directed to Orderstore. Nothing arrived and no answer when I called (6 times). Had to go in to be told it had already been delivered. Was told they couldn't refund as I'd have to do that via orderstore. No apology given either as they just blamed the driver. Would avoid at all costs

I recommend this place for the service , food and affordable prices . Honestly the food was amazing and I will definitely be going back

I went to eat last Saturday morning to grab the meal deal, it was delicious and i also ordered shakes and sides for my friends. The guy taking the order was also very kind.

I don’t leave bad reviews, I know people can just be salty and entitled and I know it’s damaging to a business but I had to with this. £20 for the box meal (which I imagine helps cover the 2 for 1 deal) but there is no way I’d pay £20 for this, the portions were shady af, I’ll try and add a picture (comparison of what I got vs what they advertise) I say this for customers, not to rip in to the business… DO NOT order the box meal deal 2 for 1, or even the box meal if this is what it is for this price. Shame. Defo never order here again

Order a double only to get home and discover they had only given me 1 patty …. Wouldn’t mind , but they wrote a message on the bag asking for a 5 star review - maybe focus on getting the order right and then the review will be good

We are regulars at burger stop, we bring family and friends here often and recommend it, however recently their quality has fallen off. Furthermore, staff are very unfriendly and rather rude, Instead of normal drink glasses they have been providing them in milkshake glasses which are extremely loose and fall off easily. This is irritating especially when it’s a take out as they fall out most of the time in the car or when walking. We asked the staff for tins or bottles and they refused constantly, telling us to take them in these milkshake glasses.

Good, but they’ve reduced 3 chicken strips to 2 chicken strips in the box meal, bit tight. Wouldn’t order box again.

Nice food but kids use it as a meet up spot all swearing and throwing stuff made my 8 year old feel your uncomfortable the staff should be kicking them out they was not buying food so why should i have 2 deal with that

the chicken was undercooked, the burgers were leaking red and oily stuff, the fries were also stale and tasted like raw potato the whole orders were a mess and the presentation was vile, it was like they couldn’t be bothered to cook and make the meal look nice and presentable

I've ordered multiple different items from this menu over some time, and I had to finally tell everyone each time I've ordered the food it has come in a reasonable time and it has always had the fresh feeling, it's always hot and it tastes good.

Ate in at burger stop today and oh my what an experience! Succulent burgers, tender chicken and perfectly cooked chips. I was amazed at the variety food they have from coolers to Belgian waffles, ice creams to cheese cake! Definitely my go to stop from now on

Disgusting asked to speak to manager said it was who I was speaking too ordered a offer that wasn't fulfilled. Told them my son has autism and would they send what I paid for .... rudley told no as a customer in the past they really have no sense of customer care will definitely not be ordering again sometimes people just want money with no respect for customers

Fantastic and super fast service! My family and I were looking for something quick and delicious and this hit the spot. We ordered the classic chicken burgers as well as the beef burger, both were mouth watering! For desserts I would recommend the hot cookie dough, my kids really enjoyed it. The service was great and I'm glad I went. Will definitely go again! Thank you Burger Stop!

£29 for a duo, single burger with a soggy bun. Chips was good all 15 of them. 2 bottles of coke. You have a long way before you can get to these prices. Don't order unless you know what your getting.

Had a 20 minute window to grab a bite to eat so thought I’d give Burger Stop a try. Only 6 customers in there. Placed my order - a chicken burger with fries. 20 mins later it still wasn’t ready. Had to leave without food. Hardly fast food!

These guys know how to make burgers, foods just great always early and hot, wish there was a cheesy chips that wasnt nacho cheese though, maybe mozerella or something and I'd get them every time, that's my personal taste tho apart from that these guys every time five stars

The spicy chicken wings doesn't taste good, I don't know why after having 3 it started to give a me headache. But the burgers does taste very nice.

Shop rang , aprx 45mins after order, said driver disappeared &food ready! said cancel order as can’t deliver. rang back 10mins l8r, said driver mixedup orders & on his way!Chips cold not good,wrap lukewarm but ok, shop tried best, driver bad service!

The double cheese burger was small the bread and lettuce was soggy the cheese had melted into nothing it was just nothing like the pictures, the chips where cheap unseasoned and soggy wouldn’t call them skin on fries more like oven fries, the chicken tenders where also soggy and the ranch sauce wasn’t even nice the next thing was the coke and to top it all off the customer service was terrible. Would never go back I was gutted

Seeing that this place has loads of good reviews I’ll assume it’s just a mistake but my first time ordering from here I got a heavily salted meal. I couldn’t eat it. The burger and the tenders were also soggy :( I’m hoping that this was just a mistake and doesn’t happens to anyone who’s starving and just want something to eat. Next time I’ll stick to a place that I know :’(

I can honestly say this was one of the most delicious take aways I have ever eaten. We’ve never ordered from here and we kind of always stick to what we know but this was one of the best decisions we made to order from here! Everything turned up piping hot. The gravy was insane and the spicy chicken burger was just soooo good!! This will be our new treat night takeaway. We loved it so much we even rang the place to tell them personally so hopefully they see this review and read again just how much we enjoyed it.

Love this place, but tonight a joke, delivery by bike. Food cold, spent 15mins looking for him. Feel sorry for next person as had another order on back of his bicycle. Burger stop ur amazing, u can do so much better then these deliveries.

Staff nice, fast and they do some deals which make it reasonably priced. The burgers are not the best in Sale but certainly ok. Currently doing ice cream for 99p.

Milkshake spilt all in the bag when delivered

I ordered delivery from these guys. They had a buy one get one free offer going on and I ended up getting 2 beef classics that were really nice. I would definitely recommend them as the burgers were amazing and the value for money is incredible.

The food arrived cold and the chicken burger tasted off. It's the worst I've ever had from this place and considering the order was £25 it's safe to say I'll never be ordering from here again. Its a shame because they started out decent, but they seem to have done what all takeaways do and just let their standards completely go down hill.

I ordered on Ubereats at 2:30am, the food came super fast and you could tell from the crispyness of the lettuce that it was made freshly. Nothing was soggy and it didn’t taste reheated
