I love the Five Guys burgers and also like a good hotdog so thought I’d try one of theirs as I’ve never dined that... Sadly it’s a different experience, probably one of the worst hotdogs I’ve had and it was cut down the middle and flattened out 🤷🏻‍♂️ so I won’t be doing that again. Fries were great as usual. Also all the extras were missing from the hotdog.

Ok it's more expensive than McDonald's but the food is miles better and you actually feel full afterwards. You can get any number of fillings free and the chip portions are big.

First time trying after reccommendations by friends. Went on our meal break in work. Absolutely without a doubt the best burger I have ever had. I've been to gourmet burger places and this won hands down. The chips weren't that great as they were too crispy for my liking, but they were ok. I'm also not a fan of the polystyrene vending cup they come in. But the burger was neatly wrapped. I also had a milkshake which was very nice. Almost more like an ice cream to be honest, I reccommend the Peanut Butter one! The service was excellent and the restaurant seemed clean. 100% will return.

Two beers, two burgers, two fries aka over £35 and a hard seat to sit on! Beers so expensive, chips undercooked and floppy, burger tasteless! My husband wanted me to go after all the hype aka “best burger “ etc. Have to say it was poor. Not worth the calories at all. Not a patch on BK (not that I go much) or Nandos as an option re price. So overpriced and tasteless. Sorry not sorry - emperors new clothes. Oh and had to let the staff know the toilet was out of tissue!

Quick service. Everywhere was clean (you can even smell the bleach in the bathroom! Which is good). Great food

Absolutely shocking. From Management to Staff. Burger was poor quality and staff just as rude. Would not recommend. Save yourself some money and go to a real spot. Would give 0 if I could. Makes me want to vomit

Me and my family arririved on a Saturday evening and were made very welcome by the members of staff. We are a family with 2 babies and they did everything to make our meal perfect, he bought drinks over and crayons for our Toddler! He was a real character and a lovely person. The Food and customer service was unbeatable. Parking is brilliant.

Came twice in a week and the service was amazing both times. Came with our two children and enjoyed our experience. Hot, fresh food and amazing milkshakes.

Sent wrong order. I’m allergic to cheese. I called and was greeted with a rude young girl. She said contact Uber. Uber give me a refund for half the price of the burger. I call five guys again and I ask the girl if I can speak to a manager. She says to a man next to her ‘he want to speak to the manager’ the man says ‘tell him your a supervisor’ she then keeps saying ‘nothing physically I can do’ over and over again until she puts the phone down. I recorded the whole thing. This is unacceptable. I’m left with a burger I can’t eat and lost half my money. Five guys has turned into a joke. Just kids working there and they don’t care about service or customers.

The atmosphere is calm, and the service is great even with a smile 😃 with regard to the food 💯 defiantly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A bit on the exspensive side for what turned out to be a tasteless cheeseburger the beef patties are tasteless let down badly i will stick to burger king from now on

The best milkshake in the town!

My first time here. Great service, very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The burgers were so tasty and the chips were divine. I made the mistake of ordering the larger chips for myself and my son, way too much, only needed the small portion. Quite pricey but if you can afford it, well worth a try.

Excellent burgers. You ask for extra and you get get plenty extra. Can't fault this site.

The manger at this place is a joke Lewis after ordering a burger no cheese on comes with cheese all over it not a slice parts of cheese doesn’t apologise and says your aggressive because they are wrong and will not let you speak constantly over speaking shocking person

Give me Mcdonald's anyday I paid £10.65 for a tasteless cheeseburger in total £45 for 2 adults and one child never again but I must say the girl on the grill and the young lad that served us was nice enough 👍

Never had a bad experience here. The food is amazing, the only downside is the price, so it's not a regular pick.

I've been several times always great food

Great staff and great food! Was nipping to maccies for a snack with my little lad, but we decided to try this instead. I was worried about my choice when I saw the prices for 'fast food' but decided I would give it a try. So glad I did! We did only want a snack, so got a kids cheeseburger each and a kids fries to share. Was probably double the volume of food we would have got from maccies - the kids burger the size of a large maccies burger, and top restaurant quality. I mean I loved every bite. The boy said it was the best burger he'd ever had. Also got a shake, which was small but lovely. Nice to see committed staff too. The guy at the till said to my boy: 'You're going to love this, because I'm going to go cook this for you myself!' He wasn't wrong, and wonderful to see staff so confident and happy with their work. Can't wait to go back (when I've saved up a bit! 😂)

Great experience, staff and the food was lovely however it's so, so expensive. A very rare treat at those prices!

