Really disappointed with my visit this time, been here before and the service was great but this time it took a bit of time for someone to seat us despite there being only 1 other person in the diner. Then there were no staff at all, pressed buzzer on table and no one came out. Just ended up leaving in the end, emailed to complain but no answer after 2 attempts from the diner.

Popped in for lunch. Rang the buzzer nobody came. Walked into main restaurant. No staff. Hanged around a bit and nobody came so left. Time to put the UK Denny’s out of its misery I think. Americans would be embarrassed. This is a poor take on a great American brand.

Absolutely disappointed! Weve been to USA and loved Dennys! Came here on opening week and loved it, visited several times in the following months. Now forward a few years we visited again and OMG it was a terrible experience. Staff didnt care, no paper menus, all qr codes! Food did not look appetising - didnt taste it either!

Visited Denny's for the first time today and the food was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and service was outstanding. Special thank you to Rhys for looking after us! We will be back.

Having visited Denny’s in America several times, we finally got to cost the Swansea team e a couple of years ago and it was great. We were really looking forward to our return visit today! Unfortunately this place has gone down hill so so much and we wouldn’t be surprised if it was closed this time next year. We ordered a banana milkshake, black coffee, chicken tenders and fries, a grand slam with a side of fries, extra bacon and extra french toast and a portion of cinnamon bites. At a total cost of £50 ish we expected it to be as good as we remembered. Nope. The chicken tenders were ok-but mostly coating-not much chicken on the 4 tenders. The fries were not fries they were like a hollow/scooping chip and were cold when they arrived. The banana milkshake was good but after waiting 35 -40 minutes for our food the milkshake was well and truly finished before the food arrived. The grand slam was horrible. The bacon was streaky so we expected it to be fatty, but it was all fat, the eggs were too rubbery to even eat. The toast was ok, the potato hash was cold, the fries (same as above- NOT fries) were cold. The cinnamon bites were burnt on the outside and cold on the inside-the frosting was nice. So all in all the onky good things were the coffee and the milkshake- the rest was virtually left u touched it was that bad. £50 is expensive for a coffee and a milkshake, as the rest inedible. Give this place a kiss, there are much better places now unfortunately.

Very, very disappointing. Having been to a ‘real’ Denny’s in America, we were very excited for some pancakes after visiting Ninja Warrior UK. Young lady on reception was like a rabbit in headlights (sorry) and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. As someone else said, you could order by the app which said young lady mentioned “it’s annoying, I know”. Had to download, register and then the ordering was not straightforward, took at least 10 mins. Once ordered it said the food would be there in 2 mins… we didn’t want that if I’m honest because that would’ve been way too fast for decent food. However we did wait over 35 minutes for a couple of kids pancakes, a sandwich and some fries. It was 12noon. Not particularly busy. Our food came on the dirtiest tray I’ve ever seen, served by a young (friendly) chap who had a filthy uniform on. Anyway I won’t go on, just not quite the service expected from this type of place. Won’t return.

Visited with daughter and grandchildren after a session at Ninja Warrior next door. Kids milk shake and orange drinks arrived quickly. Then a long, long wait for food. Had to ask after 25 minutes when the food was coming. Surprise, surprise it then arrived within minutes. Children’s pancakes were dry and overcooked - so almost inedible. Adults buttermilk pancakes again dry and overcooked with a tiny lump of butter on top. Super bird sandwich very dry a with a small piece of turkey and Swiss cheese. Very disappointing.

Since when has Dennys stopped serving alcohol? No signs. Limited menu . Sully staff . Burgers were great however and I would recommend them .

