Had the white chocolate cookie dough with vanilla ice cream and raspberries, which was lovely. The staff was very nice and helpful. Asked for a glass of tap water, and was given one in no time.

took a really long time to come from when we ordered, however the main issue was the waffles and pancakes were Cold and we didn't get any gelato at all with either of the waffles on the sharing platter. the sauces were good just a shame about the missing gelato. the waffles were quite dry and we didn't bother eating more then a bit of each of them.

Just had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was amazing. Fantastic deserts, excellent customer service, sooo friendly, nothing was a problem. Which was impressive considering there were 18 children aged 11 years old. A must to try. Really really recommend Richard and Elise

The waffles here are fresh and light but toppings aren't that brilliant, the other desserts are below par. A couple of slices of each are kept in a glass cabinet - they weren't chilled and the biscuit on the biscoff & taste of heaven one was extremely soggy/stale We also ordered a piece of gluten free carrot cake which didn't taste very good and was dry. I wouldn't bother eating here again tbh overpriced for what it is.

Delicious as usual, the delivery guy is always friendly and polite.

Ordered 1 waffle and ice cream for delivery. Still not here after 2 hours, don't bother ordering for a delivery would be quicker walking to collect it.

The environment is very comfortable. The waiters are also very friendly. The desserts are also delicious. My son loves coming here for desserts.

The staff were very helpful and kind to accommodating my group of 9, we all enjoyed ours and were full by the end of it. 100% recommend for a great birthday

We had the crepes with chocolate and strawberries🍓. also tried the rainbow milkshakes. really nice and very tasty. We paid around £15 each, which we think was reasonable. Fantastic choice of deserts, and plenty to choose from. We were greeted by a smile from a lady and asked if we were dining in or out. so we decided to eat in. Nice furniture and clean. There was a young lady, looked like she didn't want to be there, however we enjoyed the food and would go again. Recommend trying.

Would not accept that the HDM orange card does not come as a physical card anymore, even though I’ve had the discount there before. Cheesecake was stale and cookie dough base was burnt. So overpriced too! No sign of a manager or anyone that appeared to have authority.

The order came through as 'DELIVERED', called them up and they were super kind and let me know it left a couple mins ago for delivery. Upon delivery, it was pretty much just left at the door. Items were a little cold but nothing to fuss over. Milkshakes were very good, kept cold, thinner than most places but still as a decent milkshake consistency. Very good to order from, would recommend.

Waffles were freezing cold and the milkshakes were like water wont be ordering from there again

When I called up about late delivery, they were very rude. I will not be ordering from there ever. The items were over hour late and not edible

Shocking service, missing items and abysmal delivery

Really like the desserts from this place, my favourite is the American style pancakes with Oreos on top. The price is slightly cheaper compared to other similar dessert places I have tried which is a bonus. The seating and atmosphere inside are nice.

Very disappointed Today came to LD’s with my younger son to enjoy waffle and crepe’s with mood to sit in. We were told to sit near chain curtain which is near door - so with many seats empty, I requested if we could sit inside as I wanted to prevent cold from constant opening of door but lady middle aged lady : declined the request by saying they are closing service soon and those all tables are closed. We decided to take out To my shock one group of girls and boys walked in one smiled asking me if I was waiting and very long waits - I explained that I am taking out as they seem to have closed the tables as closing soon -this is at 9.05 - girls from group said oh dear we have made impromptu plan - about 9 of them. Then again the same middle aged lady came to talk to Thai group and to my shock she gave the seat but not to us. That was so disappointing and inappropriate !!!! People come to these places to have good time not to be discriminated.

Cookie dough was cold and burnt. The gelato was liquid, due to the driver taking 30 minutes to deliver the order - even though it’s a 7 minute drive. We called the restaurant to ask where it was, only to be told it should be there soon — it wasn’t! The cake was soggy and unpleasant. The milkshake, perhaps due to the long delivery time, had unfortunately diluted to a warm slop. Very disappointing.

Amazing food and amount of food, dips are rich and filling. Plenty of variety would buy again is pricey but arguably worth it

Horrible service, we received our waffle under cooked. The manager advised the waffles are set on a timer. Did not offer a replacement and told they had complaints before about the same item but won't offer a replacement. Not a fan of throwing food away, but on this occasion I wasn't going to feed my child uncooked waffles

Cookie dough is one of our favourites and as always it was warm and delicious and the ice cream is something else. We got a milkshake this time as well and oh wow I will definitely be ordered that again next time. If I could give you more marks I would. Delivery was a long time slot but arrived well before which happens quiet a lot. Thank you for great service.