Edit: I’ve seen the response to my review yes ok fresh ingredients but still I paid restaurant prices for a burger chucked in a paper bag and my fries split inside, no tray and paper cups for a milkshake that cost £7!!! This was my first time visiting one of these restaurants as we were out of town and fancied a change from mcds…but oh my god, £60 for 4 burgers, 1 large fries and 4 milkshakes…what an absolute rip off and unbelievable really. It doesn’t even get served on a tray it’s shoved in a bag, our fries had been spilt inside the bag, the place wasn’t overly clean either. You help yourself to condiments and serviettes. Paying restaurant prices for fast food service!! Saying that my son ate every last morsel of his food and the milkshakes were nice but certainly not worth £6!! You would expect them to be served in glasses rather than paper cups and straws at that price! Won’t return to a five guys ever again with these rip off prices sadly. It should be half the price they charge.

Similarly to most five guys, the food was epic! We went on a lunchtime on Saturday and there were tables available which is rare for five guys! My only criticism is the drinks machine, the drinks are tasteless and we complained and did receive a refund.

Love five guys, and this location was spotless. I ordered food, and it came in good time. The drinks fountain was stocked up, so you could have any drink available, and the free peanuts are an awesome touch burger was perfect and the fries are so flavourful

Amazing place to eat from. Had very good fries compared to the other five guys I have tried. The drink machines had variety of options to choose from. At the time of visit only one was working but wasn't much of a problem. The atmosphere is usually great going in but I noticed a female manager who took my order was very nice until she went back to the cooking area and was shouting abuse at staff who i quote "has ADHD", as stated by another staff member. He was constantly verbally abused and picked on along with another member of staff who had it lighter. Overall food was great but the manager seemed to really not like or treat her staff well.

Was a busy Friday night but the manager handled it well and whilst we had to wait to place our order they looked after us! Food came quicker than i thought it would, it is on the expensive side but always good quality and tasty!

Normally Great here, went in was greeted nicely by supervisor food was good too. although, I did notice that the staff members are a bit child like - one girl was chasing another staff member around the table, one member of staff was talking inappropriately infront of me to another staff and as I walked out to the outside seating area I seen two staff members maybe on there breaks but stinking of weed. Would expect a little more professionalism as this place is expensive and it’s sad because the supervisor was very nice but rest of them were a bunch of kids. Normally I used to like it but something needs to be done about this as I won’t be returning here

Hi, I was served by a young Asian lad. I forget his name but he was excellent and the chips were yummy. 5 Stars to 5 Guys! Ps: I wish the burgers were halal!

Small but decent five guys branch, its directly opposite McDonald's, there's not many allocated parking spaces, though I don't think anyone actually checks. Food is usual quality, the staff look like they need a little training in their food prep but it still tastes good. When I visited the floor was really slippery, it's unclear why but the floor state extended all the way to the toilets. Edit: I was contacted by five guys management team who apologised for the condition of the floor and gave me a food voucher which was unexpected. Excellent that they read this review and followed it up.

Two bacon cheeseburgers- both sets of burgers burnt and dry and both lots of bacon BLACK and burnt. Tried phoning then to send them back , no ans. Keft voicemessage didn't get phone back. Had one last Saturday,which was beautiful and juicy. Very disappointing.

My friend and I called here. It was our first visit. The fries were loaded with salt, too much for my pallet, and the burger was no better than I cook at home. I had to ask the person at the counter three times to clean our table as the mess was left by the previous customers. All in all, disappointed and certainly would not return personally, I find this eatery overrated.

This 5 guys is a gem, its the best one in the whole area. the food is always 10/10. the gentleman who served me even knows my regular order

Food was lovely, service was great. Only thing I could fault is that the tables were quite dirty and messy but I think this is just due to having a quick turnaround of guests at them.

