KFC in Swansea

Greasy cold chicken. Not like the KFC I remember. Rather bland.

Kept adding more time to the delivery time. Ordered from McDonald’s after I ordered from KFC and came within 20 minutes. Was waiting for for KFC for nearly an hour, when it came food was freezing.

my popcorn chicken and child's chips are missing from the order. iv tried to phone no answer. going to contact just eat to see what they can sort out

Order was never delivered, but courier marked it as such.

There was no chicken, the main part of the order wasn’t there

the delivery driver was a legend, he was understanding about getting the wrong address in the order and should get a pay rise

I ordered 5 mini fillets, 1 mash and 3 sweet chili sauce. Although i ordered THREE sweet chili sauces, i only received ONE. I expect to have £1.20 refunded please, or a discount from the next order.

I ordered 5 chicken mini fillets, a pot of creamy mashed potatoes and some sweet chili dip. Absolutely delicious 😋. Highly recommend.

Food was cold, ordered for my daughter and her friends & nothing was hot except the corn on the cob. The rest of the food was cold

Delivery driver went for a spin around townhill before delivering my food check the tracker for this order and you’ll see why I’m appalled shocking he need to know how to follow a map and not try taking shortcuts

Chicken fillets were delicious and mashed potatoes served hot and fluffy. Highly recommend.

Delivery time changed by 30 mins and when food arrived it was cold and missing items

The chicken wasn't good. The chips and gravy were the only things I enjoyed. My order was missing 2 white chocolate cookies. I don't know if it was forgotten, or if the cookies were all gone. If you don't have a menu item available why can't you just remove it from the menu so that customers don't order it? 8:30pm is probably the worst time to place an order but that's a restaurant problem. As a paying customer you expect decent service at any time. No customer, no wages, right?

I’m not happy the delivery driver hit my door with his hand held device and the noise was very loud and to make things much worse I only had my door repaired yesterday after damage from a British Telecom workman a few months! Are they not trained?

This was my first time ordering from KFC Swansea Uplands Crescent. I got what I ordered for right on time. The food was warm and on top of that it came neatly packaged and well presented! I said in the order notes no mayo in the burger just tomato ketchup, and it had mayo in it. I want a refund.

on the tracker the driver was out side the flats in swanse center he was there of a good 30 mins food was cold because of this. he had my address and new were it was the time went from 9 20 to 9.29 to 9.30.then the 9 40 I think you need to find out what your driver was doing at that time

Had I have been in the store I'd have asked for a refund. food is cold, burger and chicken weren't fresh and the chips were cooked hours a go. nothing about this order is fresh and is definitely not worth £23. won't be ordering again.

Went to store to deal with missing items from a delivery via the kfc app. The manager proceeded to be totally unhelpful, tried hiding away and getting his staff to talk for him. His customer service was zero, never have I experienced such poor behaviour from someone who supposed to be a store manager. Can’t make a decision and is rude.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! We used to order all the time and never had a problem, until tonight! Ordered on the KFC app, 2 out of our 4 meals never got delivered. Contacted the driver who told us he delivered the 2nd bag to someone else by mistake. Phoned the Uber customer service as per the app and they were extremely unhelpful, telling me they can’t refund me the missing items or send me the missing items and then hung up on me!! I went to the KFC uplands shop, the manager was extremely rude & unhelpful, refusing to give me the items or refund. The other staff were pleasant and attempted to speak to the manager to resolve our issue, but the manager still refused! So now I’m over £20 out of pocket, my family haven’t eaten and I’m extremely unhappy! DO NOT USE KFC UPLANDS!!!

Non of this order was delivered! Instead i got a wrong ordwr. When i went to replacw the order again i waited by the door for 10 minites while the driver was supposedly “nearby” and got told it was delivered on the app! I still havent had my food!!!

Cheeky delivery driver asking for a tip!

I have had numerous problems with this outlet. Tonight we have had 2 meals delivered - both without chips. This is unacceptable as this isn't the first time from this outlet. When we order elsewhere we do not have this problem. We will never order from KFC again after this.

How in the world does a chicken restaurant manage to serves freezing cold chicken? Even the receipt said delayed order! Does anyone know how high risk cold chicken is... You can blame Uber and they can blame you but as a partnership this should not be allowed to happen no matter who's to blame!!

