The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. No food is worth waiting for an hour....even to get drinks you have to grab the waiter passing by, no member of staff is interested in anything but chatting with colleagues.... disappointing, and I did not get the food yet....we will see :(...ok, food definitely not worth the wait...quality of the burger patty similar to the one you buy at the roadside sandwich van...nothing special, with average price being around £10-12 you would expect something better...we have ended up cancelling the second round of drinks (because it did not arrive within 30 minut from placing an order) two pints of lager and pink gin with lemonade....nothing too difficult), overall, very poor experience, un-trained staff, no management

Nis was very helpful and friendly.

My wife ordered her steak well done it was served medium to medium rare the reason was "that's how the chef recommends it" Clearly the customer isn't always right in their book. My wife couldn't eat it and so I didn't eat mine.they didn't charge for my wife's steak but I had to pay for my u eaten steak because there was nothing wrong with it. Ended up going to McDonalds and at least that was cooked how we like it and we could eat together

Food just as good as ever, very poor service lately. Also, asking for a tip in advance when ordering on apps really pisses me off.

Everything here was phenomenal today! The service, people, drinks, food and all! This was a truly special experience today that will make good memories for us and we’d be back! Highly recommend coming here and the bartenders are on point!

Callum served us at Miller and Carter, WorcesterPark. He was amazing, made us feel welcome, relaxed was a lovely young man. Food was excellent and Callum even arranged for a surprise slice of brownie, raspberries and profiterole, with a candle, for my wife whose birthday it was. The Manager was welcoming as well. Well done M&C we had a lovely lunchtime experience

when I ordered a large chips I expected it to be a large chips, not a kids size chips. burgers were fine but my potato was stone cold and as mentioned the chip portion for my fiance was a joke. barely enough for a 5 year old let alone a grown up man.

Great for food and a few drinks. We had lunch twice.