I ordered online through Just Eat for a delivery and both dishes were completely wrong! My brother ordered 'The Grand Slam'. It was everything but 'Grand'. When he opened the box, it only contained waffles and bacon which is not what he ordered. It was missing sausages, a hash brown, waffles instead of pancakes and eggs. I had ordered Kinder Bueno pancakes and they arrived as Kinder Bueno waffles instead. Honestly I am quite surprised that they remembered the Kinder Buneo topping! I tried ringing the restaurant twice straight after receiving our order but they did not reply. Therefore I went back onto the Just Eat app and requested a refund via email. A reply came back, reading like an AI computer, asking for photographic evidence. I sent photos of our food as a replied email. The AI response said it would take 48 hours to be looked at by a team member. I tried to ring the restaurant again for a swift resolution and still no reply. As a result we weren't able to get fresh and correct food straight away as they did not answer and phone and could not get an instant refund over the phone. I would not order again!

Used to love Dennys, a few times it hasn't been great but always gave it another chance. Service was slow, chips and sandwiches were cold, clearly been sitting on the pass waiting for a food runner, all tables without people on were covered in dirty plates but it wasn't even busy. Not worth the money and not enjoyable anymore, really gone down hill

Me and my mate went for a meal and the food was really nice with the cheesy chips being my favourite there, there was one staff in particular who stood out, Mathew I rang him earlier in the day to see if the waffles were there and he said yes and was friendly on the phone, then when we got there he greeted us and after I spilt a drink on the floor and I was embarrassed but he came over and helped and made me feel less embarrassed

Following a previous visit, which wasn't great, we gave them benefit of the doubt. Sadly, it was no improvement, if anything it was worse. The menu is so poor with minimal choice, the menu changed during Covid, and has never returned to what it was. Exceptionally quiet, ordered via the QR, though had to download app and register. The order stated it should be around 6 minutes, we waited 30 minutes. Food was not particuarly impressive, barely warm as if it had been sat under heat lamp whilst staff could be bothered to deliver it. Second visit where the toilets upstairs were blocked off, only toilet facility was disabled one downstairs, not sure how this is permitted under license conditions. Only saw two male members of staff, dressed quite scruffy, no one bothered to check if everything was OK with food. One table of six had finished and left, their table was left uncleared for the duration of our stay. All in all, sadly we will not be returning again.

Absolutely terrible experience! Place was grubby and dirty smeared tables, seats and cutlery. Service nonexistent and staff were not clean or hygienic and friendliness definitely off the menu. Drinks arrived in a timely manner but the food was an hour late and only after we chased up the order. Double cheeseburger was inedible and the American Slam breakfast was cold and dried out. This place is a disgrace

Fab pancakes, our family had different variations which we all enjoyed. Another member had a club sandwich which went down well. All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The only reason there is a 3 star rating is due to the hour wait as I think our order may have gotten lost. The staff were very helpful once we asked if they had forgotten us and couldn’t apologise enough. They then got our food within minutes.

Food was hard & cold hot drinks was cold!! Best thing about the place was free serviette’s to clean my glasses!!!!!!!!!!

I've been looking forward to attending this restaurant for a while we attended mid January about 11:30 ISH it was pretty quiet and very cold inside and out, we asked could the heating be turned up as my mum was with us and we had to cover her with my coat to keep her warm, we ordered and the bill came to nearly £100 for 5 of us, considering it was quiet when our food did arrive it was only just warm as if it had been made a while and sat waiting for it to be delivered to the table. We won't be returning. What a disappointment.

We had read the reviews online and was a bit skeptical- went in with ZERO expectations but I can’t tell you how impressed we were! Mathew has turned them reviews literally 360! The food was fresh and hot- coffee was just as I remembered it being! It’s always hard to meet the expections of America when you’re using the name and brand! But they are doing a fantastic job! We had travels from Glasgow to go to Denny’s! Because I can’t afford a trip to America! Even left with my mug and coffee buzzing!

We had a lovely, fresh meal which was tasty and exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to order and pay and the wait wasn’t long at all. The staff were the high point, Rhys and Brooke were superb; friendly, helpful and attentive - a real asset!

Had lunch here one Sunday I had festive fries and onions rings which was lovely my wife had a grilled cheeses sandwich which she also enjoyed the food arrived promptly and it was abit expensive for what it was but will definitely be visiting again

Zero atmosphere. Zero service (apart from one waiter who did make polite conversation). Had to wait over ten minutes for a table and when we got there it was wet and had a ‘damp cloth’ smell to it. ‘Host’ at door had a miserable face....

