Five Guys Tower Bridge in Southwark

As the site has gone viral due to the views, the place was saturated with rowdy children and the food is very expensive. Two normal hamburgers, some fries and a drink €42. The spectacular views.

Friendly staff, great food. The wait staff is to be commended, very friendly.

Excellent service by the team especially from Adarsh who even recommended a few places to visit nearby while helping us choose the food. Food tasted great as well. :)

The best thing is the view of the Bridge. The cheese and bacon hot dog was nice, the bacon cooked to perfection, but expensive, considering it's almost 10 pounds without fries or a drink. Very full.

We ate there in the upstairs room, with spectacular views.

Five guys burgers are always very tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The store in Tower Bridge also has an amazing view (go to second floor) and Divya served us with a big smile and enthusiasm!

Certainly one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, extremely tasty. The potatoes are divine. I loved the fact that the sauces were available without limit. Note the very tasty peanuts. I'm waiting for a Five Guys in Lisbon and Cascais.

I went to the two days ago. I ordered the food and I paid on my card and somebody on the stuff told me your payment not going through and then I paid Cash as well after that I checked my bank statement. They took money on my bank as well they are rob me 😢

The burgers were very tasty. And the fries…. Huge amount of ‘em. We were group of 8 and everybody was satisfied, full, happy.

Tasty burgers cooked to order. It's absolutely one of the better burger franchises. It's pricy, though: four bacon cheeseburgers, one regular chips, and two soft drinks (with free refills) set you off £68

A beautiful view of Tower Bridge, the lady who served us on October 12, 2024 was very nice, helpful and smiling. Heartily I recommend, tasty, nice and great atmosphere!

I wanted to go into the bathroom and a girl said it was only for clients! I had an emergency! So by hell I had to buy some potatoes and I had gone to eat before but I didn't know how to explain myself in English! It was a girl like a short Indian upstairs.

(Visited in June 2023) The Tower Bridge view is the best💙 But this place is also salty. Why is all British food salty? Especially the peanuts are very salty.

Five guys burger while looking at Tower Bridge! The second floor window seats are very competitive. Once I sat down, I wanted to keep sitting there so much that I didn't want to go. The burger taste is pretty good, but I think the view is worth it haha.

The quality of the beef sandwich is excellent, the gem of this restaurant is the view it offers upstairs with the tower bridge in the background, the chips are also delicious and the possibility of refilling the drink as many times as you want is also excellent (they are not the only ones to do it)

A good restaurant from the Five Guys chain. The location is very busy, on an esplanade overlooking London Bridge. We didn't wait long despite the crowds present. The restaurant is very clean. On the other hand, there is only one toilet cubicle in the restaurant, around twenty people were queuing to go there.

A restaurant with a view of the Time Bridge from the window. Since Pies Guys Burger is a chain, it is probably above average. The difference between small and regular is the difference between one patty or two, so I think small is sufficient. However, the employee said “sawadi kap” while delivering the burger, but I am somewhat suspicious of the intention behind this. It appears that employee training will be necessary to prevent misunderstandings.

Fast food made in old fashion way, but in a good sense. Very nice wiev and tasty burgers.

Great scenery, the food was good and in my opinion the best five guys in England I've been to. Extra points for being able to place the order independently from the screen. The staff also takes children into account.

Visiting from Perth, WA., we don't have a 5 Guys so I was interested to find out for myself what I had read from others. I liked the range of drinks and chose a Lemon Tea. Even small fries were way more than I could handle and the burger was bigger than expected. Yummy meat :) Bun was, for me, thin and doughy and the bacon was like wet cardboard. Expensive!! but most foods are more in London I guess. Top marks for awesome toilets though :)

The experience was very disappointing, because the quality of the food was awful, (we had ordered a burger, )the tables were not clean, the drinks tasted like water and sugar, and the bathroom was very dirty. The service was very poor. I will definitely not go again.

Great place in an ideal location

Expensive, cold and soggy food, horrible service. Ordered for dining in, but the staff made my order for take away, so i had to wait 20 minutes extra after the food was ready. And when i got my order, the food was cold soggy, messy, and all over the place. Worst place ever.

Five Guys with stunning views of the Tower of London

Sometimes the service is bad, they are friendly in this unit, but in general, in all units they are usually stupid

8.23.2024 Very nice! We originally planned to sit on the second floor, but there were so many people and we couldn't see Tower Bridge, so we sat on the first floor. We ordered cheeseburgers and regular burgers, spicy 🍟an unlimited Coke and a bacon milkshake. Over thirty pounds in total. The portions of fries were generous, ketchup and mayonnaise were provided for free, and the waiter delivered the meal directly to us. Her service attitude is very good 👍 The bacon milkshake is average and not worth recommending. The toilets on the second floor are shared by men and women, which I have never seen in Asia.

An incredible view, a great location and very good burgers BUT unfortunately extremely loud background music which prevents you from hearing yourself.

The burgers, drinks and fries are excellent, as usual, and in more than reasonable quantities, which is very appreciable! Unlimited drinks (if you have chosen the corresponding formula) and peanuts offered. What more can I say? Oh yes, the person responsible for the maintenance and surveillance of the upstairs room (because we really felt like we were being watched for a large part of our meals...) deserves to be a little more welcoming, friendly and smiling which would have allowed you to obtain 5 ⭐️ instead of the 4 that I have just given you... -------------------------------------------- Very good! Amazing experience. First time in Five Guys, I appreciated the freedom in selecting the topping for my burger. The portions for fries was substantial, and we were given free peanuts(!!!). Highly recommend.

This Five Guys arguably has one of the best views of any Five Guys in the world. When you get your order make a beeline to the upstairs dining area and grab yourself a seat by a window if there are any available. Then you can munch down on your overpriced burger with a spectacular view of Tower Bridge. Like any Five Guys the food quality is top notch. The burgers are as good as any as you'd find at any other Five Guys and the service is very friendly although they take the typical amount of time to prepare food which is not very fast. There's ample dining area with two levels inside and lots of seating outside so you can eat al fresco when the weather is nice. Also worth noting is they have a soda fountain with unlimited refills and ICE! As an American it's so rare to find ice for drinks as we are accustomed to back home so spots like these hidden gems. Same as any Five Guys the food is expensive and this location in London is no different.

Unique view! The burger was super tasty, the portions of fries should not be underestimated! The large selection of “special” cola and soda variants is also very cool!

The London City Hall and Tower Bridge are right in front, so we came to see them and had lunch. One small cheeseburger and small fries came to 13.5 pounds. There didn't seem to be any tips, and although there is a store in Korea, I've never tried it before, but this is my first time trying it. After trying it, I can see why it is so popular. In particular, the peanuts, which can be eaten on their own, are really nutty and delicious. I know that the French fries are also fried in peanut oil, but it was definitely different from what I've had at other burger places. There is a regular flavor and a spicy flavor, and from what I've tried both, the spicy flavor is much tastier, so it would be better to ask for the spicy flavor when ordering. It's really delicious dipped in mayonnaise rather than ketchup. They serve American-style French fries, but considering the price, I think this should be enough. The French fries were so delicious that it took a long time to talk about the sides, but the hamburger was well worth the price, so if you get a chance to go, I recommend going even if it's not this store.

The driver was driving around because your app pin another location. Is not fair for the drivers being driving around and constantly calling to deliver the food. Is the second time this happened. This made my order to be deliver with 30min delay
