Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen in Hillingdon

Taranjit was an amazing server!! So helpful and a beautiful smile. She made my first , breif time in London so wonderful. She sure can pour a pint. I can't thank the staff at Big Smoke Terminal 2 especially Taranjit.

We had our breakfast here. We ordered No Fuss Breakfast & fried chicken waffle. Both were okay given that you are in airport.

We've had really nice experience. Everyone was happy on our table. Chicken burger was amazing. Very good service and nice atmosphere.

Josten was verry friendly and took good care of me.

Wilma is the best .. she is very helpful and a great model of a person who works in restaurants and hospitality domain.. the food was good also .. recommend it !

We were dealing with a limited menu as a lot of the items were out of stock. Despite the limited food options, we still enjoyed ourselves because of Wilma. Wilma provided amazing customer service and is an extremely hard worker.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m keen on making you spend your money somewhere else, at least for breakfast. One of the most terrible I’ve ever had. Tasteless, ugly, cold, unseasoned, sloppy. Stay away.

Got to the airport earlier and enjoyed a chilled wait in this bar. Had the chicken burger which was tasty and reasonably priced for London. House beers were nice. Served by Harpreet who was very attentive and friendly. Proactively making sure I had a drink or my meal was satisfactory, great service. Will return next visit to T2

Ask for Wilma. She's the sweetest server and will ensure you have a pleasant experience, especially if you have a prolonged wait for a flight

Wicked place to grab a beer and a burger pre flight. Local beer from Bog Smoke Brew Co. In Esher! Friendly efficient staff.. five stars! Had a cheese burger was good! And a pint of Flight Mode also good!

Absolutely zero sense of urgency customer service! Had to scream down the wait staff to order and then had to do the same again to get the bill. Restaurant wasn’t so full that waiters were running around, two were having a wonderful chat by the front and another staring off into space. It’s an airport, a little urgency please people are busy.

In between flight and I wanted a more relaxed environment, and Hafiza welcomed me and was attentive to me and her whole section. Food was good, view of planes taking off was fun, but the booth seats need repair.

Avoid. Hand on heart one of the worst things I've ever eaten. Food came out cold, but somehow overcooked, was like trying to chew through a leather bag. A complete rip off, I feel sorry for tourists leaving London, that this overpriced drool that's served up is their lasting memory of their trip.

Ordered ribeye steak medium well. The steak is well done (actually more than well done). No flavor of smoke what so ever. If you drop by here for a layover, just stick to fried food (e.g. fish and chips). The fry was okay. Didn't have much expectations from a airport restaurant but this is beyond what I expected (in a negative sense, of course) Update: Reached out to their customer services as they asked for in their reply. They offered refund but I declined - to maintain objective stance.

We had a nacho plate and mac n cheese. 2 simple dishes were served to perfection. Staff is lovely and so is the atmosphere. Hafiza Served us well. :) Would recommend this place to anyone

I had a fantastic experience at Big Smoke Heathrow, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Harpreet. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere was great, and her warm demeanor added to the overall experience. I highly recommend visiting and hope you get served by her too!

We had a long layover in Heathrow airport. The Big Smoke was a good stop to charge ourselves and phones. Food was good and music relaxing also. Good service from Harpreet and others.

Well what can I say lovely place to eat Wilma perfection beautiful careing and very helpful and had a great meal and a nice English tea. Hot and strong Wilma is a hard worker I watched her with all her customers she is second to none and 100% committed so positive and her staff shine around her all are helpful and bubbley . Even took a few minutes out of her busy day to chat and tell me alittle bit about her .

Lovely food for a pre flight snack! Had the mac & cheese, chicken wings & dirty fries. Kasia was an amazing host 💕💕💕

The food was okay. Pretty pricey for the quality but it came out quick and efficiently so I can only expect as much. Kasia, my server, was an absolute doll. Extremely sweet and quick to help. She answered all my questions and was sure to make sure my experience was a good one. All in all it’s a good pit stop if you’re coming through Heathrow!

Food and drinks were awful we are very disappointed. Last time it wasnt like that but this visit it was very bad. Ribs were very dry and the fish and chips we ordered wasnt fried well it was raw. Margarita and old fashioned also very bad. Probably we will not be coming again

The foods was good, not amazing but good by airport standards. Service though was excellent, really friendly, accommodating and helpful staff, Taranjit in particular was fantastic and really patient with some frazzled travellers! Her beer recommendation was spot on as well!

Very pleasant place to sit and have dinner while waiting for your flight. Suitable place if you are on your own or with a group. Our server Lourita was extremely pleasant and helpful and I would have no problem returning here again.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Antonio was incredibly attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed while making great recommendations from the menu. Amit's expertise in preparing the food really shone through; everything I ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked. The combination of good service and dishes made my visit pleasant. I recommend Hungry House to anyone traveling through Terminal 2! Thank you, Antonio and Amit, for making a great start to my holiday!!