Been here quite a few times always with a hope it might have got better, in the past five years however it has not, food here is always dried out and tastes like its been left under a heat lamp all day, gravy watered down. Chips very average. The staff are miserable, especially when the store manager is around who doesnt seem to put customer service first at all. Multiple times me or friends of mine have had problems with him and his attitude, making what should be an enjoyable and easy experience into something else. One time i scanned my qr code to get the free student snackbox deal, it came up on the screen and on the reciept. He then proceeded not to give it to me as i didn't say i wanted it when i scanned it. Do not waste your time here.

Came here tonight got a family feast the chips were average but got home and my chicken was pink inside luckily I didn’t eat a lot of it as I am 14 weeks pregnant and it could of made me very poorly was very greasy and slimey no taste to the chicken won’t be coming here again unfortunately

Delivery driver could have gone a much easier route, that being on the main Gower Road (A4118), turning into Parkway and then the destination. It saves so much time than going up through Glanmor Road, down through Sketty Park Drive (which is the long way around). Maybe next time...........

Missing chips and sauces! Bit disappointing

Food was how you expect it which was great, the staff were polite and happy, the only criticism on the day I visited staff were wiping their hands in their trousers and their trousers looked grubby in that area. 1. Wear aprons or 2. Wash your hands every 15 minutes or so. I only noticed after I received my food and I was dubious about eating my food but I did as I was starving. Not sure I'd go back as it has put me off.

absolutely terrible service. I am disabled and was standing on my door step after just eating notification. saying driver was near. driver saw me at top of steps and was sitting expecting me. to come to car.. then drove off. came back 3 minutes later. and delivered part of my meal which is cold. I asked name of driver and he cussed me and drove off.

I had ordered the tower burger box meal and request to swap the 2 chicken piece wing for 1 chicken fillet, I have done this previously before without any problems but this time around I hadn't received my request. Also I went to eat my burger and had noticed that the burger was made completely upside down which is pretty shocking as I'm sure the staff there know how to make a burger. probably the worst service I've had from KFC so far. Do better

According to the tracker, delivery guy seemed to be going the long way round. Perhaps he had another delivery too. Maybe he couldn't see his satnav properly as it was raining and he was on a scooter, so the screen would've got wet. I'm not blaming him or anyone else

The service was great. I am surprised you don't have a log of orders on accounts so that people can simply repeat a previous order at the click of a button. It could improve your customer experience and may result in an increase in orders overall. The only drawback is whether something is still available at the outlet but it wouldn't be difficult to code a search to compare with currently available foods to flag this up.

Never received my order and no one knocked my door!!

Uplands KFC is brilliant. The fried chicken is delicious and garden salad is always so fresh and the chips are excellent. It was a bit late but worth the wait.

Food was lovely apart from the Colonel 4 piece meal.. 4 drummers.. really?? A bit of breast meat would have been nice..!! That is my only criticism for that order..

The update at the end that says ‘delivered’ is incorrect!! We waited over an hour after the delivery time slot we were given & this delivery slot was not updated. The last we heard was that the driver had been allocated to our order. We ended up driving to kfc ourselves to collect our order as it’s late and our family needed to eat. We were faced with a very rude staff member from the second we walked in, he then told us we couldn’t collect our order as it had to be the delivery driver that picked it up even though he was over an hour late. We were also told that our food was the bag on the front counter and had been there for “at least 30 minutes”!! We asked “if the driver does show up, would you actually be happy as a business to send that cold food to us then??” They couldn’t respond, they shrugged and tried to carry on pottering around (no other customers were there). The manager walked in during the middle of this conversation and took no interest in the issue (we’d spent £30 on food we didn’t receive). We showed them all of our order receipts & order number & we were still refused. I understand it’s the policy between kfc & just eat but when the driver doesn’t show up, are customers just expected to lost their money! We then had to order more food there & then to make sure the family had something to eat tonight, no discounts were offered for the inconvenience, rudeness & £50 we spent in total! And now that you have marked our original order as delivered we may not receive the full refund for all that food we did not receive!!!!

KFC Uplands Swansea with out doubt the worst serving of a 3pc box ever 2small wings and 1 dry piece of chicken then had more bone than meat and for over $16 just discusting

The Food was freezing 🥶 to pay £2.49 on top of what I payed for the food and it to be late and cold was always gonna happen when you give a pedal bike two drops and myself being the last drop stupid I’ll not be using just eat again..
