i understand Saturdays are busy but wow the service was abysmal. booked a table, waited in the que for 10mins then to be told that my booking time has already been sat now I will have to wait ,I explained I wasn't late I was in the que finally got sat then to wait over 20mins no one came to the table to take any type of order . Finally got annoyed and went to leave spoke the the manager on duty told him we just been ignored for 20mins, he convinced me to stay and took my order for food and drinks again I understand it was busy but sat there 30min and still not even a cocktail arrived. So again I got up and left and definitely will not be returning

Very bad service, severe RACISM. The attendant who greeted us at the beginning informed us to wait 5 to 10 minutes for our seats. They had a lot of empty seats but it didn't look like there were enough wait staff available to serve customers. The actual wait time was well over 10 minutes. When we were ready to order, I held up my hand for a long time and none of the waiters paid me any attention. It wasn't until I stood up and found a waiter to inform him that I needed to order, and the response was that he'd get one of his coworkers to help me, but no one came for a long time. It wasn't until about half an hour after we sat down that a waiter came. But he ignored us and went to serve the guests at the table next to ours. The guest at the table next to ours had arrived later than us. This is blatant RACISM. We didn't even get any formal apology after speaking to the manager. Really disappointed. I walked out of the restaurant shaking with anger.

Its hard to understand how a place can be both terrible with the food and the service?! Pick a struggle! Our starters arrived incomplete, after asking to speak to someone it took them 15min before someone came to check what was wrong. Even then after talking to them, they said they will have a look and never returned; avoiding our table for the rest of the evening and instead spent the time gossiping to their colleague about other patrons by the entrance. Another staff member who was dropping off other dishes made eye contact with me and came over; once we told him about missing bits in our meals, he said he would go get them. He also never returned. One of the wait staff who were waiting neighbouring tables, eventually noticed us and came to see what was happening. After explaining we are missing parts of our meal, we are told that it has run out. Had we known this before we wouldn’t have ordered the meal!! We ordered some piña colada and what arrived was essentially pinapple juice with ice. No coconut cream in sight, and the juice itself was watered down and looking like bath water. The hot chicken wings were dry and inedible without sauce. The fries were the only good thing to eat. Otherwise everything else was cold. While waiting to be seen after being served, we had the opportunity to witness another customer chase the manager to have a conversation about their service, only to have the manager constantly evade and ignore them. Instead, focusing on clearing tables (despite there not being any queues out front or people waiting to be seated). This further through the vibes off and made the atmosphere worse. After asking for some of the incomplete dishes (which we didnt end up eating) to be removed from the bill, it took them 20min before we got the bill. Thankfully they removed the service charge too in addition to the incomplete meals.

Food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price. ‘Cocktail’ was disappointing as well, very watery and lacking any flavour. Our server seemed to be doing their best but of course couldn’t make up for the sad food and poor atmosphere. Table next to us were there for a birthday and seemed to have a similar experience, and when they spoke with the manager he would not listen to their concerns and insisted that he needed to clear tables instead when there were plenty of empty tables. How is this place so badly managed and still doing business? I couldn’t point guess

Absolutely terrible. Visited here recently, restaurant was completely empty, however we were not made welcome. My mother has a gluten free allergy and the staff here had no interest whatsoever in this. When we quizzed the waitress as to what my mother could eat on the menu, we were told to “Tell me what you wanna eat and I’ll tell ya if you can eat it” as if we were a massive inconvenience to the absolutely empty restaurant. We then walked out and went elsewhere. Intolerance and allergies are a serious matter and people can die from eating the wrong foods - TGI Fridays of Westfield do not care.

