Completely wrong order received!

Everything was perfect until I had to use the toilet. It wasn't clean one of the toilet was absolutely disgusting

Just used Mcdelivery absolutely useless. Told me 19.20 then 19.25, 19.35 now 19.45. I selected Fforestfach but it's coming from Penllergaer which is further away 😡. Food arrived stone cold states on the receipt on the bag it was sealed at 19.17 took almost 30 minutes to get to me. Soggy cold 🍟, cold Big Mac and COLD hot apple pie so no way was my food in any type of insulated bag. So we threw it in the bin and drove to burger king which is basically on the same estate, ordered placed it in our own insulated bag drove home 12 minutes and it was piping hot

Just had luke warm burger and hash brown from here, not great!

I'd not been to any Mcdonalds for sometime, visiting tonight reminded me why. Tables not too bad for hygiene, floor covered in food and no staff fussed about clearing it up. As for the food (if you can call it that) standards severely dropped since covid, and prices stupid now for what we had. You wouldnt mind paying those prices if the food was nice or even fresh / hot. Thats the last Mcdonalds I'll ever have - period.

Took 3 attempts to get my food right,

no dip for cheese mozzarella. no dip for chicken Nuggets. no dip as ordered curry sauce. ordered chicken selects 9 but got chicken Nuggets.

Friendly driver order was correct and warm

Table service with a smile, but the restaurant was cold which made your food cold if not eaten straight away, play centre not open for children

Chips were stale and hot chocolate was weak rest of food was fab

This place actually does better than most Fresh food delivered to my car quickly

Omg nuggets were thrown at us not even in the bag with the chips and gave us wrong sauce which we paid for terrible attitude there pennllagaer services avoid omg been there again today it was disgusting we paid £26-07 food was cold my husband went back up for more sauces young girl just sighed and dropped them on the counter and walked off didn't say anything staff and place is disgusting

Although I live quite close, the food came in extremely hot and around 20 minutes early. Food is even more fresh than it would normally be when I walk in, 9/10

ordered ar 17.00pm, initially stated it would be here 1740pm...got it at 19.20pm after updating times, cold and had to reheat it up...never again

Food took almost an hour and a half to come even though it's only 10 minutes away and the estimate was 20 mins. Chips were cold. I imagine not the restaurants fault but perhaps there weren't any drivers available. Burger was fine though!

Called to J47 M4 McDonalds. How this place is still going, I do not know. This had to be THE most disgusting chicken burger I have ever tasted. It was squashed. It was a child sized portion (and I don't have a big appetite!!) And the chips were not cooked, still hard. It was all tasteless, dry, carboard-like and if I hadn't eaten for 6 hours, I would have probably just put it in the bin.

The time of the delivery kept changing, took 1 hour 45 mins to finally arrive, when it said 45 mins initially. Wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it was gonna be so long.

The delivery time has changed 3 times. Ive waited over 2 hours for mcdonalds meals that have yet to be prepared and will more than likely be wrong on arrival.

Ordered a big tasty without a bin. Had to wait in a bay for 18 minutes for it to me made. Got home and the big tasty had been made as normal with a bun. Had to throw the whole thing out. What a waste of half an hour.

Shocking!!!! Not the delivery lady, she was so wonderful and polite and apologetic, it was the restaurant!!! Ordered at 17.43, delivered at 19.07 after them changing the time slot 8 times!!! The app informed me the courier was waiting at the restaurant for at least 40 minutes. Food arrived stone cold, buns were burnt, burgers were all over the blinking shop. Disgraceful! Won’t be ordering again!!!

Food is generally good, staff are generally smiley and helpful. 5 star for cleanliness, the tables are usually very clean no matter how busy it is. It can be a bit of a wait for food if you order something customised, other McDonalds tend to not take as long. The App usually tells you they are out of happy meals etc but if you go into the store... Magically they have everything?!

