Dry uninspired burger, I can't remember the last time I had to add ketchup to a burger to make it more palatable. Great service from waiting staff however.

Good burgers. I've tried the burger with peanut butter and chilli jam, it was an interesting mix. I recommend it. The price is about 20£ (fries+burguer+drink) per person if you visit them during an evening or weekend, during week you have a meal deal for 7,5£.

Hemos visitado a tres hermanos varias veces. Viernes y sábados por la noche es muy concurrido y ruidoso; es muy popular. Been here in the past about 6 years ago. I’ve visited today for my birthday, I’m very pleased with the food, service and attention to special requests. Situated by the water, views are amazing and drink selection is spot on! 10/10

Hard to give a QR code 5 stars, but it's an effective way of ordering a luscious, albeit very 'dirty' burger, but it was delicious. Very good quality meat, with a crisp sear, and great quality toppings on a brioche bun. I personally would have preferred something a bit more robust, as it was very juicy and quickly started to get soggy and fall apart, but that was part of the fun. The location is quirky, on one of Bristol's many iconic floating venues, and the staff are charming. Would go again, but would suggest planning a long run before or after, otherwise you'll feel guilty afterwards!

Visited as a pre booked group of 9 on a Saturday night. Arrived at our booking time of 6pm and was told to wait outside and queue with those that hadn't booked, ended up going in 25 minutes later. Once seated we waited for 30 minutes to have our order taken before asking someone if we could order food. The waitress came over and said "i was told you wanted to order food?" While waiting for food some of us went outside to smoke...the doorman then refused to let them back in unless they phoned someone from the table to come get them....weird. One person ordered a gluten free meal and another ordered a vegan meal...these were brought out separately to everyone elses and were specifically told that this was the vegan and gluten free meals. The rest of the food was brought out on a large tray and dumped at the end of the table leaving us to try work out what was what, meaning that quite a few of us are unsure if we actually got what we ordered. Shortly after starting to eat my partner noticed that his beef burger looked very much not like beef. My vegan friend then took apart his burger to see that it was beef... When we tried to speak to staff about this they tried to argue that he had picked up the wrong burger but this burger was specifically given to him stating it was vegan. This is totally unacceptable, if it was an allergy giving the wrong food could have killed them. The food was very nice but sadly the lack of care from staff ruined the night. There were also a large group of men shouting constantly and doing coke in the toilets :(

Dinner of 3, one random burger arrived 5 minutes before drinks with no sides. The rest of the party had to wait for their meals. Server appeared confused when asked where drinks were, had to prompt for food. Wouldn’t recommend as not ideal eating separately

Best service I’ve had for years… I went to Drew and said I was starving,the kitchen was closed (30 mins) but he sorted me with a cracking pint and free cheese and chips. Cracking guy and top service, thank you so much and I’ll be back in numbers!!!

Muy buena bienvenida y explicación del saludador. Nos sentamos. Ordenado vía código QR. Genial todo se puede ajustar GF, solo tiene que marcar la opción sin gluten en el menú. Las bebidas y la comida llegaron rápidamente. ¡Qué delicioso! Las papas fritas son épicas 😍🍟 Ten cuidado. Los lados son enormes. Pedí un poco de ensalada de col. Just the price that let's this place down. If you don't go during the burger deal in midday it's ridiculous. You'll b paying around 20-25 a head for a basic burger. Staff were super nice though.

These are the best burgers I've ever had! The service was incredible, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I’m only in Bristol for the day, traveling, but this spot was the perfect place to enjoy a great meal and soak in the lively atmosphere of these beautiful streets.

Tried everywhere else that does burgers and they just can't compete. Lots of good places in Bristol but for consistency and quality they can't be beaten. Highly recommend.

Great burger restaurant at the end of King Street. The restaurant is partly in the water because it is a boat! You can eat indoors on the boat or on land. Everything communicates! There is also a very pretty outdoor terrace. The dishes are fresh and very good. They have a good choice of burgers (all customizable which we love) and pickles. One or two salads if you prefer ;) The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed (wooden table and bench).

Super expensive, charged service even though it was all done through the app, we hardly saw a person, drinks were late to come out and the food made me feel really sick afterwards. We had to share a table which was dirty when we sat down and when the other customers left, their plates were there for ages. I would say the staff we did see when we were seated were nice.

Food is actually very good. What lets it down is the staff they hire. They're just no good. Before I walked in I was saying to myself, I bet that I will wait at the front and everyone ignores me. I walked in and waited. The girl on the till looked at me and then.........walked away to do something else. Some guy sitting in the corner eventually came and served the people behind me first then realised I might be ahead of them. Anyway, food is good. Just don't expect decent service.

