Food was perfect, best Tim’s yet!

First visit today and my last , Spicy Chicken Wrap got a chicken Bun . Did not ask for fries however they were Cold . Cold and wrong meal . It’s not that difficult is it

My mate and I were ‘Bagging’ just north of Stirling and an early morning Breakfast was in order. My first experience of Tim Hortons was actually in Ayr and to be honest, I’ve never really looked back. Possibly a controversial comment here but for me, it beats Maccy’s hands down! Order - Double Sausage and Egg Muffin Stack (as a meal - just £1.00 with any hot drink), a ‘chaser’ of an Original Breakfast Wrap and, the infamous Doughnut. Mega fuel needed and mega fuel obtained! The food was great and the added bonus was the Hash Brown in the Muffin, as well as a side. Value for money was absolutely spot on. We have another two Munro’s to climb this Thursday and I very much suspect (well almost guarantee) that we’ll be back again. Yet to try anything aside from a Breakfast, but look forward to it when I do.

You guys have won my heart, especially MJ and palwinder. Will surely be back soon. Tim Hortons will always be my favourite doesn’t matter wherever i go. The stirling branch got much better service and staff than the other stores.

This was our first visit to Tim Hortons and found that it was OK! No complaints, but it wasn't setting my world alight with its food and was reasonably average.

It's clean, quiet and inexpensive. The food and coffee is actually pretty good for what is essentially fast food, and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately they stopped doing non-dairy milk for their coffees about a month ago and I've now stopped going in because they don't seem interested in restoring this part of their service.

Burgers taste like microwaved food and coffees stinks

It's a Timmy's, coffee, doughnuts and chicken. Food is always good, price is average and it's clean. I feel it's a bit under-appreciated in Stirling but I enjoy it. Staff are always pleasant and... Well, that's it! Good place.

So the chicken / coffee / donuts are all great! The service is also great. The beef is not so good, it just tastes like poor quality beef in the burgers, feels very cheap. The atmosphere is calm, clean and friendly however it is far too warm inside. The heating feels like it is always on full blast and I cannot last more than 20 minutes inside because of it. I’d recommend the French vanilla latte and old fashioned glazed donut.

Only went in for a hot drink on this occasion. Highly recommend the hot chocolate. Toilet is clean, which is a bonus compared to other establishments.

Used the drive though but got home to find they have forgot all the donuts.

Best fast-food coffee selection out of them all, with the ability to swap out milks and decaf etc… good donut selection also. My favourite thing is that it’s usually quiet in there, which is a nice change from the chaos and noise of more popular places like McDonalds. It’s VERY expensive for fast-food, though. I usually go with my partner, we both get a standard meal and drink, plus a donut, and it usually costs somewhere around £22-24 all together.

The place was untidy, rubbish falling out of bins and dirty sticky tables. Food is not good and overpriced. However milkshakes and coffee are nice a lot to choose from.

Warm restaurant on a cold day..

Management needs the sack and the team doesn't know what deals are on the menu on two occasions they got it wrong and all the manager did was laugh at the girl getting it wrong ....poor customer service

Chicken wrap and waffle chips. The wrap was good, tasty, fresh veg. The waffle chips weren't so good. Green tea was nice. Service was quick and friendly.

It was an early morning visit with few customers on site, so the atmosphere was atypical.

Just wanted to say I have had the best service today at Tim Hortons. The staff member Guru, seen me on crutches waiting for my food having ordered it, he then told me to sit down and kindly brought my food to me. He then came over 30 mins later and asked if I wanted another coffee, which I did. The breakfast bacon roll and French Vanilla coffee was delish. I'd like to thank Guru for this amazing service and professionalism, he clearly loves the brand and his job. Maybe all other companies could learn from your hiring and training. Thanks so much Tim Horton's - YOU ROCK!!!

Slow drive thru but decent food

Food is very good. They have service points that you order food I don't use them so I go to till you can stand a few minutes till they take order. Very poilite staff

The food is fine, ever so slightly overpriced, in particular the milkshakes. For the size you get, £4 is veering on the side of pricey. Staff seem polite, the restaurant was clean.

The coffee reminded myself of being at a trick stop ..the food a total upscale of class towards knowing a hungry traveller will be belly full and happy for their journey .reminded me of grannies cooking .again with the timbits I was transported in mind to a child it was Cumberly like a hug around my belly blew my mind instant conversion now I only drink tim hortons coffee far superior take on road side cafe ..made its mark on me so thank you for the forever great experience so fresh in mind to see such detail in a cooked item hats off ..

Listen, I have a Tim Hortons bias and a sweet tooth. I love their other stuff too but this day was all about the Timbits and a little restful moment. As usual, Timmy's provided.

Missus and grandkids had a craving for some Canuck scarn. I got the Big Tim and she got the Timmy Glizzy. Turns out thats not what the burger and hot dog are called and my grandson pranked us! Wish it was a few years back so I could slap that smile off his face!. All in all Burger was as good as could be.

