Was in tonight (Thursday) with my partner for a couple of cocktails! OMG THEY WERE AMAZING! 100% recommend the nuclear mojito! Service and chat from joe and Jasmin was amazing!! Will be recommending this place to everyone! Will be back to try something to eat next!

Been going to this wee place for almost 10 years now. Its absolutely brilliant value for money. Food and drinks are amazing. The staff are lovely also. Definitely worth a try. I'm on my way back in as I type this 😉

Favourite place in Glasgow. Great for food and drinks. Their Tuesday wing night is excellent and their Philly spring rolls are a must! The staff are amazing and friendly.

SOO AMAZING. Banger 2 for 1 burgers and dogs. Only thing bad was to toilet but let's be real who cares. The food was so good. And my girlfriend got the vegetarian option that she loved too. The sever jasmine was also great and got everything out super quick. The milkshake where also super great. Will absolutely be coming back here when I'm in Glasgow next

A bar focused on sports with a good atmosphere. Simple but good food, without pretensions or luxuries, everything normal.

This place has a great selection of cocktails and shooters. It usually has tables free, centrally located, and also does good deals on food - wing night, hot dogs, etc.

First time trying and so sad I hadn't tried it earlier than this! I went for the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and my partner went for the Buffalo Bill burger, both of them 10/10, especially the pulled pork on his burger omg, exceptional! We got half Cajun and half Buffalo wings, both of them amazing. Everything you see in the photo including drinks cost us just over £40, incredible prices! Will definitely be back and cannot recommend enough. Our waiter was so polite and friendly also! We went at ~2pm on a Friday and it was nice and quiet for those wondering what it's like on the weekend and don't like places too busy (me lol!). They have great deals through the week as well

The chicken wings were a delight and so were the burgers. The portions were very generous. The buffalo wings was so delectable. The girls made sure to keep checking in and they were being attentive without being intrusive. Everything was top notch and made the experience wholesome.

Claims to be accessible, has a small lip to get in, if you can get over that the accessible toilets are no good, stacked high with furniture so you can't get a wheelchair in and no working light.

Burger was very expensive considering it was overworked, probably used a burger press to make it since the meat was dense and rubbery. The onion rings on the burger didn't have the film removed so were chewy instead of having a nice bite and there was only one sad and floppy piece of bacon on it. Chilli cheese fries were decent however the fries were too thin and not crisp enough to hold up to the chilli so were soggy and floppy as soon as they reached the table. Usually I wouldn't rate this badly but the price is unacceptable for what seems to be very inexperienced chefs producing sub-par meals. Had the burgers been £8-9 each or included fries it would be a different story but burgers and fries costing me an arm and a leg then being below average is not ok. The waitress however was lovely, she was very good at answering questions about the food and was well mannered. She also served us promptly and made sure to only check in with us on the quality of the meal when we weren't in the middle of eating. Overall well the service was excellent the food was an extreme let down. Especially for such a well reviewed place. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here and instead would suggest to go to a similarly priced place such as bucks bar or thundercat which serve better American styled food at around the same price point.

We came here a few times as they have great beers and the atmosphere and service are nice. It's a relaxed pub so if you're looking for a posh place this is not it. If you're looking for tasty pub food, big portions for a great price, this is definitely the one. Because of all of these, this has now become our go-to place for a chill evening.

It might ha e been a bit quiet and la king atmosphere but they certainly made up for it when it came to both the standard of food and service. I will definitely be back.

Staff were very friendly, but have to say most disappointing burgers think I’ve ever had same goes for buffalo sauce

So many delicious sounding choices on the menu. The burger was way bigger than expected. The Mac and cheese was extremely cheesy. Beers on tap and a decent drink menu. A great American bar & grill spot.

One of the top spots for comfort food in Glasgow! Affordable prices, delicious food and kind staff is all you need for a good night out:) I got the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, and the combination of steak, cheese sauce and vegetables worked heavenly! Also the chili cheese fries were LOADED! This place is not shy about their portions. I took leftovers with me home, and it’s just as good the next day too!

Ordered food on just eat to get delivered from here, unfortunately the just eat driver never showed up at the time stated and delivery time just kept getting pushed later and later. Called the restaurant after it had been about an hour & a half to check from their end and they were so apologetic advising they had the same information from just eat as me. I asked if I could come collect the food myself and they advised if I could cancel and get a refund from just eat for that order they would make me a fresh order due to the time it had been waiting. I done that and went to collect, staff were so nice. Will definitely order again. The food was great as always too! Mac and cheese with the chicken and chorizo is always very good.