Absolutely horrendous customer service today. I attempted to treat my other half with ribs at TGI Friday in Westfield Stratford. I attempted to ask a question to a member of staff 3 times and she ignored me. She was literally standing a foot away from me and just walked away. I then looked around and saw 3 more members of staff standing around just staring at us. My other half had to wave h Their hands to try to get someone's attention. When a lady finally decided to show us to our seats, she shouted "I'm coming". I explained my ordeal and she said she would get the manager. While waiting, all remaining staff were standing at the rear of the establishment staring and conversing. We decided not to eat there in the end, as the experience of oddity was far too institutional. We went to five guys (opposite). As a business owner myself, that level of customer service from T.G.I's is horrifying.

This place has lost its what is renowned for in the 90’s. This must be the wirat restaurant we have been to this year. No vibes, no atmosphere, bad service, glum servers and no enthusiasm and fun to what it usually used to be. Waited a long time for drinks to arrived and waited awhile again for our fiid orders to be taken. Food arrived and we had no cutlerries and condiments. Had to hunt down a server to find cutlery. Cutlery was delivered and server looked angry at us. Server came to asked if all is ok and before I could respond she had walked away to the next table. Really horrible experienced yo a restaurant where we thought we could have amazing time because of servers enthusiasm and good vibes whether the food is good or not. Total let down.

Well, I am sad to say my experience at TGI was just... okay. Not bad, but I was a little disappointed. I got the chicken pasta, and the pasta itself tasted quite bland and had almost no sauce. Admittedly, the chicken itself was very tasty, but there wasn't much of it in the dish compared to the pasta. My girlfriend had a burger and said it wasn't very hot and was basically room temperature. She encouraged me to rate 3 stars instead of 4 cause we both agreed the experience was pretty mediocre, but not terrible. Our sides were good and the drinks were enjoyable, but not enough to make up for the let down of our main courses sadly. The service was good, our server Jorenas was very friendly, the only problem was it took quite a long time (like 30 minutes) of waiting between each visit to our table, even just waiting for our bill! But I understand that this is likely because of understaffing issues as I also work in hospitality, so I wasn't too upset at it, but others will probably find their patience tested.

Took about half hour before we were given glasses for refillable drinks. They were apparently so busy, they didn't have any clean glasses even though restaurant was half empty. Menu is lacking variety. Items were missing from my dinner. Asked for blue cheese dip that comes with it, got given pot of sour cream. Almost got charged for two chocolate cakes at £20. Lucky i checked receipt. Overpriced. Not surprised they're going bankrupt. Waiter was nice gentleman though.

The dude in the front who choose the tables for you, he have no clue what’s the saying nor the information, we had Uni days and he said yeah they work, we ordered food and in meanwhile two customers had some sort of heated arguments with one of the waitress and he was so rude to the customer( customer service is not even close and even the manager was some guy who can’t even solve the situation like for real!!!!) Our food came and it was nice but a bit cold, whatever we finished and later bill came were I asked him, I have Uni days and that dude was like we don’t accept Uni days offer I was like what on earth” n I told him the front seat guy told it’s accepted, then the waiter was like okay open the Uni days and show code, and apparently they don’t work We got scammed and never going back.

DO NOT GO HERE! Management changed so avoid this place like a plague. Went for my son’s 21st birthday and our evening was ruined. Waited 45 min before our drinks came. Asked for missing cutlery several times but didn’t get it. Complained to the a manager who looked fake called Mo!! He had a piss poor attitude and replied I don’t know everything as I don’t have eyes at the back of my head. We had a pay £178 for the meal. The food arrived cold so not worth the money.

My husband wanted a steak for dinner so we went to TGI Fridays in Stratford. We were taken to a table area that was filthy so we requested to move. We ordered two soft drinks and two steak meals. The food took ages to arrive and when it did it was missing multiple items. My steak was burnt and bitter and when I tried to alert wait staff and request sauces we were ignored. When we were finally able to get the attention of a waiter to inform him about my burnt steak and the missing items, we were told that there had been an error with our bill where another table had paid our bill and a deduction had already been taken because of this and they would not be able to accommodate any further deductions. We never received an accurate copy of our bill despite requesting this multiple times. Eventually we asked to speak to the manager and when the manager came over to our table the waiter's demeanour changed and became intimidating, such as raising his voice and making accusations that I had eaten half of my steak. This is completely unacceptable. My husband was able to remain calm and negotiate a reduction of our bill with the much more reasonable manager after an extended period of time. This was my first and definitely last time at TGI Fridays. Awful experience and ruined my evening! Avoid avoid avoid!

