10 for the smaller option instead of paying £21 for the larger option but still getting the smaller option
