We enjoyed two fantastic steaks. We requested one medium to well which arrived exactly that. Plus another medium rare that was also exactly right. The meat was obviously rested to the correct time. Top marks. Our server was friendly and efficient. We shall be returning

I visited with a group of colleagues and we all agreed that we'd had a good evening - a rarity! The sirloin steaks were tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The sauces and chips were also very nice; I would specifically recommend the peppercorn sauce and chunky chips. We were particularly impressed with the level of service we received. I unfortunately did not get our server's name, but he was incredibly kind and patient and went above and beyond (even phoning us a few minutes afterwards when I had left my umbrella behind). The price was reasonable especially considering the quality of the meal, and I would definitely return again.

They have the best of HALAL steak. We ask for Ripeye and Serlion steaks and they were so delicious and juicy, served with fries / mashed potato that had amazing taste. We also ordered for Scottish Salmon, was remarkable and amazing taste. Other side dishes were Mac-cheese and Nachos were also excellent. Thanks for all staff members they were friendly and kind, specially Ms. Anjana.

I stayed here from May 17-18. The normal check-in time is 2pm, but they made an exception for me. They saw how tired I was after a 16 hr flight from South Korea with 3-hour layover in Frankfurt. On top of that, waiting at international airports for 3 hours or so. They took pity on me and checked me into a room early. The staff were all super amazing. The room was nice and the towel was large. I had breakfast of pancake topped with crispy bacon and dinner of legit burger. The cocktail was special, I loved it. On departure I had an included breakfast which was a buffet. I want to rate Trafford Hall Hotel 5/5.

I always stay at Trafford Hall when I come to Manchester for work every few weeks. Great value hotel, dinner is always really good with food discount if you stay as well. Really love the steaks as well as burgers and chunky chips. Friendly staff always who always make me feel welcome every time I come back.

Staying for work and was a little hesitant however the food, staff and experience has been amazing. Staff can’t do enough as so friendly and the food and service has been amazing thank you will definitely be back.

I had a cobb salad with steak. Ordered side of chips. It was a huge portion! Very fresh. The meat was beautifully seasoned. Chips & steak were hot. Salad had the right amount of dressing. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The staff seated me right away & were very attentive.

Very good food and a reasonable price. The weight staff is extraordinarily friendly. Nice place for a family dinner or a simple lined out for two.

Anamika was a wonderful host! She is very attentive and her smile adds to the experience. Food is plentiful and delicious. You will leave this place with a heart filled stomach. Yum!

Had the afternoon tea with mum for a Mother’s Day present. The service was lovely, staff were really attentive and kind. The scones were to die for, wish we could have boxed up a dozen and took them home. Wonderful experience. Will be coming back.

Excellent service, excellent food with great atmosphere.

Thought a 'Signature Steakhouse' would be a safe bet for a decent meal, a nice glass of wine and relaxed ambience. Despite the lady behind the bar trying hard, it was a bit like a faulty towers sketch. "Old Fashioned" cocktail on the menu - great, I like those - politely asked what bourbon they used but she had never heard of bourbon. Thought I was asking about the type of sugar they used? Only one of the three choices of white wine was available and a choice of 2 cheap reds rather than the three on the menu. But the "USA Merlot" actually came from Chile (at least the nice bar lady, who tried for 2 or 3 minutes to unscrew a bottle with a cork in it, didn't charge me for the glass of wine). The fillet steaks were small but very well cooked and the grilled vegetable side was very good and a nice selection. So overall, ambience was awful (laminate tables, brightly lit, cheap pub cutlery/glassware & telly in the corner), the bar service tried hard but was awful, and the food was overpriced for what it was, but well cooked and tasty in the end.

When we arrived at this steakhouse , after reading the reviews we were disappointed. There seemed to be no organization when we walked in and no one was around. We stood around waiting for someone to tell us where to sit. We were seated at a table and after 10 minutes the waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order, which we were. Another 20 minutes passed and our drinks still hadn’t been delivered to our table, but then the waitress came over with them, followed straight away with the food, which originally looked amazing. I had asked for a medium rare steak sirloin, with garlic butter and fries and my wife asked for the tomato tagliatelle with prawns. Now, the (came out medium well ) steak tasted like gone off kebab, the garlic butter was steak juice with a dollop of butter in, and the sauce in the tagliatelle was tasteless. The mojito my wife had was abysmal, and the old fashioned I ordered from the ‘signature cocktails’ part of the menu tasted like someone had wrung out a dishcloth into a glass and served it. Safe to say I will not be visiting this restaurant again. We are now down £60 and I would say this is probably the worst meal I have ever eaten at a restaurant.

Have been a guest in the Trafford Hall Hotel, the Restaurant is very good. The menu is a little limited but the food is great. The service is always very good and I would recommend all to try 😉👍

Doesn't look like anything in the photos at all, it's a basic hotel restaurant with Sky Sports blaring on a TV, far from what I'd call a "steakhouse". I thought we were in the wrong place at first. Good job my girlfriend has a sense of humour. They need to take those photos down, and probably rename the place to suit. The food was great but basic. You order a steak and chips, you get a steak and chips - no garnish, no presentation. It's just hotel food.