Disappointing! Not up to their usual standards.Delivery was 45 minutes late. The ice cream was liquid, needed a straw instead of a spoon! Plus I couldn’t register how late it was as the dial kept flipping back to 5 mins

Excellent desserts, pancakes soft and fluffy. Toppings are fresh and flavoursome. Clean place, nice decor and attentive staff. Great for family outings 👍

I ordered a cake from here today (sunday) to takeaway. There was one slice of each cake left in the display cases. I presumed these slices would just be for display. Anyway I chose the chocolate fudge and when I got home later thay day I attempted to eat it. Never in my life have I had such a stale cake. It was disgusting and I had to throw the entire slice away and my boyfriend pointed out it was from the display stand which makes sense why it was so dry! Cakes need wrapping in cling film or storing in an airtight container to stop them drying out not just under big glass lid.

Ordered this for me and my wife for our wedding anniversary. I ordered earlier in the day so there was plenty of notice but the 20 minute delay in no way took away from our enjoyment of the food. The food was excellent quality and although there was a lot (to be had over the next few days ;-P) is was quite pricey even with a Tuesday discount. Definitely a treat but worth it

When it comes to the little dessert shop, there is very little to find fault with as you’re greeted by an amazing range in the counter of amazing, looking ice creams mouthwatering, plated desserts, insanely tasty, looking gelato balls, old-fashioned school, dinner, dessert treats, and an array of insanely mouthwatering doughnuts. I’m a very picky sweet tree eater and I had absolutely no complaints with everything. I tried on the menu. This included a warm milk, chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream, cookie dough special, which includes three full-size cookies in milk, white and triple chocolate, with a very generous dollop of ice cream. A Brookie also served with ice cream, cornflake, slice with hot custard and multiple flavours of the gelato balls to finish off No, I do admit that I had some help with my friends as we were part of four, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of sitting in the booth paging through the enormous menu that feels like a huge photo album and being served and generally feeling completely spoilt

I went today with my children and their cousins. We had a lovely time. Very friendly. Lots of dessert options. Quick service. Attentive staff.

Went in for a take away order. So excited as the desserts looked amazing. However, we were ignored when we walked in. When we asked to order, we were told to wait while the staff finished their conversations. Left in the end and decided Tesco would be a better experience.

Arrived late and everything cold

Ordered cornflake pie and a chocolate cake came. The custard was cold. I phoned up to complain to be told “you’ll have to order again”. I explained I will not be paying again as I paid, and it is your error so I expect another delivery with the correct cake. I was met with “well I didn’t do it, there’s nothing we can do”. Let’s say the discussion got heated to which management took over the phone call. Awful service, cake was mediocre and cold. Never again.

One of my favorite places in Atrincham for sweets. Aside from the yummy treats, the late night hours are perfect for a post tea pudding and it’s always a pleasure when Aqib is working. Since day one I’ve been impressed with how personable and an over all great person he is with customers. It’s no surprise why I’ve become a regular here.

Order hasn’t even arrived 2 hours later and now says restaurant is closed ! When trying to contact the restaurant it just hangs up

Got a text at 9.30 telling us it was on the way, 11pm the order finally shown up after calling the store twice driver was rude and told me my address wasn’t on the receipt it’s clearly shown

Ordered at 9:10pm delivery was estimated between 10:05-10:25. Didn’t get here until 10:50. Crepe was freezing cold and ice cream was all melted. Also didn’t receive the ice cream that I meant to come with the crepe and only got the ice cream that I ordered separately. Normally a fab place and love to eat in here however clearly and issue with delivery.

Mega late order. And driver stole x2 sundaes and caught on doorbell rummaging in the bag!!!

I live 2 mins away yet the delivery driver took over an hour to deliver. Everything was a melted mess. Avoid, don't waste your time.

When ordered smoothie I was expecting this to be full of blended fruits with ice and possibly yogurt/milk or whatever - my Merry Berry smoothie (blueberry& cranberry) was literally a 1x shot of blueberry juice and 1 x shot of cranberry concentrated juice with 12 ice cubes - for £5.95 - don't get me wrong it was okay-ish but for that price I was expecting at least few fruits inside. The second thing what we had was White Kiss milkshake - and it was really good however the taste was closer to Biscoff taste milkshake than to Rafaello Milkshake ( no coconut flavour at all while should be White Kinder Bueno®, Raffaello® and white chocolate) it was 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream and little bit of white chocolate for £6.50 and comparing the price of milkshake and smoothie I can say smoothie was clearly overpriced.
