Coast to Coast in Trafford

I don’t recommend go to this place ever Ordered margarita pizza and it was smell and borned. Never will come back

Food was terrible , asked for cheesy garlic bread was no cheese on it and as just tastes like doe and not to mention I thought I ordered steak but got gristle and was stone cold only good points was the beer

While visiting the Trafford Centre, we decided to grab a bite to eat and chose this restaurant based on the appealing menu. There was a 20-minute wait for a table, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Once seated, we placed our order and waited for our food. Unfortunately, when it arrived, both mine and my partner's meals were cold—though the chips were still warm, which was a bit puzzling. We let the staff know, and they quickly took the dishes back and brought us fresh ones. The second round of food was much better. However, when the bill arrived, there was no acknowledgment from the manager about the cold food, which was a bit disappointing. Thankfully, I didn’t order the chicken!

Love this place. Always our go too at the Trafford Centre. Service is always good no matter who service you.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting this place today the chicken wings were disgusting and cold the the main course I had the full rack of ribs under cooked and cold my wife had ribs and chicken wings both under cooked and cold no wonder the place was empty and tji Fridays was packed don’t bother go somewhere else plenty to choose from they did not change for any of the food but that’s not the point it was my sons birthday treat good day spoilt and shouldn’t have got to that

Service was fantastic, all the staff are amazing and always have a laugh and a joke with us. The cherry cola cocktails are a favourite of ours. Food was fabulous and you seriously get your money's worth. Thank you Alex for the amazing service

Love this wee place, but mandatory tips? Nah. I love giving a tip but when you're obligated it's not for me. This isn't the US.

The team all had smiles on their faces and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were fantastic. The service was wonderful, special thanks to Kyle and Sam who both went out of their way to make us laugh and give us an unforgettable experience. The team here are truly wonderful and so hardworking. Can’t wait to return.

We didn’t wait to be seated and when we asked for an outside table this was no trouble. The order was all taken quickly and easy. Drinks arrived and the strawberry daiquiri was lovely. There was an issue with the food but the staff dealt with this amazingly and we will definitely be returning.

Went here again last night, lovely meal, 2 sides, 2 drinks comes just over 40 quid! food was served in minutes, never felt rushed. Food quality was amazing! Unsure why its so quiet!

Called for something to eat and a drink after spending a few hours in the relatively quiet Trafford Centre. Told we could sit anywhere, which was fine, and the waitress brought our menus. She came back a few minutes later to take our drinks order, which when came was totally wrong and had to be replaced. We then ordered food, and when it arrived, it looked fine. We were asked if we'd like anything else we answered, and the waitress walked away. Immediately, we realised the chips were freezing cold and the brisket burger I had was just luke warm. My partner who ordered a chicken sandwich said hers was the same but the chicken was very dry and tough. When the waitress returned we explained the problem and she replied "oh you should have said, I would have replaced the chips, just give me a minute" She then came back with the full bill. No appologie, no discount or deductions for very poor quality food. We certainly will not be returning to pay nearly £40 for poor quality food.

Horrible food burger bun was freezing and hard the ribs where tasteless the only thing edible was the chips everything else was only fit for the bin

i would’ve given this restaurant a 5 because the food was wonderful but the waitress we got was rude and had no customer service and was staring at us the whole time which made me and my partner feel uncomfortable i would definitely not go here again because of her.

Been coming here over 8 years every week mostly. Sam is the best! She always looks after us both and goes above and beyond to help and she is so polite and friendly and funny. She works so hard and never asked for a review, but I wanted to leave one. She makes the dining experience great and happy. She doesn’t bother us when we are eating just asks if the food is ok and it’s lovely each time. Love the food in here. Sam is an asset to this company and deserves a pay rise! You would be lost with out her. My order can be a bit complicated lol, and she does it right all the time. She never says it would make her life easier if I didn’t order how I do unlike another staff member said ha ha lol. All jokes aside though, she is wonderful thanks Sam. Henika the chef also does my food to perfection! Yum. Highly recommend coast to coast for nice staff and food and atmosphere. Yayo is lovely too thanks Xx

We love eating here but today we waited outside for 10 minutes while the staff stared at us, we walked in and sat our self’s down the staff member was clearly embarrassed. They failed to tell us which menu items weren’t available which made my parter have to choose something he didn’t want. My parter also ordered a coke float which was overflowed and spilt everywhere so half the drink was wasted because of the staff member. Very disappointed as we enjoy it here and it was my birthday meal, this ruined the day for us both.