Great chicken wings with various sauces. On tuesday there is a discount on Wings and you get each for 30p. Many choices of beer and other drinks and always superb music on PA. Will go there again:)

I have always enjoyed a wee treat in NYC, I attended when it first opened up prior to COVID, and it still makes me happy. Lovely staff and the food and beer is the finest

Having the notion for a burger we came across NYC on Hope St Glasgow. We ordered 2 Manhattans large fries and a side of buffalo wings. Have to say I am not a massive fan of burger unless in the mood but was not disappointed. Being early in the lunchtime it was fairly quiet but believe would have a nice vibe in the evening. The order came out at the same time and the food was good. If in the city and in the mood for burger check this one out.

Great drinks and service was brilliant

Visited yesterday for lunch as we were in town for the Banksy exhibition. All 5 of us enjoyed a fantastic lunch, I am not a big eater so I opted for a kids. My grandson and the other adults had the lunch on special which they all enjoyed. We too had amazing cocktails and the barman who was on his own took time to chat with us and explain what the cocktails and beers were. One of my daughters has visited on a few occasions, this was my second visit and I will definitely return when back in City, the service and food was great and overall the lovely ambience about the place makes it a worthy visit.

Tasty wings. Good value. Friendly staff. Issue with paying by card (poor WiFi, wee bit frustrating, but they are working on getting it sorted).

Brilliant. Staff are attentive and friendly. Food is incredible and it's hard to pick just one item! Wings night is legendary and there are no wings as good as those, yet its the cheapest I've ever seen! Absolutely phenomenal place and I'm going at any opportunity I can get!

I’ve come to this bar since it first opened, probably around ten years and I gotta say. It is hands down the /BEST/ restaurant in Glasgow. If not the best burgers in the world. The service is amazing, the drinks are amazing, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. It has something for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian options. Their cocktails are fantastic and really reasonably priced for how strong they’re made. I no longer stay in Glasgow, having recently lived in the Highlands and now England and not once have I ever come home and not came here at least once for food. Please if ever considering coming here, whether local to Glasgow or visiting it is a must try.

Great place with an amazing 2 for 1 lunch time deal. Pics are a chicken burger and hotdog. Place was a bit quiet due to works going on outside (completely out of the restaurants control) but was a great meal all the same and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommended!

We always loved this place - the burgers we're great, the drinks are amazing! It was so quiet and empty - there used to be such a buzz! The cocktails are second to none though. Also , the card machine wasn't working......

What a great find! After visiting Glasgow for the weekend, we wanted to pop out for some food. I specifically had a hankering for a burger (and onion rings) so after searching numerous places on google, we settled for here! And how glad we did! We chanced our luck just turning up and hoping for a table (Friday evening, 6:30pm) and were lucky enough to get a table for 2. Service was great and the choice on the menu is amazing! I chose the Hog Burger with fries and my husband went for The Manhattan burger with buffalo chicken fries, along with some onion rings (which we definitely didn’t need haha). The burgers were INSANE, but I had to use my knife & fork because of how much there was inside!! All of the food came in American style baskets, which I would say could have done with doubling up the paper underneath. The only other feedback would be that the chicken fries had perhaps too much buffalo sauce on. But other than that, great service with even greater food! Very happy piggies indeed!

Great food with Amazing cocktails too

Very friendly waiter ( everyone is nice in this city !!). Unfortunately the food wasn't very good, it was just a mix of steak with bread. There was no salad or anything green to have a balance in taste. It looks good but it's not and the 2 for 1 bitger is not worth it at all. The fries were McDonald's quality and are not included with the burger. We don't recommend the oreo milkshake, it was 100% milk and nothing else. The cocktail was good.

First class grub at great value.

Would highly recommend you visit if you're looking for a cheap spot to have chicken wings of all kinds of flavours. I could eat buckets of these in every flavour they offer! Oh and if you love spicy food, try the kamikaze sauce, it'll literally blow your mind away!

Overall the food was fair, the wings were delicious though, the service was very good, the guy serving us was very polite and helpful. Would go back again but only for the wings!

The food was really good, one of the best burgers I've had, chips just great, the price wasn't too bad either. There was table service, but not really good (didn't really ask us often if we don't need anything else), but that is not that much of an issue. The atmosphere is great too, and fitting (it is very retro and kind of reminds me of American diners, which is cool esthetics)

I wanted somewhere with relaxed cozy vibes to eat before I went to my gig last night and well, this place was perfect 😊 got me a nice mango and lychee margarita and the notorious P.I.G dog with bbq wings and sweet potato fries 😋 the staff were lovely and I'd go back 😊

Easily the best burger in Glasgow. Beats Bread Meats Bread and the rest. The Sahara and Buffalo hot wings are outstanding and I loved the fries too. Service outstanding, can't say enough about them, very friendly and chatty.

Its a great place for food or drink and the staff are great. Sometimes they have issues meaning their card machine doesn't work but it's great despite that.

