Terrible service. Staff clueless of the 40% off offer and in general a terrible exsperience. Starter sat their for nearly 10 minutes and wasn’t buisy staff to busy talking

I returned after two months for my daughter’s birthday, and once again, the experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were top-notch. The service, especially from Ellie and the rest of the staff, was fantastic. They all joined in to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, even bringing out a birthday hat and a balloon dog, which made the day extra special. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!

Be careful, you ask for a double....she turns her back, tries to hide and puts a single in. Twice tonight. Otherwise a fantastic venue

We visited Smith & Western with our 3 children & a baby. Staff were friendly, accommodating & service was fast. All our food was incredible, no complaints at all. All very hot, super tasty, great portion sizes and the kids loved it too! We had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back.

Patatas fritas duras, difíciles de masticar e insípidas también. Ordenaron recoger y más tarde se enteraron de que no pusieron una porción de papas fritas en la bolsa. Buen servicio en su Westfield White City GBK, pero la comida no era genial (por segunda vez) Burger era agradable, pero no se llevará a mi familia de nuevo! ¡Decepcionado! Good quality food with a decent portion size. The chef/server was friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant is cleanly and the toilets were in a good state.

Great service as usual. Zoe was our host and she was excellent. Food good. Lovely place with good atmosphere and ideal for families.

Place is a disgrace says 2 for one drinks and then when you order nothings actually 2 for 1 and it's £7 for a bottle of Corona and you only get one rip off

There was an uncle who was serving at the counter- very arrogant, self-centred man - he lacks the basic of customer service skills. The food quality leaves alot to be desired, the sauces are substandard - if you care about your health and your hard earned cash, avoid this place at all costs.

Burger turned up pink and not cooked so had to throw it away. For the price they charge too! Won’t order again