I am not a McDonald's fan, but my kids were promised this as a treat. I have been to various McDonalds round here, and generally consider this to be the best. Went at lunchtime for a takeaway, so they were very busy. This meant we had to wait in a parking bay for our order. Ok, but when we got our food, it was clear they had fished up the fries, and then had to wait for the burgers (actually a McSparerib. So the chips were cold, a bit soggy. I think they should have waited for everything to be ready before bagging things up. So not the best visit.

I have never been so disappointed with a service in my life. Waiting for food to come for 2 and half hours, after this weight you would expect your food to be warm. No Ice cold. Raised a complaint with Just eat and the are no help.

Ordered at 9:17 and it arrived 10:51.

only order if you want £35 worth of your order to magically disappear and don't expect any help from McDonalds they are as unhelpful as possible

Quality of food was a mess and cold and staff as always can never get there attention there just rude.

awful customer service, visited this evening to get my family food on way home from a long road trip. went through the drive through could only have one sauce between the whole family “as they only have a few left and don’t have stock until the morning” as we parked up to eat our food we had notice our order was wrong (which happens) so i went in explained we paid for different meal and manager refused to change it as its “not her problem” they didn’t give us a receipt so we didn’t have a leg to stand on. WILL NOT be visiting here again!

Tea was cold burger was burnt etc

We ordered a breakfast before a long journey. Everything was fresh and hot. There were no mistakes with our order. We ordered on the app and joined the drive-thru queue. There was a minimal wait in the queue and we collected our food and left. Very quick and efficient. Only downside was that the packaging of our McMuffins was covered in oil/grease, but that is being very picky. This was easily resolved with a wipe with a napkin.

Easy access to motorway and swansea

Great food, great staff, super quick. Parking is limited but you can park in the main services and walk over if needed. Also coffee is good here unlike a lot of McDonald's. Always busy though with a lot of the local school children.

Simply the worst McDonalds drive-through I've ever used. Pitifully slow, screens not working, 3x out of 4 having to wait in the car park for food to be delivered, and all but one visit got the order wrong. Have given them the benefit of doubt 3x as they are a new outlet, but after this latest visit I have complained to McDonalds Customer Services by email and will see what they have to say. Wrong order (unsurprised as the person seemed to misunderstand everything), overcharged for items, extra burger added and charged for, again had to wait in the car park. As for the so called piece of bacon in the bacon mayo chicken burger, it was the smallest slither of bacon and I wonder if Trading Standards would be interested! Only noticed the incorrect order on the way home, in heavy work time traffic, so didn't go back to complain. Will not go back. Thankfully the other McDonalds in Swansea have all been excellent.

I ordered a McRib meal and they didn't even put the McRib in the bag

Why is this branch of McDonalds always the worst at drinks! Every single begrudging time I get a hot chocolate from this particular McDonalds, it is literally just brown water it is disgusting! My partner who is not fussy in the least can't even drink it, so it gets poured straight down the sink!!! I'm from Pembrokeshire where I've never had this issue, even in London and Swansea Central the hot chocolates are always so good!! But this branch every single time is just absolutely appalling. Same with their cokes! One universal thing you can always count on being amazing at a Maccies is their cokes and that's down to how clean their machines are, these ones are clearly never cleaned as the cokes are always stale tasting and vile. Or on the other hand lack the syrup. Is it an ingredients shortage?? Do you ration out your hot chocolate and coke syrups?! How after all these 1 star reviews does the management not change anything? Absolutely abysmal, avoid if you can!!!

drinks spilt,so no drinks. no straws, but couldn't use them if they had delivered as the drinks were swimming in the bag. no condiments 🙄

Waited 40 minutes in the drive through for a coffee....wasn't even busy in the drive through.

Missing food from order and wrong things delivered!

One item was missing but it was minor and not drivers fault so can’t fault it otherwise.

Consistently very good, friendly and efficient service coupled with good quality food.