Really enjoyed our breakfast at Denny’s, the food was nice and our waiter Ellis was super polite and lovely. Will be returning when we next visit Swansea!

Absolutely shocking....been here before the covid and it’s been ok meals served as burger WITH chips, bit overpriced but been ok. Went as a family of 4 last night, got greeted at the door by a rude waitress. Shown to our booth, opened up the menu, ordered 4 different burgers all priced between £8 and £10.99. On the app it asked ‘make it a meal’ and underneath it said fries so unsure asked the male waiter what it meant by make it a meal and his answer was by making it a meal u get chips with it so put our order through with 4 small soft drinks came to just over £50!!! Food came, 4 burgers, 4 small drinks and 8 onion rings! Asked where the chips were and she said u haven’t ordered chips, I said what does it mean by make it a meal?? Couldn’t believe our meal of 4 burgers and 4 small drinks came to £50. The waitress disappeared and came back out 2 plates of chips on the table and said they are on the house but don’t know what you were told. As if she’d done us a favour, her attitude wasn’t great! If the boys hadn’t started their burgers I would have asked for a refund! I had the festive burger 2 burgers, stuffing and cranberry sauce....well I think they had shown the cranberry sauce to the roll and there was a piece of burnt bacon chucked on the stick which looked like something that had been fished out of the deep fat fryer. I will never waste my money in this place again!!

Been to Denny’s a few times before and it’s been okay despite being overpriced.However today’s visit the service was appalling. Rude waitress and burgers delivered without chips despite us asking for them. Sorry to say but the service and food has really gone downhill here.That will be my last visit to you as I won’t be bothering again

Wanted to feel on holidays and this breakfast helped with that - bubbly staff and it was like we was in the states - food was served a bit on the slow side but when it did arrive it was fresh and tasty - plenty of choice - a great place to go for a American experience

The food is really tasty and you cant deny the value for money- large portions for only £5. The booths are also very private, which is nice consideting how busy it can get. However, the service is very very slow, we waited over an hour just for some pancakes. I understand that it's busy lately, but if you're going out for lunch while shopping then you really don't wanna be sat in a restaurant for 2 hours. I also had to ask 3 times for a box to put leftovers in before anyone actually came back with one- I waited nearly half an hour for this alone!!

Went during the eat out to help out. Booked in advance 2 weeks before, when we arrived there were 4 couples in front of us who hadn’t booked, the server went down the line asking if anybody had booked to which we answered yes and gave our name. We weren’t given any priority for this and those in front of us were seated first, by that time no further tables were available leaving us waiting for a further 30 minutes. Attended with my family including my autistic son who doesn’t understand the concept of waiting...further wait for food which was expected, but the food wasn’t great when it arrived! My sons food should have been served in a brioche bun but came in a sesame bun (again not a big deal for some, but not as ordered or expected for an autistic child and it wasn’t advised that there would be a substitute so I couldn’t prepare him)...burgers were overcooked too and hard around the edges. Really enjoyed previous visits and loved the food but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Denny’s has covered all bases to make the restaurant Covid-19 friendly, easily the best dining experience I’ve had during the pandemic and my partner and I felt really relaxed. Your temperature is checked as you enter the door and you are seated in a private booth safely away from other parties. Your order is conducted via your mobile phone using QR codes and there is table service. Definitely will be returning. Thank you everyone for an enjoyable and relaxed experience.

Love this restaurant. Went here for my boys birthday, there was 9 of us in all, everyone has something different off the reduced menu. All the food was delicious and to everyone’s requirement. The male server was nice, showed us which way to walk around the restaurant and exit. Denny’s was and still is, adhering to COVID-19 regulations. Well done Denny’s! (Although not liking the reduced menu, but totally understand why)

Awful just so expensive and awful food shocking shocking no more words at all don’t think food should be served like this it’s just not edable or worth the money small sausages in cooked cheap bacon and cheap fries. Omg get to grip with USA food not like this.

