Went to store to deal with missing items from a delivery via the kfc app. The manager proceeded to be totally unhelpful, tried hiding away and getting his staff to talk for him. His customer service was zero, never have I experienced such poor behaviour from someone who supposed to be a store manager. Can’t make a decision and is rude.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! We used to order all the time and never had a problem, until tonight! Ordered on the KFC app, 2 out of our 4 meals never got delivered. Contacted the driver who told us he delivered the 2nd bag to someone else by mistake. Phoned the Uber customer service as per the app and they were extremely unhelpful, telling me they can’t refund me the missing items or send me the missing items and then hung up on me!! I went to the KFC uplands shop, the manager was extremely rude & unhelpful, refusing to give me the items or refund. The other staff were pleasant and attempted to speak to the manager to resolve our issue, but the manager still refused! So now I’m over £20 out of pocket, my family haven’t eaten and I’m extremely unhappy! DO NOT USE KFC UPLANDS!!!

This place is a joke! We have continually had the wrong order from them! So we stopped for a few months and ordered elsewhere. Last night we thought we would try it again as we so missed having KFC.. big mistake! We ordered through Just Eat. The food came in good time, but as expected we only had half of what we paid for! This totally ruined our night! Kfc Uplands wouldn't answer the phone after many attempts. We have contacted Just Eat and they are looking into it. £33 was spent, and we had approximately £10 worth of food! We also have contacted KFC head office. I warn everyone that this place is unreliable! The staff are probably kids messing about! Never falling for this place again! So angry and let down! 😤

Been here quite a few times always with a hope it might have got better, in the past five years however it has not, food here is always dried out and tastes like its been left under a heat lamp all day, gravy watered down. Chips very average. The staff are miserable, especially when the store manager is around who doesnt seem to put customer service first at all. Multiple times me or friends of mine have had problems with him and his attitude, making what should be an enjoyable and easy experience into something else. One time i scanned my qr code to get the free student snackbox deal, it came up on the screen and on the reciept. He then proceeded not to give it to me as i didn't say i wanted it when i scanned it. Do not waste your time here.

How in the world does a chicken restaurant manage to serves freezing cold chicken? Even the receipt said delayed order! Does anyone know how high risk cold chicken is... You can blame Uber and they can blame you but as a partnership this should not be allowed to happen no matter who's to blame!!

Came here tonight got a family feast the chips were average but got home and my chicken was pink inside luckily I didn’t eat a lot of it as I am 14 weeks pregnant and it could of made me very poorly was very greasy and slimey no taste to the chicken won’t be coming here again unfortunately

Food was how you expect it which was great, the staff were polite and happy, the only criticism on the day I visited staff were wiping their hands in their trousers and their trousers looked grubby in that area. 1. Wear aprons or 2. Wash your hands every 15 minutes or so. I only noticed after I received my food and I was dubious about eating my food but I did as I was starving. Not sure I'd go back as it has put me off.

It pains me to give such a poor review for a local kfc which does have its challenges being placed amongst the furore that is the Uplands. However, just take one look at the picture and tell me who in their right mind would serve that finger sized CHICKEN LEG (!!!) to a customer !! It was a take out so I didn’t see it till I got home and I was livid!! Still can’t believe that someone would serve this !! Zero quality control. Won’t stop me going there - live KFC this I cannot deny. But COME ON sort of out … this leg is off a sparrow not a chicken !!!

Very poor quality overcooked dry just disgusting really I asked about my spicy wings whether I could change them and have something a little bigger or something with meat on and I was flatly denied. I wouldn’t bother going there again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, there was MOULD yes mould on my popcorn chicken this ruined the rest of my meal as I did not feel safe to eat it, I had however already eaten some of my food and got food poisoning and was unable to attend work so not only did I loose a days wage I had also spent £29 on food that went to waste, I’ve tried contacting their support team had no response, I’ve left 2 emails like the help centre suggested to get in contact rung the shop several time and not had a response AT ALL. Am absolutely disgusted and would like to take this further can you leave me some contact details of someone that will actually answer!!!

Never ever buy anything from this one. When brought 6 piece bucket they gave me wings instead of regular chicken.