Went in with my son and wife for a coffee ended up having a meal each .fresh fast very polite staff .clean seating area .it was my son's first visit and already wants to go back

Long wait for food. Burger wasn't the correct one and missing bacon and when I waited again for service was told there was no bacon in a very matter of fact way. My telepathic skills had let me down again! I asked why I hadn't been given a choice for a different burger and was told it was due to me using the self serve. I had stood waiting for the food long enough in a very quiet restaurant where you could hear staff having a laugh with each other. Suddenly 3 other members of staff arrived and discussed what burger I had been given. I was offered a piece of bacon at this point. It took a further member of staff to offer a remake. I could hear further discussion about me and which staff member had made the original order whilst waiting for the new burger. Shame customer service isn't a priority!

Fast food standard... Little bit disappointed by the burger. I should have tried donuts in place. My daughters told me that they are specialist of donuts. Coffee very nice

Came in for a spot of lunch with friends all was good until we where greeted by faces of thunder. The staff where throwing daggers at everyone, like why? They where rude and very abrupt. Personally I'd fire them and hire new staff. Food was great though.

Nice fast food and a bit of change on the usual offer! Service isn't as fast tho but worth the wait in comparison. Price is also higher than your average pub or fast food chain. Circa £15-20 per head for a normal deal.

This place is a delightful spot to enjoy a quick and satisfying meal. Went for my coffee there, the inviting ambiance and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The menu they offer is a variety of classic Tim Hortons favorites, their iconic iced latte, and Boston cream donuts are my fav. A perfect stop recommended for any coffee lover or someone seeking a tasty treat in the area!!

I don’t leave many poor reviews but…. Lots of staff running round like headless chickens. Waited 25 minutes for a sausage and egg muffin, coffee and hash browns. Still haven’t got it. Last time I was here service was poor too and had egg shell in my last muffin. I’m only here because McDonalds stop serving at 10.30am but at this rate I’ll need lunch before my breakfast. Awful!

First time I've visited and I was impressed. Great selection of food and drinks. Reasonable prices and some good deals available.

Placed our order, two wraps, two waffle chips, two latte and stood at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited some more, looked at our watches and still waited …. No member of staff came up to advise us of any delay …. So we waited some more. The cafe was empty but for a couple of people having a drink. 25 minutes later a tray was dumped on the counter with our wraps …. Yes you guessed it, we waited for the rest. We told the staff this wasn’t acceptible, blank stares was our reply. So hungry we accepted the food, but on opening the annoying packaging it was Luke warm, so were the potato waffles., now if they were freshly fried they would have been too hot to touch? There were no other customers??? When people only have an hour lunch break and choose a fast food outlet they expect a bit more, speed and polite staff wouldn’t go amiss. And we paid over £15 for the privilege. Now we know why the cafe was empty at lunchtime. Awful.

The staff in this Tim Hortons are very attentive and always up for a little conversation while you wait. Lots of seating and a good selection of coffee and food.

Service was slow, but the food was good, this is the third time we have visited the restaurant with the larger eating area closed off, leaving only a few tables at the front of the restaurant. I would also like to highlight that the place is ALWAYS FREEZING! Please warm the place up it makes the experience very uncomfortable with the door constantly opening.

I had the bacon, egg and cheese bagel meal, which was amazing. I'm not usually a fan of hash browns but the Tim Horton's one was lovely. I tried one of the new iced capps - a mocha one. It's, not surprisingly, really sweet but tasty. The French vanilla coffee is always good as was the honey cruller. The lemonade refresher was also a big hit.

Stop here for lunch. The order was taken quickly, and the service was good. Unfortunately we found the food was look warm, tasty enough, but wouldn't rush back.

A great alternative to the normal breakfast places. Was in at approx 0900hrs and it wasn’t too busy, tables were spotless, food served quickly and tasted nice. Loved the coffee, one of the best that I’ve had in a fast food restaurant and on par with what you would get in a coffee shop. Great selection of donuts and pancakes. Overall a great experience and I’ll be sure to return.

Latte was ok - Canadian maple doughnut was sweet but fairly tasteless - you could however taste the oil it was cooked in. Yum! Thought they were famous for their doughnuts??! Tried a burger today - 2nd chance! Oh dear - wouldn’t recommend. Everything expensive - but poor quality food and watery drinks.

Used to be great when it opened in Stirling but has now decreased in value, taste, service and general atmosphere. I now go to Costa across from it for my Coffee and lunch (used to go there but has become awful too)

Ok but McDonald’s is nicer. A bit scruffy in places despite being new. Won’t rush back.

When you order a beef burger with BACON you expect BACON with you burger! Doh! I complained and the had to wait 15mins before I got my proper order. These people just don’t care. Their young and very inexperienced!! You don’t get this problem with other chains like BK, MAC D OR KFC. Get a grip

Donuts and coffee are excellent Hot food is hit or miss: whether it will be the correct order, whether it will be hot or cold, sometimes even microwaved so that it's hard in the wrong places.... Out of the ten or so times I have visited this branch, I believe that my order has only been correct once. Every other time I have had to ask for the correct items and wait another 5/10 minutes
