Hello, curious googlers. I went to dolci and it was amazing. It fit my beautifully high standards. It was fit for a person like myself and will be fit for anyone else who wants to go. I love my deserts and I loved the deserts at dolci. I love excellent customer service and I loved Alishba. That midget slay boss queen served today and served with a smile on her cutie little face. Such a bubbly hard worker. She had such an insane energy she just made me want to scream with joy. My friend Samantha did a kart wheel after we left. Alishba was just such a joy!!! 10/10 will recommend and make sure you go when alishba is working!!! You’ll be kartwheeling just like my queen Samantha.

me and a couple of my friends came in and was say immediately by our waiter hadiya and sally, we ordered and our food very quickly arrived. it was extremely delicious a few of the things we had ordered included cookie dough, the croffle and a few drinks overall amazing experience

Had a great visit to Haute Dolce, and Sally’s service really stood out. She was really friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Will definitely be returning!

The experience was disappointing, primarily due to the poor customer service. While enjoying coffee with a Cake Box (pure vegan) cake, we were abruptly stopped and informed that we could not eat it there because they do not sell it ( CAKE BOX ). This was not only unnecessary but also left a negative impression. I found the behaviour unwelcoming and felt genuinely upset by the situation.

Awful service. Shoved us in the back after 15 minutes standing and then completely forgot about us. We left without ordering as it was off to a crap start.

Beleive this place may be under new management.. Strawberries were given in a plastic cup with choc.. rather in a plate.. the cake we got was nice.. however description and presentation was different from what we got.. service was good.

The best sticky toffee pudding with custard (this was extra but really worth it!).

Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Fast preparation and lovely customer service, would like to mention a member of staff called Mia who was especially thorough with my order and showed lots of patience and a good attitude. Lovely experience will definitely be coming again.

Very good selection of milkshakes, ice ice creams and desserts, which all sound amazing. My milkshake was nice, but I have had better in other fast food chains for a bit cheaper just down the stairs from this particular Haute Dolci. I haven't tried the cakes and other ice creams but possibly would consider going again if I wanted to REALLY treat myself to a £10+ dessert...

Great food, definitely worth a visit

We had the Matilda cake (5 stars)- really moist and fudgy. And the Italian gelato pistachio (6 stars..!!). Tasted like they used real Bronte pistachios in it. Both are must trys here. Service is top class and we enjoyed the experience a lot.

The food is great. Amazing and ig-able. Also food is delicious. Not too sweet. But sufficiently enlightening the moment ❤️ We have had the four items. One of those is not available. There are options to make change. Good with this. The girl is very helpful. Would definitely come back to try something else. Very happy experience after all.

I had the Gluten and dairy free waffle with dairy free chocolate drip, roasted hazelnuts and vegan vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. The staff are so friendly and understand allergies very well. This was my second visit in 2 weeks. It is so refreshing to have a dessert and not feel like you’re missing out because of your allergies. 10/10.

Its my second time in this place. First was in Leeds. Thought im gonna give another chance. Different city the same issue. Both shocking with service. All of them standing and talking with each other. More interested into each other, then guest standing and waiting or passing by and sitting themself down. Then has audacity to say we cannot sit where we sat ourselves down, because no one could bothered so see us. Then she went to another table first who sat after us. Brings coffees with no tea spoons or sugar, asks about it after bringing it to the table. Just very slow service, no care at all.

Visited HB Trafford centre today and had a lovely dining expedience thanks to Alibaba and Afrid. They offered great customer service and recommended some delicious dessert!
