The place was quiet so no excuse for the food being either raw or burnt but that's what we got . Husband was unwell the next day

Coating is unbelievably tasty, but chicken was greasy.

KFC Stirling - A Disappointing Experience I recently visited the KFC in Stirling and was incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness. Despite the restaurant being practically empty, every table was dirty. There were several staff members present, but none seemed interested in cleaning up. I had to take matters into my own hands, grabbing some napkins to clean a table before I could sit down. The restrooms were even worse. They were filthy and wet, and it was clear that they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the cleanliness of this KFC was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This is the second time I've come recently and the food has not been hot. Even after taking the burger back to the kiosk and asking for it to be heated, it came back the same tepid temperature, not hot enough to melt the cheese in the slightest. I suggest staff refresher training on what temperatures need to be reached to safely consume the food, before someone gets food poisoning

Seriously, give this place a miss service is shocking, always check your order before leaving,order always wrong price's are ridiculous McDonald's better value 3 pieces of chicken £6.50 ie small strips

If you are lucky to get the chicken freshly made its awesome! If not, its OK. Some of the staff are not the friendliest and certainly shouldn't be front line staff if they don't like people.

Dreadful place. Rutted nd potholed chess road, scrubby car park, didn’t have offer nationally advertised ( very apologetic, said theirs and other Scottish restaurants often excluded from deals advertised) and then could only take cash as reader was out of order..again. Truly dreadful place, actually felt very sorry for staff, if it’s a franchise it needs serious quality control from KFC. If not, the area manger needs a good kick in the bum!

I thought I would try something different for lunch. Good god almighty, where do I start, the entrance is full of potholes, pretty sure I have damaged by car or got a slow puncture. Then there are multiple signs up, you can only stay here for a limited time, this space is for collection only, this space is disabled. Please tell me the point of having disabled spaces further away than actual spaces? . Once I entered I was greeted by screens, oh joy more machines asking to download an app, get a code, earn points. As I scrolled through the menu, I was gobsmacked at the prices, So I stuck with my usual, boneless banquet. The chicken was dreadful, i could not actually bite through it, the chips taste disgusting, what is wrong with plain chips stop adding seasoning. Once I had eaten the rotten food, a member of the public nearly fell flat on his face as the floor is not level. If anyone from KFC is reading this do yourself a favour and close for good. Just read the latest reviews. Ps £10 for lunch for one person is robbery.

Waited 40 minutes for the bucket. Happy to wait thinking it will be all fresh. Wrong!!!! Cold chicken and hardly any fries without any seasoning at all. Save your money, time and avoid the rude service. It wasn't our first experience and every time it didn't fail to dissapoint

As seems to be the case with every fast food place in scotland they spend too much time focusing on all the just eat orders and delivery guys orders rather than the people who actually made the effort to go there themselves. It should be a rule that priority is given to customers who are in the venue rather than the sofa sad acts placing orders for this kind of food from home.

Disgustingly tough inedible chicken in chicken sandwich. Overcooked and dried up chicken bucket and took 20 mins to get it. Absolutely the worst meal I have had from any fast food joint. The staff did not want to be there and need to go on a course for customer service. Shocking!

So angry missing half of my order chips are cold and all the food is cold can’t believe this they also didn’t take what my friend wanted off there burger

This has to be one of the worst fast food outlets in the whole region. The service is poor (they seldom get full orders correct), it’s rare that the food is fresh and contactless payments is usually broken so cash only! I’ve given it a couple of chances thinking that it couldn’t be that bad again but to be fair- they’re consistent!

Open yet going through renovation with dirty boards above the food area. Toilets stinking so badly I had to move whilst waiting for my food and I was 10 feet away already from the toilet doors!

The place needs a good clean and the toilets are disgusting. Which leads me to believe that the food prep areas are not going to beach better. Will not be returning amy time soon. The chips were cold and a bit hard 😐

I ordered food for take away. Unfortunately, the ordered chips source was missing. I even asked at the collection point if the source was packed inside, and was told yes only to get home and discovered it wasn't packed in

Where to start....tables dirty (at 1pm in the afternoon?), floors filthy. Bins overflowing. Toilets stinking of urine and blocked. No napkins. It was like the apocalypse. Words fail me. Man behind the till was asked to come and wipe our table; couldn't even wipe a table properly, leaving a third full of crumbs. My soda drink was lukewarm, flat, no ice. We asked for rice box meals and didn't get chips. Honestly the worst visit I've ever had to a 'restaurant'. Never go back and never go through the drive through. Disgusting!

