Très bon burgers et pub typique anglais. Nous y sommes retournés deux fois du coup. Là deuxième à emporter c était très bien également. À essayer si vous êtes dans le quartier

A few years back was my favorite place for burgers. Had cravings to try their burger again for a long time. Don't have cravings anymore, not coming back either. Burger is tasteless and dry. Good thing I asked for spicy version, otherwise it would be total waste.

Why they have mouse there ? ? ?

Wow Daisy wasn’t wrong… The best vegan burger ever… delicious! Okay so the food is awesome but the service is next level and Daisy is soooooooo amazing she seriously delivers 🙌

To us this was one of the best vegan burger we had ! The burger was just amazing and the French fries and onion rings were so tasty. Will definitely come again when in London.

Absolutely atrocious service. Turned up at 3:45 to get their 2-4 pm burger deal. Got told “we’re closed” by the gentleman in the burger kitchen. I then asked, “but your hours say you are open and you have a deal that says until 4pm.” The man then replied, “I don’t care, we don’t wait for you. We’re closed. We open again at 5.” I certainly will not be returning.

Burger was raw! Still bleeding! Never again. The fries were undercooked! Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs unles you like raw burgers.

I’ve enjoyed many vegetarian burgers around the world and this « Rather Nice Veggie » is up there, especially with the generous amount of pickles & juicy plant-based patty. The burger was a sloppy, delicious mess! It was £8.5 for the burger plus £3.5 for tater tots so a fair price for quality & quantity of the meal. I love that there’s known sauces in big bottles so you can lavish your tater tots without shame. Bonus that it’s a cosy pub with free wifi and friendly service.

The only good thing... the beer. The burger and fries not so good sadly and it's very difficult to cook bad fries. Definitely overpriced.

Putrid attitude from the bar lady who clearly didn’t want to serve anyone despite us being the only ones in the pub at the time. Disgustingly cold breakfast wrap as well. If you think about coming, don’t! 1 star is 1 star too many

1 star is generous Food was microwaved Despite being the only people in the pub, we were told to come over and collect our drinks by the “barmaid” who couldn’t be bothered to bring them over. She also joked with the chef / head operator of the microwave about recently receiving a complaint in which she was described as a moose. Calling her a moose is being kind. I’d rather lick the floor of the tube than come back here.

Used this venue as a base for visiting the capital for work and only needed the bare basics. The room was spotless and the bedding was fresh no prblems there but the staff were useless. Upon arrival I went to get my key, instantly the guy in charge tried to take a payment (which I'd already paid) proceeded to argue that I'd not. I got out the receipt and showed him, no apology just returned to the screen, copied my id into the system, gave me my key then just stared at me. I asked for my ID back and he took it out of the scanner and just stated at me again, asked him where the rooms were, oh over there pointed and walked off and just left. Next morning, waited for a while for someone to be in charge, they appeared after a few minutes and just stared at me again, asked about breakfast, oh the chef is late it's going to be about an hour. That evening the service was fine, found out why, asked to speak to the person in charge and was told they'd all gone off for a staff party. Stay for a clean night but don't expect anything in the way of service.

Lily and Lewis from the Meffs love this place. The manager and staff are legends. The food and drinks are spot on. We have met some lovely people who we will stay in contact with. Definitely recommend.

The Green Man is right next to Edgware Rd Tube (Bakerloo). Burgers all day cooked in front of you. Outside busy times the chips may be a bit soggy, but otherwise you get what you ask for. Specials of the day for a fiver up to 3pm and 2 for 1 G&Ts from 5pm. It's actually the only pub left on the Edgware Rd, so quite an effort in the changing cultural landscape. It's a pub, does burgers and all day brunch, and does it fine. One of the PubLove chain, does cheap accommodation too.

This is a nice little pub to visit. Service was quick and friendly. Although I didn't have food it smelt great. It you are traveling and have suitcases there was even a storage area for them.

