My favourite pub when staying on Portland Street, nothing fancy, just normal.

Best fries ever. People are lovely

Popped in for a quick drink & sit down. Proper old locals pub, friendly staff. Just what we needed. Not much choice of casks ales but bottle of speckled hen did the job.

Very rude staff i.e Lura. Attended cafe today and instead of being customer service focused she felt it appropriate to dismiss me and assume she knew what I was going to ask. We quickly established she didn't so had to explain. Now if you don't like working in a customer service role....please leave..we as customers dont appreciate miserable attitudes. Thank you.

I had such a lovely time, the food was amazing, the vibe of the place was lovely also, Mo our server was great, I would 100% come back.

Had a business lunch here - the service was a bit sketchy and I had to go and ask to place our order - the food was reasonable in terms of quality and price - the ambiance was poor as it was 95% empty.

It was okay. I think it suited our needs whilst being out in town shopping and needing some lunch. Wasn't too keen on the blue cheese coleslaw or onion rings. My friend liked his double cheeseburger, but it only had one slice of cheese in it, I had a chicken burger, and it was okay.

Quick service and very attentive staff. Great food as per usual with Flat Iron. Will definitely be back!

I thought I’d treat myself to my favourite burger place after being out of London a while, what has happened?! The salad dressing was poured into a burger box which obviously leaked through, over everything else and through the delivery bag and is now all over my floor. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, I wonder how long they have been sitting around. The (gluten free) burger bun also overdone and dry. Just bad all round.

We found this restaurant by accident And we’re very happy that we did. It was very well lit and a pleasing atmosphere. We were greeted by a smiling host and seated right away. The burgers were prepared perfectly and were very tasty and the service was out standing. All for a very reasonable price. We did receive a visit by the manager to our table to ensure that everything was to our perfection. I would highly recommend visiting the Westminster kitchen Grill house. We will certainly return on our next trip to London.

I have always loved a F &B’s breakfast so we went there this morning for breakfast for my husband’s birthday. However, unfortunately the menu has completely changed and they no long offer a traditional English breakfast (bacon/sausage/beans etc.) It is also much more expensive. I have no idea why F &B would change this but I’m afraid it is certainly misguided and I feel many people will stop going for breakfast at least. The choice now does not resemble an English breakfast and I know it is an American/Italian restaurant but I do feel that you need to offer people what they love. The staff were amazing and I felt so sorry for them as we decided to leave breakfast and to go to Willow which did a gorgeous traditional breakfast. I do hope Frankie and Benny’s reconsider this terrible decision.

One of the employees lazily lied saying that I could use my discount via the kiosk when I asked him to do it via the front counter. I did my order via the kiosk then another employee with horrible make up and heavy lip stick said I can’t redeem it because I’ve already ordered it. Lazy and unethical workers.

Been here twice now. Cream soda is like nothing I've ever tried before 10/10. Good selection and food is to adequate standard.

Had a good time food was tasty and staff very friendly we had a blast! Michael was always attentive to our needs. Thanks Michael 😀
