Went to celebrate my Birthday and 100% it was excellent and overall everything was great. The food, service, atmosphere was very impressive & Rachel our server provider was excellent, very friendly, professional and natural, thoroughly recommend.

We stayed over the road from here (at The Leonardo Hotel , which is excellent btw) so thought this was the ideal place to eat. The outside look is amazing and interior is well designed. The staff were fairly friendly but I got the distinct impression that they were doing us a great service by letting us eat there! My GF ordered duck breast with cauliflower cheese but was told that they had run out of cauliflower cheese ??? So she ordered carrots (£5.50) , I ordered fillet steak (but got sirloin) and triple cooked chips (that I honestly thought they were McCains oven chips!). We ordered a run of the mill Chilean sauvignon blanc . The price for this meal was £120 (and this was AFTER the 15% discount for eating there on Mondays and Tuesdays. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for a poorly cooked, poorly served dinner.

I had the pleasure of dining at Big Smoke in Heathrow Airport, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Hafiza, my waitress, deserves a special shout-out for her outstanding service—she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Hafiza’s recommendations were spot-on, and the food was superb—delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Each dish she brought out had a homemade touch that exceeded typical airport dining by miles. It was clear she genuinely cared about making my experience memorable, checking in just the right amount and making sure my meal was perfect. Thanks to Hafiza and the amazing team at Big Smoke, I enjoyed a relaxing and delightful meal that set a high bar for airport dining. Great place if you want to watch football and have drinks and foods. Burgers wasn't bad

Breakfast at Little Del Toro in Hillsborough. Found 1 black hair underneath my knife and fork. My breakfast fry was served and another hair was found in the food. Not impressed and certainly would not recommend.

Aimee is an absolute credit to this place! It’s our first date night since we got married, having two young children we don’t get much time to ourselves and Aimee made the evening very enjoyable! The food was absolutely delicious and drinks! We will definitely be back! Working in the industry you appreciate good customer service all the more when you go out to eat and I cannot fault the service here!

Always a fantastic,quality,well ran restaurant, the food is perfect,flavoursome and tasty, BONNIE our waitress was on point, educated with our needs and a delight (as always), my only bug bear is although blue light is accepted at M&C our discount wasn't applied due to the managers own discretion, obviously none of his/her family or close friends were being treated during covid, when we were risking our lives and bringing home to our own families whilst they were off work, all safe in doors. This really has rattled me, how quickly people forget how the emergency services protected them and the nation during the horrific time of COVID and how the equivalent of a free lemonade is not discounted, shame on the manager, I'm afraid to say our last visit, I will also being displaying the message at work which will advertise the abhorrent selfishness of the money orientated manager, could effect up 2000 potential customer in the Thanet area...
