First time at Tim's, ordering screens facing the windows are hard to see because of reflections. Whilst the payment pad might be ideal for wheelchair use, difficult to use for tall adults and older people who find it hard to bend down.

The food is tasty and the ambience is nice. Overall a very nice establishment.

Had the honey cruller donut and that was great but don’t bother with the nacho chilli fries. They looked nothing like the picture where they were smothered in nacho cheese… I couldn’t really find any nacho cheese on them tbh 😅 for some reason they had sweet chilli sauce, tortillas and mozzarella on them which was NOT on the picture so just kinda weird tasting cos it wasn’t really what I ordered?

Lived in Canada for a lot of years so I'm very happy finding a little piece of home in Wales. Me and my partner often go here for their coffee and breakfast menu

Went to the drive through and had an Indian guy serve us at around 11:15, very quiet mumbling and extremely rude. Got mad at us when we couldn't hear him and gave us attitude just because we asked for mayo. Will not be coming back cause clearly the staff need more training in basic human interactions.

Been here a few times and the service always a little on the slow side, seem to only have 1 or 2 staff working. Otherwise food is always on point and the doughnuts hit the spot 👌🏻

A very friendly place and staff. The sitting area is big enough. The parking area is also bigger. The service is very good and up to the mark.

food is really good still warm, however item undelivered and no option for it to be redelivered and no option to speak to anyone to get hold of the delivery driver as may of been in the car just not handed over.

Donuts and timbit are delicious. Launch new drinks Frappe caramel, strawberry, chocolate and Oreo all are without coffee and test is superb. I also recommend to all try once. New breakfast deal with £1. New reusable cold cup available now.

took 2 hours since i ordered to arrive restaurant then rang me and said someone picked up the order an hour ago but they did then make another one for me and was delivered quickly after that

Did not recieve my order I recieved 2 children’s meals not very happy as cost me money and didn’t get the items I ordered delivery took longer than usual not very pleased at sll

I think some of these reviews are questionable as the only good thing in Tim Hortons would be they’re Ice cap mocha. And I say this with a heavy heart, as I really wanted to like the food. I haven’t had a good experience with the staff as they’re clueless and some are rude. However the ice cap mocha is amazing- hence the two stars.

Visited Tim Hortons for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised with the menu choice and the food was lovely. The restaurant was lovely & clean. Food service was a little slow however the food quality was excellent

Most of the staff here are very good and friendly. Food is good and the coffee is also very nice. Some offers are on different days which is always good.

Food was great and service was fairly quick, however they didn’t give me one of the burgers I ordered and were very reluctant to give us the burger - despite showing the receipt and them seeing the food tray.

had a ice shake which tasted of ice only.sounds stupid but rubbish.1st time there.wont bother going again.shame.

Rohits customer service has been superb and we enjoyed our visit to Tim Horton swansea .

Great pit stop and winner for those needing a quick workspace. Open from 5am and always with parking. The breakfast deals are the best everything else is a little pricey and not the nicest.

Wouldn't bother ordered from deliveroo took hour half food cold complained spent 17 on food was cold and just horrible complained refund 2.05 shocking

Didn't receive my food be careful everyone ordering from Just eat as I haven't received items since from McDonald's either as they were out of stock and they are refusing to refund me. I am never using Just eat again.

Breakfast deals are really good. Good value. A bit slow to serve, possibly due to ordering a vegetarian item

This place is cashless. It's card only. This isn't clearly advertised. Until you go in and order and want to pay in cash. Food is actually lovely and service isn't too bad a little slow but they make the food fresh so that is nice.

Quickly becoming a fan of Tim Hortons. Considering how downhill the other fast food places have got recently with prioritization of Just Eat/Uber Eats delivery people, it was an absolute pleasure to have breakfast here a few times. The food is good and the coffee is decent. The service is usually pretty quick too and the people behind the counter are polite. If you keep this up I can see a big shift away from the King and the Golden Arches.

I ordered for delivery on just eat, the order never showed up. Apparently the “driver got lost” according to just eat follow your driver instructions. After 5 minutes of this notification it stated my order was delivered. Of course this is not true, I have a front door cameras to prove it never showed - up. Just leaving a warning here for future customers. I am currently requesting my full refund from just eat.

Nearly flawless, but they gave me a sausage stack instead of a bacon one. Just a small error, so not a massive complaint. Overall a great place to have brunch.

Such friendly staff! Took my Nan for some lunch and one of the workers couldd see she was shouting for me and looking a bit lost. As I was waiting at the till for my food he was kind enough to say I could sit down and brought out food to us!! He then came over to us twice to ask if everything was ok with the food. At the end he even brought over 3 free doughnuts for my Nan in a little box. So very kind and thoughtful! I wish I could remember his name (think it starts with S and he was tall wearing a Turban). THANK YOU 🩵

Breakfast is good value compared to McDonald's. Food at other times is so-so and overpriced.

Not a bad place but really expensive, however it’s with the money to get something different. Plenty of parking, outside benches and very clean interior !!

I had it for the first time and it’s better than McDonald’s. I would suggest to try it.
