Rubbish . Atmosphere was awful Waiters sat on their phone whilst toilets could've been cleaned Waiters didn't explain the .menu Spoke to the manager ...he wasn't interested in tge complaint..but made excuses He didn't even apologise.

Food was nice, but that was the only good thing about this place! All the staff clearly hated their jobs and couldn't care less about giving good customer service. Serving cheap (horrible) alternatives to Coca-Cola - although we didn't realise until they arrived. When we'd finished our meals, our plates were sat there for a good 10 minutes before I eventually had to wave at a staff member to get the bill (who had been stood within view of our table for a while) he then STILL didn't take our plates away until after we'd left. All I can say is the management must be awful because the staff are ALL miserable. Will not be returning to the restaurant again.

Love this place been coming here for the past year with my husband. Owner is a legend bless him always looks after us. Food is 10/10 nice quality mocktails our personal favourite is the pina colada and I always come back for the lasagne.

AVOID AVOID Went tonight for a Christmas celebration large Disability group of 40 adukts and children in all.We offered to send our orders in advance that got refused so tables booked 6.30 sarters started arriving around 7.40ish lots missed off. Main meals food around 9ish was very sub standard raw chicken burgers keena lasagne steak overcook. THIS IS THE WORST ONE SERVER WAS ACTUALLY VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE TO A YOUNG LADY! with additional needs. Toilets disgusting unclean and floor wet through very very slippy no signage about that. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND Charged for drinks we never ordered manager no better than his staff RUDE AND DISNISSIVE

Terrible food - avoid at all cost. The steak arrived cold, it was obvious they had microwaved it and they couldn't even do that right. When I complained to the waiter that the steak was cold and asked how it could be possible for a piece of steak that had just been cooked, be cold and waiter looked at me as if it was my fault.

We tried to book a table through their Facebook page but never received a response, so we just decided to chance it and turn up! Turns out we need not have worried about the booking as when we arrived we were the only customers in there! The owners of the restaurant have clearly spent a lot of time and money on the American Wild West theming of the restaurant and it is done very well, however this theming is massively let down by the fact the music playing in the restaurant is clearly the staffs choice and does not fit the theme, the staff all wore black rather than themed Wild West costumes that would have been more in keeping. However there was a ‘waitress’ who wore a black cowboy hat (this was literally the only fun thing about her, more on her in a minute). As we were the first customers of the evening and they had not been open long you would think everything would be clean and ready, WRONG the toilets were disgusting and did not look like they had been cleaned for a while! We were seated and eventually Cowboy Hat waitress came over to see if we wanted any drinks, it was clear from the look on her face and general demeanour that she would rather have been having dental surgery carried out than serve customers, she maintained this demeanour right up until we had actually left the restaurant, even staring out of the window of the booth we had been sat in as we drove away! We ordered our starters with Cowboy Hat Waitress and they arrived in reasonable time and were all very nice, after walking past our booth 3 or 4 times and looking at us she eventually came over to check if everything was alright with the food, just as we were finishing. The mains were delivered by a waiter who was just as miserable as Cowboy Hat Waitress, no smile, no checking if we needed anything else! Literally dumped the food at the end of the table for us to distribute amongst ourselves. This time we did not get a check back at all. One of our party found the starter rather filling and was not as hungry as they first thought so did not touch their main course at all, Cowboy Hat Waitress (I hate calling her that but she didn’t give her name, which given the level of service she provided I am not at all surprised about) walked past our booth a further few times and even though it was clear one of our group was not eating and had not touched their food she did not venture over to see if everything was alright. At the end of the meal the person who had not eaten wanted their meal boxed to take away, eventually he attracted her attention and asked to get his meal to go, she scowled, grunted and said “do you mean like a box?” Easily the most she said to us all evening. Shortly after a styrofoam box and paper bag was bought over and he boxed up his food himself. The food in this restaurant is certainly not the problem here, everyone who ate enjoyed their meals. Eventually the bill was dropped on our table without telling us we needed to go to the counter to pay, so after waiting a few awkward minutes for someone to come over and see how we wanted to pay we went to the counter where the miserable main course waiter took our payment without so much as a please or thank you, no smile and did not check if everything was alright. It was a very surreal experience being in a restaurant with such a fun theming but totally disinterested, rude and unfriendly staff. It’s difficult to relax and enjoy yourself when the staff make it so clear they don’t want you there! Its a shame really as the food was good but I doubt very much that we would ever want to return here!