There was only 1 member of staff but he was fab. Serving everyone that came in doing the food taking the payments and all whilst being friendly in hus job.

Disgusting experience on Friday night. Firstly the shift runner was on the phone the whole time. The front of house team member kept running to the middle of house fryers while taking orders. The whole place looked shady and the atmosphere was so gloomy. The chicken was terrible. Buckets of chicken which was terrible. Raw, poorly breaded chicken, all 4 of my friends got a bad stomach the next day. They don’t waste the products according to protocol, just sell whatever is cooked no matter how old it is. Would never go back! If you guys want kfc go to a more busy and better one, this one looks looks and tastes like an off brand KFC!!!

I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a manager, ever!!!!!! He will never accept his fault (missing food, wrong food items etc) and when you question him about it, he starts shouting, being aggressive and laughing in your face in front of other staff and customers. He made snarky comments about food being in the bag. I felt intimidated so didn’t check, and surprise, food items were missing once again. I called the store multiples times, no answer. This is clearly a reoccurring problem by looking at previous complaints, and also how I have personally seen him act to other customers in store. It is no wonder there is such a staff turn around as I can’t imagine what he’s like with them if he speaks in that manner to customers. I will never be stepping foot in this store again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. KFC should be ashamed to have someone like him running one of their stores, franchise or not. If I could give this a 0 star I would - AVOID!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say how amazing the staff are in KFC uplands . They are always friendly and helpful . The food is great and the shop is always clean. The manager is very helpful! Big shout out to James who always goes above and beyond with the customer service . Highly recommended

I can't believe their portion sizes. Large fries, the box was smaller than the palm of my hand qnd not even full. I can see why the place was empty.

It's at a fabulous location, wheelchair accessible and although it's not that big you can still dine in.

Food and service was good overall but the place was dirty and stinking.

Not a great experience. They don't seem bothered about walk in customers, half the staff ignore you, instead sorting out deliveroo orders for the permanent queue of moped jockeys. Chips were cold, bottle of water was warm. Long wait for a simple order.

Ordered from here twice, both times had items missing very disappointing.. rang the phone number 9 times !! to ask them to resend the missing items ..no answer..so have now paid for things I didn't receive and no way to contact them..bad service 😑 won't order from here again.

Really disappointed with this KFC site. Last 3 visits - 3 times something is missing or is wrong. I don't use delivery service - I always walk in. After first time I went complaining - was given missing items but no apologies were offered. Food is good but portions became smaller. I think I'll start going to a different KFC.

Just bought a colonel 3 piece meal for one at 1846 tonight. Changed the drink for corn. Got home and no fries again. This is the second time now. Not going all that way to complain. Tried phoning.... computers online no joy there then. Not very impressed at all.

BEWARE: missing items, inconsistency, don't answer the phone! Is this place under new management/or there's new staff or something? Never had issues before till now. It wasn't very busy but the ginger dude managed to mess up most of my order. How do you miss multiple items, mess up packing an order when they're on the screen in front of you? Guy was working like, "lights on but nobody's home" in his head. Less breast pieces turned into a bargain bucket with zero legs/thighs, 4 corn turned to 2 corn, missing snack box which he had to keep asking which one I wanted. Thanks to the other member of staff who gave me extra popcorn chicken to compensate for the multiple mess ups though... This branch mess up my orders so many times, and that 80pc popcorn chicken bucket? ordered tonight, only 73pcs...

Popped in to pick up some last minute food after a very long day of work.Just wanted to be served, collect my food & leave without any fuss - how wrong I was!The female member of Staff who served me was rude with absolutely no pleasantries or even an acknowledgement., she just treated me with disdain.After 5 minutes of this treatment I told her & her manager what I thought of her & told them to just forget my order & walked out of the store. All of the Staff looked like they needed a good wash, their clothing was dirty & scruffy, they looked downtrodden & not one smile the whole time.