Massive shoutout to our waitress who was really lovely, unfortunately didn’t get her name but Thursday 31st October she was serving the booth tables, blonde hair, recommended us a tropical monster cocktail and provided really amazing service. The food is quite pricey but tasted really good and seems to have improved in quality since I was last at TGIs.

Basic customer service ‘customer always right’ barely got through the door she wouldn’t let us pick a preference to where we wanted to sit in an empty restaurant, even though we had another guest coming a bit later but her suggestion was to move us mid way through a meal to cater for 3 of us! Again mid meal? Restaurant empty she couldn’t place us in a bigger table prepared already for our guest to join, cocky and incompetent so we walked out went all stars next door much better service and great atmosphere.

I took my daughter for lunch today. We waited for the waiter for 15 mins to order our food. Then I asked the waiter how the kids eat free works and he explained me that I need to choose main then we can get kids main free, so we did the same. Food arrvied quickly but my burger was nearly burnt and my daughter’s burger bun was so tough! Anyway we didn’t complain amd had our food. I paid the bill then I realised that they have charged the kids burger too which supposed be free. I have talked to a waiter, he apologised and then he called his manager. The manager said to me that I need to give them a code which is on the app. I said I have the app but I didn’t know that I need to give the code because no one told me when I asked how this works.I said I can get the code now and you can refund me but He didn’t accept this and advised me to use it next time!! Unbelievable! Apparently customer satisfaction is not their priority. This is non-sense. I felt deceived. I don’t think I will go to Friday’s again

Me and my sister tried to have a dinner with my baby and my 2 year old and my 4 year old daughter. We saw 2 ladies were leaving the car booth and my son loves cars so thought ah perfect the kids would love to sit at a car booth, so we walked over to sit down, my sister saw there was two drinks on the table she just moved it to a near smaller table, not thinking much of it and sat down my kids where happy and excited to eat at a car, I was about to talk to them about what they wanted to eat and then I was approached by two woman working there. They both looked annoyed, no smile or nice introduction or anything, she said "you can't sit here, you have to reserve it, but you can't reserve it because you didn't come to this table so you can't sit here now you have to leave." Then they both walked off. We were not expecting that so in shock we got the kids together to leave. After I had a second to think about what just happened I approached the lady at the desk and said "sorry I think the lady who I just spoke to needs to work on her customer service, she could be a bit nicer in speaking to customers. The lady then responded "well you came in sat down and picked up dirty cups and put it on a clean table". I was shocked and said "my sister done that and we didn't even think we were doing anything wrong, you didn't even have a sign up about it being reserved. The lady then responded "that lady was the manager." The whole interaction with everyone they had horrible body language and was looking at me like I was dirt at the bottom of their shoe. Shocked I walked off and safe to say never going to go to that branch again. IF YOU ARE A PARENT WITH KIDS DONT GO HERE! I am a resemble person and don't complain unless absolutely necessary but this was like they didn't like the look of my kids or something. I would definitely say this was infantilization. The place looked pretty empty and from what I could see had no families in it at the time which I am not surprised about, if that's how they act towards people with children.

Had a truly disappointing experience at Fridays Stratford. The wait time was incredibly long, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. To top it all off, my husband found a "dry leaves" in his salad as the plate was not washed properly before serving and I ended up getting food poisoning on same day, which suggests a serious lack of hygiene in the kitchen.To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice.

