BURGER STOP in Trafford

Ordered a Spicy Wrap meal and some plain Tenders for my son. Both items was cooked fresh whilst we waited. The staff was polite from the moment we walked in. My 2 year old son was over the moon as the lady give him some ice cream before we left.

It was a fantastic experience food was delicious the best service in the town and enthusiastic environment served by Ashfaq who knows his job very well highly recommended

I have been coming to burger stop frequently ever since I moved here 2 years ago. The food is amazing and the staff are great. The plus side as well is that it is halal. The quality of the food is really good. Ahssan served me the last time I was there, he was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend burger stpp and I give this place a 10/10 😊

13 yr old says- Food came quickly. Chicken above average compared to other chicken outlets. 6 yr old liked the chips. (Restaurant was a bit cold) Service from Ahsaan and Ankita was good and friendly. food good. Venue clean.

Ordered for a specific time slot via the website which directed to Orderstore. Nothing arrived and no answer when I called (6 times). Had to go in to be told it had already been delivered. Was told they couldn't refund as I'd have to do that via orderstore. No apology given either as they just blamed the driver. Would avoid at all costs edit to the above - no refund from orderstore/Uber eats either!

Got take out on my way home from burger stop. I have been served by Rizwan. Overall it was a great experience, he was friendly and helped me choose the right milk shake. Have ordered Oreo milk shake and burger. Have enjoyed and will be back.

I don’t leave bad reviews, I know people can just be salty and entitled and I know it’s damaging to a business but I had to with this. £20 for the box meal (which I imagine helps cover the 2 for 1 deal) but there is no way I’d pay £20 for this, the portions were shady af, I’ll try and add a picture (comparison of what I got vs what they advertise) I say this for customers, not to rip in to the business… DO NOT order the box meal deal 2 for 1, or even the box meal if this is what it is for this price. Shame. Defo never order here again

We are regulars at burger stop, we bring family and friends here often and recommend it, however recently their quality has fallen off. Furthermore, staff are very unfriendly and rather rude, Instead of normal drink glasses they have been providing them in milkshake glasses which are extremely loose and fall off easily. This is irritating especially when it’s a take out as they fall out most of the time in the car or when walking. We asked the staff for tins or bottles and they refused constantly, telling us to take them in these milkshake glasses.

Nice food but kids use it as a meet up spot all swearing and throwing stuff made my 8 year old feel your uncomfortable the staff should be kicking them out they was not buying food so why should i have 2 deal with that

the chicken was undercooked, the burgers were leaking red and oily stuff, the fries were also stale and tasted like raw potato the whole orders were a mess and the presentation was vile, it was like they couldn’t be bothered to cook and make the meal look nice and presentable

I've ordered multiple different items from this menu over some time, and I had to finally tell everyone each time I've ordered the food it has come in a reasonable time and it has always had the fresh feeling, it's always hot and it tastes good.

Ate in at burger stop today and oh my what an experience! Succulent burgers, tender chicken and perfectly cooked chips. I was amazed at the variety food they have from coolers to Belgian waffles, ice creams to cheese cake! Definitely my go to stop from now on

Fantastic and super fast service! My family and I were looking for something quick and delicious and this hit the spot. We ordered the classic chicken burgers as well as the beef burger, both were mouth watering! For desserts I would recommend the hot cookie dough, my kids really enjoyed it. Very slow, expensive small portions.

£29 for a duo, single burger with a soggy bun. Chips was good all 15 of them. 2 bottles of coke. You have a long way before you can get to these prices. Don't order unless you know what your getting.

Had a 20 minute window to grab a bite to eat so thought I’d give Burger Stop a try. Only 6 customers in there. Placed my order - a chicken burger with fries. 20 mins later it still wasn’t ready. Had to leave without food. Hardly fast food!