I visited here last night and asked for my cheeseburger with extra pickles extra onions and extra mustard only received extra onions and literally had 1 pickle for the whole burger and no mustard

Stupidly long wait and forgot dips

Chips were undercooked and floppy, burgers looked assembled from 6ft away and staff seemed disinterested. Wouldn't bother.

I came here last week and ordered nuggets they were unedible. The Greece ran down my arm and they were soaking wet. The box was drenched. Today I came for a brectfast, I qued for 15 minutes when I got there it was 1 minute past 11, the guy took about 2 minutes to answer the order machine.....and he said sorry we have stopped doing brectfast at 11. Honestly I'm livid with this place and I'm never coming back to this one. Worst mcdonalds in the area by far!

Awful fast food experience! Went through drive through but was told to wait in bay. Waited over 15 mins for food. Had to ask for three missing items when it did actually arrive and my son had to go in to get ketchup. Salad came in a burger box and even the server apologized for state on it! Guy in car behind was beeping and making hand gestures for us to move, which was intimidating, the poor lad serving didn't know what to do and said just ignore him. He was trying his best but when I asked if the children could have an ice cream for all the inconvenience, he said he asked 2 managers and they said no because apparently waiting over 15 minutes, receiving incorrect food and abuse from other customers is perfectly acceptable. Seems this place needs new management.

Waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac. Wouldn’t have been so bad had it been busy, but it was practically empty. Will not be back.

Usual McDonald's but the soft play area is usually closed which is a downside for us.

Having watched a worked walk out of the toilet cubicle and not wash their hands to go and carry on working in the restaurant area ... I won't be returning.

I like the way the meat tastes in my mouth, and the orange fizzy drink. The challenge at this "Home of the World's Coldest Burgers" is that any meal that you have here has a 50/50 chance of being correct. The risk being that there's something missing, forgotten or lost. You paid for a bag? Get ready to have to ask for it! There's occasional interrogation from the staff when it comes to those little boxes of sauce. If they fail to provide them when you ordered, they'll side-eye you & double check your receipt in case you're trying to get free sauce (heaven forbid). But really it's all about the wait time, and if you enjoy standing in a big space next to the napkins for 20 minutes watching the numbers pile up on the screen, then you're in for a treat. This McDonald's is the ideal place to stand around and wait for your food with other people who are slowly losing their patience. To summarise: Food is okay, long waiting times, always, ALWAYS, check your order.

Definitely one of the better ones. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. Service is great. Orders are usually correct with no items missing.

missing fries and missing chilli dip !

Can't speak to a human to order food, you have to use a touch screen which takes 20 times as long. Gave up and went drive through and even then had to go back in to get straws. Useless

my food is cold, i was missing a cheese burger. i have received half a box of chips and my drink was spilled everywhere. i am not happy with the service and expect new food or a refund.

Disgusted with our service from McDonald’s. Ordered food and it was over 30 minutes later than the expected delivery time. After waiting an hour for our food it was delivered and only the drinks came. I told the driver that our food was missing and he told me it was my problem not his and that I need to contact McDonald’s themselves. I spoke with McDonald’s and they told me it’s a Just Eat problem. I am now £42 down with no food and nobody giving us any answers.

Food was warm and fresh. The restaurant was full of flies, there was a section that appeared to not have flies in but it was closed. When we were leaving we found the bin was closed but a staff member had wedged the outside door open with a broom which explained all the flies 🙃

Will refuse to serve you at the counter,..you must use the electronic menu,..just point blank ignorance, it's happened twice, once with a member of staff and another with the actual manager, so it's obviously encouraged by management to help at the counter, also getting charged sugar tax when I ordered Zere coke, just getting too expensive, it's more than a pub meal

Burger was okay but my chips were brown like as if the friers weren't clean they're usually yellow never brown and ordered off Uber eats took about 45 minutes so my food was all cold and hard.