I have been to Danny's swansea over a year ago and had a fantastic experience so I brought my family there are good points and really bad points. Service was good to start with very happy greeter. Drinks came out to which they forgot my youngest drink the server as for the flavour and said he would be right back but never returned. Our food was then brought out still no drink for my youngest, my partner had the wrong burger brought out and no extra chips that were ordered the burger was promptly exchanged, the burger was bland with no seasoning at all it tested like it had been dipped in a bowl of fat and left for a while before being cooked. We were told to press a button on the table by our server tom we pressed said button on 5 different occasions and guess what no one was available they where all standing around have a good old chat. I will never go again as prices are a lot of what you get especially when one plate os left untouched

Amazing food I had two meals and my mate didn’t get his coffee but i did which made it really funny and good. Also my mate can’t handle the beers so he left his breakfast and I could have had that if I wanted also. Loved it.

We love Dennys USA so we travelled an hour and half out of our way home to visit the only UK version. Thats an hour and a half of life wasted! First good points: covid precautions exceptional, milkshakes delicious and staff friendly enough. Bad points: we had to chase for food which was delivered 25mins after the eta we'd received by text (you currently order on your phone and get confirmation back on your phone). Apparantly kitchen was struggling to cope so perhaps eta provided should have been longer or less people let into restaurant? No banana on daughter's strawberry and banana waffles, no sausage on husband's all day breakfast so two more trips to kitchen by waiters. French toast so burnt I had to scrape half of it off before I could attempt to eat. Pancake Puppies absolutely cremated. I believe they're meant to be light and fluffy but these were rock hard and honestly in the top 10 worst things I have ever eaten. Needless to say 8 of the 12 were still on table when we left. My husband wanted to complain but by this point I was a little embarrassed as we'd already pointed out the incomplete meals... twice. I cannot tell you how disappointing this experience was. Please please do yourself a favour and avoid, especially if you think its going to be anything remotely like the US.

Bland food, unhealthy, pricey for what you actually get, limited options on ordering using their app so had to queue to pay, queued about 20 mins to order as cashier struggling to complete order of 1 other customer, server handed me a boiling hot plate which burnt my hand and the toilets were beyond filthy. Would not recommend and would never return!

So...whilst on holiday in New Quay we booked into Denny’s and decided to travel down plus it was %50 off on the scheme!Felt safe,one way system,temp check and checked in on the app.Got seated and we where given a paper menu.Chose our drinks and food and went up to order.Didn’t wait too long for our meals..they where close to the USA ones we thought.just didn’t get coffee with the breakfast?All American slams x 2 and a meal for our daughter.After that we got onto the pancakes...truly amazing,so fluffy end like eating clouds.Oreo puppies where so nice too!Even bought 3 Dennnys mugs to take home.Not sure if it was a limited menu due to covid but was really nice and very close the USA Denny’s.

Great Covid procedure in place. Felt safe and comfortable. Quick service and food delicious and hot. Prices are so reasonable. If you like American food you must try it here. Hot chocolate was lovely.

Finally visited again a few days ago for the first time since lockdown and it was good to be back! People was lovely as always, food was as nice as I remember it being! Thank you guys.

My food was great. Burger was decent, beer was average price. The younger sisters order didn’t come, we had to go up and re-order. The desert was ok but needed either more sauce or some cream.

Have been a regular at Dennys in the USA for over 20 years, so happy to try the one in Swansea. There were some awful reviews so was a bit wary but the food was lovely. Not a large menu but this was due to the pandemic and you had to order on the app or at a hatch, but food turned up quickly and was lovely. We were with my daughter, husband and 3 children and I've never seen such empty plates at the end. We all enjoyed it. Shame its such a long way from where we live, but if we ever come back to south wales, will definitely visit again.

We Stopped for brunch and was so lovely. The food was great, wide choice and the staff were just lovely and friendly. Great service, wish we lived near here as would be regulars!