Stumbled across this riverside place on a visit to Bristol. It’s a bit quirky as part of it is on a boat. We were seated and offered to scan the qr code to order our food. The food was nice but the burger came to us pink.. I’m not sure of a pink burger but we it. As it was a very cold day the food cooled quicker than normal which was a pity as it was ok food.

Where’s the hype for this place. Clearly best burger in Bristol. The best burger I’ve had. Definitely recommend.

Very tasty burgers, indeed! My only criticism was that the bun was a bit soggy (maybe our burgers were on the pass for awhile before getting to the table?), would be nice if they warmed 'em up a bit, too. Bit of feedback on the ordering system for whoever's in charge, the actual service was fine and friendly - but the technology isn't streamlining the process. Annoyingly, there's a QR code/web based ordering system - which means each family member (sans smartphone) all need to scroll through the menu before ordering - pretty painful. After finally creating the order with the web tool - you're whacked with a 10% service charge - no idea why (Sunday trading, perhaps? It better not be for this awful system!)? There hadn't been any real service up until that point, as we found ourselves our own table - after waiting to be seated, as instructed by the sign at the entrance. After standing there for a few minutes, the guy behind the bar said we could sit anywhere we wanted - no problem, it wasn't that busy anyway. After the shock/annoyance of the service charge (why not build it into your prices??), you're then prompted to provide a tip - this is before any real interaction with any of the service staff. We then get a text notification suggesting that our order hasn't been received - but it goes on to explain that "Your payment was successful". Bizarre. Then a young fellow comes out to reassure everything is fine - the order has been processed and all is good in the world. No problem - he's polite and friendly - all good. No drama. The food comes out - great - delicious, everyone happy! Then I see the exact same tray of food coming out again with the same waitress who already delivered our food 5 minutes earlier... She calls out my name and I point out that we already have our food - she trots back to the kitchen with 70 quid's worth of burgers that'll either go in the bin or to the staff? Either way - this doesn't seem like a particularly smooth operation, I've waited tables - tips are are earned and service is normally charged for large groups or on bank holidays - this was neither. What's the story? Also - what's wrong with good old fashion table service? Maybe there's a generational disconnect - but I can't see how the technology (in this instance) is helping the customers or the staff.

the outside area is fantastic. It was a joy having tasty burgers served right on the river. The restaurant being inside a fixed boat has a nice vibe. Can’t go anything wrong if the order has some chillis. The funny part is when they warn about the seagulls

Nice setting on the river and good beer and cider but unfortunately that's about it. The burgers are average, mostly swimming in grease and burger sauce for the price you pay (plus any chips as an extra cost). The biggest bug bare is the service charge. You're paying a forced service charge, even when ordering a pint on its own, to order through an app with no interaction with any of the staff. Then when your food does arrive, all the burgers are on a tray with a quick point to which one is (What's the point of putting your name on the order if it doesn't get used), a pile of plates is given whilst you then plate up your own and others food for them, all whilst having the pleasure of paying the place a service charge Odd concept, average food, wouldn't recommend or return

One of the better burgers I’ve had before, I loved it.

Strange thing about burgers they seldom live up to expectations. So this place made a welcome change. Great burger, and I mean really good, hot, cooked, well seasoned and truly relished. Usually if the burgers good the fries are cold when you get to them - nope, hot crisp and fluffy on the inside and decent size portion - this was a great choice washed down with an excellent guest ale. Three Brothers Nailed it.

I have no complaints about the food, drink or the staff. The food was great but I don't like that when you order through the QR code, you have a forced service charge that you can't opt out of before you've even had any engagement with the staff. The site then prompts you for another voluntary service charge after this, so you could end up paying 2 service charges if you're not paying attention. All of this through the site that ironically supposed to limit the amount of work their staff needs to do. Why the forced service charge? Does this actually go to the staff or is this a way of subsidising their wages? You should probably clarify this on the site since it's a bad look.

Docked right on the harbourside, Three Brothers Burgers in Bristol is an absolute gem! It's a chilled out burger bar on the water. I went for the double cheeseburger with bacon, which was equally huge and delicious. The fries were seasoned and crisp on the outside. Highly recommended for a casual meal and it's closely situated by kings street so you can hit the bars after.

I loved the atmosphere of the place: relaxed and informal. The burgers were delicious, with the meat perfectly cooked and the potatoes also very good. The service was very fast, and the prices were very reasonable. Without a doubt, a place I would return to.

Went with some work colleagues for Christmas lunch. Food was ok and little pricey for what it was to be fair. Service was not grate at all, we were welcomed by a staff member and shown to the table which was lovely but it all went down hill from there. As soon as we sat at the table, we was told there was a QR code on the table, which we needed to scan to order to the table, and then he walked away. There was no one to one waiter/waitresse service. Everything is done on an app, which also doesn't reflect the high cost of the food and drink. The worst thing is that a service charge is automatically put on the bill via app per order!!! We did an initial first order of food and drinks and then wanted more drinks to which we got another service charge added!!!! You do get asked if you want to tip, but unfortunately, I was not going to tip someone for just walking over to my table, putting a tray down with all.our food, and us having to sort the order out, wr even had to place our own order! We then left and went on to another location for drinks as we felt we were being ripped off on service charges and lack of customer experience due to having to use an app.

