Food is always good but this was the 2nd time they forgot the bottle of drink

21/4/25-There was no food menu on my table, i kindly asked staff at the counter and was told that 'there's a food stand outside'; thanks for going the extra mile, especially when it's raining outside, review=-1

Great service as usual. Zoe was our host and she was excellent. Food good. Lovely place with good atmosphere and ideal for families.

Place is a disgrace says 2 for one drinks and then when you order nothings actually 2 for 1 and it's £7 for a bottle of Corona and you only get one rip off

Had a meal on 28th March at Double Tree Hull. The restaurant only had 6 tabIes in use. I had Calamari for a starter, the batter was light and soggy. We asked for a gap between started and main as we could see other tables being brought out quickly. my partner had the lamb shank and I had the salmon escolope. There was little time between the starter and main and the waiter apologised and said the chef wanted it out. The lamb was cold and the salmon was dried on the side, indicating it has been under the lamps a while. Not a food experience for a cost of £159 for 2. Not going back anytime soon.

We popped in for a bite to eat yesterday, very dated, service was slow and the food came out in less than 5 minutes which was quite shocking. Both me and my partner ended up with upset stomachs a hour later. I definitely wouldn't recommend it definitely won't go back.

The food is excellent and the service exceptional. We really enjoyed the overall experience especially with how they treat us. Kudos to the whole team!

Fun place to grab some food and drinks , huge venue , loads of space and seating and a great atmosphere.

After few months i tried again Tesco Coffee shop, and unfortunately coffee served in does not taste like a coffee. Drink was very weak and delivered badly with lots of splits on the tray and small cup plate. I still stand by my previous comment and do not recommend this place for coffee to any others coffee lovers.

The food was of poor quality. Both my starter - soup! - and main meal were served cold. A friend had the same main meal as me and this was also served cold. We had the impression that the food was prepared well in advance. The vegetables were so rubbery that it was difficult to cut them let alone eat them. The soup was sent back to the kitchen and returned with little apology and no explanation. The ambience is pleasant and Weston was a good meeting point as we were a party of four coming from different directions. However, the general standard of the food is not good and I would hesitate to go again.

A very disappointing visit. We returned our starters because no cheese or jalapeños had been added. The kitchen hadn’t even started preparing our main meals by this point - even though we were the only diners there. We cancelled our order and left. Sad experience as we’d been very much looking forward to the evening.

I had to send my food back. Not at all knowledgeable about allergies. Over all a really bad experience with average food and in general rude service. Really disappointing!

Very good employees. Service was very good. 👍

Rude barman. Made to feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in as ‘not local’. Place also smells.
