Andrea was very friendly and looked after our table Great food and good portion everyone was full after leaving

Been to coast yesterday with family and been served by Samantha. She was absolutely brilliant we asked her for recommendation and she recommended the chicken parm sandwich and the cobb salad for my wife and they were so delicious.

Great service! Sam was great with us all the time, she was making sure the food and drink were good, kept my daughter entertained and was always smiling.

Our server Chloe was very attentive and prompt with service. The issue lies with the quality of food in this visit. It is usually our go to for food when we visit but let down with the food. It was rushed out and lacked seasoning. Much of the food was luck warm. It’s a pity because the menu is great and previous visits have been a highlight. Thanks again Chloe.

Vegan option I wanted wasn’t available so lost a star on food. Lovely service from Chloe though, very friendly and efficient. Food we got was lovely.

The food was good and the servers were pleasant but the wait for food in a 35% full restaurant was excessively long. The main course arrived 35 minutes after finishing the starter and that was for burger and chips twice. Even in incredibly busy restaurants I don't recall waiting that long for anything similar. They seemed to have easily enough servers for the workload so I'm at a loss to understand what took so long. It felt like they may have had to ask somebody to make a ten minute run to a supermarket to pick up missing ingredients. As I said the food was good and they partially redeemed themselves by asking how it was for us and refunding a drink each from the bill when we were honest with them. I'd probably give them another chance.

Andrea was our waitress, she was very polite and attentive, food was great as always, always a go to place for us when we visit the Trafford centre, pretty good value for money when compared to next door (TGI Friday)

The food took long to arrive and it wasn't very appetising. I ordered the fish and chips. The batter for the fish was oily and tasteless. I substituted skin on fries for sweet potatoe fries which were not very nice. My son ordered a steak which was small and not worth £22.

Having a lunch with my friend. I ordered a crispy chicken burger and a New York cheese cake. The crispy chicken was so great, very juicy and fresh, it looked so nice. The New York cheese cake had a rich cheese flavor and balanced so well. It’s a nice place that could relax and enjoy a meal. Andrea was so nice and friendly. Glad I was able to give a try here. Must have next time!

Our server was Samantha… I thought she was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was very busy. She was pulled from pillar to post. She always served with a smile and checked everything was okay…. amazing

We got the all american breakfast and I truly felt like I was in America. The experience was so nice and that was all due to the perfect waitress Andrea who has served us not only food but also amazing customer service!