We made the reservation through Google, but they didn't have it. Nevertheless, we got a table, but were offered a ''Christmas set menu'' at £59 per person, but they informed us that some of the items on the menu were not available ("had been pre-booked"). The chilli beef dosa and mutton paal kappa was banging, not only that but the staff are super friendly with amazing service, gorgeous restaurant and absolutely amazing steak and wings. Ill start on a positive, and the only one, theirs an easy accessible exit. So if your unlucky enough to ever enter here by accident, a swift u turn would be advisable. Went here last night as a group of 10. Over priced, undercooked and my rib eye was served as a fillet steak. Took forever for the food to arrive at the table, and when it started to come out service was slow, 1 of our party was left watching us eat whilst they waited on their salmon. The drinks order took about 25 minutes to be processed and brought over too again with one of the party being left stranded waiting for their drink. Food was sub standard, undercooked and over priced, and theirs absoloutely no way the steaks were 10 oz. The peppercorn sauce came in the worlds smallest metal pourer, no condiments on the table and the general feel from staff throughout was poor. Lacking customer service and personality. I could go on, but the best advice i can give is to avoid so you dont suffer the same dismal service and disappointment.

Take a lot of time for our food.

We hosted our sisters Hen do here and the restaurant gave us the whole place for 3 hours. We opted for the afternoon teas which were not only excellently priced but very generous. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to decorate and staff rearranged the tabels to our liking. Excellent experience in all.

Went here with my daughter on her first day at Uni .. service was quick friendly and courteous .... food was absolutely amazing .. mocktail was best we'd ever tasted .. slightly let down by being sat in front of TV with football on but didn't spoil our meal which I cannot fault at all

Stayed at the hotel, pictures online look fantastic but the hotel is in state. Very rundown. I couldn't bring myself to eat in the restaurant because the seats were dirty, carpet was dirty and the menu was just fast food basically. The room was so basic. Staff are very friendly but this did not compensate for the overall experience. Breakfast was awful, cheap bacon, sausages tasted OK, find the beans, mushrooms tasty but the dirty stained chairs were a big put off... All self service.

Received as a virgin gift voucher and came on aTuesday night. Was very quite only the two of us. Service was excellent and the food was far better than I thought it would be. Steak was perfectly cooked and all the garnishes were lovely and...

There was a slight problem with my burger, but they offered to replace it. I opted for a free pudding. Breakfast was better next morning.

I enjoyed K.rave, the food was good and the staff there were swift and friendly. It was only when I got there that I realised it was a hotel restaurant. Sometimes I worry hotel restaurants are a little more expensive than they should be, counting on tired guests to pay the difference rather than shop around but I didn't get that sense from K.rave. I had my first fried chicken waffles here. The fried chicken was great and waffles just about okay. I think I would have preferred to go all in on the chicken with 6 tenders or even gone from the healthier option of cornfed chicken breast from the local menu. Nevertheless, waffles a little more dense than I'd like isn't much of a problem. My main concern was the state of the carpet, which was filthy. They really need to get under the tables in their next clean and along the sideboard. Overall, I was pleased to find K.rave and surprised by how little local choice there seemed to be in this part of Manchester. I'd go back.

We went on a Thursday lunch time, so it was really quiet. You have to register your car for free parking. Menu was simple but there was enough choices.

I must admit that the website tricked us into visiting here as we wanted to have a good meal before an event at the cricket ground. Our booking didn't exist when we arrived but we were seated relatively quickly. It soon became apparent that the dining area was nothing like the pictures on the website and the menu was completely different to the one displayed online. I ordered the beef burger which arrived cold and was two cheap frozen burgers put together. I understand that it was busy but this place is serving substandard takeaway food in a hotel restaurant and just hoping that people don't care because they want to eat before an event. It is honestly the worse food I have been served for years and the owners should be embarrassed. The meal was taken off the bill after I complained (which I rarely do) but then I was left without a proper meal and so angry that the owners think that they can get away with serving this kind of food. If you are in the area for an event I would avoid this place at all cost.

Signature steak house name has now changed to Krave. And they have steak , burger and indian menus as well they are more budget friendly.Staffs are very nice especially in the restaurant and in the reception. They are very helpfull and always treat as very well with an present smile. A fantastic place for dining. For the restaurant dining they offer the free parking as well.

The food was decent except for the steak. The ribeye steak was overcooked. It was chewy and rubbery. The waitress switched the steak to beef burger and it was decent. The fried chicken burger was also good for its value.

We had our afternoon tea here, and really enjoyed it. The coffee could have been a bit stronger, but other than that it was all yummy, i.e. the scones, sandwiches, cakes and macaroons. Service was pretty fast, and the place was comfortable, cozy.

So they let you book for a special offer but refused to give it us. So was upset by this point. No atmosphere at all. No music and looked like you where eating in a cafeteria. Would not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID.

Excellent service with modern decor. Extra hot wings were amazing, as we're the wife's calamari. Asked for medium rare T-bone, got exactly that.

Absolutely fabulous. All the steaks we ordered were perfectly cooked to our requirements, generous in size and melt-in-the-mouth, honestly, the best steaks I have ever tasted. Chicken wings unctuous and vanished in moments accompanied by big, fat crispy chips. The sticky toffee pudding rounded it all off, cooked like my Mother used to make it. Service was speedy and friendly; our server, Gladstone, couldn't do enough for us and did it with a smile. They offer a great selection of drinks, my companions enjoyed a lovely red wine while I washed mine down with an ice-cold beer! I would go back in a heartbeat, am looking forward to trying their afternoon tea some time soon; if it's half as good as their steaks, this will be my go-to for birthdays and for my great grandchild's christening party. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
