Burger was good chips were cold and hard driver was ringing me couldn’t understand a word as he had a face mask on which would worry people about opening the door

Food wasn’t delivered to me. I waited at reception of hotel for a hour and a half. 2 hours later the hotel reception found it left at the gate of the hotel. It was freezing cold and we just threw it in the bin. £27

When we ordered the expected delivery time was 15-30 minutes. We ordered at approximately 4.45pm and delivery was 6.30pm. As a result we were late to an event. The food was cold and the burgers were badly put together.

Food was delicious, friendly staff and nice atmosphere

Burger was slightly under done and partly pink, so inedible. Not only that but most of the milkshake was melted. I feel letdown and that I wasted my money.

Unsure of the gents name. But the customer service was outstanding. Such a friendly guy, I came in and he took my order swiftly and even had a chat with me about my job!

Food was cold when it arrived. Ordered delivery for 7:15pm and it got delivered at 8:20pm.

Went in for an impromptu snack and was quite dissapointed sith what I got for what I paid. Had a hot dog and a cupped drink and it came to £14. There should be an option for a single drink from the machine and not just unlimited refillable as the only option. The hot dog tasted weird and was quite underwhelming in the size. Felt like it was a child's size hotdog rather than a adults. Don't think I'd go back again unless it was my ONLY option.

5 guys, easy I thought I've had 30 at once during my carrier as a WWE wrestler... What can I say about 5 guys other than don't bother! I found myself visiting my ancestoral home of Swansea Prison and I ended up meandering my way up Wind Street when I stubbed my toe and screamed "you smarmy git!" on the front door of Five Guys in Swansea. The interior decor was akin to that of the Woolworths lunch counter of 1960s fame. Charming. Quirky. With a seasoning of segregation and racism. I will never understand the American way of thinking. They are truly a bizzare lot. Cheese, guns and "mom 'n pop" type diners (an image and ideology that belongs more in the history books than front and center stage in Swansea). I was greeted warmly by the server, he said "can I take your order sir?" And I simply replied "No!" Before skipping out of the "restaurant". I realised after an hour of telling people I was "The King of Swansea" and "behold my mighty throne room!" While pointing at the public toilets in the Quadrant, I was hungry and decided I knew what I wanted. I ordered my food and boy oh boy, this was NOT a meal befitting my status as King LeCox. I love hotdogs. But this was a bland, tasteless, boring as all hell hot dog. I have picked my nose and eaten more flavourful things than that hotdog. It boggles the mind how an allegedly good food chain can mess up something so basic. Five Guys 2/5 (the 2 is because at least the food was warm)

Always great food from five guys but delivery service was terrible. Paid at 17:52 and had to go to the restaurant in the end as no sign of it arriving at 19:45. The manager was great but awful service from just eat

I personally don't care much for the burgers here. They taste fine but the taste isn't justified by the price in my opinion. However, my partner loves them and is happy to pay the high price point. Tried the hot dogs once and they were very small and quite dry. The servers are always very friendly and the food is always cooked fresh and made quickly. The Cajun fries are really tasty and the portions are good, although still quite pricey. The restaurant is always empty when we come here though so not much of an atmosphere.

I haven’t received my order. 1 hour and 30 minutes later and I’m still waiting, it states delivered but I do not have it. This has been a massive inconvenience .

Visited this place for a bite to eat I had a double bacon cheese burger which was lovely freshly cooked my wife had a cheese toastie which she really enjoyed and a big portion of chips it cost about 24 pound which was expensive but so much better than McDonald's definitely visiting again

Great Burger joint within the heart of Swansea city centre. Food is cooked fresh and to order, wait times were good and staff were very helpful and friendly.

FULL DISCLAIMER. I have had some incredible food here in the past so I know this review isn't typical for this establishment. However the last few times I've been here the food has been a little underwhelming. Not as many fries as usual, the burgers haven't been as tasty and fewer flavours in the drinks selection. As I say, I've had way better burgers here and don't think. this is typical for the place but after the last few visits I wanted to raise it. Have to say the staff were as friendly and welcoming as always and I know this is likely just me being unlucky with the timing of my visits.

All Five Guys tend to be the same, but here, the staff was SO welcoming and nice!! The burgers were good as usual but the team behind the counter were really nice and approachable, they were having fun and you could tell. Had a lovely time

This place is amazing. The burgers ad juicy and delicious, you can tell you're eating real meat. The chips are yummy and salty. I love it and would recommend visiting. The place is good for a family with kids and teenagers. Prices are higher than other fastfood restaurants but I'd still go for real burgers and real chips.

Really let down, spent £50 on a meal for two and it really wasn’t what I expected. I hadn’t had a five guys in a long time and since then, the quality has massively dropped.

Phenomenal service, food and drink! First time going for me, the gentleman behind the counter did such a great job at explaining everything and the burgers and chips were to die for. The drink machine is a whole other story with probably over 50 different drinks - all fully refillable. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone thinking of going.

Food wasnt up to the usual standard (boney bits in burger), more chips in the bag than in the ‘cup’, and not the first time items were missing from the order. Gave them the benefit of the doubt last time, but its happened again, wont be ordering again

I have never had bad food from here, it is always amazing. The portion sizes are very good too. The store is also always clean and staff are polite and friendly. A very quiet store so never a problem to find seats and food is ready quickly.

First ever visit to five guys, wish we'd gone elsewhere. Burgers were no better than Burger King's, and way over priced. Fries weren't up to much. £2.50 for a bottle of water is rediculous. Lots of tables were not cleaned either. Shame, had expected better.

Always a good burger and the fries are very good. It's a bit pricey than the normal but as a treat it's worth it.

I took my son here after a visit to Parc Tawe as it had been highly recommended. Tbh I didn't like anything about the experience. It was a Saturday evening, so I can maybe understand why the atmosphere was not the best, and the 10 minute + wait for food may not be typical. However, when it finally arrived the food was pretty disappointing. At £10.35 for a cheeseburger and £5.45 for fries, I expected something better that I got. The only thing with any flavour was the ketchup. My local pub does better than this and costs less. A lot of people seem to love the milkshakes, and my son certainly enjoyed his. He also didn't mind the food, although he commented on the high prices even though he was not paying. Definitely would not come back, but I don't imagine I'm the kind of demographic this place is aimed at.

Not a bad experience burgers were hot. Chips were hot, sounds strange, but it when you go to the other big M they usually lukewarm. Fairly expensive for what it was, but it was okay. Disappointingly comma and a significant disappointment was that there were no peanuts which we had in the other establishment we went to. Not today I was told. Well, I am here today, not tomorrow. Also tried to use a voucher code. But that did not seem to be I had shown them over the counter. Not here! A little dissappointing on two counts. Fries were quite expensive but fairly plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful though.

Had my first Five Guys experience at the start of October. I've seen many recommendations from people, however I was left massively disappointed. Not down the the Swansea branch in particular, however the price is extortionate, you can get a better burger which will be prepared faster for much cheaper in McDonald's. The guy serving was slow and didn't seem to want to be there. The tables were dirty and I could be wrong, but from glancing around I couldn't see a toilet? Unfortunately it was my first and last time at Five Guys.

Great place went there tonight with my daughter and we had everything in our burger and everything in our shake, the guy behind the counter gave us a good laugh while we was ordering, a silly memory that will last 😁
