Great secret pub, one of George Harrison's old watering holes, Nice reasonable prices and great beer. Could be a contender for a fave pub

Pleasant straightforward bar with a nice atmosphere and helpful staff. I was on my own for a while and felt very comfortable.

This is a brilliant idea for coventry if your fighting an addiction long overdue for coventry its in hertford st it has a lovely cafe too called charlies place from which all proceeds from coffee shop goes back into the project to help with the addiction side of the project very freindly place will defo be going back

The sunday lunch was just like homemade, perfectly cooked nice and hot ....absolutely yummy just like my mam used to make!! Be sure to book!!

Amazing food and fantastic view from the clubhouse windows. Burgers are amazing, loaded fries superb. Not so keen on the chicken - batter a bit crispy and disproportionate to the chicken inside.

Fantastic food in a lovely small cafe with a fabulous local following. We stopped off on our way to the NW to watch football and we weren't disappointed. We travel alot and love to support local businesses and this really is top notch. Great breakfast, which you can select to your own choice, freshly cooked with quality ingredients. What an amazing little roadside cabin. We were recommended to visit here by a few people and they were not wrong! Everything we had was amazing and delicious and lovely staff, usually the owner or her mum. They also have a huge knowledge of the area. The pies are amazing, full of lovely good quality meat, and gravy. All the cakes we tried we loved, the strawberry tarts were a firm favourite as was the lemon drizzle, and carrot cake! I could go on! Don't miss this place if in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Just had Afternoon Tea at The Chinwag Cafe, Newmachar and thoroughly enjoyed it, it’s a definite ’must have’. We are very lucky to have this great cafe on our doorstep. The food is faultless (especially the strawberry tarts 😂) and the staff are warm, welcoming and cheery. I highly recommend a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

People make places. And this is so true with regard to this place of like-minded passionate caring folk who have a sense of loyalty to the nation and concern of our lives and just decency and values for small business and the family and the the individual. And with that in mind I was felt very welcome with very efficient and intelligent staff and some lovely Edwardian decor and feel and ambiance to the place and it was a lovely welcoming environment from start to finish.

It wasn't great weather when we went and some of the animals seemed to be in hiding but we spent a good hour wandering around watching them play. One of the little monkeys came up to the window and tried to reach out to us. They all seemed to have plenty of space and were well cared for. We also had a little walk round the park are with my friends dogs - lovely for a walk even if you don't visit the animals

Those two ladies that served us were so happy and kind to us and loved to talk! The sandwich we ordered was made with fresh ingredients and grilled, very tasty!

Myself and my boyfriend recently stayed here. It is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the countryside. The hosts were wonderful and super friendly. The bed was incredible and the hot tub was just the icing on the cake. There is so much to do in the area and lots to explore.

The beehive in Mayfair is small but friendly. It serves good food and the staff are always friendly. It isn't cheap but the welcome makes up for it. You usually need to book a table for food.