Where are the staff? Got seated for almost half an hour but no staff came to ask what we wanted to order. Despite the restaurant didn't look busy. It took quite a while for the order to get delivered too. Unfortunately the ice cream of the sundae was half melted already when it delivered. The maple bacon fries was spicy. Didn't feel any maple flavour in the sauce. Just a spicy mayo with a little bit of bacon pieces. Looking at the menu, everything was expensive compared to other American diner restaurants. TGI was quite famous therefore I was genuinely looking forward to the visit. Too bad.

The food was excellent, but even though there were not many people in there, we had to wait a long time, and we were going to the theatre. It seemed like one person knew how to do the job, and everyone stood around watching her. I get that the major of the floor staff were uni students, but waiting tables is not that hard to get, but all the while people were complaining and the place was filling up the staff were very pleasant and came up with a variety of excuses. Anyhow, food is great and we got to the theatre so we were happy. This was at Westfields at Stratford International.

Been going to TGI since 2007 and this is the death for me (Thanks Stratford). Food is terrible. The ribs came with some random powder on top. Cocktails were below par and me and my partner both had upset stomachs within 12 hours. The only decent thing about this place were the staff. There are so many other places to eat now and TGIs are still operating with below par standards which is criminal.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. First of all, the service was extremely slow. We waited far too long for our food, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. When our drinks finally arrived, they were garnished with rotten mint leaves – completely unacceptable! Serving rotten ingredients in drinks shows a total lack of quality control. To make matters worse, when my child’s pasta was served, there were pieces of a broken plate mixed in! This is beyond dangerous and shows a serious lack of care in the kitchen. Overall, this place is unsafe, unsanitary, and the service is awful. I won’t be coming back and I definitely don’t recommend it. Adding to all this, they made us to pay the bills.

the service at this place was awful. we waited for a table for 10 min where there was plenty of space. then we waited 20 min for someone to serve us. After 15 min from ordering the waitress came to say that they didn't have any buns for the hot dogs. The drinks were brought separately, each at a different time, as was the food. Food was cold. That was the last time that was the last time I came here. I don't recommend it!

I asked my daughter where she wanted to go for her birthday and with delight written all over her face, she said, “T.G.I’s”. Now our experience at this restaurant was far from delightful, absolutely dreadful is much more fitting! We arrived at the restaurant five minutes before our reservation time to avoid any cues. When we got to the counter, we were stood there for 12 minutes, there were about 8 members of staff, talking in groups, some arguing, some standing around. Two having a huge row right in front of us about who was supposed to be greeting customers at the front. We looked on in horror and asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else, but she was adamant, it had to be T.G.I’s. So we waited an additional few minutes, before I got restless and approached a member of staff, she explained that they were understaffed and the lady who was supposed to be greeting guests had disappeared. We were finally seated, waited an additional 25 minutes before our waiter arrived at the table, he explained he had just started his shift and was unsure why they were seating people in our section as no one was on shift to take it. He apologised and explained he could take our order but was unable to put it through because his card was not working, he got another waiter whose card was also not working. The ladies on the opposite table had asked how long we had been waiting, we explained it had been almost an hour and we’d not even had a drink water. They got up and left, we saw other diners get up and leave throughput our duration. At this point it had all got too much so we called for a manager, the manager came over explaining they were understaffed and as I looked around, there was plenty of staff, they were busy chatting, joking or arguing. It was all very strange, it appeared, they hadn’t a care in the world. He apologised and said things are really tricky but he’ll try to speed things up. This never happened, he instead joined the others in a conversation, laughing and joking. Our waiter, bless him, he really was trying his best and appeared to be the only person actually working! Our drinks came, they were lovely, couldn’t fault them. The food on the other hand, not the quality I’d come to expect at T.G.I’s, they forgot to put the sesame seeds on our sesame strips, and there were several items missing from our ultimate grill like the corn ribs which we were looking forward to trying, cherry tomatoes and the slaw. Service was slow and just terrible. You could not pay me to come back here! One of my worst dining out experiences to date!!

