we love Tim Hortons, the food is amazing, and so is there french vanilla, I would always buy from here, and would definitely recommend, and worth the money

Missing one pancake from my pancakes meal.

Forgot two items, and refused to refund. I would not risk going here.

Ordered a meal, didn’t receive the main item

I've been here a handful of times in the last year and each time, the Double Double hasn't had any sugar in it. It's the easiest thing on the menu to make. Coffee, two shots of cream, two sugars. It's kind of in the name. Yesterday I went back and ordered a Triple Triple just to see what they'd do. Yep, you guessed it, coffee with no sugar. Hopefully they read these reviews. Put sugar in the coffees!

It's good to pop in for coffee, always plenty of seats and parking. Nice coffee and peace to work. Can get busy on Saturday mornings!

We ordered at half 12, said it would arrive at 13:05, got pushed back every five minutes until 14:00, most food items were cold and cola tasted watery and flat. Tried to get a refund, they have no number to call, all I could claim back was £5 of a £21 order.

Ate inside this location instead of using the drive thru today. It's clear that drive thru receives the main priority, as I've received great service there regularly. Walked in to a 6 person line that was waiting on service from one individual however. They were great at moving the line through quickly, but walked away from multiple unmade drink orders. 4 other individuals and myself were left standing there for a few minutes waiting for a staff member to approach the front counter to even ask what we're waiting for. The staff member that approached and made the drinks was incredibly quick at least. I then waited for another 5+ minutes for my flatbread to be made. However, it appears to be a constant situation where guests are left waiting at the front counter with little to no attention for quite some time. Not including the wait time for their actual purchases. As of writing this review, a gentleman was left waiting 4-5 minutes at the till to purchase a gift card with only one other guest in the dining room being served.

The ambience of the place is really great. You walk in to the smell of brewing coffee and are greeted with a warm smile from the staff. The service is very fast and efficient and the food tastes amazing.

Coffee is good, cakes are good, service is ok. The place is really untidy, tables don't get cleaned, bins overflowing, napkins cake boxes on the floor. Toilet door doesn't lock. Plenty staff there, why doesn't someone just go around and give the place a quick clean up.... there was more staff than customers so no real excuse for the state of the place. Wouldn't return.

Love the great value breakfast. Quality of food is great and always freshly prepared and piping hot. Love a box of Timbits to take away too!

Same ordering screens as McDonalds, except not quite. Got the same issues with the printers not working. However, when you add ketchup to your order, it looks very much like it's separate. It shows it in a little pot, but they put it inside the muffin!! Hence ruined sausage and egg muffin with ketchup and bare hash brown without ketchup. Completely ruined my food and they wouldn't change it. Big smiles from the server "we put it in the muffin" I didn't want it there! Not changing it. Bad experience for me. Very quiet, clean place. Much more seating than the average McDonalds but even smaller car park, albeit with a massive retail park opposite so parking will be available nearby.

First time at a Tim Hortons drive through .. Burger was cold and squashed in tinfoil. Camembert bites were still frozen. All the food was sickly sweet including the meat and rolls. Bland food, bland service. Terrible, won't be back.

I ordered meatless chicken sandwich and I was delivered literally chicken sandwich????!!!! how can you make this mistake???? is this even real????also the driver saw that I'm on second floor and he still stood there and didn't come up to deliver the order.

Luxury box included twelve donuts. Only four varieties and three of each variety. All of the donuts were stale and three of them had no filling. I’ve ordered this box many times and never been this disappointed with an order. If at full price the order can’t be completed to the normal high standard it would be better to just cancel the order rather than sending something so disappointing.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kiera, and I have to say, her service truly stood out. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Her positive attitude and professionalism made out visit so much more enjoyable. Even during closing time, Kiera remained calm, efficient, and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, and Kiara definitely went above and beyond. Thank you for the great experience!

Stopped by Tim Hortons just before closing, and even though it was late, Kiera welcomed us with a big smile and fantastic service! She didn’t rush us at all and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered 2 french vanilanlarga and 2 latte but i recieve 1 french vanila i req for refund indidnt get it

The food is actually good. I've ordered 3 times now, but each time the food is cold when it arrives and I'm not far from the restaurant. I order from farther away and get hot food so there's no excuse.

I got the wrong drink. I asked for an iced french vanilla, which i got, and a regular french vanilla latte which i got another iced drink in place of.

