This is the Five Guys with the best view in the world. It's a very clear, non-negotiable issue. Biting into your burger with this view is priceless!

Delicious burgers. This was my first time eating at 5guys and the first time I had perfectly baked crispy bacon between my burger. Visited Saturday 22-5-2025. Kind female staff member asked politely if she could be off assistance with ordering at the screen. Perfect you get to select the things you want on your burger and not the other way around. They had a small terrace and it's nicely located near the tower bridge and the HMS Belfast destroyer at the Thames. Lucky I could sit outside because the music inside was way too loud for my comfort. It's pricier then McDonald's and burger king but imo much better tasting and worth it.

Unbelievable That was the most expensive meal in London!!!! Burger 0 points!! For that money, you're better off going to the Chinese or Italian restaurant around the corner. So much money for nothing

There's no mistake here, very good Five Guys, almost the same as in the USA. Fries are phenomenal, if only you could eat them, they would be great. Burger is also excellent. Location with a view of Tower Bridge.

One of the best fries I've ever had! The burger was delicious too! They were ready really quickly. The atmosphere is great, with a beautiful view of Tower Bridge. I liked that you order from the automatic machines, which is great for us introverts haha

The fries are thick and salty with skin, but the burger is not tasty and is soft and mushy. The tomato is fresh.

What an amazing location. The food was tasty, the Service was so friendly and the whole stay was just wow...

I went there yesterday with my huband and 4 year old son. While my husband was ordering, I decided to proceed to the upstairs seating area with my 4 year old. I was rudely stopped by a female staff and asked if I was going to use the toilet. I asked If I was not allowed to, to which she replied I can only use it if I have orderd. It was a very rude and embarrassing encounter. There can be various other ways of ensuring ghat instead of this rude manner.

Too good to be true. But it is!! The food is very good (like my dad cooked our lunch(is he working here ??))! Staff member that took our order very kindly! The place is very clean, and the atmosphere is like i am in United States! I aggresively recommend🤤.

Five guys at the Picadilly and Charing Cross was way to better food and burgers than here at Tower Bridge.

The hamburger is not very delicious, but it is superior compared to Korean hamburgers, and the french fries are a total stinker for me, so I inhaled them. It smells a bit like peanuts, so people with nut allergies need to check. And you can eat a hamburger right when you see London Bridge. It would be nice to go here at least once.

Wanted an italian Restaurant and found this place on Google, service was a tad slow to start (but was bank holiday Monday) the food definitely made up for it we had from fish pasta and pizza and all the meals were tasty and great, the panoramic view you get from the restaurant is awesome 👌 and the prices reasonable for london

Incredible place to stop for dinner in front of Tower Bridge! Last night in London before returning to Spain, Murcia and it was very pleasant. I hope to return in a few years and see it again.

Great food at a convenient price for London. However, all the electronic food order kiosks shut down halfway through the order with a network error reminiscent of a 2014 ipad. The staff were kind, (although it took 5 minutes for them to reboot the machines.) If McDonalds can use working electronic kiosks, five guys should be able to at least prevent them crashing and erasing orders every half-minute. Great food nonetheless.

Always good to have a meal at Five Guys. We like the milkshake mixed oreo cookies, and chocolate, so yummy. Free salty peanuts tasted good, and crunchy. The staffs were friendly. Seating areas are available on the ground floor, first floor, and outdoor, with really nice views. Toilets for customers are available.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Five Guys by Tower Bridge! The milkshakes were the absolute highlight – seriously amazing! Great location and friendly staff too. Highly recommend for a top-notch milkshake!

Particularly good sandwiches as well as the chips, to be enjoyed in front of the Tower Bridge: a truly enviable view from other fast food restaurants! Friendly staff, especially a girl named Francesca who was immediately available and served us quickly even though the place was full. If you're in London I recommend this Five Guys!

What an amazing place! Our experience was enchanting! We saw the Tower Bridge in the background and were amazed. An experience of a lifetime!!!

To avoid!!!, I was there on April 12, 2025 with my family, for 4 people, with that, no sauce in the burgers, something that we had nevertheless selected, the same for the bacon and the cheese, you have to add everything!!!, in fact, the fries and the drinks are SELECTED, you just order a burger! Avoid, it deserves 1 star for me, go to McDonald's it will be better!! A SHAME

Five Guys burgers in London are very close to the burgers I get in Colorado, a nice easy meal in the go as well as French Fry's (chips) and a vanilla milkshake, yummy

Drinks from machine were hot. Food is highly over paid. In Maidston they were super. Tower Bridge not so much.

