Brilliant went for my daughters birthday and they cam out singing happy birthday and surprised her special thanks Nishian also.

Staff were very hospitable, would be 5 stars if I didn’t wait for a while (it was fairly quiet at the time and didn’t think my order would take long at all) but I will definitely be back 😊 the kunafa strawberries especially are incredible! 😍

Great place have dessert star service

Ordered a gluten free waffle. Looked nice from the outside but were served room temperature, hard and still a bit raw inside. Disappointing. Wouldn't recommend to go if you have a gluten/dairy intolerance or allergy.

Out of 3 dishes one was decent. Pancakes felt like they had been cooked, left out and reheated. Took 20 minutes to take out order. Another 40 to deliver midtier desserts. Which when the only cooked elements were French toast and pancakes, I don't quite understand. Drinks eventually came 10 minutes into eating.

Quickly sorted us a table and served us promptly. Would definitely return

I came into Dolci on Saturday and had such a lovely experience thanks to the staff. Ehtisham’s service was absolutely amazing, he was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was perfect. The service overall was really good as you could tell the waiters were working hard to keep everything running smoothly. The desserts and drinks were also really good, definitely worth trying! However, the management was extremely disappointing. The person who seemed to be the owner was screaming at his staff in front of everyone, which was incredibly uncomfortable to watch. He looked very disorganised, extremely unprofessional, and didn’t seem like he knew how to run his shop at all. It was clear the waiters were doing the best they could despite the poor management. Huge credit to the staff for keeping it together, they deserve much better.

Awful experience. They ignored our allergies giving us the incorrect drinks when we specifically requested this to be noted, despite giving us the incorrect drinks they also arrived cold with the waiter saying they were just waiting on the side. The ice cream arrived melted .. we requested strawberries for the toddler and he gave us sorbet.. just contact disregard for any requests we had, everytime we pulled them up on it they just kept smirking and laughing. They also forced us to buy bottled water as refused to give us tap water, we still had to pester them to bring this over as they kept forgetting. Despite this constant disappointing service the bill arrived.. full price with added service charge. When we informed them this was incorrect we aren’t paying service charge they refused to change the bill, enforcing us to pay full amount. The manager throughout all this was arrogant and did not acknowledge any wrong doing he just said we will take 10% off.

Tasty and filling, amazing and beautiful food, made my teenage girls very happy, would definitely recommend but be aware it is a bit on the pricey side, but worth it.

Beautiful place. Went during sat eve 8pm was fairly busy. Waited for 15mins but got a lovely table. All the deserts were amazing especially the waffles and shakes. Service was great. Managers were very helpful and a credit to the establishment. Will be back for sure. Thanks

Inefficient- took a long time to come to ask for orders and when we asked for water nothing Arrived for 15 minutes!

Our first visit on Sunday on an impromptu trip to the Trafford Centre and it won't be our last. Incredible desserts and delicious mocktails. A little oasis of calm in a busy TC, excellent service, the staff were so friendly & welcoming. The desserts are incredible, fantastic presentation and taste divine. Highly recommend

I visited on Sunday 23rd March and my friend and I tried the new Kunafa collection - we got the chocolate strawberries, the croffle, chocolate fondant and the kunafa cheese bombe - it all tasted sensational! What a luxurious range of desserts, so yummy and I loved the kunafa in all of the desserts! The crunch was amazing! Great service and fab experience - will be returning to try some of the other desserts 👏🏻

Absolutely lovely service from start to end from both Etisham and elena. We were conflicted on what to get and etisham suggested we try the cheat day, and honestly the cake was stunning, no complaints from us, will be coming again.

Ordered the cheesecake with milk chocolate sauce and it was great. Served by Etisham who was very friendly and efficient.

The staff is so rude and prefer white customers. We had paid and ordered and got asked to move tables because there was a white family waiting to sit down. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Support small businesses instead.

Went to Dolci the other day and had a wonderful experience. They had a huge variety of food and drinks to choose from. And the staff there are amazing. Especially Ehtisham, Olena and Mia. They were so helpful, patient and friendly. Highly recommend xx

I really wanted something sweet after my food so i walked up to the counter and stood behind the people who were ordering. The worker was serving the people in front of me and i was waiting around 3 minuets while he was talking to people only then looked up at me and i said are you still open and he said no we are closed in a rude tone and look on his face. If they was closed then they wouldn't be able to use the till yet he was because he was serving the couple in front of me. Disappointing end to my birthday, quite sad.

Whilst the coffee and food were ok the staff were very lazy and ignorant. Basically chucked a menu at me and said come and find me when you are ready to order- what? Surely you cone back and take my order? The waffle and coffee were ok but very expensive - I will not be back. Plenty of more appreciative places for my business!

My daughters asked to come here so decided to come for a treat. Arrived at the reception area and waited whilst staff ignored us for several minutes. All it takes is a polite greeting to acknowledge customers and to say that they’ll be with you in a moment. But we really had the impression the staff didn’t want to be there and we were an inconvenience to them coming to spend money. Shown to a table and first thing we noticed was the heavily stained red seats which looked like they’d had every dessert spilt on them. Decided to look past that and checked the dessert menu. My daughters had chosen within a few minutes what they would like. It seemed pretty expensive for strawberries and chocolate in plastic cups but it was a treat so didn’t mind paying, assuming the service would match the price… Another few minutes later the waitress was seating other customers a few tables away us so I signalled we were ready to order but she told us someone else would come to take our order. After another 20 minutes we were still waiting despite seeing the other waitress coming and going to tables around us. At this point we’d all had enough so we agreed to give up waiting and go somewhere else. Walked out and I was going to explain why but couldn’t see either of the two waitresses anywhere at the tables nor the till or reception area. Shame, the desserts are probably nice if you can actually order them and give them your money. Really let down by poorly trained / unmotivated staff.

Stood waiting to be acknowledged for an age ,plenty of staff available all saw we had been waiting a while . No one interested in showing us to a table. Very poor service. This dessert place used to be very busy now it is far quieter and you can easily see why. When finally someone approached us my wife and daughter had decided to leave. We had been seen by several staff members who were not busy so no excuse.

Headed down to try out their new Kunafa Dubai menu and it was soooo nice!! The food was 10/10 and service was incredible. I would recommend the Kunafa Cheese Bomb and the Choco Eruption cake 😍Will be heading back to try more for sure 🍫

Really poor service. Waited ages to be seated, staff walking around you not even acknowledging you are there. In the end I had to go to the till to ask to be seated. Desserts came out pretty quick but we had to wait ages for the milkshake and sorbet drink. Which meant half of us had almost finished before the other half received their items. Went to pay and there were extra items in there that we didn't have. We have been before and had a good experience but this time was really poor. Wouldn't return in a hurry.

Went to Haute Dolci today at the Trafford Centre and I was disappointed. The seating was dirty and so were the tables, cutlery and plates. Not what you expect from this brand name. Very disappointed.