Ordered a pint of Orchard Thieves cider when i politely asked for it to be topped up was refused as the bar staff said it was a pint she then proceeded to show me a different pint glass with a mark on it although mine didn’t have any markings so much for the customer is always right eh.

After reading the reviews on this place I was a bit worried, but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in an airbnb up the road and my first-time visiting England Australian family wanted a 'pub meal'. I have to say, my burger was actually quite good. The loaded fries were a bit lacklustre, but the food certainly wasn't bad! Can't say much for the accommodation as we did not stay, however I can tell you that they have baggage storage as we sat right near it! Only gripe was there was no toilet paper and it took them about 15 mins to put it in.

On a recommendation from our hotel concierge, we had dinner at The Green Man. It is a small pub on a corner. You order your meal at the bar; when it's ready, it's brought out to you. Beer, wine, and assorted drinks are available. We just had hamburgers and chips. All are made fresh and were excellent. We did not stay at this place, so I cannot review that part of the business.

Stopped here for a few pints after a local business meeting. Craft ales with a huge mix on tap. Large selection of bottles as well. Not for those not into craft ales. Quite expensive but a good pint had. Big tables. Does get crowded. Hostel there as well. Good menu looks very interesting but not tried on this occasion.

Located just outside edge ware road underground below the A40 flyover. A traditional English pub with a simple American Burger menu. I ordered the juicy burger which was a double patty with fries (thin chips with skins) and it was great. Washed down with a pint of light ale £17 bargain.

I really enjoyed the burgers. They were very tasty. The cooked messed up our order but fixed it right way and gave us fries while we waited. Very nice.

I have just paid £11 for a burger and fries. Fair price for a nice meal with delicious burgers and amazing juicy brioche buns, right? WRONG! The usual great quality brioche buns were replaced with some Warburton’s buns from Tesco. And didn’t make us aware when we ordered. Unacceptable. The chips were good and atmosphere nice. Shame about the buns.

Siempre paso por este pub y finalmente lo probé! La comida es excelente, (ordenada en inglés completo) sabía muy fresca, quizás aparte de la salchicha, pero el pan es excelente y los frijoles no son tu heinz común de la lata. Los champiñones fueron cocinados perfectamente y la porción no es abrumadora, justo. La selección de hamburguesas en oferta se veía muy apetecible y debo probar en mi próxima visita.

I don't expect staff to walk around with a big fake smile on their face all the time but the lady with dark hair who served us at the bar is one of the most miserable women I have ever seen. My boyfriend asked if they had Gordon's gin and she looked at him as if he was a piece of dog turd that she had just stepped in, we continued to be nice and polite to her but the look on her face made me feel as if I had done something incredibly wrong by even gracing her presence. The other staff there seemed alright though.

Last night in London with my wife and daughter. Friendly service, great food (burgers, popcorn chicken, Mac n cheese, and desserts), good music/atmosphere, reasonable price, and full/happy belly. What more can I say.

I went for a burger with friends this evening. When finishing the veggie burger I noticed some meat in the bun. My boyfriend confirmed it was meat. I mentioned it to the member of staff who offered me a refund whilst sarcastically telling me next time not to eat it... Despite the fact I had told her I had noticed when finishing. Completely ruined meal. I would heavily suggest anyone with allergies or intolerances do not eat here. Nor vegetarians.

Came here in December after a work do where I was served inedible food. Chse to have a burger and thought they were absolutely lovely the fries were really good. Very friendly staff and the whole place had a great atmosphere. Can not fault any part of my experience thanks for great beer, great food

Came last night for juicy burgers and loved the look of the brunch menu so we’re back! Don’t come if you don’t want a burger, not much else to choose from. But there are chicken and veggie options. Nice find.

Came here for lunch and a couple of beers. Lovely old style pub. Good service at the bar with a decent range of drinks. Decided to try the burger as I saw good reviews and wasn't dissapointed. Probably one of the nicest I have tasted in a pub. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

We were staying at the Hilton nearby and walked here after reading Tripadvisor reviews. We were so glad we did. The burgers here along with the fries are both delicious.