Haven’t stopped itching and it’s been an hour. Food was decent but presentation of it was awful. The wrap was unwrapped and you could tell it was prepared on a dirty surface from the food stuck on the outside of it. From stepping inside, instantly we could tell it was disgusting; the floor was covered in food, there was not one table free of previous customers remnants. The machine to order had a dirty screen stuck with food, and did not give a receipt after ordering therefore we could not show that many of the items we ordered were missing. The items that we did receive were not even the correct ones, there were too many mistakes to mention. The toilets smelled like sewage, the floor was wet (with more than just water!), the toilets themselves were dirty and unflushed. Wet toilet paper was strewn across the floor and the taps and doorhandles were dirty too. Other surrounding customers were struggling to find somewhere to sit that was not dirty, and we left extremely unsatisfied. One of us had to eat a salad with a spoon… Overall we paid £35 for four of us to eat (expensive in comparison to other fast food places!) but yet we left with our appetites only being reduced by the disgust we suffered whilst inside. Avoid at all costs, absolutely revolting 🤢

As much as I like chicken, I doubt I will be back. The place just is not clean, the public seating area is dirty and toilet disgusting, which makes me think what's the cooking area is like?. The entrance has big pot holes , and overgrown hedges. Overall, the place needs some TLC..

Honestly I’ve never felt myself actually gaging and itching after being in a fast food place, fruit flies… evreywhere 🤢 toilets were stinking smelt like it was riddled with disease . Food was actually decent but I just felt so disgusting being there that it put me off. Fully itching and dying to get out but my boyfriend is a slow eater so unfortunately the itching perched as i waited for my little mouse to finish. Obviously I showered as soon as I got back. And also there was so many dirty trays about it wasn’t busy and someone should’ve cleaned the tables or swept a floor. The place itself is situated in such a weird location. I’m never going back and honestly neither should you

I totally suck at KFC, no one goes there

Spent a day on the hills with my mates and had a good 45-minute wait until my return train journey back to Glasgow. I had, up until that point, decided to end any sort of dining at KFC due to two awful experiences (at other restaurants may I add, not this one). I gave in to temptation on this occasion (Munro bagging is hungry work) and thankfully, the experience was pretty good! Head and shoulders above the other two anyway. Normally edging towards a Mighty Bucket For One, I chose differently and ordered the Zinger Tower Meal, with a KFC Savers Menu Mini Wrap as a chaser. A Burger is definitely the way forward for me - really happy with this one in particular. The Fries have also improved since my last visit (a lot). To be honest, the meal was actually worth the money and I don’t normally associate such a statement with KFC! One minor grudge - get that entrance road sorted! Pot-hole central and fairly poor for a popular fast food chain. That aside, this was well enjoyed and I think my vendetta is long over now. Hopefully other KFC restaurants operate at the same standard as this one.

Located close to town centre with a drive-through service. The fried chicken is tender and well cooked. We use the self-service kiosks to order and food brought to the table by the staff

I do like KFC but the location here isn't great and the place was absolutely freezing. There is no way the heating was on. The new chips in KFC and so much better worth a visit for them alone. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Went for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t like KFC before but they must’ve changed their recipes because it’s actually good now. The only thing I’ll say is that the iced tea is very very sweet. I usually like a lot of sugar, but it was a little bit too sweet for me. The BBQ burger was really good, best hash brown I’ve ever tasted! Will be back sometime

Took my granddaughter to have lunch very disappointing worst KFC I have ever been in only cash payments taken dirty tables and lack of staff but have to say the lady serving was very apologetics but it was obvious it was not her fault

Stopped off for a quick bite before a concert and had to wait such a ridiculously long time that we ended up being late. Food was nice and staff polite but my main complaint is that the place was so cold. It was below zero outside yet there was no heating on. I was wearing a thick jumper and my winter coat and yet I was literally shaking with cold.

Youse need a rev in that place, not the first time we’ve felt sick after eating from here. Can clearly tell your foods been out of time sitting too long. Check your temps and wash your hands.

Couldn't use drive thru, I park up and walk in.. i stand at the counter while the 2 staff members keep walking past me, can smell the pish fae the toilet at the counter. Worst kfc av been to need to do better

Chicken was dry. Disappointing. I had ordered two aero ice-cream but was only told this was not available after waiting for 30 minutes to collect my order. Summer tables were dirty and had not been cleaned the whole time I was waiting. Just doesn't look good.

Food was cold, the Popcorn chicken tasted like cardboard, entire items where missing. Would not recommend to anyone, just get something else.

