Burger overcooked!we waiting for seat 10min!was almost empty inside!kids eat for free?!🤣watch out they charges us in the end ,we ask for change a bill!not recommended at all!!

Unusually the fries were cold and hard Everything else was good

So I popped through the drive through at KFC in Prestwich for my Wife as she fancied a KFC so i ordered a 10 piece bucket with 4x Fries, 2 large sides and a bottle of pop. Super Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service, Carpark was spotlessly clean super fast food and it was hot and tasted amazing. Delicious and cooked fresh, very tasty, much better than a regular burger place.

Food was cold, had to warm it up and then it tasted rubbery. The food was that poor I didn’t eat it all.

First off, let me start with the positives. Service was brilliant, very kind staff and great atmosphere. Breakfast was also good! But the evening meal was really quite disappointing - my steak was grey, quite insipid looking and cold. For a £35 Ribeye, I'd expect more than a cold grey steak, a tomato a mushroom and a handful of partly cooked chips - justifiable conference? Just a sidenote - a "steakhouse" with only a Ribeye, Sirloin and Flat Iron - is not a steakhouse. Especially when they're getting sent out cold. I saw an earlier review calling this a fancy spoons - couldn't agree more. Quite disappointed - especially when we had £70 credit going towards the meal and we STILL had a decent sized bill left over.

Absolutely delicious smash burger. Thick enough to have the inside pink but smashed enough to get all the crusty bits. Brilliant and dangerous as a lunch option, particularly with clean taps and a good selection of craft beer.

Horrible experience. We've been waiting for over 3 hours. Food was not delivered. On Just Eat website there was a message that the order was delivered. Just Eat stole our money! Never again!!!

Pretty basic diner. Service was bit slow considering place was virtually empty

Can’t fault them, always deliver on quality and customer service

Looks like the business has been bought out and the masked women that serves her English is not good, so understanding her under her mask was very difficult. The choice was limited and over all, it was very poor quality! Maybe they are in the business to charge high to cream off the students in the area? I will never buy from there again. So sad as it was a good burger bar.

Food arrived cold and soggy and over a hour late considering its supposed to be gourmet I've had better from other burger takeaways ..not worth the money go elsewhere, wife left a review on their fb page but was deleted by takeaway