No. There are burgers and burgers and these are burgers (I put that in capitals, but then TripAdvisor told me it can't accept reviews with profanity). Some of the best I've ever had. The first day I had the famous double b*stard burger (not a perfect name), which was pretty good; the second day I had the farmyard burger with duck egg and pulled pork, and it was possibly the best I have ever had - at the very least up there. The fries are really good too.

Just go here for this burger!!! 3rd best burger in London in my opinion!

My wife and I ate dinner here. She chose this restaurant based on TripAdvisor reviews. We were very pleased with our burgers, and the fries were also quite tasty. The music was a bit loud where we sat, and we had moved to that table from another table where the music was even louder. If you plan to dine with a number of people, and hearing each other is important to you, this restaurant may not be the best option.Also you'll need to order at the bar. I don't know if that is common in England or not, but so far this was the first of several restaurants we've been to where that was the case. We were basically just figuring that out for ourselves when a couple of people at a nearby table informed us of this practice. So perhaps this little tidbit will help someone else visiting this establishment for the first time.We liked the burgers enough that we may dine here again in the next few days,

I was passing as staying in hotel close by and just called in as it looked busy to was wondering why. The beer is excellent and the "biker" clung to the glass all the way down. I had the "bacon dude" burger which was very good and just what I wanted. It is cooked in front of you and it really was very tasty. I saw other burgers coming out and they all looked good and everyone finished them which is a good sign.

Right next to our hotel we found the Most fabulous burgers ever. Nothing more than extraordinary. Very nice service and the English pub feeling.

Belle découverte.Mais le service est nul, la table n'est pas nettoyé, tout collante, on vous retire à peine les anciens verres qui y traînent mais ça s’arrête la. Et les boissons c'est sur le comptoir du bar qu'elles sont servies, à vous de vous lever pour aller les chercher mais c'est leur façon de faire mais on vous appel à peine pour les prendre.

He ido a este local para cenar con unos amigos ya que des de fuera era un pub que tenia buena pinta. No había más que una mesa tomando algo con lo que imaginamos que nos atenderían rápido. Decent pub that was fairly packed with people drinking beer. Some of our group wanted fish and chips, and upon seeing a fish and chips burger decided they could most likely get it without the burger. However, upon closer inspection, it was baked fish, not fried.The burgers were fairly small, which was OK with me. It was a good burger on fresh bread. I upgraded my fries to the spicy with blue cheese sauce, but there was so little blue cheese sauce, it was hardly worth it. The peppers were very hot, so I pulled them aside. There were an assortment of beers and a full bar.What was sad is that we did not see the small sign listing the daily special at the register, so make sure to check or ask. At least 2 of us would have ordered it instead. It was called the Sloppy Basstard, with chili.The seats were not the most comfortable, most having no back. There were TVs and earlier in the evening, I noticed no one else was eating, which made me wonder if we were in a good place. In the end, we were all happy with the choice.You order at the bar. For our group, they took all orders from each of us lining up at the bar. We then paid separately when we were done. It worked out very well.For a bit extra, you can have a bowl of peanuts. For a beer and a cheesy burger, I was set back just over 14 GBP.Also affiliated with this property is a youth hostel, so be prepared for a lot of young people coming and going with luggage. I'm not really a burger person - but happened to be near this pub at my lunchtime - so went in for lunch. I have to say I was really impressed with my cheeseburger and fries - in fact loved it. Nice pint of beer - friendly barmaid - really quiet on a Tuesday lunchtime so could spread my newspaper out to read as well. All good!

I popped in for a drink yesterday whilst killing time before an appointment, but then decided to stay for lunch. The menu had a great selection of home made burgers and the guy behind the bar recommended the current special - The Sloppy B#####d. It was superb, with a great fiery after-burn and accompanied with London Pale Ale, it made a wet and grey Thursday suddenly feel better. Would definitely visit here again. Give it a go.

