The staff were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed, very helpful too! When some sauce was forgotten with my order my waiter Zac happily grabbed that for me

HORRIBLE didn’t get any of my food right the food they did give me I couldn’t eat then when I called they put the phone down on me like come on hi have had a long day and was treating me and my partner and I paid 60-70 quid for chips and a burger to arrive 2 things like come on that’s no ok

Zac was great, really attentive and helped out when didn’t get my sauce from someone else. Food was very nice as well, got the steak and would recommend.

Easily the worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had. Firstly, was waiting at the door for around 15 minutes to even be seated, despite being seen by multiple staff. It wasn't until someone else in the queue approached a member of staff that we actually got seated. We were then waiting a while to order drinks, then when we did, the wrong drink came out so had to be sent back. After our drinks had finally come out, we placed a food order, half of our order wasn't available so we then had to choose something else. As we were waiting for our food, our waiter was involved with some sort of confrontation with a customer, and then stormed out of the restaurant with another member of staff following him out. By this time it had been around 45 minutes since we ordered our food, so I asked another waitress when our food would be out, to which she said "Your waiters gone missing. So I don't really know " and just seemed unwillingly to help in any way. There were also two tables in our area of the restaurant that walked out because they didn't receive any food at all. When our food did finally arrive, my partners food came ten minutes after mine and was cold, so he sent his food back and asked to have it taken off the bill as it just wasn't worth trying to order again at this point. It was also absolutely ridiculous seeing the amount food sitting on the hot plate and not going out to tables. And to top it off, it took the waiter around 30 minutes to come to our table to sort our bill so we could go and try find somewhere else to eat as my partner hadn't eaten.

The place was empty, always a bad sign for 6.30pm. Seated quickly then ignored for 10 minutes! Why not ask if we want a drink? Ordered - no.pasta. Reordered - waiter came back. No eggs. Food came in ok time, half the ribs missing. The food is ok. Over priced deep fried fodder - that's what you're expecting. The bill was wrong thankfully (in our favour), we tipped the waiter a tenner and put it down to experince. Staff tried hard. It's dire for the price. Plenty of other choices, I'd select one and avoid this place.

A nice family meal at a good location, good food and kids meals were free. Without the offer would have been expensive for what it is. However nice atmosphere and really good service from Zac!

Zac is a total legend - it’s very rare that a server gets what parents need when out with tired grumpy children… but Zac really does!

What a shame! 1st time we’ve been back in around 5years….. definitely won’t be returning, staff were not very attentive, most things (drinks were out of stock) 2 for 1 cocktails were more like mocktails and didn’t have the ones we ordered! Food is seriously bland, ordered chicken sharers and chips which were small portions and tasted microwaved. Atmosphere has gone from when it used to be a vibrant American style restaurant/ bar packed on a weekend- now it’s just a very average fast food outlet with an empty un- stocked bar. Sadly it could be a lot more!

To be fair didn't wait ling for a table but can't say that about our drinks.Twenty minutes still waiting.When they came two of them was wrong.He said oh just have them ill get you the other ones.Nachos weren't the best they tasted stale.Asked for the bill that also took ages.After paying the bill we used the toilet before leaving.Shameful dirty toilets.Stained brown pans that needed bleaching.No loo roll.Awful for restaurant which I told the man gas I left.Wint be returning here

The food was fantastic as always, we really enjoyed it. The service wasn't as good as other TGI's I've been too before. It was 60minutes from being seated to receiving our starters and then another 45 minutes from finishing our starters to receiving our mains. We then waited 30mins after finishing our mains and finally tracked down the waitress to pay so we could leave. Delivery drivers for take aways kept walking past our table trying to track down there deliverys at the kitchen. The manager did ask them to wait by the main door but each new driver that arrived continued to walk to the kitchen. It's not that big of a deal but for the price I don't exspect take away drivers to keep walking past at high speed with motor bike helmets on. I dont think we would use this particular TGI's again.

Awful service. Waited about 15 mins at the bar (which was empty). I was not even acknowledged by the 3 members of staff serving. We waited a bit more then walked out.

Burnt food not worth for its price. We ordered 1 full rack baby back ribs and 1 full rack ultimate ribs both are served burnt and the chips are cold and hard not fresh.

Food was of ok quality, the starters were nice but the reason I’m rating so poor is that the reason we booked to go was because I wanted ribs, we made the reservations the day before also. Then turned up, sat down and got given the menu. As they were really busy it took a long time for them to get our order and when they came, I ordered ribs which is my favourite from TGIs only to be told there’s no ribs available, at all!! So they knew this before even sitting us down and didn’t decide us before looking at the menu. I was then forced to make quick decision and ordered the New York strip which was ok, but not what I wanted and not a lot for £26. I think it’s quite unprofessional to let us look at the menu and then tell us while ordering what’s not available. It was my partners first time at TGIs as he’s not from the UK and so I hyped it up and it just wasn’t what he was expecting either. We paid £85 for the 2 of us for 2 starters and 2 main courses and a 241 cocktail. He said he’s rather have Nando’s!

Unfortunately food such a let down after always enjoying tgis! Received our appetisers with our mains, I had the prawns and a burger. Took one bite of the prawns and sent them back and asked for them to be taken off the bill as they were inedible. Chewy, really really fishy which was weird and the burger was overdone but okay. My partner had the chicken for starter which he liked but his main was a burger again and it was rock solid. Chips were nice and service was also good, best it could be I think the staff were under pressure when it got busier. Oh and don’t ask for a Dr Pepper, my partner received a can and it was £4.20!! When the bill came to £65 I could have passed out, thankfully we had 20% off but it really wasn’t worth it. Definitely won’t be returning.

Kilou, was very attentive, very relaxed and professional. Confident in her manner and easily approachable. Would definitely come here again just to have her service. Food was brilliant.

Service was superb (can’t remember out waitresses name) but she was lovely and super friendly. I came here with my sister & we both ordered the endless wings. The wings were nice & we had 90mins to eat as much as we wanted for £15.

Food and service was spot on! Catered well for our baby and provided a hot water bottle heater for our babies food. Things like that make a huge difference when in restaurants and would definitely come back here.

From what we could see there wasn’t many staff in and zac was doing better then most would in his position, clearly values his work and definitely made our experience enjoyable.

The worst visit we’ve had to tgis. Booked a table , got there and it was quiet. Table was for 7 people but set up for 5 people Got completely ignored for 30mins no drink order etc. After finding someone to take our order we then had to go and find people every time we wanted another drink. A meal didn’t come out when everyone else’s did and it was the birthday girls! Finally got that but no one came to check the meal was ok. Manager gave us 10% extra off the bill and we couldn’t be bothered to argue at this point we just wanted to go but it was really awful service

The servers are so nice and helpful even with my picky requests! Definitely recommend for people to eat here with the lovely food!
