Always long waiting time asking me 15 minutes but Always have to wait 45 minutes

Great service from the staff. But why do they have the air conditioning on in the middle of winter? The place was freezing and uncomfortable to sit and enjoy my meal

Meal was lukewarm service was quick but shop was quiet.When I reached home(5mins by car, I was 2spicy chicken wings short. No wonder shop was quiet.

Nice place but not like we are expecting.

Food was good a little bit salty but overall it was nice the restaurant could have done with the heating on as it was very cold inside when we visited

Located close to town centre with a drive-through service. The fried chicken is tender and well cooked. We use the self-service kiosks to order and food brought to the table by the staff

I do like KFC but the location here isn't great and the place was absolutely freezing. There is no way the heating was on. The new chips in KFC and so much better worth a visit for them alone. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Chicken wasn't cooked had to take it back. They replaced it thats why I'm giving them 5star for service

Went for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t like KFC before but they must’ve changed their recipes because it’s actually good now. The only thing I’ll say is that the iced tea is very very sweet. I usually like a lot of sugar, but it was a little bit too sweet for me. The BBQ burger was really good, best hash brown I’ve ever tasted! Will be back sometime

Took my granddaughter to have lunch very disappointing worst KFC I have ever been in only cash payments taken dirty tables and lack of staff but have to say the lady serving was very apologetics but it was obvious it was not her fault

Stopped off for a quick bite before a concert and had to wait such a ridiculously long time that we ended up being late. Food was nice and staff polite but my main complaint is that the place was so cold. It was below zero outside yet there was no heating on. I was wearing a thick jumper and my winter coat and yet I was literally shaking with cold.

Youse need a rev in that place, not the first time we’ve felt sick after eating from here. Can clearly tell your foods been out of time sitting too long. Check your temps and wash your hands.

Couldn't use drive thru, I park up and walk in.. i stand at the counter while the 2 staff members keep walking past me, can smell the pish fae the toilet at the counter. Worst kfc av been to need to do better

Don't always get order right sometimes meals Lukewarm

Chicken was dry. Disappointing. I had ordered two aero ice-cream but was only told this was not available after waiting for 30 minutes to collect my order. Summer tables were dirty and had not been cleaned the whole time I was waiting. Just doesn't look good.

Food was cold, the Popcorn chicken tasted like cardboard, entire items where missing. Would not recommend to anyone, just get something else.

Went in and the guy stood behind the counter for about 4 mins. Chatted to his colleagues before even asking if I was going to order before telling me it was cash only. What a waste of time.

The staff make this place excellent. We were served by Megan who went out of her way to ensure that everyone in the group was happy.

After a 4 1/2 hour drive , we made a pit stop here. It was the worst kfc I've been In . The toliet wasn't pleasant had to clean before my kids could use it. The smell was terrible and the restaurant smelt of the foul smell of toliet. I did tell one of the staff and he used Airfresher which didn't make much difference. When ordering the hot drinks , icecream , milkshake machine wasn't working , no knives either . The restaurant tables were dirty . I couldn't eat in as for the foul smell and dirty tables . We had to eat in the car. This is not acceptable especially driving for 4 1/2 hours . Complained to kfc , wish I read the reviews before going there.

Food standard similar to other outlets. Ice cream facility more often than not out of order. Entrance requires repair and maintenance, badly potholed and rubbish lying around.

Poor service staff more interested in chatting to each other, chicken was look warm could count the chips on one hand

Didn’t have a few food items, however still left them on the menu and didn’t let us know before ordering or after we got our food until prompted at the counter. Unacceptable

Felt welcome, even tho near to closing time, plus was willing to cook fresh as they did not have enough for our order.

Your order is wrong most of the time & when you ask for sauce & they tell you its in the bag & you drive away & its not there it's absolutely frustrating

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Went in the drive through which was empty. It took a good few minutes to take my simple order for 2 large meals, 4 fillets and a popcorn chicken. When I paid, the guy asked us to wait in the car park. After 10 minutes of waiting I went into the restaurant to see why it was taking so long. Our order was sitting there half packed up. Seemed to only be 2 guys working in the whole place. Customers who walked in long after us were sitting eating their meals. They were so unorganised and didn’t even record my extra popcorn chicken. I told them not to bother and walked out with the food, which was freezing cold by the time we arrived home. The fillets were rock hard too. Awful service, the place looks dirty and unkept. I’ll not be going back again. Please sort out this branch KFC, it’s really letting your reputation down.

Terrible! Wish I had read all the one star reviews, they are well deserved! All 6 pieces of chicken were burned and dry compared to the rest of the meal.

Poor service, chicken had been sitting a while. No napkins, no salt, no sauces, staff can't actually count out 8 pieces of chicken, they also forgot the popcorn chicken (which was very cold)......

Very poor. It's years since I've been to KFC and the experience was not great. No hot drinks, no sparkling water and the chicken was luke warm. Portion sizes were really small. The restaurant was cold and the road and carpark were full of very large potholes.

Its a standard KFC outlet, same as all the others.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air in the fast food industry.

Visited this KFC with hungry kids on a week night due to a late school event. The place looked deserted and grim, so shouldve taken this as a signal to give it a swerve. Ordered a "boneless feast" for £24 from the drive through. Waited for 10 minutes in the dark and dingy carpark before receiving cold, soggy chips and room temperature dried out chicken. The order was missing fries and two gravies so we drove round again. I asked for napkins twice but didn't get any and never saw a single of the advertised accompanying dips. £24 for inedible rubbish, most of it went straight in the skip! Absolute garbage, the franchise quality assurance inspectors need to pay this place a visit. Avoid at all costs, get a sandwich from the petrol station next door and burn a £20 note, you'll feel better for it!