I visited for the first time this past Saturday and it will definitely be my last. I had to wait 10 minutes for the girl to take my order and then another 20 plus minutes to get my food. My food was very cold, not even warm, I order no ketchup and everything I ordered had ketchup on it. There was no sweet tea in the dinning room, the condiment section was about empty and the place was dirty. The tables had crumbs all over them and I had to look around to find napkins. The sad thing about all this is, the manager himself was the slowest of all. The employees were more worried about talking and laughing with each other than they were about waiting on the customers. Needless to say I informed every customer after me about the time I had been waiting and they lost 5 customers in that 30 minutes . If that's the best workers that you can find in Swansea, then you're better off shutting this location down because they're ruining the KFC reputation.

KFC is a favourite of our family when we are rushed and do not want to cook. This particular one is the nearest to where we live. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Not the healthiest of food but on occasions it is just nice and convenient.

Terrible service staff need to learn customer service skills and how to deal with a complaint tables and floors were full of rubbish toilet's had pee all over floors and bins were overflowing with rubbish will not be visiting again

Big fan of KFC but have always had issues with the Morfa branch over the years. The quality of food is poor enough (chips are often freezing, chicken is hard from having been left too long, nothing is ever freshly made...), never mind the atrocious customer service. Orders are almost always returned wrong unless kept extremely simple and any complaints about the food are always returned with cold, patronising comments. We went there today, purely out of convenience, and it will be the last time we ever go there. We tried to order a large Big Daddy meal, but were told that: they do NOT offer large upgrades (first I've ever heard from any KFC branch); they do not offer Big Daddy burgers or box meals in general (I had to settle for the basic Zinger burger and chips); and they do not offer any of their streetwise raps. I ended up having a small Pepsi and fries, a Zinger burger and two mini breast fillets, which set me back a ludicrous £9. As usual, both the quality of food and attitude of the server was abysmal. I will never go there again and I urge any KFC fans in the Swansea area to make their way down to the Uplands branch instead, far better service and far better food.

Regular customer, Very good quality food when the order is correct with no mixups which has happened 3 out of a 100 times, which could be a failure in communication. But still great quality food with minimal wait times every occasion.

Visited around 8pm. The chips were stone cold, all tables were dirty and the bins were over flowing with rubbish. The toilets were disgusting. Would not return.

Visitamos el martes para el almuerzo. Las patatas fritas eran un poco rancio, pero siempre son de esta tienda. Al llegar a nuestra hamburguesas, nos dimos cuenta de que nos habían dado en vez de Torres Zinger Zingers. Mi novia fue a la barra a punto de esto y me dijo que ella había pedido el Zinger hamburguesas. Desde donde yo estaba parado a su lado) (definitivamente ella ordenados torres. Esta no es la primera vez que me pasa en esta tienda. De todos modos, ella me dijo que la libra extra para cambiar nuestras hamburguesas y no una mención de "lo siento". Así que me fui al mostrador y pedí un gerente donde el chico (Director) de golpe una chocante imprimir del recibo en el mostrador a mostrarme lo que tenía "ordenados", incluso aunque lo que pedimos y lo que pagamos por dos cosas diferentes. Seguido de un "YO de blurt dijimos que era una libra extra, no dice que no ella! "pagué la libra, nos dieron unas hamburguesas y a la izquierda. Aún sin la más mínima mención de una disculpa. Si esto es lo que es la atención al cliente, entonces aparentemente lo he estado haciendo mal durante los últimos 12 años.

Calidad de pollo. Yo y mi nan compartido un cubo ganga y estaban llenos después de comer sólo la mitad de la cuchara, ya que eran absolutamente carentes de antemano. Nos impresionó la cantidad de pollo que teníamos por un precio tan barato. GRACIAS KFC, les debo una.

Ocasionalmente un almuerzo de KFC, normalmente a través de la unidad.Hemos comprado una hamburguesa y una torre Zinger Flamin'Envoltura del KFC en Swansea (ambos eran Morfa en torno a 13:00 los viernes) y tienen consistentemente el mejor KFC sirve que he tenido en Swansea.La comida estaba caliente y parecía muy recién hecho hoy (30/09/16), de pollo crujientes y la ensalada era en realidad crujiente y verde. Sé que es la comida rápida, pero si quieres algo bien hecho y sabroso para comer de KFC recomiendo pagar el de Morfa una visita. Nos aseguraremos de hecho al personal hoy, por favor, seguid así! :)

Wish id read the reviews for this llansamlet kfc..normally go to the one in port talbot, which is spot on...but i was over here...Well my order, what can i say?...dried up chicken, & the fries! Thats what they used to be, not these!..dried up crap! Not even my dog would eat them..& he eats his own crap!...I'll NEVER waste my money there again...Avoid at all cost!!