Lovely food and fantastic service as always. Really well organised in terms of COVID health and safety. A much better burger than the ones I’ve had in any Hard Rock Café I’ve eaten in. Thank you to all the staff!

As per usual, shoddy service meant we not only didn't get food but after queuing not even a table. Staff were rude and condescending. Overall don't even bother with this place. Massive waste of time and effort

I didn’t expect a gourmet meal given the fact that it’s a fast food restaurant, I expected just simple tasty fast food!!!! What I had.... The most disgusting club sandwich (which had a solely a quarter of bacon on each of its upper tier) and the burger was thin and tasteless - the bun was stale! £30 for a take away club sandwich and a burger which went in the bin! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN! FYI I have been to Denny’s America several times and this Swansea establishment is no comparison!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!

Wow, wow, wow.Amazing staff, amazing food and what an amazing experience. Totally took me back to Florida. The wonderfully polite and "nothing was to much effort" staff made the breakfast incredible.Thank you, thank you, thank you to Leeanne and Adam..... You are both superstars.

Great food and even better service!!! Rachael and Leanne made us all very welcome and my children are already asking when we can come back!!! I had one of the skillet meals and it was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend for a fun family meal out.

Went here at 11am for what we thought would be a quick breakfast, firstly we waited 45 minutes before I actually got up and asked how long our food would be. It was sitting on the pass ready to go but we waited a further 7minutes for it to get to us. We both had the lumberjack. Both Luke warm, eggs Were cold, the toast was dripping in grease we even damped them with tissue. Pancakes were slightly burnt and left an after taste. Although most of food was left noone came to check back, we even had to get up to make it known we were leaving as there was very little presence on the floor. All in all hour and 20 minutes for breakfast, terrible experience and probably will never go back.

My wife and I had a late breakfast in Denny’s. we were treated by Rachael who was our waitress and she was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. She was chatty, helped with items on the menu, kept topping up the coffee etc. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended

Our second visit and certainly won't be the last.We came on a busy Saturday lunchtime, expected a long wait, not the case we were seated within 10 mins and our order taken within 10 mins.Olivia was our waitress, very polite and attentive. Our food was hot and very tasty in fact the only small criticism was the onion rings, very tasty and hot they were, 8 plonked on a side plate for £3.50 was a bit steep.Double cheeseburger next time I think

Non American, American diner! Poor service, mediocre food. Could do much much better if trading on the Denny’s name.We arrived at 11.30am in order to miss the lunch time rush as a Saturday. Seated fairly quickly. The overall look of the restaurant was good, clean and tidy, no dirty tables. Servers were friend;y but mostly young teenagers. Drinks order taken fairly quickly, no apple tango. Bottomless coffee replenished 3 times but had to ask and wait for soda refill.The service was slow to say the least. We waited 52 minutes for our food from time we ordered and they weren’t even that busy. My daughters meal came up, forgot the sausages, all on separate plates and the poached eggs cold. Pancakes heavy, stodgy and cold, not at all light and fluffy as advertised and expected. The steak was not fatty but very chewy. A further 30 minutes wait for a pancake dessert and had to remind staff we had ordered. The bill was £97 for the 4 of us. Overpriced. We never mind paying for quality but this really not even on a par food quality wise with McDonald’s or Burger King. Staff need to be trained to attend to tables, never look you in the eye and hard to grab attention for drinks or bill. There was a constant flow of food sat on the hot plates waiting to be served so probably why it was all Luke warm.More staff needed for sure.The one toilet downstairs had a broken flush and no hot water. We saw people going upstairs but no signs to toilets. In this climate not acceptable.Would we return? No I’m afraid not. Unless they up their game with service and food quality people will start voting with their feet. Such a shame, a lot of potential but they are just trading on the Denny’s name.I gave 3 stars but deserves 2.5!

Honestly Denny's is one of my favourite places in the state and living in Swansea was so happy that it was opening here. I have visited the restaurant around 6 times since it has been opened and the quality of the food just keeps getting worse and worse. Portions get smaller and smaller the bacon cheese tots I had ordered had cold cheese on top that wasn't even melted, the pot roast sandwich my boyfriend had ordered honestly has near to no meat inside of it. When I think of Dennis I think of huge portions and and good quality food. To be honest its really disappointing and I don't think I will return again.