Went in and the guy stood behind the counter for about 4 mins. Chatted to his colleagues before even asking if I was going to order before telling me it was cash only. What a waste of time.

The staff make this place excellent. We were served by Megan who went out of her way to ensure that everyone in the group was happy.

After a 4 1/2 hour drive , we made a pit stop here. It was the worst kfc I've been In . The toliet wasn't pleasant had to clean before my kids could use it. The smell was terrible and the restaurant smelt of the foul smell of toliet. I did tell one of the staff and he used Airfresher which didn't make much difference. When ordering the hot drinks , icecream , milkshake machine wasn't working , no knives either . The restaurant tables were dirty . I couldn't eat in as for the foul smell and dirty tables . We had to eat in the car. This is not acceptable especially driving for 4 1/2 hours . Complained to kfc , wish I read the reviews before going there.

Food standard similar to other outlets. Ice cream facility more often than not out of order. Entrance requires repair and maintenance, badly potholed and rubbish lying around.

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Went in the drive through which was empty. It took a good few minutes to take my simple order for 2 large meals, 4 fillets and a popcorn chicken. When I paid, the guy asked us to wait in the car park. After 10 minutes of waiting I went into the restaurant to see why it was taking so long. Our order was sitting there half packed up. Seemed to only be 2 guys working in the whole place. Customers who walked in long after us were sitting eating their meals. They were so unorganised and didn’t even record my extra popcorn chicken. I told them not to bother and walked out with the food, which was freezing cold by the time we arrived home. The fillets were rock hard too. Awful service, the place looks dirty and unkept. I’ll not be going back again. Please sort out this branch KFC, it’s really letting your reputation down.

Very poor. It's years since I've been to KFC and the experience was not great. No hot drinks, no sparkling water and the chicken was luke warm. Portion sizes were really small. The restaurant was cold and the road and carpark were full of very large potholes.

Its a standard KFC outlet, same as all the others.

Visited this KFC with hungry kids on a week night due to a late school event. The place looked deserted and grim, so shouldve taken this as a signal to give it a swerve. Ordered a "boneless feast" for £24 from the drive through. Waited for 10 minutes in the dark and dingy carpark before receiving cold, soggy chips and room temperature dried out chicken. The order was missing fries and two gravies so we drove round again. I asked for napkins twice but didn't get any and never saw a single of the advertised accompanying dips. £24 for inedible rubbish, most of it went straight in the skip! Absolute garbage, the franchise quality assurance inspectors need to pay this place a visit. Avoid at all costs, get a sandwich from the petrol station next door and burn a £20 note, you'll feel better for it!

Worst KFC I have been in, carpark needs repairs, no coffee, dirty tables, no napkins , and it wasn't busy, and decided not to use bathrooms, would be surprised if I go back.

No hot drinks. Environment dull and unwelcoming. The staff serving me very helpful and apologetic. Food poor.

KFC is a great place, but unfortunately this outlet failed to deliver on the KFC standards. The food was served room temperature. The chips, chicken, baked beans, everything was already cooked and reheated a long time in advance, hence they were cold and soggy. Baked beans were microwaved multiple times because of which it was caking up and drying out around the edges. All of this with me being the only person in the restaurant when I walked in.

Poor, Poor, Poor!!! Food literally flung together, cheese slice barely in the burger and more in the box, fries Luke warm and soggy. Over priced and poor food. Avoid at all costs.

Never have I experienced such bad food at a KFC. Cold coffee, half a portion of fries, and as for the tower stack I’m afraid words fail me. See picture. Very definitely my last visit!

Good food, fast , friendly and efficient service

Couldn't pay with card around the drive thru so had to park and go in.. ask for a large meal but they put it through as regular and I couldn't be bothered arguing. Mini fillet was missing from the box meal.

Food was cold due to lack of heating in store, when I returned the food I was told they wouldn't cook any more food so they didn't have any waste as it was 2130hrs. Refund was via cash because he couldn't do it via the card machine. Unfortunately a poor experience from the staff and unacceptable food experience. I believe that the food was sold knowingly below food hygiene regulations. This place needs inspected by environmental health ASAP.

We treated ourselves to a Christmas KFC - it was their limited-edition gravy that drew us in. We munched our way through a Gravy Mega Box and watched the trains pass by the restaurant on their way through Stirling station.

Waited an hour for delivery, wrong sides and 6 sides of gravy that you could turn up side down and it never moved, went to complain and no heating only drive through speaker not working, to be told I could give you a meal replacement no money back or voucher.

I don't think this place has ever gotten an order correct. The young people that work here are full of attitude and constantly give you dirty looks and hate working there
