Haute Dolci in Trafford

Beleive this place may be under new management.. Strawberries were given in a plastic cup with choc.. rather in a plate.. the cake we got was nice.. however description and presentation was different from what we got.. service was good.

“Exceptional Service from Mia!” I recently had the pleasure of dining at haute dolci and I have to say, Mia truly elevated our experience from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly, with a genuine smile, and took the time to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Throughout the meal, her attention to detail and anticipation of our needs were remarkable. Mia struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our food. She checked in just enough to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, refilling our drinks and accommodating special requests without missing a beat. She even took the time to make some great recommendations What really stood out, though, was her warmth and professionalism. She made us feel like valued guests, turning an ordinary meal into an unforgettable experience. Mia’s commitment to excellence and her friendly demeanor are a real asset to haute dolci . Very good selection of milkshakes, ice ice creams and desserts, which all sound amazing. My milkshake was nice, but I have had better in other fast food chains for a bit cheaper just down the stairs from this particular Haute Dolci. I haven't tried the cakes and other ice creams but possibly would consider going again if I wanted to REALLY treat myself to a £10+ dessert...

The lotus biscoff French toast and cappuccino were absolutely delicious. Definitely will return.

The food is great. Amazing and ig-able. Also food is delicious. Not too sweet. But sufficiently enlightening the moment ❤️ We have had the four items. One of those is not available. There are options to make change. Good with this. The girl is very helpful. Would definitely come back to try something else. Very happy experience after all.

We had the Matilda cake (5 stars)- really moist and fudgy. And the Italian gelato pistachio (6 stars..!!). Tasted like they used real Bronte pistachios in it. Both are must trys here. Service is top class and we enjoyed the experience a lot.

best waffle i’ve had. the waffles are crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.

I had the Gluten and dairy free waffle with dairy free chocolate drip, roasted hazelnuts and vegan vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. The staff are so friendly and understand allergies very well. This was my second visit in 2 weeks. It is so refreshing to have a dessert and not feel like you’re missing out because of your allergies. 10/10.

I went to dolci today. ALISHBA was such a delight. She was such a rockstar with all of the help she gave me and my friends today. I love her so much she’s so cute and girl coded!!!!!! The food was amazing, the environment was buzzing, over all a 10/10 experience.

I had a fantastic time at Haute Dolci Trafford, Manchester! The cookie dough was great-perfectly warm and sticky, sweet but not too sweet. Big thanks go to Sally for providing us with more than excellent service. It made us feel welcome and took extra care of the kids that little bit extra special. She was welcoming and very genuine; she set the tone for a lovely family day out. I very much recommend it; ask for Sally if you get the chance!

I had an amazing experience with Alishba she was very welcoming and took immense care with my food and made sure to address any issues I had. I don’t have the biggest sweet tooth but I will definitely be visiting again simply for the high quality of service Alishba and other staff members provided. 😁

We had a great experience, the desserts are very very good.

Its my second time in this place. First was in Leeds. Thought im gonna give another chance. Different city the same issue. Both shocking with service. All of them standing and talking with each other. More interested into each other, then guest standing and waiting or passing by and sitting themself down. Then has audacity to say we cannot sit where we sat ourselves down, because no one could bothered so see us. Then she went to another table first who sat after us. Brings coffees with no tea spoons or sugar, asks about it after bringing it to the table. Just very slow service, no care at all.

Great service, staff was friendly. Definitely will be coming again.

I dined in today with my family and had a lovley dessert. What really made it enjoyable was the service from Alicia. Her manners were lovley and she was kind and polite throughout our experience here. I would like to personally thank Alicia on here you were Absoultley amazing and are an amazing young lady the managers at haute dolci should know how lucky they are to have you!!

Bloody brilliant scran. Definitely recommend to people in and out of the area it’s worth the travel! I came from Glasgow visiting the Trafford centre and the atmosphere of the restaurant struck to my eye. Great food, atmosphere and service from a lovely girl called Alicia who was pleasant to my special needs brother and served to his needs. Definitely visiting again !!!

This place is excellent for meeting your dietary requirements. I'm gluten intolerant and they have waffles, pancakes and other lovely sweet dresses. I struggle to find sweet desserts and I was surprised they had waffled and they were delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone and especially to anyone who is gluten intolerant 👍😊
