Ordered 4 meals and only got 3 of the 4 drinks.

Shocking nearly 2 hours waiting delivery time kept changing so food was stone cold so went straight in the bin nearly £20 wasted

The food was freezing cold and rude delivery driver

I ordered my food and it came cold the cheese mcrispy came with no cheese

It took over an hour to ccome when I only live 3 minutes away, missed because I had to go work, my mother waited for it to be collected for me.

the driver asked me to go outside and I did but he wasn't there. while talking to him on the phone he was keep saying that he was outside but he wasn't.. he didn't put any effort on finding the place and then with the app he confirmed that he have delivered the food and he hasn't. try to call the restaurant but no one is answering the phone

They delayed my order so much that I fell asleep and when the order finally got delivered they left it outside

I never received the order at all and it was saying it was delivered

my food was 10 minutes late so it was cold and i was missing some items

Why did they put bacon in the cheeseburger and the mccrispy

Food was cold and I was not happy with that at all but the fact it was delivered to me was good and also the way he was standing outside the door

The food was as expected, but half of my drink was spilt very frustrating when you need a caffeine fix.

A turn up over an hour and a half late and expected me to take my food. When I saw him on the map sitting at a house for like 40 minutes. I put in for a full refund and they are trying to deny it because he finally turned up but I will be taking this to complaints as I have proof that I did not receive my food when he turned up. I turned him away with the food as it was freezing.

the guy stop for petrol while delivering my food my apple pie and chips were stone cold and my burger was freezing

Constantly changing the arrival time does not mean it’s not late. My food was sitting in a bag for 40 minutes before it was delivered, given the restaurant is only a 6 minute drive is ridiculous. Not happy and will be pushing for a refund

Staff took my phone to fill in a customer service survey without my permission. Have raised with head office but not yet heard back.

there is a staff lady called Gabi, best service i have received for a long time, there was an error on our order and she came and fixed my issue promptly. will be returning

I watched the driver from window, sitting on his motorcycle on his phone to someone - only until I called him out for being sat did he pretend he was checking the right road/postcode

First time ordering and they could not complete the order correctly. Straws were missing and no sauces with the order. Something as simple as this and they could not get that right. If you are doing a job then you should do it right.

Apple pie had an awful bitter aftertaste, like the oil it was fried in was old/burnt. The driver was impatient (rang the doorbell twice in like 5-10 seconds and then, instead of waiting for me to open the gate in front of our door, he just jammed it through one of the gaps and ran off)

The latte was the best part, The Quarter Pounder is a bit bland after a few bites. Think BK does better with the Double Whopper.

EVERY time i order a tea with my meal - i only get a half of the drink because it is spilt, also most of the time it is delivered with out milk or sugar - no one has black tea for breakfast !

15 minutes wait to get our breakfast order

It’s not the first time that you have left out my sons happy meal can you imagine a 3 yr old wanting there happy meal and he ain’t happy because you can’t get the order right

the delivery driver whent to wrong adresss. they cant seem to find my place. knocking 7 in the morning to my neighbors door. telling me that thats where his navigation took him. it clearly says maplecroft road. and mine is rook walk. not happy.. not the first time it has happen . this app needs to sort it out.

The foood was delivered to my buddy I told him to leave it at reception unfortunately this did not happen and I was charged £14+ and got no food I’m ausistic and this has reajjy upset me

Very poor Experience from Mcdonalds Beckton. I had My food missing and the drinks were spilt. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied as my family did not like this service and slept hungry.

Driver is too aggressive when knocking on the door it’s very inappropriate especially at times like 1:38am

Mess everywhere. A really dirty restaurant. I wanted to eat in today at 6pm. None of the spare tables were clean. There was food on the floor. Food on the tables. Dreadful.

Twice I have not received all of my order from McDonald’s. Tried to ring them but they don’t answer the phone. Just eat refunded my money but that’s not the point when you have a member of the family with no food. How can this happen. Surely someone checks the order before it has been sent out. Very sloppy, people not/ can’t do their job.

Sprite tasted like soda water. Not a hint of sprite flavour in there at all. Milkshake was only half filled. Chips were rubbery, assuming they had been sat for some time before our order was boxed up. Cheeseburger was powdery and congealed. Nuggets were thankfully nice and fresh but overall the order quality was disappointing

Order was missing items, Fries and breaded Mozzarella Sticks. The whole order was disappointing as this was the second order I made through JustEat because first order from another restaurant failed to deliver my food, but still charged me. So disappointing all round.

Danielle in the Beckton triangle McDonald's is absolutely incredible! She engages so well with all customers especially my children! This is the second time we've dined here inside and received such incredible customer service from Danielle. She always gives the kids balloons and colouring in to do! We will always return to this branch in hope Danielle is present! Please recognise how amazing she is

Well placed McDonald's, located 10 minutes from London City Airport. Very handy. Slow service, it seemed the busier it was, the staff would be talking to each other and not engaging with the customers.