Came at 20:30 and it was closed, clearly states on website and even on front door that it’s open till 23:30. Waste of a journey and waste of my time.

Open until 11:30 p.m. – supposedly. It was already closed at 9:15 p.m., despite other opening hours posted on the door and online. A complete no-go on a Friday night. I've never been to FiveGuys and never will again!

We were there at 9:30 p.m. and according to the internet and outside signage the restaurant was open until 11:30 p.m. we went there. The door was closed in our faces and the restaurant was closed. Absolute impudence.

Great moment at Five Guys Tower Bridge London ! The food was very tasty ! A small negative point for the Coke, which no longer had any bubbles ! Service perfect, we arrived very late, close to closing time, and the staff served us quickly and waited for us to finish eating. Very good burgers, very hearty large fries. The price was a bit steep but very good quality.

Coca-Cola machine one is out of regular Coke; the other has regular Coke but is completely flat. The Coca-Cola machine is completely deregulated.

Beautiful view from 1st floor. Fast service even when it's crowded. Staff is polite. If you didn't eat at 5guys before, prepare to receive a lot of fries.

I was really hungry after taking the Uber boat, but there was Five Guys, so the scenery was nice and the food was delicious. However, there are two problems: the bathroom and adding vegetables. There are 5 restrooms, but they are always full. And if you add vegetables, you get a burger, but if you don't add vegetables, you get a meat burger (that's what we did).

This Five Guys is well placed, but I've never seen so many people in a fast food restaurant! The staff is fast, doesn't make an effort when you don't understand much English, and the queue is incredibly long! The twist on the cake: with the £ to € conversion, we paid for a burger and fries + drink the modest sum of €28.5 per person! Avoid!

Super crowded. Waited 25 minutes for food. 10 mins to sit. 35 min for the restroom queue. Food is also expensive. 11 GBP for a hamburger?

As always, very tasty. A great location with a view directly of Tower Bridge. The price is slightly more expensive than in Germany at £11.75. It was very busy so there was a bit of a wait, but the staff still made an effort.

The burger is smackin' good! You can really taste all the fresh ingredients! For the fries, I recommend getting the cajun seasoned ones, if you want a little bit of spice! The milkshake, I wouldn't recommend... it tasted cartooney and the bacon bits were actually full on bacon slices that were left at the bottom of my shake... shame, I was really hyped up for it!

It's a little expensive for a fast food restaurant. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks and some fries. The burgers were good, we asked for the fries a little spicy and they were very very good. In addition, the drink can be refilled, and the potatoes are served to the brim. If you eat upstairs there are great views of Tower Bridge.

This place has a really nice view which makes it busy. It has second floor and if you sit there, you can see Tower Bridge . The price is affordable. What a nice chance to enjoy Tower Bridge with burgers!

Standard Five Guys food which was nice, the reason we visited the restaurant in the first place. We did not, however appreciate the common occurrence it was for the cleaning staff hovering over people, impatiently waiting for them and us to finish our meals so they could clean tables. We even overheard them referring two guys to the table we were sitting at (they were pointing directly at us), when the guys asked them if any window tables were available, even though we were still sitting down eating. While I appreciate you want to keep your restaurant nice and clean and the restaurant might be busy, it's not a very nice experience to have someone watching over you, breathing down your neck while you eat and telling other people they can have your table, even though you aren't done eating. Never had this experience in any other Five Guys restaurant. Quite disappointing.

Had an amazing time with my students at the beginning of february. We came with a hundred pupils and we were made to feel very welcomed by the team and the manager. Bonus for the amazing view. Can only recommend !

Something for fast food lovers, they serve mainly burgers, but the price is adequate to the quality. The food is good and the order fulfillment time is express. The restaurant is in a very good location overlooking the tower bridge. I will definitely come back again

With Five Guys Burgers, you really have to add your own toppings...otherwise you'll get a bun with just meat in it.

The location is perfect, the taste is perfect, the view is perfect, I definitely recommend it. There are peanuts, they are in a small box at the far end of the table where you receive the package. Both mayonnaise and ketchup are available on both floors.