I’ve been a couple of times with friends and on my own. The peanut butter and chilli jam burger which doesn’t seem to be on the menu is awesome. Think I’d walk over hot coals to get this again goes down well with a draft beer or cider. Service was awesome and the atmosphere was great definitely do this again.

Delicious burgers let down by the fact you will be charged a non optional service charge despite ordering off your phone - oh and they ask for a tip afterwards too, so I doubt the service charge is going to the waiters! What's the service charge even for? The service was on a par with wetherspoons (order on my phone, wait ages for drinks and food to arrive) so I'm not sure what I'm paying for........a shame a good burger place has to be tainted by it's owner's greed.

Enjoy spectacular burgers, well served, with good waiter service and a good price. In a restaurant that is a boat docked in the canal and expanded with a tent. Highly recommended!!!

Loved it dropped in on a cold wet evening and it was warm and welcoming burgers were fantastic as was the cider.

Went here for lunch. The place was quite busy, but not too much. Every burger can be made veggie or vegan, which is great, and you can personalize toppings to a crazy degree! The veggie bacon burger was really good, and so were the fried pickles. I didn't necessarily care for the ranch they came with, but I'm not a big fan of the sauce anyway. All in all a good experience, would pop in here again if I'm back in town.

Fabulous “dirty” food, delicious flavours and great choice. As a vegetarian it was so nice to have the choice of any dish, made vegetarian. Great service, highly recommend, we are both nights of our stay!

Some friends brought me here it was warm the food was good the atmosphere was great. The only negative was a sarcastic comment by one of the workers when I didn't understand his direction to the toilet. I would definitely come back irrespective of that negative experience.

Can’t deny how good the burgers were but also can’t say nothing when we’ve been charged £5 for service when the waiters completely avoided any form of social contact. Waited at the door while servers ignored us for what felt like 5 minutes before we asked them what was going on when they sat us out of pity and told us management told them to slow things down. Sat us in the back where there were multiple free tables and then only interacted with us when giving us our food. £5 service charge is a joke, world has gone mad. Thanks for cleaning the table 👍

Estuvimos allí por la tarde y tuvimos el almuerzo especial que es de £ 6. 50 para hamburguesa con papas fritas que incluye opciones vegetarianas y veganas. Yo tenía vegano y mi hijo tenía la carne. Las hamburguesas eran muy buenas. Sabroso, fresco y en un buen bollo de brioche suave. Mi hamburguesa vegana era muy sabrosa y mucho mejor que cualquier cadena en la que he comido. Las fichas eran buenas y una porción de tamaño decente. Dada la calidad y la ubicación, esta es una buena relación calidad-precio para la comida decente. Por el precio de una hamburguesa Wetherspoons, obtiene una oferta de mucha mejor calidad en un agradable restaurante independiente. Merece la pena visitarlo.

The burgers here are so good. We had cheese and bacon burgers and a chilli burger both were excellent. The beef patty was perfect. Good fries and a great selection of beers and ciders. Lovely staff too.

I went for a burger here in August and what I got back was awful - the beef was completely overdone and it was tasteless. I tried to let the company know three times about this privately but every single message was ignored. I won’t be going back here - they certainly don’t deserve to do well if they serve food and their customers like this.

The burgers are good, but they are very expensive. £13.50 for a double cheeseburger without fries, and to add bacon to would be another £4 on top of that! The fries portion was good, and the burger was tasty and saucy, if a little too fatty. They claim their burgers are 6 oz, but they seemed more like 4–5 oz patties, so I didn't appreciate the dishonesty. Everything else about the place, I didn't like. They don't take bookings, it's very loud, and the servers stand around doing nothing while you're forced to use a dodgy website to place and pay for your order, and you're still charged a service fee! Their selection of beers was small to start with, and on top of that a lot of them were out of stock. Overall, I don't think this place deserves the high rating it has, but could be ok if you catch it at a quiet time.

Fui a almorzar mientras visitaba a mi familia en Bristol. Gran ambiente, un montón de opciones y precios razonables. La comida era tan sabrosa y había un montón de ella. Gran ubicación también, recomiendo encarecidamente una visita. Volveremos cuando estemos en Bristol de nuevo.

Big fan of this place. Many a good time had. Great location off the cobbled streets of Welshback, on the waterfront and close to the oldy worldy pubs nearby. Decent pricing, decent food and the milkshakes are awesome. Kind of like the tree right in the middle of the place too.