Excellent lunch experience here! We live next door and we often come for lunch for a burger! It is always quiet during the day so it is good if you want to avoid the crowd. Burgers are served with the onion jam, I really love it !!!! the bun tastes amazing, and fries potatoes are home-made and simply DELICIOUS.

The visit was actually in 2015 but I am a bit late writing this up.The service is first class (usually) and the food very good - The pub makes it's own burgers in a "demi Brioche"bun.I had one called a Roast Chicken dinner which is herb marinated chicken breast, sage stuffing, hot savoy cabbage, bacon, tarragon mayo served with a red wine gravy for dipping.Excellent meal and good value for money.

Went here with a friend for a quick meal before taking the Picadilly Line (tube station next door). The place is a pub, but make no mistake, these guys are real burger craftsmen. The burger arrived quite quickly, and having ordered Juicy Bastard (of course) with hot, dirty and loaded fries, it really was a juicy experience. The burger was slightly pink, which I prefer over pink/red, but fluffy, juicy and tasty. It was a simple burger, but in this case, less was more, we got two patties with thick melted cheese in between. Also, you don't have to worry about strange toppings you might not enjoy. The fries were covered in a tasty chili sauce and pulled pork - this too juicy and tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere relaxed and casual and a would go back anytime :-) Highly recommended for burger lovers!

Though a little greasy the burgers here are tasty and a little different. We had a selection of them between the four of us and all were good, especially the one with liver - if you like liver. The chips though didn't match up, over cooked and shrivelled. We mostly went with their suggested craft beers for drinks which were a bit expensive and nothing special so would just go with a pint of lager next time. The atmosphere was a bit lacking but given this is on the main road right next door to Edgware Road station it is better than its surroundings.

This is a lovely pub very good value. We visited here two nights while we were in London. The burgers were nice and big and the drink is good value. I had the lasagna one night and it was very reheated but it was still nice. I would recommend this pub to visit. But it is very busy on weekends I would advise to go during the week for a nice lively pub and good value.

The burgers were delicious. You have a decent selection of them as well. The burgers come with a beer suggestion. Other than a wide range of beer, they also offer a nice selection of gin. Can really recommend it for burgers and a nice drink (or two)...

We had such a positive experience upon our first time there last Saturday when we had a Juicy b*astard burger and sticky bbq chicken wings for lunch, that we went back there the next day to try another type of burger. You had to order the food at the bar but the staff were very service minded both times, the food came quickly, was really tasty and had good prices. I totally recommend this place!

Best burger I've had so far in London! Really good quality ingredients and meat, and the chips are really tasty too. The gin & tonics are superb and definitely force yourself to make room for a sundae - it's so worth it!

Meines Erachtens schlechte Preis- / Leistung. Die Pommes waren viel zu hart (offenbar viel zu lange in der Friteuse), das Burgerbrötchen war sehr fad, und auch viel zu klein. Einzig das Fleisch auf dem Burger war gut. Für 8 Pfund fast eine Frechheit.

Nice burger at restaurant prices (£8-12), but worth it. Juicy, meaty, flavourful, and in total a very satisfying meal.

Honestly the burger at this particular burger craft is excellent. Meat is good quality and flavoured beautifully. the chips were excellent. Service isn't the places strong point, it's more of a pub with excellent food as opposed to a restaurant. The bartender was very friendly. Really did enjoy the ales. London brewed ale + excellent burger=a very excellent lunch experience. Oh yea and given the quality of the burger and the fact that it's central london, the price is pretty damn good. Loving the burger craft chain so far. Let's hope it doesn't because an overpriced, and overhyped piece of crap known to others as GBK

I went today with a friend to have a pint and a burger before seeing a movie. The place is small and doesn't look anything special but it's clean and the service is good, I would recommend it for a good burger.

Coffee cold staff miserable would not visit again . Could do with a few lessons in customer relations .