Arrived and seated quite quickly! Drinks order placed and received quite quickly and, then, downhill! The server took our orders and wrote nothing down, but, recited it several times so he could remember it; approximately 10 minutes later another server arrived to take our order (bear in mind there were about 3 tables with people on) and we explained our order had been taken. 10 minutes later our two meals arrived - one correct order and one wrong order! Yes, we could have told them it was wrong, but, we were hungry and ate our meals. No refills on our refillable soft drinks as no one is ever around, but, as soon as we came towards the end of our meals a server appeared and on several occasions asked if we wanted the bill - our food wasn’t even in our digestive tract and we were rushed out of the virtually barren restaurant! Shame, shame, shame! Food was okay though.

First visit .... Last visit .... it’s worth a visit just to sample how poor food can be ! If this is the type of food the USA has to offer please please don’t export anymore to us! Your burgers are awful... and very tasteless

I’ve given this place a fair chance, but each time they have been persistently slow in their service and deliver food which, whilst not inedible, falls well below the bar when compared to the US equivalent. The biggest problem they have by far, is the staff who seem to care so little about your dining experience, that they will literally ignore you. We had to go and find someone to take our order, then follow up on that order after 45 minutes of no food (despite the restaurant being virtually empty), then again for getting the bill. It’s also very “helpful” that they don’t have any children’s menus but can read the options to you (differently each time) from their iPad instead. It’s not like Denny’s is a family joint or anything now is it. Top it all off with awful value and you have your rating ladies and gents.

Three hours to get seated and served. Staff are friendly and pleasant but the service is possibly the slowest I have ever experienced! Food is good when it arrives but then 20 mins wait g for the bill! Thanks but no thanks won't be going again.

Burger and fries were great, onion rings were brilliant customer service was even better shout-out my main man morgan.

Went today to Dennys as a last holiday treat as we love Dennys in the US when we visit.

Friendly staff and good service and a great selection of treats on the menu. The menu choices are actually vast and it takes ages to go through them all. We all loved the milkshakes and the food portions are large so great value for money.

Anyone who visits the USA regularly will have at some point eaten at Denny’s. I have personally eaten at dozens of them and they’ve all been consistent in their meals.

Food was amazing couldnt move from eating so much delicousnes food will defo be going back. Ordered starts and mains both were fantasticno complaints here

I would like to thank all the staff who helped guarantee the perfect "grown-up" Birthday party for our 11 year old, service was excellent, pre ordering worked a treat,food went down well with lots of empty plates and the parents enjoyed the pancakes...we will be back

Visited Dennys in the US 20 years ago and have positive memories, so was quite excited when their first branch opened in Swansea. Right next to the cinema, it seemed like a perfect place for lunch after taking the children to see a film. From the way it was set out, it certainly looked like the US branch I remember. However, as soon as we got inside things started to deteriorate. 1)t EVERYTHING was sticky!!! Menus, table, seats - the lot. I could see staff going round constantly cleaning, but they clearly were not doing it properly. 2) Menu was 100% unhealthy junk food. Now I sort of knew to expect loads of pancakes, burgers etc from my experiences in the the US. However, given we live in different times now, I expected a few healthier option. Few vegetarian, and no vegan options. 3) Service was poor. Seemed to be lots of staff on, but most did not seem to be doing anything. The children's food arrived quite promptly, but there was literally a 20 minute delay before ours arrived. The children had long since finished theirs, and were understandably bored and wanted to go. 4) The food itself was not very good, and over-priced. I had a Club Sandwich, which was really dry and tasteless. Maybe the bread was not totally fresh, maybe over-toasted, or more likely it had been made and left sitting around for 20 minutes before they served it. Toast left sitting around does not taste nice.