Worst KFC I have been in, carpark needs repairs, no coffee, dirty tables, no napkins , and it wasn't busy, and decided not to use bathrooms, would be surprised if I go back.

No hot drinks. Environment dull and unwelcoming. The staff serving me very helpful and apologetic. Food poor.

KFC is a great place, but unfortunately this outlet failed to deliver on the KFC standards. The food was served room temperature. The chips, chicken, baked beans, everything was already cooked and reheated a long time in advance, hence they were cold and soggy. Baked beans were microwaved multiple times because of which it was caking up and drying out around the edges. All of this with me being the only person in the restaurant when I walked in.

Poor, Poor, Poor!!! Food literally flung together, cheese slice barely in the burger and more in the box, fries Luke warm and soggy. Over priced and poor food. Avoid at all costs.

Staff didn't help the 1 guy serving very much my husband was missing a chicken piece staff just standing about in back kitchen watching front staff member rush about on his own was shocking to see

Never have I experienced such bad food at a KFC. Cold coffee, half a portion of fries, and as for the tower stack I’m afraid words fail me. See picture. Very definitely my last visit!

Improved a lot over the last 6 months

Took ages to take my order man still waiting to order after 5 minutes.

Couldn't pay with card around the drive thru so had to park and go in.. ask for a large meal but they put it through as regular and I couldn't be bothered arguing. Mini fillet was missing from the box meal.

Good food, fast , friendly and efficient service

Food was cold due to lack of heating in store, when I returned the food I was told they wouldn't cook any more food so they didn't have any waste as it was 2130hrs. Refund was via cash because he couldn't do it via the card machine. Unfortunately a poor experience from the staff and unacceptable food experience. I believe that the food was sold knowingly below food hygiene regulations. This place needs inspected by environmental health ASAP.

We treated ourselves to a Christmas KFC - it was their limited-edition gravy that drew us in. We munched our way through a Gravy Mega Box and watched the trains pass by the restaurant on their way through Stirling station.

Waited an hour for delivery, wrong sides and 6 sides of gravy that you could turn up side down and it never moved, went to complain and no heating only drive through speaker not working, to be told I could give you a meal replacement no money back or voucher.

I don't think this place has ever gotten an order correct. The young people that work here are full of attitude and constantly give you dirty looks and hate working there

Poor show for a KFC, tucked away behind a BP garage... They got the order wrong, so a lengthy wait to reorder... Food was cold when it was served, place in need of decoraton, and parking was a joke....

waited 30min in a drive thru for order, also got 20 hot wings deal. I ate 4 or 5 when home and the stomach cramps and pain was unbelievable, staying only 5 min away, food was cold too. went in place looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. one in Alloa no better. KFC in central belt are rapidly going down hill. if you want the RUNS and pains in the stomach..these are the places to go to. o btw. the seagulls ate my 8 pieces of chicken and the remaining hot wings. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

The road into it feels like it's going to some creepy abandoned theme park... Driven in here twice and left without ordering because the machine was broken or nobody inside wanted to use it or something. Got some chips another time and they were...ok.

This place in the pits and game me the sh1t$. On entry the place was cold and empty, had no buzz about it and no salt! What restaurant has no salt!! The chicken on the bone was the worst I've ever had. It was saturated in oil. The signature crumb was nothing but a soggy mess it was disgusting and had a brown dirty oil look to it. When lifter out the box it left a large brown oil patch in the box. Drink was flat and had no ice. It doesn't seem to me like any standards are being maintained in this KFC. I will not be returning to this dirty place. Just to add, upset stomachs all round after this visit.

Absolute insult to the KFC brand, & the manager is a joke, wrong order, cold chips, cold corn dirty restaurant no condiments had to ask for salt pepper napkins straws, will never visit the Stirling outlet again. Come on regional manager sort it out.

granddaughter was the only one that had something to eat and im glad i paid £ 5for 3 pieces off chicken and chips the chicken was burnt she only ate 1 piece chips were burnt and disgusting wont be back

The international menu works well here. You know what you are getting for better or worse. Quick service. The place is well maintained. A decent fast food joint.

Waited 20 minutes going through the drive inn. Got the chicken burgers and even the dog wouldn't eat the chicken. Yuck.

Does not even deserve one star. The chicken was burned and dry, the chips was definitely not fresh. Found the whole meal disgusting actually 🙄, not worth a cent. The delivery person was very friendly though.

Quick drive thru, hit and miss for everything you want being available but staff are always lovely and friendly. Inside the restaurant is spotless. Not the easiest place to get back onto the main road from, the roundabout is the busiest one in Stirling but worth the effort in my opinion.

I would avoid this takeaway - been eating kfc for years and this is the worst takeaway experience I have had. First time I returned and got a refund second time just did not bother will bother be back. Avoid its terrible outlet I am not sure how they get awaywith this under the kfc brand. KFC checks must be slipping

Few miatakes with the order qiicklt resolved.

Shame the twister meal was cold, delivery man on bike got lost and went to wrong street. Had to go looking for him. Wrap was literally half the size it should have been. Dissapointed. Last time I bought directly from the shop and it was lovely. Wouldn't use delivery service again.

I never been in a fast food place witch is sooo chaotic. Nobody knows where any queue starts.One till open, people are coming from different direction. Self service screens would be really beneficial. Tables dirty to the point I was afraid to touch in in case I would stock to it. Really scary place. We ended up eating outside in the car. Food...this I'd KFC. It is everywhere this same.
