Cold food. In fairness it did travel 600 yards in a brown bag during winter

Delivery time was meant to be 10-20 minutes but it arrived 50 minutes after ordering and arrived cold.

unfortunately 2 pc hot wings were omitted from Boneless Banquet

Did not arrive and its stating its been delivered and spent £30

The service was great and fast and while the food started out with hot mash potato, the chicken (boneless banquet) must have been there for the entire morning. It was mushy and cold.

Kept adding more time to the delivery time. Ordered from McDonald’s after I ordered from KFC and came within 20 minutes. Was waiting for for KFC for nearly an hour, when it came food was freezing.

Order was never delivered, but courier marked it as such.

I ordered 5 mini fillets, 1 mash and 3 sweet chili sauce. Although i ordered THREE sweet chili sauces, i only received ONE. I expect to have £1.20 refunded please, or a discount from the next order.

I ordered 5 chicken mini fillets, a pot of creamy mashed potatoes and some sweet chili dip. Absolutely delicious 😋. Highly recommend.

Delivery time changed by 30 mins and when food arrived it was cold and missing items

The chicken wasn't good. The chips and gravy were the only things I enjoyed. My order was missing 2 white chocolate cookies. I don't know if it was forgotten, or if the cookies were all gone. If you don't have a menu item available why can't you just remove it from the menu so that customers don't order it? 8:30pm is probably the worst time to place an order but that's a restaurant problem. As a paying customer you expect decent service at any time. No customer, no wages, right?

I’m not happy the delivery driver hit my door with his hand held device and the noise was very loud and to make things much worse I only had my door repaired yesterday after damage from a British Telecom workman a few months! Are they not trained?

This was my first time ordering from KFC Swansea Uplands Crescent. I got what I ordered for right on time. The food was warm and on top of that it came neatly packaged and well presented! I said in the order notes no mayo in the burger just tomato ketchup, and it had mayo in it. I want a refund.

on the tracker the driver was out side the flats in swanse center he was there of a good 30 mins food was cold because of this. he had my address and new were it was the time went from 9 20 to 9.29 to 9.30.then the 9 40 I think you need to find out what your driver was doing at that time

Went to store to deal with missing items from a delivery via the kfc app. The manager proceeded to be totally unhelpful, tried hiding away and getting his staff to talk for him. His customer service was zero, never have I experienced such poor behaviour from someone who supposed to be a store manager. Can’t make a decision and is rude.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! We used to order all the time and never had a problem, until tonight! Ordered on the KFC app, 2 out of our 4 meals never got delivered. Contacted the driver who told us he delivered the 2nd bag to someone else by mistake. Phoned the Uber customer service as per the app and they were extremely unhelpful, telling me they can’t refund me the missing items or send me the missing items and then hung up on me!! I went to the KFC uplands shop, the manager was extremely rude & unhelpful, refusing to give me the items or refund. The other staff were pleasant and attempted to speak to the manager to resolve our issue, but the manager still refused! So now I’m over £20 out of pocket, my family haven’t eaten and I’m extremely unhappy! DO NOT USE KFC UPLANDS!!!

Non of this order was delivered! Instead i got a wrong ordwr. When i went to replacw the order again i waited by the door for 10 minites while the driver was supposedly “nearby” and got told it was delivered on the app! I still havent had my food!!!

How in the world does a chicken restaurant manage to serves freezing cold chicken? Even the receipt said delayed order! Does anyone know how high risk cold chicken is... You can blame Uber and they can blame you but as a partnership this should not be allowed to happen no matter who's to blame!!

I have had numerous problems with this outlet. Tonight we have had 2 meals delivered - both without chips. This is unacceptable as this isn't the first time from this outlet. When we order elsewhere we do not have this problem. We will never order from KFC again after this.

Been here quite a few times always with a hope it might have got better, in the past five years however it has not, food here is always dried out and tastes like its been left under a heat lamp all day, gravy watered down. Chips very average. The staff are miserable, especially when the store manager is around who doesnt seem to put customer service first at all. Multiple times me or friends of mine have had problems with him and his attitude, making what should be an enjoyable and easy experience into something else. One time i scanned my qr code to get the free student snackbox deal, it came up on the screen and on the reciept. He then proceeded not to give it to me as i didn't say i wanted it when i scanned it. Do not waste your time here.

Came here tonight got a family feast the chips were average but got home and my chicken was pink inside luckily I didn’t eat a lot of it as I am 14 weeks pregnant and it could of made me very poorly was very greasy and slimey no taste to the chicken won’t be coming here again unfortunately

I did not receive any dip with my order.