The food was pretty good. The staff were helpful. The restaurant is filthy! Which is a shame because it could be a place I would return to. The mirrors are filthy. There is food etc down the sides of the seats. The table was dirty. The toilets filthy. I dread to think what the kitchen is like. Someone came up to us and mumbled something to us but we didn’t know what he said so we couldn’t give any feedback and it would have spoilt our evening. Sort yourselves out.

I booked a table for 3pm on a Saturday but the door was locked and no one inside. This has happened the second time. last time i booked a table for 4pm and also the door was locked. I won't go there again. it is strange for me because on the door it says it is open on Saturdays from 12am.

Good food. Amazing location and good customer service. I would definitely come again. Very clean and a positive and nice environment.

Unprofessional and appalling customer service. The restaurant was was fairly quiet and we got shoved on the smaller table although there was a bigger booth right next to us. The food portions were small. We order a kids popcorn chicken and chips meal and got five small chicken pieces with chips which was ridiculous. The quarter chicken was dry and when I ordered the Howdy's special wings tossed with fried onions I was so disappointed. There was one piece of pepper om the sizzler with a few onions and the wings were tasteless. No wonder it was quite on the weekend. On several occasions I needed to speak to the waiter but they were nowhere to be seen. Then I had to get up to find him and they were all gathered on a phone on one of the tables. When the waiter brought out the food he looked like he had been forced. He had no people skills what so ever. Will not be going back again.

Very nice atmosphere, Jav was very welcoming and amazing service. Food was sizzling and tasty. Will definitely be back soon!

When we first arrived the building looked surprisingly so unlively. That’s why there’s no one else here. We entered and asked the waiter for a table for 4 which took 10 minutes even though all tables were empty. The food was way over priced £20 per head. With two only having kids meals. We then ordered the food which took a surprisingly long amount of time. The sherif sirloin steak was unflavoured, dry and looks nothing like it on the menu. The chicken salad was drenched in there house sauce which was tasteless. The kids steak didn’t come with peppercorn sauce and took ages to come when asking for it. The only edible thing was the burger. The customer service was extremely poor. During the meal two workers started having an argument shouting at each other. If you are a steak person like me don’t be dissatisfied with this and go to toros. Way better food and customer service.

We, a family of four, went to celebrate our daughter's 6th birthday and it became the most horrible experience in a restaurant we could imagine. It started from the menu, for steaks, the price in the restaurant is at least 50% higher than on the website. Then comes the time to order and the person, after taking the order, they came three times to check what we have ordered. Even then it came wrong, we called the waiter and asked what we have ordered, he could not tell us what was it. All four of us got the food with a difference of 5 minutes each. After finishing the food, we called three different waiters to collect dishes, but they were busy talking with girls on staff. I went to check on the counter and there were three staff members doing nothing. Finally, we decided to clean the table ourselves and arranged the empty dishes in one corner. One guy came to collect the dishes but did not come back to get empty bottles. We called another guy, who collected three bottles and left tissues, crums, and one empty bottle of fruitshoot. We then have to request three times to bring our cake for the celebration, but after waiting for more than 20 minutes it did not come. Finally, we decided to take the cake home. I went to the counter and asked for the manager. He was away but I was able to get his contact number, when I called him and explained the problems, he seemed busy with something else and did not bother to give a good response. We paid the bill and came home with cake. At home, when I had a look at the receipt then I realized that we never got the ice cream for which we have been charged.

I'll start with a warning message. For all traditional steak lovers this is not the place for you. The steaks come premarinated in a Indian style marinade. This means by the time you get to ear the steak, its more like a kebab.

Well I booked a table 2 months advance and asked for a booth phoned up that day everything was ok then when we got there some guy is ushering us out the telling us we have to go to the Leeds road branch because although this post states both restaurants were 50% Bradford Rd one changed there mind then after been stook on a middle table and waiting 10 mins for someone to take our order we ended up walking out never again service was worse I have ever seen

Booked a table here using there link which gave us a 50% discount. On arrival we were told there not honouring the discount. The place was empty, hardly any customers in and I can fully understand why that is. Staff not willing to explain why they hadn’t contacted me to say they had withdrawn the promotion. I tried to show them that there latest post on social media was still stating the discount. To be told with a bad attitude from staff that unfortunately there social media person is false advertising and there not willing to offer what I booked. Three members of staff and an apparent manager didn’t even seem interested in accommodating us. Still shocked that front of house staff was covered in love bites all over her neck too. Thank god for there other branch on Leeds Road, now that’s where you find the nice friendly staff. Wouldn’t recommend here at all

A very characteristic restaurant. Definitely experience something different. Waiter was friendly, great portion sized decent tasty food. Left very full. Just don't forget to take cash!