We normally use the KFC near the Liberty Stadium but as it was relatively late we tried the franchise near to Asda in Llansamlet, what a mistake a comedy of errors but not funny!Ordered a six piece variety bucket with a bottle of Pepsi to eat in and when it arrived the fun began! Firstly no tray as it was packed to eat out, then we asked for paper plates to eat off - none here sorry so we reverted to eating off paper bags, then we asked for serviettes - none here sorry so we were given a pile of wet wipes, then we had to ask for our bottle of drink as the server had forgotten about it, when we sat down on the cleanest table we could find (which was filthy) the dips were missing from our order too so back to the counter to ask yet again. All the time we were sat down there was a liquid spill on the floor next to our table on which I slipped nobody bothered to mop up and just threw a sign near it !They should be utterly embarassed by the service or lack of it.

Took the family for a treat. Small portions and the chicken on my sons wing was sluggish looking. All others were fine, took it back and they replaced it with a fresh other. Good service.

The service was prompt and polite but there were few seats to eat in and the seats and table were not cleaned.

Another great chicken outlet with that secret blend of herbs and spices. I indulged here twice recently. Everything was good for me. The staff were pleasant, even though on one occasion I had clearly had a couple or more pints of Gower Gold.

Para vergüenza en un establecimiento, que sirve al público con comida y bebidas, por parte de empleados que no son claramente con fluidez en el idioma inglés. Todo es bueno y extranjeros bien, pero cuando hay que emplea es entendida un problema lo que están pidiendo, entonces eso es claramente un gran problema para nosotros los clientes de pago!!! Una simple petición de tomates frescos que se añade a mi filete de pollo hamburguesa, estoy seguro que estarían de acuerdo, es muy sencillo. Sin embargo, al llegar a casa, te puedes imaginar mi decepción al haber sido dado tomate salsa en vez de tomate. Por lo tanto, tuve que tirarlo ya que no me gusta salsa de tomate.Nunca más me voy a visitar este establecimiento!! Y un consejo muy grande a la gestión... Asegurar que su personal habla con fluidez en inglés!!!

The KFC diner is not situated in Sketty but in the Uplands area of Swansea it is very small ,the food is quite good and it is clean with good service ,on the down side being so small if you eat in it is very cold in there at this time of the year with people coming in and out who are mostly studants who can be quite rowdy at times

Usually what is expected from a KFC chain store, however the last time I visited and the time before I was given the wrong order and upon request of my meal I was again given the wrong order.

Fuera de las muchas franquicias de KFC en la zona de Swansea en mi opinión, el restaurante de Morfa es, de lejos, el mejor!Haber probado la mayoría de los otros y leer las críticas que son precisas siempre he tenido una buena comida en Morfa.El restaurante en sí está muy limpio y el personal era siempre en el ir limpiando ya que después de todo, es un outlet ajetreado y KFC es incómoda.Siempre he tenido una comida caliente fresco en Morfa ( ¡no puedo decir lo mismo de las otras franquicias que he estado especialmente Llansamlet!)sin duda no es elegante pero es genial para un almuerzo rápido o una cena.

My wife and myself went to kfc in the uplands in Swansea yesterday for a boneless banquet meal each,they were cooked to perfection,the premises was very clean and had good mannered staff,but be warned do not plan to eat in as we did as the place is very smal land only has two tables which are situated right next to the door and when we did manage to sit down it was very cold with people going in and out, this outlet is basicly a takeaway

estado aquí varias veces en el pasado, y cada vez que se ve como cualquier otro KFC con diferentes imágenes a través de ventanas. Uno esta visita nos dieron las patatas frías con comida caliente. Esta comida consistía en un hecho para una comida. Las alas de picantes estaban lejos de picante dejando un sabor de boca que persistió por las edades no muy agradable.
