Absolute joke how can you take so long to serve someone at 2am when there is 4 of you working, they were just standing around talking to each other. If that wasn’t annoying enough when we actually go the food it was so messy and there was ketchup everywhere also they gave mustard and pickles when specifically told not to and they double checked too honestly ridiculous

I don’t know whether McDonald’s got my order all wrong or if the driver stole my food. I barely got anything I just spent £25 I didn’t get anything

Food arrived freezing cold. Had to go outside and meet driver 5minutes down the road as he claimed he lost the address.

Ordered £16 worth of food, and they delivered 2 drinks instead. This is the second time in a row I've ordered food and have received the wrong order. Never ordering from here again.

Be careful, there's a lady who offers you 'free vouchers' for your next McDonald's but what she does is take your phone at the end of your meal to fill out a customer satisfaction survey and the voucher that you get doesn't even work because it's already been claimed by someone else or whatever email she uses on the survey.

It's a McDonalds not much I can say . Only went there while waiting for another shop to do a order . At least the food was warmish . Would love to go in a McDonald's and have hot food.

Chips and Drink were fine. Small Chicken burger was fine. But Big Tasty was put together badly. For the price an insult.

How you can give my order without numbers I lost my money and food I’m not happy now 15 pounds it’s money

If the driver doesn’t like delivering food maybe this isn’t the job for him. He asked me why I ordered from a specific branch when there’s one that is closer to my house. For context the branch I ordered from is the same amount of time than the one he’s talking about 10-25mins each so it doesn’t even make a difference. Some people don’t like ordering from specific branches because of the difference in food quality. But of course he was not smart enough to think of that reason.

Ordered 4 meals and only got 3 of the 4 drinks.

Shocking nearly 2 hours waiting delivery time kept changing so food was stone cold so went straight in the bin nearly £20 wasted

It took over an hour to ccome when I only live 3 minutes away, missed because I had to go work, my mother waited for it to be collected for me.

the driver asked me to go outside and I did but he wasn't there. while talking to him on the phone he was keep saying that he was outside but he wasn't.. he didn't put any effort on finding the place and then with the app he confirmed that he have delivered the food and he hasn't. try to call the restaurant but no one is answering the phone

I never received the order at all and it was saying it was delivered

They delayed my order so much that I fell asleep and when the order finally got delivered they left it outside

A turn up over an hour and a half late and expected me to take my food. When I saw him on the map sitting at a house for like 40 minutes. I put in for a full refund and they are trying to deny it because he finally turned up but I will be taking this to complaints as I have proof that I did not receive my food when he turned up. I turned him away with the food as it was freezing.

Constantly changing the arrival time does not mean it’s not late. My food was sitting in a bag for 40 minutes before it was delivered, given the restaurant is only a 6 minute drive is ridiculous. Not happy and will be pushing for a refund

Apple pie had an awful bitter aftertaste, like the oil it was fried in was old/burnt. The driver was impatient (rang the doorbell twice in like 5-10 seconds and then, instead of waiting for me to open the gate in front of our door, he just jammed it through one of the gaps and ran off)

First time ordering and they could not complete the order correctly. Straws were missing and no sauces with the order. Something as simple as this and they could not get that right. If you are doing a job then you should do it right.

EVERY time i order a tea with my meal - i only get a half of the drink because it is spilt, also most of the time it is delivered with out milk or sugar - no one has black tea for breakfast !

the delivery driver whent to wrong adresss. they cant seem to find my place. knocking 7 in the morning to my neighbors door. telling me that thats where his navigation took him. it clearly says maplecroft road. and mine is rook walk. not happy.. not the first time it has happen . this app needs to sort it out.

The foood was delivered to my buddy I told him to leave it at reception unfortunately this did not happen and I was charged £14+ and got no food I’m ausistic and this has reajjy upset me

Very poor Experience from Mcdonalds Beckton. I had My food missing and the drinks were spilt. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied as my family did not like this service and slept hungry.

delivery driver was terrible, refused to use intercom, rude when I had to come downstairs and proved he lied about the intercom not working

Mess everywhere. A really dirty restaurant. I wanted to eat in today at 6pm. None of the spare tables were clean. There was food on the floor. Food on the tables. Dreadful.

Twice I have not received all of my order from McDonald’s. Tried to ring them but they don’t answer the phone. Just eat refunded my money but that’s not the point when you have a member of the family with no food. How can this happen. Surely someone checks the order before it has been sent out. Very sloppy, people not/ can’t do their job.

Sprite tasted like soda water. Not a hint of sprite flavour in there at all. Milkshake was only half filled. Chips were rubbery, assuming they had been sat for some time before our order was boxed up. Cheeseburger was powdery and congealed. Nuggets were thankfully nice and fresh but overall the order quality was disappointing

Order was missing items, Fries and breaded Mozzarella Sticks. The whole order was disappointing as this was the second order I made through JustEat because first order from another restaurant failed to deliver my food, but still charged me. So disappointing all round.