Disappointing experience!! Came in yesterday for a takeaway. I was technically greeted and told I would be served shortly; so I waited by the bar where takeaway orders are taken. I was embarrassing left waiting whilst; staff walked past me - also, the person who greeted me was cleaning tables and chairs but I know they were aware of my presence. I had to flag a member of staff to ask if I can order. The staff member said someone will be over shortly. Eventually; the person who greeted me came over and I explained that I wanted to only order JD ultimate ribs. They took my order and I waited ever so long; after a long time waiting; a staff member brought over my meal saying "Here's your takeaway". Bearing in my mind; I was very hungry after a long day standing on the tube (central line) under someone's armpit and I was looking forward to having JD Ribs as a snack at home. When I got home; I open the box to find its a dozen chicken wings bits sprinkled with sesame seeds. I was - I am livid! Yet, I can only laugh at this misfortune.

Paid over £100 for the worst food I think I may have ever had. • full rack ultimate couldn't even feed my kid. • main mac and cheese had zero sauce and genuinely wasn't edible. • chicken strips were burnt to a crisp and dried out, wasn't edible either. • £17 for 4 fizzy drinks • Chicken burger was ok and the only meal out of 4 finished. • Holes in the seats, looks like the place is going to close down. All of this after having to go from the o2 branch because they didn't even have enough servers to host us. UPDATE I have followed the below message and quoted said reference and been ignored.

Awful experience, service was shocking, over half of the cocktails could not be made as they did not have the ingredients, waited 1.5hrs for our food & then when it arrived the mains were brought out before two of the starters! The restaurant wasn’t overly busy so failed to understand why there was so many issues but lots of people complaining & the staff were mostly stood around chatting. Will not be going back.

Got there and got told come back in an hr to a restaurant that was practically empty, asked why if the restaurant is empty and was told staff are on an hr break. Came back got told to wait for another 15mins. Menu isn't good anymore not much to choose from. I've been going to tgi for 20yrs and this is the atmosphere was so dead it was a put off. It's one of those places you go to for a vibe. Even the cocktails served in the same glasses as a glass of soda is dead

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had at any place I’ve been to eat. Our food took a while to come out but we weren’t in any rush so didn’t matter too much to us. The people next to us waited 35 mins for their drinks and the people next to them waited a further 40 mins to order. We got refills and we asked one waiter twice for some sauce and two lemonades and decided to ask again after half hour of not getting them to the waiter that had served us the entire time and he got them promptly. At one point the staff were actually have an argument with each other by the kitchen and tables were left unclean for ages. While the starters were really nice the main meals weren’t worth £20. The only good thing about this whole experience was our waiter Ramone! Poor lad seemed to be the only member of staff serving people, taking orders, running drinks and clearing tables. While the other staff either stood around talking or running food. He worked so hard I actually felt so sorry for him. As someone that runs a restaurant myself it was an absolute shambles and we were there three hours in the end due to how long it took for things to come. It might have been you were having a bad day but no excuse for staff having arguments with eachother and shouting where customers can hear.

Yo, so I went to TGI Fridays with my wife after a long day at work, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The waiters didn't give a damn about us, we had to wait forever for our drinks, and when they finally arrived, the cocktails were tasteless. I tried to talk to the bartender about it, but she was super rude. Then, we ordered pasta, and it was swimming in oil. To top it all off, we had to wait 15 minutes and ask three times just to get the bill. Dude, I'm telling you, TGI Fridays is the worst. The cocktails are terrible, and the customer service is even worse. It felt like they thought we were just there for free food or something. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

Terrible service. Place was empty and they threw us on the worst table imaginable, and refused to move us when we requested - everything remained empty. I understand that the customer is not always right, but this was a reasonable request. Food was overpriced. One of the servers was just plain rude. The food here isn't bad, however you need to train staff in customer service, as having been here a few times, the experience has always been negative. Don't come here, save your money and go to GBK or something.

