Haute Dolci in Trafford

tried the kunafa range and it was really nice! would defo recommend

I really wanted something sweet after my food so i walked up to the counter and stood behind the people who were ordering. The worker was serving the people in front of me and i was waiting around 3 minuets while he was talking to people only then looked up at me and i said are you still open and he said no we are closed in a rude tone and look on his face. If they was closed then they wouldn't be able to use the till yet he was because he was serving the couple in front of me. Disappointing end to my birthday, quite sad.

Whilst the coffee and food were ok the staff were very lazy and ignorant. Basically chucked a menu at me and said come and find me when you are ready to order- what? Surely you cone back and take my order? The waffle and coffee were ok but very expensive - I will not be back. Plenty of more appreciative places for my business!

My daughters asked to come here so decided to come for a treat. Arrived at the reception area and waited whilst staff ignored us for several minutes. All it takes is a polite greeting to acknowledge customers and to say that they’ll be with you in a moment. But we really had the impression the staff didn’t want to be there and we were an inconvenience to them coming to spend money. Shown to a table and first thing we noticed was the heavily stained red seats which looked like they’d had every dessert spilt on them. Decided to look past that and checked the dessert menu. My daughters had chosen within a few minutes what they would like. It seemed pretty expensive for strawberries and chocolate in plastic cups but it was a treat so didn’t mind paying, assuming the service would match the price… Another few minutes later the waitress was seating other customers a few tables away us so I signalled we were ready to order but she told us someone else would come to take our order. After another 20 minutes we were still waiting despite seeing the other waitress coming and going to tables around us. At this point we’d all had enough so we agreed to give up waiting and go somewhere else. Walked out and I was going to explain why but couldn’t see either of the two waitresses anywhere at the tables nor the till or reception area. Shame, the desserts are probably nice if you can actually order them and give them your money. Really let down by poorly trained / unmotivated staff.

Stood waiting to be acknowledged for an age ,plenty of staff available all saw we had been waiting a while . No one interested in showing us to a table. Very poor service. This dessert place used to be very busy now it is far quieter and you can easily see why. When finally someone approached us my wife and daughter had decided to leave. We had been seen by several staff members who were not busy so no excuse.

Headed down to try out their new Kunafa Dubai menu and it was soooo nice!! The food was 10/10 and service was incredible. I would recommend the Kunafa Cheese Bomb and the Choco Eruption cake 😍Will be heading back to try more for sure 🍫

Really poor service. Waited ages to be seated, staff walking around you not even acknowledging you are there. In the end I had to go to the till to ask to be seated. Desserts came out pretty quick but we had to wait ages for the milkshake and sorbet drink. Which meant half of us had almost finished before the other half received their items. Went to pay and there were extra items in there that we didn't have. We have been before and had a good experience but this time was really poor. Wouldn't return in a hurry.

Amazing staff and fantastic with the children

Went to Haute Dolci today at the Trafford Centre and I was disappointed. The seating was dirty and so were the tables, cutlery and plates. Not what you expect from this brand name. Very disappointed.

I’ve come down to Haute Dolci for the very first time, and was greeted by the welcoming staff(Hiba). 10/10

Went here with family. The service was shocking, my children had ordered tap water with their desserts, they had finished the desserts and I had to ask three times for this water and then it finally arrived. My daughter had ordered a macaron which didn’t arrive with the desserts so we had to ask for that again aswell and when it did finally arrive it was rock hard - if you’re going to charge £2.50 for a macaron atleast provide a fresh one!! Very disappointing!

Pistachio kunafa waffle is the best desert I’ve ever had by along way and the shakes a delightful would highly recommend.

I was served by Alishba Mia Nishan and Hadiya today and they were fantastic. Great customer service

Visited today for the chocolate velvet strawberries with a friend, the customer service was appalling. We were majorly disappointed, especially with the amount we had paid. We walked in and the lady told us to sit where we wanted, we then ordered. We received the food quite quickly, I had also ordered a drink which I never received. Once we were finished, we never got asked if we wanted our bill and we then had to go up to the counter to pay, if they had made us aware of this it would’ve been fine but, they didn’t. The atmosphere of the establishment was extremely awkward and felt as though staff were judging us. If the customer service was better, we would’ve really enjoyed our experience.

Was really looking forward to try their St Sebastian cheese cake with pistachios sauce but was extremely disappointed to find out it was frozen cheesecake still hard and frozen 😩 with sauce costed my £11. Will never go back. even my 10 year old son asked me mum why did you ordered frozen cheesecake 🙁.

Couldn't read the menu. Print was to small so I had to leave so I can't give an honest review. But I've been a lot of places where the menu was in really small print font it might be my eyes but it seems unnecessary to make the font that small. What's the reason to save money on ink ? If so you've not thought it through how can I order if I can't read the menu

Amazing milk cake and exceptional service

Yummy desserts…We had the Sebastian cheesecake, Lotus milk cake, Cookie Dough & Pistachio knafeh croffle. Thanks to all for the amazing service, especially Amar who was very welcoming on both visits. We will be back soon, I cannot wait to try the Matilda cake 😋

Slumber party £8.90 + Belgian hot chocolate £4.30 = £13.20. Basic maths. Yet charged £16.10 at the till? For what?

The service was extremely disappointing. No one came to check on us, and it took an hour to receive our order. We requested tap water, but it never arrived. After the long wait , we were finally served a scoop of ice cream and chocolate fudge cake. It was clear the cake had been sitting out for some time, as it wasn’t fresh or warm. Wouldn't spend so much for a place where customer service and plating is just mere advertisement. Overall, the experience was very poor and left us thoroughly disappointed.

This is one of the few dessert places based at the Trafford Centre, and it always hits the (sweet) spot! The food is 100% halal, and they have a separate menu for allergies. There is also a newer Dolci branch on Wilmslow Road in Manchester FYI. Although a small dessert place based in The Orient upstairs, the wait time is decent. The waffles and pancakes are always made fresh. The Matilda cake has been on the menu for a few months now. The presentation is a sight to see, and I've heard great things! I must try it some time :D The hot/cold drinks and other food items are great too. Dolci has a wide selection of food items both savoury and (mostly) sweet - no complaints on extent of items served on the menu. Overall, I always have a positive experience at Dolci at Trafford, and I high recommend it to everyone looking to satisfy that sweet tooth!

Great experience here with the entire family… the waiter Afrid was absolutely fantastic, polite and delivered excellent customer service, always with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He even obliged to take our family photo for us when asked.

We stopped for deserts and coffee and the experience was very good. I had the yogurt wich was very healthy and my wife an expresso made as it should. The cakes and smoothies looks amazing but we had just a look at them. We were served/sitted very quickly and professionally. Surely recomend.

Excellent service very nice girls, it’s a shame they don’t receive card tips when no one carries cash nowadays. For such a high end restaurant this is very disappointing and should be changed immediately it is very unfair as the service was immaculate and the drinks were amazing! I didnt catch workers names but well done to the 2 in hijabs❤️

I had the most delicious Saint Sebastian cheesecake I’ve ever tasted 😋 so good, I had to go back for seconds. Creamy, rich, and perfectly caramelized. The friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better, ensuring everything was just right. I highly recommend this place.
