Danielle in the Beckton triangle McDonald's is absolutely incredible! She engages so well with all customers especially my children! This is the second time we've dined here inside and received such incredible customer service from Danielle. She always gives the kids balloons and colouring in to do! We will always return to this branch in hope Danielle is present! Please recognise how amazing she is

I’m appalled by what I received today the chips were hard not only that it wasn’t even filled to where it was meant to be I did not get my drink and the nuggets were pretty decent icl

They don’t answer their drive thru and ignore you, waited in my car for 10 mins to be served then got sent to wait, this isn’t the first time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Well placed McDonald's, located 10 minutes from London City Airport. Very handy. Slow service, it seemed the busier it was, the staff would be talking to each other and not engaging with the customers.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and cheese bites, didn’t get cheese bites and no pickles or bacon on the burger, like seriously? Haha

half the drink was spilled out right on top of the food.

Hamburgers were not freshly cooked and asked for extra mustard and hardly any mustard was in it

half of my order was missing so had to report it but have to wait 2 days for a reply so had to order it again costing more money for delivery

Staff got the order wrong, the food was delayed, and the service was poor. They were indifferent to the to the fact that they got the order wrong and then further delayed our order.

No ticket at the ordering point because the paper had run out. Then a long wait for very little, despite the place not being particularly busy. My order number was in preparation for ages, according to the monitor. It was then ready for collection, according to the monitor. It wasn't ready for collection! My order then disappeared from the monitor, as if it had been collected. It hadn't been. I asked what was going on. The lady at the counter smiled, mumbled something and made some hand motions that made no sense to me whatsoever. I waited some more. Eventually it came. 10 minutes for a trip cheese burger and a tea seems excessive. The misdirection with the monitor seems to perfectly suit the completely uncoordinated approach to flipping burgers in here. The burger was fine when it arrived.

Dreadful !!! Food was stone cold, burgers squashed and they was 40 minutes late. They then tried to blame it on Uber driver when he was waiting there ! Disgraceful!!

They put cheese and onion in my big mac when i asked them not to.

Claimed to be open for 24hrs but when my friend and I arrived they put a cone to block off the drive through and we could see people inside making orders. False advertisement

My food was 20 minutes late and then when it arrived, my drink was missing from the order. Do not order from this branch. I’d honestly rather starve than order from this place again. Absolute trash.

Due to extreme late delivery I physically drove to a branch nearby and got my order last night. Although I cancelled my order, I was still charged for the full amount. Pls refund me for the food which I cancelled and did not receive. Thank you.

This mcdonalds just always seems to bring back amazing memories for me. The food was always on the top, the service was always amazing, and the place itself always gave off a neat vibe. I really like this one, it's one of the best ones you can find in east london. Not much to say here except if you want a good mcdonalds, come here.

My car broke down and honestly I was ready to deal with unkind, anxious people but no the staff was AMAZING trying to help and did help me. I honestly did gain a bit more of faith in humanity again 🙌 nice way to start the year. The food comes out hot and nice 👌🏾 Thank you 😊 you guys ❤️

Order came 15 to 20 min late saw the delivery man going away from my house to deliver another order so my food was getting cold the whole time my order was stone cold

It's Freebie Friday. I didn't receive the free 6 chicken nuggets. I didn't realise I had to order the 6 chicken nuggets, as it's says they're included and I've not ordered when this offer was on before. So I didn't get them. My error for not understanding the ordering system, but still disappointing.

The best McDonald’s in London😀 team are lovely and smiley at drive through, even it was a lot of cars in front the orders took so quick and the food was amazingly hot , normally it’s cold or warm if I go in central London. Definitely will come back here

Thrilled with my McDonald's order from Just Eat! The warm and delicious food, coupled with lightning-fast delivery, exceeded my expectations. I genuinely wish all my Just Eat deliveries could be this outstanding. Kudos to McDonald's for setting the standard high!

He didn't even bother to hand me the food, I had to go into the front garden freezing

I am convinced that Stevie Wonder is packing the order items because the staff at this place are simply incapable of putting all of your ordered items together. Does not matter if the food is ordered online or in store, Stevie is on a mad one! Annoying thing is the food from this place is actually pretty good, whenever my boy Stevie decides to pack the whole order.