Went at 2:30 2 severs and about 8 tables occupied. Had to wave at the servers several times to attract attention to order. Eggs Benedict I ordered ok but muffins not toasted. My limitless coffee was a waste as there was no one around to top me up. After meal I had to ask kitchen staff where to pay as servers had disappeared to the back kitchen.

Came for breakfast had the lumber jack breakfast which came with eggs, toast, bacon, ham and sausages with pancakes on the side. It was huge, we can never finish the food here but we do come often, would recommend

We visited here last weekend and were pleasantly surprised having read some of the previous negative reviews. We were seated straight away and found it to be be just like ones we have visited in America. The food was great, the service was great and we can’t wait to go back to try some of the lunch items next time.

This is by far the best burger restaurant I have tried, the food was unbelievable and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would come here again

Denny's first UK Diner. Not quite American. The food was of a good standed and large portions. Same menus as the U S Needs more attentive staff to come up to standed. Over all will eat there again. Worth a visit.

went there sunday waited ages for the coffee cups had coffee stains on the out side when the food turnd up my wifes bacon looked un cooked sent it back for the bacon to be cooked properly when it came back the rest of the food was cold they call themselves a american dinner that is a joke at the end they did not charge for mine but the experiance was spolt ive been to america and the service nor the food was ever that bad

Better than I thought it would be. I’m not into pancakes and all that nonsense. But fancied a burger. And cheeseburger meal didn’t disappoint. Fries were tasty too. Service was really good. Very friendly & good with little ones. You also get discount on specific dishes from Monday to Thursday. Which is quite a bot of a saving. Think I would definitely return And the cheeseburger meal didn’t disappoint

True to their word, Denny's in Swansea Wales is just like being in an American Denny's. The food is authentic and yes, the soft drinks are free refills. Shame there wasn't root beer though. But the gals serving were amazing.

It was our first time to visit the diner today, I was surprised how much choice there was on the menu. Our food was lovely, 2 ordered different burgers and one ordered an omelette with loaded fries. All food was well presented and delicious. The servers were very friendly and pleasant. Had a lovely time will definitely be back.

WE had been looking forward to visiting UK Dennys. We received a friendly welcome and were quickly taken to our table. The initial service for taking a drinks order and our food choices was very slow but our server was again very friendly. We ordered a selection of starters which included the nachos, wings and cheddar tots all of which were very good. We all then had different burgers with loaded fries and normal fires. Again all burgers were good fresh and hot. If we are in the area again we would visit and hope they start to open other places across the UK

Have been looking forward to visiting Dennys ever since it opened in the UK as I am a fan of the chain in the USA. Although I cant fault the food which was very nice. The overall experience was nothing like I expected.The main problem was there were not enough staff to serve all the customers. For a start we had to be waited to be seated and then all the time during the service we had to ask for everything. In America you dont have to ask for anything the free refills are on your table before you've even finished the last one and your constantly being asked if you need anything else. Our lady actually went on her tea break while she was serving us. Overall ,I'm pleased I went as like I say I cant fault the food , even though it's not cheap but the overall experience was disappointing

Whenever I come to Swansea, I always eat in here now as I get some decent food here and even though it is pricey it is worth every penny. This is one of the two Denny’s in the UK so far and hopefully they will open one at some point in Cardiff in the near future.

Honestly, I have been 3 times and each time theres been super slow service, things missing or cold but the last visit was my last and we will never return.

Food is obviously amazing, and the refillable coffee is decent strong coffee as well.

I visited Denny’s in Swansea today and it was superb. Great service and great food. Every bit as good as when I visited Denny’s in the US. Cant understand the bad reviews. Highly recommended

This was my first to Denny's and oh wow. Absolute stunning food, fresh unlimited coffee. We went at breakfast time but next time we are going to tr0y the lunch menu. You can order anything at any time I believe. Stunning place. Staff friendly.

Reasonably quiet when we arrived as it was very early evening, 5:15 ish. Seemed to be a bit light on staff. Floors appeared to be a little on the slippery side although it was raining outside.

Having avoided this place on account of not wanting American fast food, we decided one morning to pop in.
