Very nice place, friendly waiter, will do anything for your comfort, food was on the table in the blink of an eye, tasted fantastic. This is the place to go.

Wow.. what a great place to meet your friends .. hang out and partake in the value for money food and drink .. just wish there was a little back ground music x or the option to have an area with music.

Had a pizza lukewarm and undercooked and fish and chips smallest fish I have ever seen never dun a review before put this was so bad had a pint that was good.

I attempted to dine here before a concert but despite a number of enquiries about our order our food never arrived. I had to leave and was assured I would have my bill refunded in full 3-5 working days later but now a month on I’m still trying to get my refund with no response from GBK. Terrible service.

Originally ordered the buffalo chicken pizza at Belushi's today, not particularly expecting it to be as spicy as it was (my fault). I spoke to Avaran at the bar, and he decided to buy me a whole new pizza (margarita this time). His kindness meant that I had food in my belly, and I was so appreciative if his hospitality. I offered to buy Avaran a drink to show my thanks, but we agreed on a review instead. Thank you again to Avaran from Belushi's in Shepherds Bush, you were great!!

We arrived at a very busy time following a train load of rugby fans from Twickenham. We were amazed at the effort and teamwork put in by all staff to serve people quickly and efficiently. We'll done guys.

Placed order for delivery; told it would be within 45 minutes. 1 hour 20 minutes later, not yet arrived. Phoned to query; the woman on the phone laughed before telling me it had left the restaurant. Food eventually arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after order was placed. Upon arrival asked for £2 more than the price stated when order placed. Money not the issue but after the pathetic service, the nerve surprised me. Needless to say, food was cold and it was average at best. Used to order from here nearly every weekend. Not been for a while... standards have slumped! Will not be ordering from here again. Many local places which provide much better food and much better service.

This lovely staff called alfie was so sweet and kind. Security Kept an eye on us and it made us super comfortable and safe. Alfie was amazing to talk to too

The same rooms are used for breakfast and for the Cast&Iron restaurant. Breakfast is good. The Cast&Iron restaurant is not superior to the Trophy Bar, just more expensive dishes to choose from. Also, they should have a dress code for the Cast&Iron.

Arrived at 17:50, food and drink order taken at 18:09 after attracting someone's attention, food finally served at 18:50 after reminding the that we were still waiting, every excuse under the sun was offered for the lackluster service ie big table, staff shortages/ sickness, system crash. Food was of a good standard when it arrived and the bill was adjusted to compensate, but the whole experience took the shine of the visit to the theatre.