The staff were warm and welcoming, there was a genuine atmosphere of staff working well together with multiple staff helping each other so we didn't wait long to order or get our food. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. A marked difference from the other American restaurant nearby.

The food was amazing. Kids loved their meals, which is always a good sign!

2nd time here and it was just as good as the first!! Food was piping hot and staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered the Calamari in spicy breadcrumbs, Truffelo Chicken Wings and the The Beefburger . Big up Chloe was so lovely 🙌🏾🫶🏾 Would recommend!

Top class experience. Food: The food is amazing, I had the (plain) garlic bread while my partner had the (cheesy) garlic bread - both were incredible and really tasty. For mains - we both had the crispy chicken burger, which was probably one of the nicest I’ve ever tried. Chicken was moist and crispy, chips were well salted and crunchy. Finally, for dessert, I had the chocolate brownie and my partner ordered the NY Cheesecake. The brownie was rich and delicious. The cheesecake was flavourful and the passion fruit sorbet really compliments it. My only problem was the milkshakes we ordered. The chocolate brownie one was bitty and didn’t taste very nice. The vanilla biscoff shake was overpowering with cinnamon and was too sweet. However, the waiter was kind enough to take this off the bill. Service: Absolutely fantastic - all the staff are really polite and friendly. They got us seated quickly. And started us off with drinks in a timely fashion. The food was delivered so efficiently and we probably waited 5 minutes maximum for each course. My partner also asked if she could have a hash brown ok her burger, which they did for no extra cost. The waiter was even kind enough to take some photos of me and my partner after our meal. Atmosphere: The restaurant had a really bold and modern feel. Its American theme echoes through the bar area nicely (such as the map of America wallpaper & decor). Would absolutely recommend this to everyone. Fantastic comfort food, service and price.

The man who was wearing his own clothes, I assume the manager, needs learning basic customer service skills as he was so rude. I can appreciate a busy restaurant but the way he spoke to us was unacceptable as paying customers.

I had the NY beef brisket burger. Tasted amazing. Fries were lovely too. Great atmosphere, nice place to relax and service was great too. Pricing was excellent in comparison to nearby similarly themed restaurants.

Had a great meal at Coast to Coast in the Trafford Centre. We were attended to by Alex who was very well mannered and polite. He was also very in tune with our younger family members who may or may not have been having a bit of a hangry meltdown before ordering. Drinks arrived promptly and our order was taken shortly afterwards. Pizza, mac and cheese, cheese garlic bread, chicken nuggets, truffalo chicken tenders, a double stack burger and also a pulled chicken burrito arrived less than 15 minutes later. Portion sizes were great, everything was very well cooked and presented. Also had dessert and coffees. Four meals with starters, drinks and desserts for £80? Jackpot Well done to Alex and the rest of the team at coast to coast. I'm amazed people go into TGI'S when this place is right next door.

Nice atmosphere at this American themed bar and restaurant. A couple of the items on the menu sadly were not available l, however, the food quality was very good and a nice pint of Goose IPA was a bonus. Would visit again.

Honestly cannot complain! Food and cocktails tasted great, the music and atmosphere was also enjoyable! Our waitress was so so lovely, sadly I can’t remember her name. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something to eat in the Trafford Centre🙂

This is one of our go to places to eat out. The food is always lovely, the service is fast and the staff are always really helpful and friendly. It seems to be the same staff so they have good staff retention which is nice to see! We've been served by Aneta many times when we have been and she is always really lovely and makes the experience really nice. We often recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to go back there again and again.