Thank you so much to Palwinder and Max for making our night. We popped in after a movie for some chili fries and a coffee and a donut. They were both so friendly and helpful even though we arrived just before closing, they were great. I would definitely recommend Tim Hortons in Stirling. I'll be making it my regular coffee shop. And the donuts and Tim bits are very tasty.

Pulled up to drive through at 10:45 on August 25th 2024 and they turned the lights out as I pulled up. They are open until 11pm. All these long time institutions are falling apart. Perhaps room for some “ma and pa” biz to come back. UPDATE! Whoever is supposed to be working just sped past me in their car before 11pm! Well, an early night off for someone….

Food and everything is great but the food servicing doesn't feel hot.

My last Tim Horton was 10 years gap in Toronto, so it was good to have that strong coffee taste. And on top of that they have a great offer on a sausage and egg muffin bun

The driver turned up with a subway bag! Tried to tell me that’s what they gave him.. doesn’t check for any other orders and just drives away! I ended up going down to Tim Hortons myself as no contact no. They were great and remade my order for me to take back home. It’s actually unfair on the restaurants that their orders can be completely messed up by incompetent drivers that have nothing to do with them. Laughable you give the drivers a tip before they come too should really go to restaurants

Good coffee, but the team here need a few lessons in basic cleaning skills. Literally every seat and table was greasy this morning so I ended up sitting in my car. Hint: use HOT, SOAPY water and expect to change it a good few times if you're cleaning a whole restaurant. This is isn't rocket science.

usual take away. freezing cold inside- despite rain it was nicer outside than inside. cold burgers, soggy fries

1 star down to being told they have stopped hot food not long after 9pm.

Ordered a meal with flat white and a separate latter never got the flat white got quick refund for missing item

Usually has been great when I order food but this morning was shocking never got all my order and there’s no phone number to call to see what’s happening

Burgers were stale and overcooked, large fries was only half full, missing items. Poor quality of food does not justify the inflated price.

The ham and cheese ‘toastie’ and waffle chips and hot chocolate were stone cold and my cherry cooler was completely defrosted. First time I’ve ordered and most probably be the last

Inside its order at the door via automation then collect when you’re called forward. Coffee was grand and the staff were pleasant. It wasn’t terribly busy and the place would benefit from someone being detailed to wipe tables, chairs and floors. It could have been cleaner.

Iced French vanilla coffees awful toastie not great and sides like bricks. Also bought the assorted donuts to take home dreadful never again waste of money.

The donuts were fresh and delicious! I wanted to treat my Husband for Father’s Day and he was very pleased. Our only disappointment was the lack of variety in the Tim Bits box. The powdered bits in particular. But with it being a busy day, we understood. :) We’ll definitely be ordering again one day!

Went here a few weeks ago, great food, good staff and a nice and quiet atmosphere.

The Delivery Driver was lovely, even told me what bag were the drinks were, so I wouldn’t spill it.

Was keen to go as first time I have seen one out of Canada. The coffee tasted the same but limited selection of food especially in the patisserie section. We had cheeseburgers - double and a single and shared the lattice Fries. My husband did not enjoy his burger and though the coffee was bland. I had never had a burger in Canada so cannot compare to there but certainly a different flavour/texture to McDs or Burger King. The place was clean but cold quickly due to air con bring on and it was not a particularly warm day. The larger padded seats most comfortable and easy to get out for someone like me with mobility issues Would we go back - unlikely which is a shame.

I wish I'd discovered this place sooner. Breakfast for £1 !!!

My mate and I were ‘Bagging’ just north of Stirling and an early morning Breakfast was in order. My first experience of Tim Hortons was actually in Ayr and to be honest, I’ve never really looked back. Possibly a controversial comment here but for me, it beats Maccy’s hands down! Order - Double Sausage and Egg Muffin Stack (as a meal - just £1.00 with any hot drink), a ‘chaser’ of an Original Breakfast Wrap and, the infamous Doughnut. Mega fuel needed and mega fuel obtained! The food was great and the added bonus was the Hash Brown in the Muffin, as well as a side. Value for money was absolutely spot on. We have another two Munro’s to climb this Thursday and I very much suspect (well almost guarantee) that we’ll be back again. Yet to try anything aside from a Breakfast, but look forward to it when I do.

You guys have won my heart, especially MJ and palwinder. Will surely be back soon. Tim Hortons will always be my favourite doesn’t matter wherever i go. The stirling branch got much better service and staff than the other stores.

This was our first visit to Tim Hortons and found that it was OK! No complaints, but it wasn't setting my world alight with its food and was reasonably average.