Arrived and had to wait 5 minutes for a table and when we did eventually get one it took over 10 minutes for anyone to serve us. We ordered a shake and coffee but was unable to get either due to the blender and coffee machine being broken! The table next to use waited over half an hour for food which came out wrong so we decided to leave. Everytime we come here we’re left waiting ages for service. We won’t be back!

We were excited to visit after knowing the chain and previously having good experiences elsewhere... We were at Stratford, it wasn't busy. Made our food and drink order, Told drinks would be a 5-10 minute wait and food 15-20 minute wait. Pretty standard. We ordered water for the table at the same time However, The food came out before the drinks, after +25minutes, With that, no cutlery. We were Told the drinks were 'ready' but, was it a coke or lemonade, and what cooler did we order, which realistically meant it wasn't ready. The food was warm. But that could have been the time it took us to wait for cutlery. Drinks arrived, asked for water again... When the main came, the burger was inedible, could barely cut it with the knife. Very burnt and worse than cardboard. The portion of prawns as a side was tiny, and cost £10.. Chips were good! One of us ordered nachos which looked the best, many toppings but literally a few crisps. The guy serving us reminded us he only usually works late shifts and he isn't used to this time.of day and he would get us water, cutlery and talk to the kitchen about the burger. We were there at 4pm 😂 Following this, when the bill came, we had to argue the fact that the burger was so poor, reminded him we still hadn't got the water, and that we were very disappointed. We had blue light discount, which was then also argued. We eventually got the burger off the bill, but nothing as a compliment. Other people around us were also getting irritated about the food portions and lack of cutlery, even though asking several times. The staff were unsympathetic, had a lack of understanding that we, as a customer are spending money on products we expected should have been much better. Terrible service and terrible food, to be honest!

Waited at least 15mins before even getting noticed by a server, then asked straight for food not a drink. Once we ordered the server realised they don't have disarono so I re ordered to find out they don’t serve brandy and had to resort to whisky. Our food was ordered, came in a decent time but forgot my chips to my burger, my dad had a Cajun pasta which had no flavour. No check back from our waiter until we had finished our food. Asked to see the manager got told it’s not his fault as his only been here for 10mins (which was a lie cause I’ve seen him for half hour at this point) didn’t seem to care about what we had to say about the service, food or the staff, which we wasn’t being unfair as I work in hospitality and have for 5 years so I understand busy and being understaffed. However they had more than enough staff to stand there and chat rather than dealing with the customers first, staff that had faces like slapped arse with their personal hats and sliders ready to go home. Manager didn’t care about anything we had to say. I have worked in hospitality for 5 years and swear that if I worked there as a manager for a week the place would be a lot better than it is now.

Coming out for a night to cinema to a watch a movie, however, still have 50 minutes to have a cocktail! Coming at the table at TGI, asking the host if anyone will assist us, him saying yes, then waiting for 40 minutes for someone to come and assist saying that we invite you inside at the bar, then mentioning, no, unfortunately we are close at the bar, if you can have a sit outside, then in the end after 50 minutes of waiting to say” we don’t have mojito and neither margarita”! I for believe that delaying more than a football player, I do apologise TGI, this is not professional! Thank you on behalf of everyone which passed on such situation!

They couldn't bring my main course as one item but waited 15 mins between putting fajitas on the table and bringing the meat that was supposed to go into it. Appalling.

Went today, not at all busy. Was sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one came to serve us. The restaurant was not at all busy and had plenty of staff who seemed more happy standing chatting too each other than actually serve you. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m a MASSIVE fan of the TGIs Sesame Chicken. 10/10. However… We ordered 2 x Strawberry daiquiris and we couldn’t have because the blender was broken. We asked for sweet potato fries and they didn’t have any. When our Sesame Chicken came there wasn’t the usual salad side, we asked and were told that they had recently changed this and the new side salad wasn’t in yet. In addition, the toilets were quite nasty, buckets under urial's which feels like a nightclub. All in all - a sad restaurant that feels like it has no standards.

