Tim Hortons in Swansea

4 months almost every day I have taken my breakfast here and none of their toilets have a working hand-wash dispenser, this is just unacceptable, what is wrong with you people?

An average coffee place with plenty of comfy seating, including armchairs. Good coffee, and I think we had wraps. Not in the most endearing of places but the large windows allow a fishbowl view on the world travelling by outside in this enterprise park. Great mid shopping stop.

40 minutes wait with absolutely clueless staff. I suggest you look at the rota and training. Shockingly bad.

Preeti and Rohip were fantastic when I visited. 10/10 customer service, we even got a free donut! This is my new go-to fast food place. Food was piping hot and the order was correct. Will be ordering from again.

Good service overall however they missed of a drink that I have been wanting to try for sometime , guess I will never know what it taste like now

The fact Tim Hortons promotes itself using it's Canadian heritage but doesn't use maple syrup with its menu and instead uses maple flavoured golden syrup left me feeling a bit like I'd been scammed. Seems like cost cutting gone too far to me. Wouldn't go back.

I was excited to try this place for the first time. The donuts were quite expensive compared to those sold at Asda, but they were sweeter. The burger and chicken were decent, but you can find similar quality for a lower price at McDonald's. On a positive note, the decorations were quite nice, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. As a new Canadian restaurant in town, we expected better quality and a wider variety of food.

We went when quiet. We wanted some doughnuts for which there was a great range. Feels expensive but if you compare with street market doughnuts, it is just slightly cheaper.

Good breakfast deals and nice coffee. It is card only but good place for work meetings. Quite great WiFi and plugs.

Had a problem with spilt coffee which soaked all the food, Courier was very helpful and took photo and returned delivery to Restaurant who replaced the whole meal and redelivered to me. Thanks to the Courier and Restaurant excellent customer service.

Tryed this place today looks very nice and cosy when you enter the restaurant. Now for the review of the food/drink Triple burger is ok The fries/waffle are nice too Ordered hot chocolate it a bit too watery and weak but whilst waiting for drink to cool went up and tried to order 2 cold drink and the staff member did not understand what I was asking for when I asked for a orange Fanta only to be told they don't have it and when asked what flavours they have she said orange !!!!!! Will not return here as they don't accept cash and I use cash on a daily lucky I had my wallet today as otherwise I would have had to go elsewhere but that will now be the case CASH IS KING!!!!

Love the French vanilla but need to do something about the rodents running around by the drive thru

Delivery took a while but not really an issue as the donuts were fresh! They all went down a treat !

The plain coffee is so good that there is no need for syrups and gimmicks. Couple that with the good value breakfast and Tim Hortons wins my vote over Greggs and McDonalds. Range of donuts as well, but those are a bit expensive.

Breakfast wrap had no flavor, coke was flat, cheese.melt.is a winner, Plenty of parking, good service

It should not take almost half an hour on a tame afternoon to serve a coffee and two premade donuts. Food isn’t good enough for that slow a service of “fast” food

Food took over hour and half longer than time given and when arrived was freezing cold with coffee spilled all over everything. Will never order from there again. Driver shrugged and walked off when queried. AVOID

Updated Review: I don't think I could change my rating. I tried a new donut, the maple caramel, along with the new banoffee hot chocolate. Both were nice, but honestly, not worth the price. This time, I visited the store in person, and I was disappointed. They don’t accept cash, which was inconvenient, and the young staff member I interacted with seemed uninterested and came across as rude. Lastly, why is everything given out in a takeaway cup? Original Review: It’s difficult to review this place, and my opinion may change after future visits. The donuts are overpriced for what they are and quite dry. The milkshake was enjoyable—addictive even—but it had a somewhat synthetic taste. It was also very icy, which I didn’t expect since I ordered a shake, not one of their iced drinks. Perhaps I was given the wrong order? I plan to return to try other options, but my expectations aren’t very high, especially after reading similar feedback in other reviews.

Great food, loved the TimBits selection box😃😍

The coke zeros were flat and tasted awful. The fries were cold and felt like they had come off last. The bread of the toastie felt soggy and greasy. Really disappointed and definitely not worth what we paid.

Nearly 2 hours late. Sent the wrong donuts. Chips must have been made when the order came in and left to the side for over an hour as they were cold and not nice.

Came here for the £1 breakfast when buying a drink. Carmel s'mores latte was the nicest speciality coffee I've had, much better than Starbucks and Costa's offering at this time of year. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of high chairs available and my little one was super happy to be sat at the table with us.

Rohit I believe his name was, absolute star very polite guy incredibly helpful. Was around 9:30-10pm and asked if he could make 2 certain donuts that were out of stock no hesitation just made them popped out to Tesco when they were being made came back and they were there for me. Top guy.

We went there this evening for food, it was an amazing night. My daughter and I had the festive burger, it was tasty and the coffee was out of this world To be honest I can't wait to go back

Absolutely outstanding service from the restaurant manager and the team this morning - I walked in with an order for 11 people for our team meeting at work, everything was ready quickly, the order was absolutely spot on and the friendliness and professionality of staff was superb. The food was delicious, and the service was simply fab. We're looking forward to coming back!

Lovely seating. I have ddd and arthritis so your high back armchairs are great for me. I'm not sure if I like the touchscreen ordering, especially during busier times. Also, I couldn't see a way to use cash there. Seemed like card only, but I could be wrong. Will definitely return again though!

Latte was tipped over the food which was mediocre and just warm not hot. The chicken strips were missing. Overall, disappointing.

Food is usually hot ….. today it was on the cool side…….. had to pop it in microwave

The lattice fries are great. Very comfortable to hang out in, except tables are usually not clean enough.

What a place to eat ! And to change my 4 kids and use the facilities! I love TImmies just so fresh and well decorated! Staff so helpful the food really set us all up for the day, food was piping hot ! Never ever seen toilets so clean and guess what was being cleaned as I was there too ! Even my kids said this too !

The food was cold. The milkshake was all melted & runny instead of being thick. This is the second time I have order from them and the second time it was horrible. Will not be ordering from them again.

Lazy Sunday morning brunch. Less vegan/ vegetarian options. Donuts were good, but felt very dry. Nice cup of coffee.

Apart from a very long wait for one burger and a toastie the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant area very clean and staff were seen to clean up after each table became available. Atmosphere was nice no loud music no shouting nd scream like other fast food chains.

Donuts and timbit are delicious. New Melts is delicious 😋. Launch new drinks Frappe caramel, strawberry, chocolate and Oreo all are without coffee and test is superb. I also recommend to all try once. New breakfast deal with £1. New reusable cold cup available now.

We only recieved one of the fries. The fries portion sizes are very small. The wrap had very little inside - overall just wasnt worth £38.
