Drinks at room temperature are one thing better than potatoes placed in a bag without any container and the hamburger could also be better not recommended.

We were literally just paying for the view of TB. Food overpriced, terrible, chips dumped in a bag and there were too many of them. Best of all was the milkshake.

The London City Hall and Tower Bridge are right in front, so we came to see them and had lunch. One small cheeseburger and small fries came to 13.5 pounds. There didn't seem to be any tips, and although there is a store in Korea, I've never tried it before, but this is my first time trying it. After trying it, I can see why it is so popular. In particular, the peanuts, which can be eaten on their own, are really nutty and delicious. I know that the French fries are also fried in peanut oil, but it was definitely different from what I've had at other burger places. There is a regular flavor and a spicy flavor, and from what I've tried both, the spicy flavor is much tastier, so it would be better to ask for the spicy flavor when ordering. It's really delicious dipped in mayonnaise rather than ketchup. They serve American-style French fries, but considering the price, I think this should be enough. The French fries were so delicious that it took a long time to talk about the sides, but the hamburger was well worth the price, so if you get a chance to go, I recommend going even if it's not this store.

The driver was driving around because your app pin another location. Is not fair for the drivers being driving around and constantly calling to deliver the food. Is the second time this happened. This made my order to be deliver with 30min delay

In general good food, good service and friendliness. My only comment is to provide the option to charge your cell phone, it had almost no battery and I would have really appreciated that option.

Probably the best view you’ll ever get from a five guys. Make sure you bag a table upstairs facing out over towards tower bridge and the Thames river. Big window seats with amazing views. Other than the view it’s a bog standard five guys with the usual expensive burgers, lots of fries and free peanuts.

Hamburgers don't matter. Tower Bridge is important. It was a bit hot, but I definitely recommend taking a seat by the window on the second floor. Of course, there are many Koreans - no one notices that you sit for a long time. If you order a small hamburger, it comes with a regular size patty. You can add toppings all the way for free. Personally, I recommend adding raw onions. The food is average, although we loved choosing toppings. They give you free peanuts and sauces. There is no menu itself, you pay for everything separately, the views are beautiful. The employees are charming.

I felt the burger was ok. Not really astounding but pretty good. Prefer Burger King myself. The milkshake with peanut butter was delicious. The service was five star though, great staff!

Toasted cheese sandwich was actually a burger bun turned inside out with the cheese and tomato in the middle never cooked and therefore still cold. It was that bad. Never had anything like it before, and never want anything like it again. Dreadful. Service was poor at best and the whole place simply lacked any inviting atmosphere.

London @Five Guys I highly recommend that if you pass by here, you can eat Five Guys burgers, which are delicious and cheap (based on London prices), and then sit by the window and watch the Tower bridge, which is priceless.

I ate here twice, twice my order was incomplete. Plus the burgers are just way too expensive.

The restaurant was preparing my order of one burger and a side of fries for over two hours. They did not answer the phone when I called them. Some rude staff called me back from another number and was offended that I was asking about the two hours late order. At the end my order wasn’t delivered but they have charged the money for it. Horrible service.

The taste may be the same as Five Guys, but the view is really great since it's right in front of Tower Bridge. The London restaurant is too expensive and the taste is just so-so... After eating well with a nice view, I crossed Tower Bridge and saw the night view.

I had heard of the brand on numerous occasions but personally I did not particularly appreciate the taste... specific to each person I imagine. Clean kitchen, great service, really nice staff. On the other hand, the music is way too loud in this fast food restaurant, it's impossible to hear yourself!

My husband and I love the Five Guys hamburger and this one has the most beautiful view of all! It's not difficult to get a table with a view of London Bridge. The snack is big, if you're not very hungry I recommend getting the kids' snack, which only has 1 hamburger. The potato portion is large and the spicy portion is very spicy. Peanuts are delicious and you can use them as much as you like.

Used to be ok food but it's not anymore. Quality has taken a nose dive lately.

I went to this Five Guys today, the view from the glass front is fantastic as you can see Tower Bridge really well no matter what the weather is like. The food was really hot. We had a hot dog with all the side dishes and a Fanta (the Fanta tastes different than in Germany, as do other drinks. They have a sweeter taste) and of course the delicious fries fried in peanut oil. It's also worth trying the malt sauce there. The toilets there are mixed, but each toilet has its own toilet cubicle with a sink. So it wasn't unpleasant and it was clean for me.

If you're going to go to Five Guys, why not enjoy the Tower Bridge view as well?

If you want to take pictures with tower bridge in background and have some food and drinks, there is no better place other than Five guys tower bridge but don’t recommend to go at night as you won’t get perfect pictures but view at night is good though.

A strong 3.5, this Five Guys is in a beautiful place, with astonishing views on Tower Bridge. Mostly, this is why it is incredibly crowded, and toilets are used as public toilets. Be prepared to wait for more than 10-15 minutes to enter the restroom as s client. It's a pity, however, food was great as expected.

Cheeseburger was more expensive than other branches and the patties were tiny in comparison to other branches I often visit… left me still hungry but left because I didn’t want to wait another 20 mins for my order… will skip this branch in future.

Best burgers by a country mile.

2 medium Five Guys Fries and 2 milkshakes just under 30 euros.... The view is great, the shakes and fries were also very tasty, but the price was really high. But we knew that beforehand! One point deducted for the ambience, as the tables outside and the ground floor in general were really not clean. My highlight there was Amala, the young lady at the checkout. I have never been welcomed as warmly and friendly as I was on that day. Thank you very much Amala, people like you make this world a better place!

The concept is a fast food chain, at first the price is quite high, pay $40gb for two hamburgers, some regular fries and two soft drinks. The place stands out for its location overlooking Tower Bridge, it is perfect. The flavor of the burgers is exquisite, homemade and their potatoes are the best, natural and crunchy. You can add all the toppings you want, I ordered everything and I needed both hands to hold it, I couldn't finish it (they also add double meat). One point that I highlight, we were two people and I ordered individual potatoes, he recommended that I only take one portion due to its size, and it saved me 6GB, and it was truly a mega portion. It is expensive but worth its price, I do recommend it.

Great burger great accurate delivery time

On of most famous burgers. That restaurant is near to Thames and view from window is unreal. Employees were really polite and experts. From menu you can choose hamburger or cheeseburger with or without bacon and then you can add until 15 ingredients without any charge. Also, fries would be plain or spicy. If you choose to drink sparkling beverage you can refill it without limit. One more think about unlimited is sauses and peanuts. The whole experience was unique and burger was really delicious, consist of 2 patties. It was amazing experience and quality was really good but quite expensive.

We had stopped by on the Friday to get 2 bugers and then and large chips that’s enough 2 people and it was amazing.

I went there because I heard the view from the 2nd floor was great. I wonder if I should eat this burger at this price. I was forced to go because of my wife. It wasn't a bad experience The second floor view was pretty. I won't be back for 30 years.