This place last evening was like going to KARENS diner. We went there with 2 toddlers on 02Aug24 around 730pm, there was this lady at the reception who didn't even greet us, she just stopped us from entering as if we were not allowed to enter without her permission. When asked to be seated she took us to a table by a staff counter to which we kindly asked if there was an alternative table as the toddlers could investigate something at the staff counter and could have been unsafe for them. To that she tried to school us about managing the kids. We were shocked as it was NONE OF HER BUSINESS to comment on the children. The manager was no where in sight and she even had the audacity to keep grumbling at us. We had to walk out of the place out of absolute disgust. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from restaurant staff to treat customers with children. The management here should do a full review of this place.

We chose to sit just outside the main restaurant, even though it looked empty inside. We had to call over the young man at the counter to place our order. We mentioned that two of us had food allergies, and he said the manager would come by to confirm before cooking. We waited around 40 minutes, but the manager never showed. Instead, he just came out to watch some kids causing a scene. He didn’t seem concerned about checking our allergies at all! Eventually, the young man, who was doing all the work, brought our food. We had to turn it down since the manager hadn’t confirmed our allergies. We made sure to tell the young man that we knew it wasn’t his fault. The service there was just atrocious.

I gave one star because I couldn't give a 0. We were booked for bottomless brunch and admittedly we were 8 mins late coz we got a bit lost. At first we thought they were gracious enough to seat us even though we were late and even gave us the option of sitting inside or outside. We chose outside and that was the beginning of the worst 1hr of our lives. We were starving as we'd been travelling all day...not even a drop of water was offered to the table and it was a hot day. It took 30 mins for someone to come and take our order...thats only after we asked someone when someone wld come and take our order. A person finally showed up, who didn't look like he worked at the establishment, with a nonchalant demeanor, as if he cldnt give af about us. He didn't have uniform on or a notepad to take our order. He didn't even take the menus back after we ordered and my friend and I could see that he didnt care. We waited another 5 minute, no drinks and no water so we decided to dip. My friend just wanted to leave but I convinced her to inform the staff to cancel our order as it was the right thing to do Eff doing the right thing , the staff didn't care that we cancelled and why . They didn't even apologise. The worst customer service we have ever received in our lives!! Disappointed as we were really looking forward to the experience

Jorenas and just a few other colleagues were the ones on the shop floor. Although there weren’t many of them Jorenas did above and beyond to offer an exceptional customer service. Price in the menu is NOT correct. The menu is supposed to be the agreed price that customer is willing to pay for the food and service before served. Without mentioning, TGI Fridays staff charge a higher price on the bill; when I questioned why, staff explained that "because the menu is not update". If the menu is not update, you should keep to the old price. This is illegal.

TGI Fridays was always a decent option for a family meal but I took the kids today and the food quality was really poor. I never write reviews but it’s just disappointing to see a restaurant like that that’s survived when many chains haven’t but they seemingly care so little about the food going out. My kids had chicken burgers which were listed as having lettuce, tomato or and mayo. It was a dry over cooked bit of chicken, a slice of tomato (no lettuce or mayo oh and they forgot the side dish) and the bread roll was solid other than the corner of the base which was soggy. Clearly microwaved from frozen or similar. I flagged it and some overly toasted versions of adult the adult rolls were brought out eventually. The corn was also obviously frozen. It tasted of nothing, was soggy somehow and was a really uninspiring pale yellow. It was basically inedible. The kids chips were so salty too. Great for adults but surely there are guidelines with kids meals?! Even if I had got the meals free (which I didn’t as hadn’t realised there was an offer on), they were still not worth it. My meal of ribs was ok. Bit dry. Clearly sat on the hot plate a while as the coleslaw was hot and the corn was again gross. It was all just a bit of a shame that it had gone so down hill. The service was pretty good though and the kids loved their balloon animals. So I still tipped and paid the whole bill like a mug. I just probably won’t go back. I’m writing this in a hope maybe the company might rethink things if the reviews are bad and improve it again. The staff seemed embarrassed.
