Really nice place! Lovely breakfasts, drinks and donuts! They should make more of these in the UK!

I ordered the food at about 8am, 3 and half hours late and did not even receive my order! My order got stolen! Never ordering from here again

Piping hot, good food, large portions, cheap. Winner.

food was pretty good but why so little lettuce in the burgers??

We went there this evening for food, it was an amazing night. My daughter and I had the festive burger, it was tasty and the coffee was out of this world To be honest I can't wait to go back

Absolutely outstanding service from the restaurant manager and the team this morning - I walked in with an order for 11 people for our team meeting at work, everything was ready quickly, the order was absolutely spot on and the friendliness and professionality of staff was superb. The food was delicious, and the service was simply fab. We're looking forward to coming back!

Excellent service great staff and food

Lovely seating. I have ddd and arthritis so your high back armchairs are great for me. I'm not sure if I like the touchscreen ordering, especially during busier times. Also, I couldn't see a way to use cash there. Seemed like card only, but I could be wrong. Will definitely return again though!

Very disappointed missing 2 main meals, we get only drinks and desserts, still waiting for any reply from the restaurant !!!

Latte was tipped over the food which was mediocre and just warm not hot. The chicken strips were missing. Overall, disappointing.

Food was alright, chips were nice. But the burger was quite dry and not much sauce at all, but still tasty

Food is usually hot ….. today it was on the cool side…….. had to pop it in microwave

The lattice fries are great. Very comfortable to hang out in, except tables are usually not clean enough.

What a place to eat ! And to change my 4 kids and use the facilities! I love TImmies just so fresh and well decorated! Staff so helpful the food really set us all up for the day, food was piping hot ! Never ever seen toilets so clean and guess what was being cleaned as I was there too ! Even my kids said this too !

I’m unable to cook at moment and I hadn’t tried Tim Hortons before…… the food is very good and choice is good delivery is also excellent

The food was cold. The milkshake was all melted & runny instead of being thick. This is the second time I have order from them and the second time it was horrible. Will not be ordering from them again.

Lazy Sunday morning brunch. Less vegan/ vegetarian options. Donuts were good, but felt very dry. Nice cup of coffee.

I don't know what the food is like as I couldn't buy anything as I use good old cash and they don't accept cash!

Apart from a very long wait for one burger and a toastie the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant area very clean and staff were seen to clean up after each table became available. Atmosphere was nice no loud music no shouting nd scream like other fast food chains.

Donuts and timbit are delicious. New Melts is delicious 😋. Launch new drinks Frappe caramel, strawberry, chocolate and Oreo all are without coffee and test is superb. I also recommend to all try once. New breakfast deal with £1. New reusable cold cup available now.

Well I never thought I would be refused free tomato ketchup in a burger joint (was told its already in your sandwich) So no extra to go with your hash browns. What a sad state of affairs. service extremely slow (it was not busy only one other customer. I will not be returning...

We only recieved one of the fries. The fries portion sizes are very small. The wrap had very little inside - overall just wasnt worth £38.

Quite slow breakfast service Wish they would clearly state their halal options available on the menu as so confusing ending up ordering vegetarian everytime so suit our dietary need.

Came here for the £1 breakfast when buying a drink. Carmel s'mores latte was the nicest speciality coffee I've had, much better than Starbucks and Costa's offering at this time of year. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of high chairs available and my little one was super happy to be sat at the table with us.

Waited for 1 hour, just ordered a cheese burger. Put on the please collect for 15 minutes with no order. Never ordering again Update 10 minuets later I've gotten my terrible food, paid 20 pounds

The staff are friendly and waiting time is short. The food tastes also tastes good.

Shame about the quality of the food as the place is nice, spacious and welcoming. I get the staff are students and foreign workers but they should be trained to smile, speak politely and look and even acknowledge you. None of this was there. They call out your number and walk away, leaving food on the counter. I was 1 of only 3 people in the building.

To summarise it: Drinks are amazing, cannot fault the cold ones they were very tasty (cost around £3-£5) Specific donuts are great, some not. Imo always go for the little ones. Really nice them ones (Big donuts range from £2-4) (Small ones depends on box size (£5-£16) Food is awful. Ordered 5 burger between us. They tasted like micromeals. Decent value in all consideration but you'd be better off going to mcdonalds. (Burgers range from £2-£7) This place is definitely more for drinks and donuts and that's completely fine. I'd definitely recommend it if you're a sweet tooth. But not as a dine in or fast food kind of gig. The inner restaurant is quite nice though. Lots of places to sit with some unique chairs.

. Iwent there as a courier to pick up an order. As it took a while to get ready, staff came to me and asked if I had google on my phone. I said "yes" and he said "open it". I found it a strange request but I did it anyway. He said " search for Tim Horton Swansea". I did and asked "what was that for". He just said "open reviews". Still trying to understand what was that for, I opened and said "what now?" He came with his hand to tap on its screen, then I pulled my phone and said "what's that for?"Then he said "mark 5 stars and submit it". As I was still depending on him to get my order, I just hid the phone and said I did what he asked me. The guy ask me to show the screen to prove I did that. I said that I closed the page afterwards. He asked me to open it again to prove him I did that. UNBELIEVABLE! Not bothering coming back there again. .

fries were cold, lukewarm burger was uninspiring, not a lot of flavour just squashed into some foil. the mini doughnut bites are a plus point, they were tasty

First time at Tim's, ordering screens facing the windows are hard to see because of reflections. Whilst the payment pad might be ideal for wheelchair use, difficult to use for tall adults and older people who find it hard to bend down.
