Wow wow. Okay lets start with service, amazing. My chair was removed from behind me and was escorted to new location. Food was yummy. And the DJ was vibes from start til i left. Really recommend. Such a great night. Wish I stayed the entire night. Must go back soon. Thank you.

This is the worst club ever Poor customer service , looking at faces before they allow you in to see if you have money or not, so rude and unprofessional, told my friends and I on phone that we can go home if we are later than the appointed time, honestly the worst, and right in your front some people enter without any restrictions, so biased, the absolute worst of all.

The service we got was really good.Initially the drink was a little slow at the start but got better . The Ghanaian lady who served us was great and even gave us extra time. I would recommend their brunch but if you want vibes go between 8-10pm for brunch.

Neo is really nice and lit. He helped us get in the mood to party, my friend was down and because of Neo she was happy for the rest of the night. He’s deffo a star!! 5 stars for him alone!!!

I would definitely recommend this place. Food is 10/10 and drinks are 10/10. They have a saxophone player and a drummer that really adds to the experience The service is always good when I go. I would recommend going on Thursdays and the weekend but try and book before you go

Janice was amazing! Very accommodating even though we arrived late. We got all our food, drinks were prompt and she managed to get us a table in the lounge area for an extra 1.5hrs. Will defo be back

Janice was so accommodating, and lovely. As soon as I stepped in she was extremely welcoming. Attended to all of our needs, and checked in continuously to make sure we were enjoying our night. She needs a pay rise!!!!!!!!!!!!

mind blowing how there are so many fake reviews for this place. I've never left a bad review before, but my experience at EADN was incredibly unprofessional and unhygienic. I booked a birthday celebration and arrived on time, only to encounter rude staff, especially the manager, who lacked basic customer service skills. We felt ignored and mistreated throughout our visit. On top of that, the place was unhygienic, and the food didn't meet our expectations, so we ended up leaving and finding another place to celebrate. It's disappointing that others seem to have had similar experiences.

Stay away from this place and don’t waste your night. There are so many fake reviews on here. EADN has no clue about cleanliness and customer service, and their lack of it is disappointing. Their claim of being Michelin-worthy is a joke after seeing huge rats in this place - honestly made me feel sick to my stomach on top of that staff were incredibly dismissive and rude. I had a terrible time here and won’t be coming back.

Amazing brunch, such great value for money great music and vibes. Went for date night our waitress Matilda was great so friendly and made sure me and my husbands glasses were never empty. We can't wait to be back again soon.

I love everything about this bar. I Visited last year January for my birthday; the staffs were very friendly. Especially the Security Guard called Darren. I had so much fun; it felt like I was still back in New York. I’m planning to definitely visit again next year.

Knackered establishment. Leather sofas are torn up, craters in chairs and tables. A simple request for tap water took 20mins to get to our table with staff just chilling in the back smoking shisha. I assume the deposit is so large because they know as soon as people walk in they’ll want to run for the hills. The area is a big hint as to the quality of this establishment. Food was equal to the quality of fast food takeaway with the price of a Michelin starred restaurant. Don’t advertise food if you’re clearly just a club with a few poorly placed tables. If you’re considering taking anyone here for a meal, don’t embarrass yourself walking through an industrial estate to be met with an interior that is falling apart in front of your eyes to eat food you could’ve easily got from the take away down the road.

My cousin and I stopped by for a bite after a day party nearby. It was still early so we were well looked after. I had calamari and wings , my cousin had the coconut prawns and rice . All was very lovely. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was the best all of my favourite tunes were playing. I recommend to go when it's not too crowded cause it was the best . Our food came out very quickly and we enjoyed the place very much.

There are A LOT of fake reviews for this restaurant sadly. Here's a real one. The security behave like they are guarding Buckingham Palace and often make up any dress codes as they go along. Waiter's are hit and miss to be honest. I've found it to be inefficient for the most part. The chicken wings are honestly so good but £15 for 6 very tiny wings is ridiculous. The cocktails are decent too but again, the venue is located in an industrial part of East end and yet they want to charge west end prices, without the excellent service to match. The music is great here and it really turns up later in the evening so it's a shame because the venue is beautiful, if they could just retrain their staff to be friendlier and professional, they could justify their prices.

This business needs to be closed down. They have mice running around the Restaurant. My friend saw a mouse and told one of the owners and he was extremely rude to her as if to say she was lying. Absolutely terrible and atrocious place to visit. The owners are extremely rude. They have about 10 managers who are also rude and don’t do their job. These people do not know how to run a business, Waiters look miserable like they don’t even want to be there. Food was cold and stale, cocktails tasted like water. Would not recommend. At all. Worst experience of my life. This terrible place located in a bummy industrial estate needs to be closed down ASAP. They have mice running around, disgusting food & cocktails and extremely poor customer service. EADN lounge needs to be used as a case study for places to avoid in London. One of the owners who goes by the name of John was extremely rude and unprofessional. This place should be called the devils lounge. On top of that they don’t seem to be bothered one bit by all the mice they have running around the restaurant and Shisha lounge. Terrible place

Worst customer service and management. Food is not great. They are selective with their dress code, I was not allowed trainers or sandals and I had to change but when I got in there were several people wearing trainers and open shoes.

I had the best time at Eadn. The vibes, the music and the people are lovely. The saxophone and drums were top tier and the security were SO lovely. I went on a Thursday but it felt like a Saturday night!

If I I could give this place a zero star review I absolutely would. I honestly don’t know where to start from. We came here for my friends birthday after having booked a table when we got to the place we were given a table by ourselves in the restaurant area to wait at, as the lounge was too busy (baring in mind we had a booking) we were then told that if we were to go to the lounge we would only have the table for one hour as it was my friends birthday we thought we might as well make the most of it and went inside. We ordered starters ( this was supposed to be our dinner but as we were only given an hour at the table we realised there was no point ordering mains). Twenty minutes into our hour, the waiter brings the bill to us at this point i tell him that our food hasn’t even come yet so how can they bring us the bill. He apologises and after one minute the food miraculously appeared. As soon as the last bite of food was put into our mouths the plates were cleared away and the bill forced in front of our faces. The hospitality was appalling to say the least. To add to this we tried to order wine and were told we couldn’t order wine after 9:30 (this was not mentioned anywhere on the menu). After asking why the waiter came back and said fine and allowed us to order wine. In general organisation completely horrendous. Regarding the food I have nothing to say apart from overpriced and mediocre

We had a ball at brunch here, the music was 10/10 and Rachel and pantera were great really sweet and had us TURNT UPPPP!!! We loved every single bit of the brunch will deffo come back again and again!

Don’t forget to book! There are two types of reservation. : simple restaurant or shisha which also includes the meal. Very warm welcome and friendly staff. Dress well! Hookah from 45 pounds

You’ll have a good time if you’re not coming for the food or service. We were crammed onto a small table in the lounge and ended up eating dinner on our laps. Really unpleasant experience as far as dining goes. Also please don’t order the vegan burger. Terrible texture and taste. The music is good. However it’s far too loud. The setting is more like a club than a lounge. It’s tight, loud and sticky. Also the person who designed the space needs jail time. Walking up a flight of stairs to go to the toilet, whilst wait staff push through makes no sense.