I've had better 5 guys experiences. Was waiting a long time for the food as there seemed to be sooo many app orders to get out

The burgers arrived on time but freezing cold. Even the foil was ice cold like they were placed inside a cool bag with cold cans. Had to heat in the microwave which ruined the burger

Excellent burger as usual. They certainly fill you up and keep you full. Sometimes you can have certain fast food and you're feeling empty 30 minutes later..... Enjoy.....

A nice meal, far too many chips in the regular portion. Beautiful milkshakes. Staff were really nice. The place was very quiet. The only thing was the restaurant didn't really have an atmosphere or personality, just very plain.

Only ordered 2 burgers and one large fries. The fries were not large, barely regular. One burger was missing the bacon. Also missing the ketchup on the side. So not good, overcharged and under delivered.

I love it at five guys but this one does not taste the same as the one in arndale centre the burgers seem to be really thick and im not keen on that ai like it thin

My first visit to a Five Guys, I’m told that all of their burger places are nuts like this one. Interesting experience. I did like the bacon cheeseburger, looked the part and tasted even better. Not so sure about the fries though. More like chips to me. Plenty of them and we only had the ‘little’ portion. Better than McD’s? I’m not so sure. It is nice and the food is good, just not sure what it’s missing!

The staff and location really good. I just don’t get the hype about Five Guys. Having heard lots about how good it is we tried it and left feeling a bit, well, underwhelmed. The chips/fries are good, great staff, but, being a burger fan, couldn’t help feeling the burgers are very average!

At £19.50 it was a bit steep for a burger chips and a shake. Burger and shake was good but far to many chips. The pigeons enjoyed most of them .

Being on the opposite side of the Trafford Centre really works for this Five Guys. It's pleasant to be in, and food is cooked and served quickly. Staff are lovely. This is my new go-to Five Guys for sure.

2 cheese burgers, fries and a drink each came to £40. I'm not sure why everyone is okay with this 🤔 The burger was nothing special and the fries were soggy because they came in a cup and there was condensation on the bag. Not great meal. I use the toilet and the seat was completely covered by whoever went in before me 😑 Would not go back.

My burger was cold I reported this and told I would revive a credit which has not been sent.

Once again the order was completed incorrectly, but at least and it only took 20 minutes to get it wrong. Someone should quality check orders before handing them over, it's too late to complain by the time you get home!

Food was cold and stale and it was said the food would be here at 19:35 but it turned up at 19:45 as well it kept losing tracking signal when the driver had the food im very disappointed with my order

I was delivered the wrong order. I ordered off Just Eat and ordered a cheese dog without a bread roll and small Cajun fries. Instead I was delivered someone else’s order off Uber Eats which consisted of a cheese burger with bread roll and a milkshake!

Wouldn't recommend buying or eating from this branch at Trafford retail park. The young lads employed here as instore serving / prepping staff are seen to walk across the car park to the side of Dunhelm\motorway to smoke cannabis on their break(s) on a very regular basis throughout the day and night. (There's plenty of external cctv footage to back this up). Unprofessional and very poor advertising for the company. No to mention the staff use of drugs in company working hours, then serving the general public, especially children! So if you recieve bad service or the food order is poor or the presentation of food is messed up, like its just been thrown together. Then you know why. The staff don't give a hoot because their high!

Might be the best burger I've ever had. Ordered the smallest fries and got a mountain of them so no complaints here, food was red hot when it arrived and it got here quickly

This is definitely my preferred Five Guys in the area. The staff are invariably lovely, especially when I find myself umming and arring over toppings and sauces. I once had an issue when ordering online, and the staff here went above and beyond to help, making certain that I knew they had logged what happened and even went so far as to offer me a means of reaching out incase I was unable to resolve the problem without evidence. Just brilliant people. Food is delicious as always, never seems to faulter.

First time I've had five guys and wow it was the best burger and milkshake I've ever had in my life. The staff was all so friendly and the restaurant was clean and tidy with plenty of parking for customers and an outdoor area to eat in.

No milkshake or any drink with order, wasnt told and now have to wait for just eat to refund me, total joke.