The food took over 40 minutes to appear. Not sure why as the restaurant was far from busy and the order was only for two burgers with chips, mac 'n' cheese and a portion of chips. Chips were greasy and the macaroni rather dried up. A glass of rose wine was lukewarm and rather sickly, though improved with the addition of ice!On the positive side, the service was friendly even though the staff appeared rather bored. The poetically named "Juicy B@st@rd" [Trip Advisor would not accept the actual title!] burgers were very tasty and generous servings. A Non-alcoholic Chocolate Sundae served in a half-pint beer-mug was declared excellent by my student son.

It just so happened that i visited here twice this week and on both occasions great fast service with pleasant staff and the burgers are very good and at a round £8 no moans on the quality, quantity and more importantly the taste. Worth a visit if you are passing and very close to the tube(and Paddington).

Went here because it was close to our hotel. First impressions were good, tables were clean (hey, we found a table!) and the place was bustling. Good choice of ciders available.Ordered burger and this was a bit of a sour note. My father (first trip overseas) pulled a euro bill out and before he could change if over after realizing his mistake the girl behind the bar made a snippy comment to him about the fact that he had the wrong currency.Put a bit of a pall over the event. She did recover later and smoothed it over somewhat but he was a bit upset. in fairness the service did improve, and the other folks were very nice. Perhaps it was an aberration. The food however, was really quite good. The burger was flavourful and cooked nicely. I really quite enjoyed it. There were several options available so even the pickiest eater would have found something they liked. Overall, I enjoyed this place. The atmosphere was pleasant, the selection was good and again, it felt safe. I always appreciate a place that feels clean and safe. I would go there alone for a pint if I was in the area again.

The pub looked very coosy from the outside. Not as coosy inside but the staff were very friendly and serviceminded and the burgers were good!

Meal was decent. I didn't expect it to be healthy, but I also didn't expect it to be this greasy / covered in sauce. Was almost difficult to find the fries underneath the sauce. Waitress was certainly friendly. Could've been a bit more proactive / faster, but other than that it was OK.

We wanted a quick dinner close to the Hotel. TripAdvisor is the best source for this and the recommendation was good. Staff was friendly but not very professional. They serve some local craft beers as the most London Pubs do. The Burger was good, especially the meat is delicious.

Although we got some strange looks for bringing our 5 and 8 year-olds with us, the staff couldn't have been more friendly to us. We popped in here on a quiet Monday night just for a quick drink but after seeing how good the burgers looked, we decided to order one each. I honestly didn't expect them to be as fresh and flavoursome as they were. I had the very cheesy one and my boyfriend had 'the juicy b*****d' which he felt a little embarrassed ordering ha ha. This is one of the most disappointing pubs that I've ever been to. The pictures online of the food look nothing like what is served.We waited for an hour and found out that one of the three meals had been left on a table by the door.

Great burger. Not the biggest but it was genuinely delicious. Not badly priced for London. Beer selection wasn't my thing but the IPA I opted for was good.The dessert was appalling. We waited nearly half an hour for it and had to chase it. It appears they didn't even know it had been ordered. This was met with a visit to our table by bar staff who said "I'll chase the chef and if he's gone home I'll tell you what I'll do...I'll give you a full refund". He said this as though giving someone their money back after they haven't received their food is a really novel idea and that he was doing us the ultimate favour in customer service.When it came it was awful. £4 for a 'chocolate sundae'. This was two scoops of sickly chocolate ice cream and some broken up blueberry muffin that tasted of chemicals. It remained largely untouched. I couldn't be bothered complaining after his last offer.I'd eat here again but the service was poor and the dessert was inedible.

The Green Man has everything to make a great evening with friends: some of the juiciest burgers I have found in London, a great selection of Gins & Tonics and an abundance of pints. We had a great time with friends here. The staff was attentive and skilled, the decor is only a little rustic. Would definitely come back!

Popped in for a jar before dinner, has a great looking burger menu which almost tempted me from my intended destination!Located next door to Edgeware tube - staff were great and very friendly :-)