Was walking round Glasgow City centre for a place like this and stumbled upon it. There's a few places I'd been in before looking for some grub and service was rubbish and staff didn't give a toss. But this bar here, NYC, was excellent. Staff were cool and on the case. They were well managed and they cared. Not to mention the food was class and at a decent price. Pints were good (I have the waves on my lager). Happy days. They deserve the 5

Person serving us was good. Made sure we had drinks at any given point & had a laugh with our group. Very welcoming & seemed extremely knowledgeable about the drinks and food on offer. Drinks were good. Food wasn't to my taste at all. Got Philly cheese steak. Cheese sauce was amazing but have no idea what the steak bit was about. Was like a chutney. Was plenty of steak & everything else but what ever sauce they use for it completely went against every taste bud in my mouth. There is no need to over complicate such a meal. One of the group had a hot dog & said it was good. Another had a burger and enjoyed it to. The other 5 of us wasn't to convinced by the food but it could be down to personal opinion I guess. The portions was large & prices were reasonable. While I tend to take a instant dislike to places that don't include chips with there burger etc I feel this is one place that doesn't take the piss. There burgers are cheaper than the average place in Glasgow & by the time you pay the extra £4 for fries your still slightly cheaper than most places in Glasgow! Overall enjoyed the pace, staff were very accommodating & portions were very generous. I would visit again but try something less exotic than Philly cheese steak. 🐴

Staff very nice people. Food good at a reasonable price. Small improvement would be better cutlery as knives so blunt (like big butter knives) that you use them to tear food apart rather that clean cuts.

It's safe to say that the food at NYC will MMD (make me drool). From the Philly cheese steak spring rolls to the slumberjack that comes with white sausage gravy the food has been marvellous both times I've been. For the non-squeamish I'd also recommend trying an Irish car bomb which is a shot of Guinness, Jamieson and Baileys and although it doesn't look the most appetising at first, as the Baileys congeals and floats in globules in the glass, the overall combination is actually quite tasty. NYC is also in a relatively good location on Hope St and the bar itself has a great chill vibe to it.

I popped in on the last night of visiting Scotland from Seattle, and wow this place is fantastic.... The staff was great, the drinks awesome, and the food was some of the best I've had. I'm from Seattle, which is known as a great food city, and have been to Philly, and can certify that their Philly Cheesesteak was better than almost any you'll find in the States, especially for the price... Definitely recommended!

Found this place while looking for some place to eat on Sunday night. Many places are closed so the reason we stopped here. It turned out to be a good choice. We both had chicken burgers because of a two for one on Sunday. We had to buy two drinks to get the deal but it was worth it. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. Very busy when we arrived but later cleared out. We were there about 5:30pm. The burgers were delicious and sizable as were the drinks. Friendly wait staff who were working hard and keeping up with all the customers.

Great chicken wings available in several varieties. Burgers are great too. Going back this week. The Monday to Thursday deals are great. Good selection of drinks. Not the most swanky of surroundings or furniture. But the food and service still make it 5 star.

Me and partner used to come here from time to time to enjoy a more endulgent dinner and it was very good to begin with. However, the place seemed to become ever smellier and stickier every time we came back and then one day we were served a rank burger (it smelt like a rotting animal). It was very unpleasant and we were only offered an unspoken refund for the thing without any effort to replace it or do something about it from the staff. That was it for us. A shame as the dirty fries there are usually very good.

For my money this is the best buger place in Glasgow. I have no idea why this place isn't packed every day of the week . Outstanding value

Food was disgusting🤢 far to much salt in beef burger which leads me to believe that beef was going off, old trick is to add salt to keep the meat fresh 🤮 both burgers where unedible and chips was loaded with salt whole meal went in bin, this was a just eat order complained and was told that how the make there burgers what a load of rubbish sat in loads of time and never had poor quality, will never eat out here again 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The staff are lovely but I've been there twice and the drinks taste watered down and left me and my partner feeling ill.

Not sure HOW they got a 4.4 rating. Terrible! Got a "Philly Cheese Steak". It was an onion sandwich with some kind of melted cheese, w/green, yellow and red peppers and lots of tough bread. Was supposed to have shaved steak, but I got about four strips of 3" long by 1/8" thick meat. Hubby got a classic cheeseburger. Meat was very dry: sandwich was a sloppy mess. Also, dirty water glasses. On a positive note, the beer was cold.

Popped in for a quick bite on the way home last night. First time visiting. Service was really quick and all the staff we encountered were super friendly. The chili dog was amazing, although granted I was a wee bit tipsy and couldn't finish but they gladly wrapped it for me to take away. My partner really enjoyed his food also (snoop dogg and cheesey fries). The mezcal mule was lovely also, really refreshing. Prices were great also especially given the quality. Will deffo be back.

Double cheese burger 🍔 and pulles pork lovely. Didn't come with chips would be my only gripe, but some burger it was with honey mustard.
